Description
The invention relates to a method for attaching a plurality of wall panels to one another and to a new wall element.
According to the known partition panel or wall element method, especially in the mounting of so-called cassettes used for ship health, the tips of the mountings, which can be protected by cover strips, are mutually attached only at the floor and ceiling. . All of the panels cannot be attached to one another in the middle, since the protective strip covering the tip of the fixture must be cut off. The problem with this mounting method is that a gap is easily created between the elements in the middle. Another problem is that poor arrangement of multiple elements may result in uneven wall surfaces.
Various attachment mechanisms have also been proposed. Thereby, a plurality of wall panels or elements can also be attached to one another in the middle part or practically over the entire height of the wall. These types of systems, for example, often consist of various shaped strips in which the edges of the panels or elements are abutted and screwed tightly at regular intervals. Thus, the attachment of these known shaped strips is actually quite tiring.
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the aforementioned problems and to provide a new method for mounting wall panels that does not have the aforementioned disadvantages. It is also an object of the present invention to encompass all of the tools required for mounting and to obtain a wall element whose elements can be mounted in this way to other similar elements.
Specific features of the invention are set forth in claims 1 and 2.
By means of the present invention, a plurality of wall panels can be precisely aligned and securely attached to each other over the entire length of the panel. Since there is no need to use screws or the like when constructing at the construction site, installation is quick. The strip used in this method has a simple structure and low manufacturing costs.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows, as a partially sectioned perspective view, a plurality of wall panels attached to one another.
2A and 2B show drilling of the edge of the wall panel.
Figure 3 shows the structure of the tongue strip.
FIG. 4 shows the structure of a wedge strip.
FIG. 5 shows a plurality of adjacently mounted wall panels viewed from above.
FIG. 6 shows a cross section taken along line AA of the joint of FIG. 5 before the wedge strip is driven.
7 shows the joint of FIG. 6 after the wedge has been driven in.
Figure 8 mutually shows a wall element structure of a plurality of wall panels placed opposite.
1 and 5 show the mounting of a plurality of wall panels L1 and L2 adjacent to each other. The
Easily, the tongue strip can be attached to the L-shaped part of the panel at the construction site, but if the strip is pre-attached to the L-shaped part of the panel at the factory, the assembly is expedited. The tongue strip must be firmly attached to the L-shaped part in order to obtain the joint between the panels as tight as possible.
Easily, the wedge strip cannot be fixed to the Z-shaped part of the panel in the factory. The reason for this is that it is necessary to be able to move this strip vertically during assembly. However, it is desirable if the wedge strip is lightly adhered to the Z-shaped portion or temporarily attached by other means. The wedge strip must be attached to the

FIG. 6 shows the position of the wedge when the wedge is temporarily fixed to the
The above-described mounting method is particularly suitable for assembling partition walls made of metal plates used in ship construction. Insulation (insulation, sound insulation) can be attached inside the plate. The plates can be arranged opposite one another in the manner shown in FIG. 8 to create a double layer. As a result of the adjacent tongue strips and adjacent wedge strips being interconnected, the wall structure is also compact in the width direction. The U-shaped cross section of the tongue and wedge strips is shaped such that there is sufficient space for the outermost collar of the Z-shaped cross section of the panel.
It is clear to a person skilled in the art that different embodiments are possible, which vary within the limits of the claims.
