Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an improvement in a hat worn to protect eyes and skin from ultraviolet rays outdoors under strong sunlight.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When going out or playing sports outdoors, attach a band to the eaves to protect your eyes from the sun's strong sunlight and to prevent the skin from being damaged by sunburn due to ultraviolet rays. There is a case where a hat called a sun visor is worn, but in the case of a conventional hat of this type, the eaves piece is formed by a transparent thin plate made of a colored transparent soft synthetic resin plate or the like. Generally, it is formed by a thick woven fabric.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to a hat in which an eaves piece is formed by a thin plate made of a colored transparent soft synthetic resin plate or the like, if the eaves piece is bent by some external force, the crease cannot be eliminated and the broken form is maintained. There is a problem that the appearance is impaired and the appearance is deteriorated. In addition, since the outside is seen through a colored eaves piece, not only is it difficult to distinguish colors, but also uncomfortable feeling There was a problem that it occurred.
[0004]
On the other hand, in the case of a hat made of the latter woven fabric, it has a merit that it can be easily carried in a folded shape when not in use because it is difficult to fold even when folded, but since the woven fabric has extremely poor transparency, There is a problem that the field of view becomes narrow. In addition, since none of the above hats have air permeability, the cap may be completely depressed or fall off under the wind pressure, especially when playing sports such as tennis or golf. Even if it is not, there is a problem that the hat is blown by the wind every time the agile operation is performed, and the resistance is felt on the head, hindering the light operation and easily detaching from the head.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a light-weight, air-permeable (ventilating), transparent, and air-permeable material. Nevertheless, an object of the present invention is to provide a hat having an ultraviolet ray shielding rate of 90% or more.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the hat according to the present invention is characterized in that an eaves piece is covered with an outer covering material made of a cloth having the same ultraviolet shielding and air permeability on the front and back surfaces of a core material made of a cloth having an ultraviolet shielding property and air permeability. The core material is formed by stacking two net knitted fabrics having the same size of the seam with the seam shifted in the plane direction, and the outer covering material is the core material. And a lace knitted fabric having a see-through smaller than that of the net knitted fabric.
[0009]
[Action]
The ultraviolet rays in the sun rays are reflected on the surface of the fabric forming the eaves and hardly pass through, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the skin and eyes from being damaged by the ultraviolet rays. In addition, the airflow allows the wind flowing into the eaves piece to pass through the ventilation portion, so that the resistance caused by the eaves piece being blown by the wind pressure is significantly reduced and there is no danger of falling off. In addition, it is possible to see through the outside from the ventilation portion, and a sufficient field of view can be secured even if the eaves piece is wide.
[0010]
As the cloth constituting the eaves piece, it is preferable that the core material of the eaves piece is formed by a net knitted fabric, and the outer covering material covering the front and back surfaces of the cored material is formed by a lace knitted fabric. A core material is formed by superimposing two net knitted fabrics having the same size of the transparent stitches with their respective stitches shifted from each other to form a core material. The lace knitted fabric is used as the outer covering material.
[0011]
When the eaves piece of the hat is configured in this manner, the threads forming the see-through of the net knitted fabric overlap with each other so as to shield a part of the see-through of the one net knitted fabric, and the lace has a small see-through. When the knitted fabric also overlaps the thread forming the see-through line and the yarn forming the see-through line of the two net knit fabrics so as to shield each other, and the eaves piece is viewed from a plane. Most of the eaves pieces are occupied by the yarns of the net knitted fabric and the lace knitted fabric, and even if ultraviolet rays pass through the see-through of the lace knitted fabric on the surface outer covering material side, most of the nets form the core material. The yarn of the knitted fabric and the yarn of the lace knitted fabric forming the back surface outer covering material are blocked from passing to the back surface side.
[0012]
On the other hand, in the seams of these knitted fabrics which vertically overlapped with the surface of the eaves piece, most of the seams were shielded by the yarns forming other seams as described above. However, a small through hole is formed, which partially penetrates the eaves piece vertically between the front and back surfaces. A large number of these through holes are scattered almost uniformly throughout the eaves piece, and these through holes serve as air holes to allow the wind to flow into the eaves piece, significantly reducing the resistance and causing the cap to perturb or fall off And the outside world can be seen through the through hole.
[0013]
The eaves pieces are formed so that the ratio of the through holes to the total surface area is 20% or less, preferably 10% or less, so that the ultraviolet ray shielding rate is 80% or more, preferably 90% or more. The occupancy of such a through hole is determined by the size of the transparent mesh of the net knitted fabric forming the core material of the eaves piece and the lace knitted fabric forming the front and back outer covering material and the size of the transparent mesh. The desired rate can be set according to the thickness of the yarn to be formed.
