【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ラックを始めとする各種家具に適用して、地震等による位置ずれや転倒を有効に防止できるようにした家具の床固定装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の家具における床固定方法として、アジャスタに支持された家具を、アジャスタ回りに配置した固定金具によって固定するようにしたものが知られている。
かかる従来の床固定方法としては、一部にアジャスタの軸部を通過させる軸通過部を備えた固定金具を用意し、この固定金具にアジャスタの軸部を挿通させた状態で固定金具の一部を床に固定するようにしたものや、一部に開口溝を備えた固定金具を用意し、アジャスタを接地した状態で一端側を床上に接地し他端側に設けられた前記開口溝にアジャスタの軸部を受け入れつつ該他端側をアジャスタのベース上方位置に配置して、その位置で一端側を床に固定するようにしたもの等を挙げることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前者の固定金具は、予めその軸通過部にアジャスタの軸部を通しておかなければならない。このため、家具を位置決めした上で固定金具を用いて固定するといった事ができず、固定作業上、極めて不便であるという問題がある。一方、後者の固定金具は、家具を位置決めした後に固定金具を当てがって固定することはできるものの、開口溝の開口端側に向かう方向にアジャスタが移動すると抜けてしまう上に、開口溝の周辺では固定金具が変形し易いため、移動や転倒を的確に抑止する構造としては不十分なものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の問題点を解消するために、本発明は、開口溝を有する2つの固定金具を用いて固定作業の便と的確な固定状態とを好適に両立させることとしている。

【発明の実施の形態】
そのために、本発明における家具の床固定装置は、アジャスタに支持された家具を対をなす固定金具を用いて床に固定するに際して、各固定金具は、一端側を床上に直接又は間接に接地し他端側に設けた開口溝にアジャスタの軸部を受け入れつつ該他端側をアジャスタのベース上方位置に配置されるものであり、両固定金具の開口溝の開口方向を互いに異なる方向に配置して開口溝間に閉ざされた軸通過部を形成し、その状態で両固定金具の一端側を床に固定するようにしたものであり、各固定金具が、一端側に位置する底壁と他端側に位置する頂壁との間を起立壁で連結してなるクランク状のものであり、底壁の一部に床固定部を設け、頂壁の一部に開口溝を設け、一方の固定金具の開口溝の開口方向が起立壁に直交する方向であり、他方の固定金具の開口溝の開口方向が起立壁に平行な方向であって、各固定金具を相互に直交する方向にアジャスタに取り付けて、両固定金具の底壁同士、頂壁同士及び起立壁同士を重合させた状態で、底壁に設けた床固定部を共止めし、頂壁に設けた開口溝間に閉ざされた軸通過部を形成するようにしていることを特徴とする。

このような構成のものであれば、何れの固定金具も開口溝を有し、この開口溝にアジャスタの軸部を受け入れながらアジャスタのベース上に被る位置に配置することができるので、先に家具の位置決めが行われていても、家具を動かすことなくアジャスタに固定金具を適用することができる。しかも、両固定金具によって閉ざされた軸通過部を形成し、この軸通過部にアジャスタの軸部を閉じ込めることができるので、開口溝の開放端側への抜けを防止することができるだけでなく、互いに脆弱な開口溝の開放端近傍部をより強度のある相手方の開口溝の基端近傍部により補い合うことができるので、全体として強度のある的確な固定状態を実現することが可能となる。

一方、固定箇所は増えるものの、確実に固定強度を高めるためには、アジャスタに支持された家具を対をなす固定金具を用いて床に固定するようにしたものであって、各固定金具は、一端側を床上に直接又は間接に接地し他端側に設けた開口溝にアジャスタの軸部を受け入れつつ該他端側をアジャスタのベース上方位置に配置されるものであり、両固定金具の開口溝の開口方向を互いに異なる方向に配置して開口溝間に閉ざされた軸通過部を形成し、その状態で両固定金具の一端側を床に固定するようにしたものであり、各固定金具が、一端側に位置する底壁と他端側に位置する頂壁との間を起立壁で連結してなるクランク状のものであり、底壁の一部に床固定部を設け、頂壁の一部に開口溝を設け、両固定金具の開口溝の開口方向が起立壁に直交する方向であり、各固定金具を相互に直交する方向にアジャスタに取り付けて、両固定金具の開口溝を直交させて両固定金具の頂壁同士を重合させた状態で、各固定金具の底壁に設けた床固定部をそれぞれ床に直接接地させて固定し、頂壁に設けた開口溝間に閉ざされた軸通過部を形成するようにしているものが挙げられる。

