【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は使用感,乳化安定性及び化粧持ちが良好で、肌に塗布した際の清涼感に優れた油中水型乳化化粧料に関する。また、粉体の分散性が良好で、紫外線防御効果に優れた油中水乳化型化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より用いられている油中水型乳化組成物は、皮膚表面に油膜を形成することにより水分蒸散を防止するものであり、撥水性に優れ、化粧崩れが少ないという特徴を有している。しかし、その一方で、外相に存在する油相成 分により、塗布したときの油性感やベタツキ感が強いという問題がある。

このため、油性成分としてシリコーン油が使用されている。このシリコーン油は潤滑性や撥水性に優れた油性成分として知られており、さっぱりとした使用感を付与するとともに、耐油性をも向上させることができる。しかし、油分としてシリコーン油を多量に用いると、均一に乳化させることが困難となり、更に製品の乳化安定性も低下し、水相と油相が分離したり、油がしみ出すなどの問題が生じる。

また、多くの化粧料には清涼感を付与したり、成分を溶解するためにエタノールが配合されている。しかし、油中水型乳化組成物にエタノールを配合すると、安定性が悪く、水相と油相が分離してしまうという問題があった。

さらに、抱水能を有する油溶性物質を用いることにより、界面活性剤を使用せずに安定な油中水型乳化組成物が得られることが開示されている(特開平7−304629号公報)。しかしながら、シリコーン油を含有し、かつ従来からある界面活性剤を配合せずとも安定な油中水型乳化組成物は未だ得られていない。

また、紫外線防御効果を有する微粒子酸化チタン,微粒子酸化亜鉛,微粒子酸化鉄等の微粒子粉体を乳化化粧料に配合した場合、微粒子が凝集し十分な紫外線防御効果を発揮するためには多量の微粒子を配合する必要がり、仕上がりが白っぽくなったり、着色してしまうという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って、本発明の目的はシリコーン油を含有し、かつ乳化剤として従来からある界面活性剤を配合していないにも関わらず、安定性及び化粧持ちが良好で、肌に塗布した際の清涼感に優れた油中水型乳化化粧料を提供することにある。また、紫外線防御効果及びその持続性に優れ、自然な仕上がりの得られる油中水型乳化化粧料を提供することにある。
【課題を解決するための手段】

上記目的を達成するために鋭意検討を行ったところ、粉体を含有する油中水型乳化化粧料において、ジメチルポリシロキサンと、特定のグリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物、IOB値5〜30の油分を組み合わせて用いることにより、前記課題を解決した油中水型乳化化粧料が得られること、更に水相にエタノールを配合しても安定でしかも清涼感のある油中水型乳化化粧料が得られることを見出だし、本発明を完成した。また、上記油中水型乳化化粧料中の粉体として、微粒子酸化チタン,微粒子酸化亜鉛,微粒子酸化鉄から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を配合することにより、紫外線防御効果が良好でしかも自然な仕上がりの得られる油中水乳化型化粧料が得られることを見出だし、本発明を完成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明で用いられる特定のグリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物は、グリセリンと、高級直鎖状脂肪酸、脂肪族ジカルボン酸及び高級分岐鎖脂肪族モノカルボン酸からなる混合物をエステル化したオリゴマー縮合物である。

グリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物に用いられる高級直鎖状脂肪酸としては、直鎖状の飽和脂肪酸が好ましく、炭素数14以上の脂肪酸が適している。具体的には、ミリスチン酸、ペンタデカン酸、パルミチン酸、マルガリン酸、ステアリン酸、ノナデカン酸、アラキン酸、ヘンエイコサン酸、ベヘン酸、トリコサン酸、リグノセリン酸が好ましい。前記例示の中でもミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、アラキン酸、ベヘン酸が皮膚に対する感触の点から好ましく、さらにはステアリン酸で最も良好な感触が得られる。

グリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物に用いられる脂肪族ジカルボン酸としては、シュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、ノナメチレンジカルボン酸、デカメチレンジカルボン酸等の飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸、イタコン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、ムコン酸等の不飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸が例示される。この中でも特にアジピン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸が好ましくさらにはアジピン酸が最も好ましい。

グリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物に用いられる高級分岐鎖脂肪族モノカルボン酸は、炭素数が6以上で側鎖基を1以上有するものをいい、例えば2−エチルペンタン酸、2−エチルヘキサン酸、ネオトリデカン酸、イソステアリン酸等が例示される。

グリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物は、上記のような高級直鎖状脂肪酸、脂肪族ジカルボン酸、高級分岐鎖脂肪族モノカルボン酸からなる混合酸をグリセリンとエステル化したものであり、公知の方法でエステル化して得られる。

エステル化には例えば、無触媒又は触媒存在下、常圧又は減圧下でのエステル化反応等が採用できる。エステル化反応終了後、定法に従って反応混合物をアルカリ脱酸、脱色剤による脱色、ついで水蒸気蒸留による脱臭精製を行うことができる。

グリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物の重合度は、1〜8の範囲であり、肌への感触、安全性の面から2〜6の重合度が好ましく、平均重合度が4となるようにエステル化反応を調整することが好ましい。

グリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物の油中水型乳化組成物全量への配合量は、0.5〜50重量%が好ましい。0.5重量%以下では、グリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物の有する抱水性の特性を発揮することができない。また、50重量%以上配合すると、使用時の油性感が強まり、清涼感が損なわれる。さらに安定性が良好でかつ使用時の清涼感を得るため、グリセリン脂肪酸エステルジカルボン酸縮合物の油中水型乳化組成物全量に対する配合量は、1〜10重量%が更に好ましい。

本発明で用いられるジメチルポリシロキサンとしては、化粧料に通常用いられるものであれば特に限定されず、直鎖状,分岐鎖状,環状のいずれのものも使用することができる。特に油性感、ベタツキ感を軽減する場合には、ジメチルポリシロキサンの一部若しくは全量で揮発性のジメチルポリシロキサンを用いるのが好ましい。

本発明においてシリコーン油は、単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができ、化粧料全量中に5〜60重量%配合することができる。さらに油性感,ベタツキ感の軽減と乳化安定性を考え合わせると、化粧料全量中に対するシリコーン油の好ましい配合量は10〜40重量%である。

本発明で用いられるIOB値が5〜30の油分としては、常温で固体のものでなければよく、半固形状のものまで含む。ここでいうIOB値(Inorganic Organic Balance)とは、藤田穆の有機概念図によるもので、無機性及び有機性の値の比で表された有機化合物の極性の指標であり、この数値が高いほど極性が高くなる。