[0014]
In addition, the eaves made of the net knitted fabric and the lace knitted fabric are lightweight and have almost no folds even when bent, so that not only the carrying is easy, but also they can be worn in a good shape and have a high-class feeling. You can give an image.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a hat A is connected between an eaves piece 1, a narrow strip-shaped patch piece 2 whose lower end is sewn to the rear curved edge of the eaves piece 1, and both side ends of the patch piece 2. The elastic band 3 is made of a rubber band, and the contact piece 2 and the elastic band 3 form an annular band portion which is brought into close contact with the head. In addition, edging pieces 4 and 5 are sewn to the curved front edge of the eaves piece 1 and the upper end edge of the abutment piece 2, respectively.
[0016]
The eaves piece 1 has a curved front edge formed into a large-diameter arc-shaped edge and a rear-end curved edge formed into a small-diameter arc-shaped edge so as to provide a wide eaves portion for covering the forehead of the head, and both sides reaching the ear side. Is formed in a flat crescent shape gradually narrowing, but the front end curved edge is not necessarily formed in an arc shape but may be formed in, for example, an isosceles trapezoidal shape edge.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2, the eaves piece 1 has core members 1A and 1B made of two net knitted fabrics (hereinafter referred to as net knitted fabrics) cut into the same plane shape as the eaves piece 1, and also the eaves. It consists of front and back outer covering materials 1C and 1D made of lace knitted fabric (hereinafter referred to as lace knitted fabric) cut into the same plane shape as the piece 1, and the two core materials 1A and 1B are mutually the same size. Are overlapped in a state where the transparent stitches 1a and 1b are displaced in the plane direction, and the front side outer covering material 1C is provided on the upper surface of the upper core material 1A and the back side outer covering material 1D is provided on the lower surface of the lower core material 1B. The cores 1A, 1B and the front and back outer covering materials 1C, 1D are formed by sewing the front and rear curved edges of the front and back outer covering materials 1C, 1D integrally with the edge pieces 4, 5.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 3, the net knitted fabric forming the cores 1A and 1B is made of a synthetic resin thread 11 such as nylon, vinyl chloride, polyethylene, or polypropylene, and the size of the openings 1a and 1b is 2-3 mm. As a lace knitted fabric knitted to form a corner and forming the front and back outer covering materials 1C and 1D, a synthetic resin yarn 12 such as nylon, vinyl chloride, polyethylene, or polypropylene thinner than the yarn 11 is used. A tulle lace knitted fabric is used in which the transparent stitches 1c and 1d are formed smaller than the transparent stitches 1a and 1b of the net knitted fabric. The front and back outer covering materials 1C and 1D are not limited to the tulle lace knitted fabric, but may be formed from other lace knitted fabrics. In any case, in the net knitted fabric and the lace knitted fabric, at least the net knitted fabric has an elastic restoring force against bending and has shape retention and flexibility.
[0019]
The sizes of the transparent stitches 1c and 1d of the lace knitted fabric forming the front side outer covering material 1C and the back side outer covering material 1D may be the same or different, but the above-mentioned core materials 1A and 1B. Is set to a size of about 3 to 5 times the thickness of the surrounding thread portion on which the transparent stitches 1a and 1b of the net knitted fabric are formed. As described later, the eaves piece 1 has an ultraviolet shielding ratio of 80% or more, preferably 90% or more.
[0020]
As described above, when the two core members 1A and 1B made of the net knitted fabric are superimposed on each other with the transparent stitches 1a and 1b shifted in the plane direction, as shown in FIG. A part of the through-hole 1a of 1A is shielded by the thread 11 forming the through-hole 1b of the other core 1B, and the through-hole area of the through-hole 1a penetrating between the front and back surfaces is reduced. Similarly, a part of the break 1b of the other core 1B is shielded by the thread 11 forming the break 1a of the one core 1A and penetrates between the front and back surfaces. The through-hole area of 1b is reduced. Furthermore, outer covering materials 1C and 1D made of a lace knitted fabric having finer seams 1c and 1d than those of the core materials 1A and 1B are provided on the front and back surfaces of the core materials 1A and 1B. Since they are superimposed, the threads 12, 12 forming the seals 1c, 1d of the outer covering materials 1C, 1D overlap with the seals 1a, 1b of the cores 1A, 1B, and the seals 1a, The area of the through-hole of 1b is further reduced, and at the same time, most of the through-holes 1c, 1d of the outer covering materials 1C, 1D are formed by the thick thread portions forming the through-throughs 1a, 1b of the core materials 1A, 1B. It will be in a shielded state.