以上とは別の構成であって、同様の目的を達成するためのものとしては、アジャスタに支持された家具を対をなす固定金具を用いて床に固定するようにしたものであって、一方の固定金具が、一端側を床上に接地し他端側に設けた開口溝にアジャスタの軸部を受入れつつ該他端側をアジャスタのベース上方位置に配置されるものであり、他方の固定金具が、一端側を前記一方の固定金具の一部に突き当てた状態で他端側に設けた開口溝にアジャスタの軸部を受け入れつつ該他端側をアジャスタのベース上方位置に配置されるものであり、両固定金具の開口溝の開口方向を互いに異なる方向に配置して開口溝間に閉ざされた軸通過部を形成し、その状態で一方の固定金具の一端側を床に直接接地させて固定し、他方の固定金具の一端側を前記一方の固定金具に固定するようにしたものであり、一方の固定金具が、一端側に位置する底壁と他端側に位置する頂壁とを起立壁で連結してなるクランク状をなし且つ開口溝の開口方向を起立壁に直交する方向に設定したものであり、他方の固定金具が、前記一方の固定金具の頂壁及び起立壁に重合し得る頂壁及び起立壁を備え且つ開口溝の開口方向を起立壁に平行な方向に設定したものであり、各固定金具を相互に直交する方向にアジャスタに取り付けて、両固定金具の頂壁同士及び起立壁同士を重合した位置で、両固定金具の起立壁同士を連結しているものも有効である。

また、クランク状若しくはアングル状をなす固定金具の頂壁の縁部が変形し易くなることを防止するためには、その縁部に折曲補強片を設けておくことが効果的である。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を、図面を参照して説明する。
<第1実施例>
図1に示す床固定装置は、サーバーラック等の家具Aに適用され、そのベースを支持するアジャスタ11を床Fに対して固定できる位置に配置されるもので、対をなす固定金具2、3から構成されている。

各固定金具2(3)は、板金素材を塑性変形加工することによって、一端側に位置する底壁21(31)と他端側に位置する頂壁22(32)との間を起立壁23(33)で連結したクランク形状にしているもので、底壁21(31)を床F上に接地し、頂壁22(32)をアジャスタ11のベース11aの上方位置に配置し得るようにしている。具体的には、頂壁22は、他端側に開口し起立壁23に直交する方向に延びる開口溝22aを有しているもので、この開口溝22aにアジャスタ11の軸部11bを受け入れつつ該他端側をベース11aの上面に略重合する配置に配置した際、底壁21を床F上に接地させることができるようにしている。一方、固定金具3は、頂壁32の側縁側に開口し起立壁33に平行に延びる開口溝32aを有しているもので、この開口溝32aにアジャスタ11の軸部11bを受け入れつつ該他端側を先に配置した固定金具2の頂壁22の上面に重合させて配置した際に、底壁31を固定金具2の底壁21を介して間接的に床F上に接地させることができるようにしている。開口溝22a、32aは、頂板22、32の中央に開口しアジャスタ11の軸部11bの径にほぼ対応した内径を有する半円状の孔部と、前記内径を溝巾として孔部を頂板22、32の縁部に開放する直線状の溝部とから構成される。すなわち、固定金具2をアジャスタ1に取り付ける際に近付ける方向と、固定金具3をアジャスタ1に取り付ける際に近付ける方向とは直交している。そして、固定金具3の頂壁32を固定金具2の頂壁22に重合させた際に、底壁31及び起立壁33には互いに連続する床固定部たるねじ挿入孔21a、31aが設けてあり、これらのねじ挿入孔21a、31aにねじvを挿入して床Fに対して固定し、この状態で図2、図3及び図4に示すように開口溝22a、32a間に閉ざされた軸通過部Xを形成することができるようにしている。