[0021]
Then, these yarns are not shielded by the yarns 11 and 12 that form the transparent seams 1a and 1b of the core materials 1A and 1B and the transparent seams 1c and 1d of the outer covering materials 1C and 1D. Through holes 6 vertically penetrating between the front and back surfaces of the eaves 1 through the gaps between the strips 11 and 12 are formed in a state where the through holes 6 are scattered almost uniformly over the eaves 1, and the eaves 6 are formed by these through holes 6. It is configured to exhibit air permeability (ventilation). Note that the through-hole area of the eaves piece 1 occupied by all of the through-holes 6 and the shielding area of the eaves piece 1 shielded by the threads 11 and 12 are determined by the size of the threads 1 a to 1 d and the thread 11. , 12 in the present invention, the total through-hole area is 20% or less, preferably 10% or less, and the ultraviolet shielding rate by the eaves 1 is 80% or more, preferably 90% to 95% in the present invention. It is formed as follows.
[0022]
When the hat A thus formed is worn, most of the ultraviolet rays in the sun's rays are blocked by the hat A without passing through the hat A, and a large number of small scattered portions are almost uniformly scattered on the hat A. The outside world can be seen through the through-hole 6, and the wind can pass directly through the through-hole 6, and furthermore, the front and back surfaces of the cores 1A and 1B made of net knitted fabrics and the lamination knitted fabrics 1a and 1b. There is no danger that the hat A will pass through the transparent eyes 1c and 1d of the outer covering materials 1C and 1D in an oblique direction, and the hat A will not be swayed or fall off due to wind pressure, and stable wearing is possible.
[0023]
In the above embodiment, the core material 1A, 1B of the eaves piece 1 of the hat A is formed from a net knitted fabric, but is a thick lace knitted fabric, a woven fabric having a weave, or a flexible porous fabric. It may be formed of a conductive synthetic resin plate or the like. Similarly, the outer covering materials 1C and 1D of the eaves piece 1 may be formed of a woven fabric having a texture or a flexible porous synthetic resin plate. Further, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the above structure may be employed for the eaves piece 1 of a normal hat having a crown.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the hat of the present invention, the eaves piece is made of a cloth material having ultraviolet shielding properties, air permeability and flexibility, and the outer and upper covering materials are also made of a cloth material having ultraviolet shielding properties and air permeability. When not in use, it can be folded and folded to make it compact and portable. By being able to prevent it and having ventilation, it is possible to prevent the eaves pieces from falling off due to the wind as much as possible, and furthermore, it is possible to see through the outside from the ventilation part and secure a sufficient field of view be able to.
[0025]
In the hat, the invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that a core material of the eaves piece is formed from a net knitted fabric as a material constituting the eaves piece, and an outer covering material covering the front and back surfaces of the core material is lace-knitted. In the eaves piece thus formed, the invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that two net knitted fabrics having the same size of the see-through are connected to each other by the see-through. The core material is formed by superimposing in a shifted state, and the lace knitted fabric having a smaller penetration than the penetration of this net knitted fabric is used as the outer covering material, so that the penetration of the net knitted fabric is formed. The overlapped yarns overlap each other so as to cover a part of the see-through of one net knitted fabric, and the lace knitted fabric having a small see-through also has the yarn forming the see-through and the see-through of the two net knitted fabrics. The thread forming the seam shields each other's see-through Therefore, when the eaves pieces are viewed from a plane, the net knitted fabric and the lace knitted fabric can form a structure occupying most of the area of the eaves pieces by the thread, and most of the ultraviolet rays can be effectively removed. It can be shielded.
[0026]
In addition, a small through-hole vertically penetrating between the front and back surfaces of the eaves piece through a gap between the yarns forming the overlapped net knitted fabric and the lace knitted fabric. Can be formed in a substantially uniformly scattered state over the entire surface, and these through-holes can serve as ventilation holes and allow the wind rushing to the eaves portion to pass smoothly, and therefore, the hat It is possible to reliably prevent delusion and fall off, and also to give a light feeling that hardly is worn without giving resistance to the forehead wearing the hat.
[0027]
Furthermore, through the through-holes scattered almost uniformly on the eaves piece, even if the eaves piece is large, it is possible to see through the outside world with a wide field of view, and it is possible to perform a light operation even when playing sports. . Further, the area occupied by all the through holes and the area occupied by the yarn forming the knitted fabric with respect to the entire eaves piece can be easily set by the size of the transparent mesh of the knitted fabric and the thickness of the yarn. It is possible to provide a hat having an intended ultraviolet shielding ratio of 80% or more, preferably 90% or more.
[0028]
In addition, since the eaves piece is made of lace knitted fabric, the appearance can be elegant and a high-class feel can be given, and the eaves made of net knitted fabric and lace knitted fabric are lightweight. In addition, even if it is bent, almost no fold remains, so that it is easy to carry and store.