以上のようにして、本実施例の床固定装置は、何れの固定金具2、3も、その開口溝22a、32aにアジャスタ1の軸部11bを受入れながらアジャスタ1のベース11aを上方から抑える位置に配置することができ、先に家具の位置決めが行われていても、家具を動かすことなくアジャスタ1の所定位置に固定金具2、3を適合させることができる。したがって、家具に対する固定作業の便を有効に向上させることが可能となる。しかも、両固定金具2、3によって閉ざされた軸通過部Xを形成し、この軸通過部Xにアジャスタ1の軸部11bを閉じ込めることができるので、開口溝22a、32aの開放端側への軸部11bの抜けを防止することができるだけでなく、互いに脆弱な開口溝22a、32aの開放端近傍部を重合状態でより強度のある相手方の開口溝22a、32aの基端近傍部により補い合うことができるので、全体として強度のある的確な固定状態を実現することが可能となる。

特に、この実施例のものは、各固定金具2、3をクランク状のものにして、底壁21、31の一部に床固定部たるねじ挿入孔21a、31aを設け、頂壁22の一部に開口溝22a、32aを設けているだけであるため、構造簡素で操作容易なだけでなく、アジャスタ1に対する抑えと床Fへの固定機能とをアジャスタ1と干渉することなく的確に実現することができる。

この場合、両固定金具2、3の底壁21、31同士、頂壁22、32同士及び起立壁23、33同士を重合させ、底壁21、31に設けたねじ挿入孔21a、31aを共止めした状態で、頂壁22、32に設けた開口溝22a、32aの方向を直交させて、それら開口溝22a、32a間に閉ざされた軸通過部Xを形成するようにしているため、ねじ止め箇所が共通して作業効率が向上することとなり、また図5に示すように家具Aの底面aと床Fとの隙間δが狭く且つ家具A同士を横方向に隣接配置した際の中央部分のアジャスタ11(図5中矢印A1部分)のように前方にしか作業空間がないようなケースでも、底壁21、31をその前方に位置づけることによってねじ挿入孔21a、31aに対しねじ止め作業を有効に行うことができる。

なお、図6に示すように、他方の固定金具3の頂壁32の縁部に折曲補強片32bを設けておけば、かかる縁部の変形、ひいては開口溝32aの変形を防止して、アジャスタ11に対する固定状態をより確実なものにすることができる。
<第2実施例>
図7及び図8に示す床固定装置は、対をなす固定金具102、103を備えるが、それらの頂壁122、132のみを重合させ、底壁121、131は個々に床Fに直接固定するようにしている点で、上記第1実施例と相違するものである。

すなわち、この床固定装置の各固定金具102、103は、一端側に位置する底壁121、131を床F上に接地し他端側に位置する頂壁122、132に設けた開口溝122a、132aにアジャスタ11の軸部11bを受け入れつつ該頂壁122、132をアジャスタ11のベース11aの上方位置に重合させて配置されるものであり、両固定金具102、103の開口溝122a、132aの開口方向を互いに異なる方向に配置して開口溝122a、132a間に閉ざされた軸通過部Xを形成し、その状態で両固定金具102、103の底壁121、131を床Fに固定するようにしているものである。

そのために、各固定金具102(103)は、底壁121(131)と頂壁122(132)との間を起立壁123(133)で連結してなるクランク状をなしており、起立壁133の起立高さは起立壁123のそれよりも頂壁122の厚み分だけ長尺に設定してある。そして、底壁121(131)の一部に床固定部たるねじ挿入孔121a(131a)を設け、頂壁122(132)の一部に前記開口溝122a(132a)を設けている。

これら図7〜図10に示すようなものであっても、閉ざされた軸通過部Xにおいてアジャスタ11の軸部11bを有効に支持することができる上に、固定箇所は増えるものの、床Fへの足場を増やして固定力を高めることができるため、地震等により確実な家具の固定状態を実現することができる。
その場合の開口溝122a、132aの方位として、図7及び図8に示すような直交状態を採用した場合には、前後からアジャスタ11にアクセスできない家具のコーナー部(例えば図5における矢印A2部分)等に適用して有用であり、また、図9及び図10に示すような対向状態を採用すると、軸通過部Xが真円に近い状態になり、固定強度を高めることができると同時に、相互に脆弱となり易い部分を補強し合うのに最も効果的な位置関係として、前後からアジャスタ11にアクセスできる種々のケースに適用してより固定強度を高める目的に利用することができる。
<第3実施例>
図11及び図12に示す床固定装置は、対をなす固定金具202、203を備えるが、一方の固定金具202を床Fに固定した後、他方の固定金具203をその一方の固定金具202に固定するようにしている点で、上記第1、第2実施例と相違するものである。

すなわち、この床固定装置の一方の固定金具202は、一端側に位置する底壁221を床F上に接地し他端側に位置する頂壁222に設けた開口溝222aにアジャスタ11の軸部11bを受入れつつ該頂壁222をアジャスタ11のベース11aの上方位置に配置されるものであり、また他方の固定金具203は、一端側に位置する起立壁233を前記一方の固定金具202の起立壁223に突き当てた状態で頂壁232に設けた開口溝232aにアジャスタ11の軸部11bを受け入れつつ該頂壁232をアジャスタ11のベース上方位置であって前記一方の固定金具202の頂壁222に重合する位置に配置されるものであり、両固定金具202、203の開口溝222a、232aの開口方向を互いに異なる方向に配置して開口溝222a、232a間に閉ざされた軸通過部Xを形成し、その状態で一方の固定金具202の底壁221を床Fに対して固定し、他方の固定金具203の起立壁233を前記一方の固定金具202の起立壁223に固定するようにしている。

そのために、一方の固定金具202は、底壁221と頂壁222とを起立壁223で連結してなるクランク状のものにしてあり、他方の固定金具203は、前記一方の固定金具202の頂壁222及び起立壁223に重合し得る頂壁232及び起立壁233を備えたチャネル状のものにしてあり、それらの重合位置で、両固定金具の起立壁223、233同士をそれらに設けた固定部たるねじ挿入孔223a、233aを利用して相互に連結するようにしている。

このような構成であっても、開口溝222a、232a間に閉ざされる軸通過部Xによってアジャスタ11の軸部11bを確実に挟み付けて支持することができ、家具の横方向の位置ずれや転倒を有効に防止することができる。

なお、この実施例において他方の固定金具203はチャネル状のものにしてあるが、強度に支障がなければアングル状のもの等にしておくこともできる。

本発明は、以上説明したような形態で実施され、以下に記載される効果を奏する。
すなわち、本発明に係る家具の床固定装置は、一端側を床上に直接又は間接に接地し他端側に設けた開口溝にアジャスタの軸部を受け入れつつ該他端側をアジャスタのベース上方位置に配置されるように構成した一対の固定金具を用い、両固定金具の開口溝の開口方向を互いに異なる方向に配置して開口溝間に閉ざされた軸通過部を形成し、その状態で両固定金具の一端側を床に固定するようにしたものであり、各固定金具が、一端側に位置する底壁と他端側に位置する頂壁との間を起立壁で連結してなるクランク状のものであり、底壁の一部に床固定部を設け、頂壁の一部に開口溝を設け、一方の固定金具の開口溝の開口方向が起立壁に直交する方向であり、他方の固定金具の開口溝の開口方向が起立壁に平行な方向であって、各固定金具を相互に直交する方向にアジャスタに取り付けて、両固定金具の底壁同士、頂壁同士及び起立壁同士を重合させた状態で、底壁に設けた床固定部を共止めし、頂壁に設けた開口溝間に閉ざされた軸通過部を形成するようにしたものである。

このため、先に家具の位置決めを行った後、家具を動かすことなく開口溝を利用してアジャスタに固定金具を取り付けることができ、固定作業の便を有効に向上させることができる。しかも、両固定金具によって閉ざされた軸通過部を形成し、この軸通過部によってアジャスタの軸部を包囲することができるので、地震時等に何れの方向に横揺れが生じても開口溝からのアジャスタの抜けを効果的に防止することができ、また重合状態で相互に脆弱となり易い部分を補強し合うため転倒に対する抑止力も増大し、装置全体として家具に強度のある的確な固定状態を実現することが可能となる。

この場合、両固定箇所を同時に固定することにより固定箇所が減って作業効率が向上することとなり、また家具の底面と床との隙間が狭く前方にしか作業空間がないような場合にも、床固定部をその前方に位置づけることによって作業場所を有効に確保することができる。

この場合、一方の固定金具を上記と同じクランク状のものとし、他方の固定金具を前記一方の固定金具に対して頂壁及び底壁を重合させ得る形態、例えばチャネル状やアングル状等のものとすれば、構造の簡素化を損なうことなく必要な固定機能を実現することができる。

以上において、クランク状若しくはアングル状をなす固定金具の頂壁の縁部に折曲補強片を設けておけば、かかる縁部の変形を防止して固定状態をより確実なものにすることができる。
