【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a ball hole is formed in the bottom wall of a ball tray for storing pachinko balls, and the ball hole is opened by sliding or rotating a shutter plate provided on the lower surface of the bottom wall of the ball tray. With regard to the ball removing device for the ball tray in the pachinko machine that is designed to remove the ball, in particular, the shutter plate is locked and held at the position where the ball removal hole is opened by the ball weight of the pachinko ball stored in the ball tray, The present invention relates to a ball removing device for a ball tray in a pachinko machine that automatically returns to a position where a ball removing hole is closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a ball removing device for a ball receiving plate in which a pachinko ball stored in a plate portion of the ball receiving plate is used to lock and hold a shutter plate at a position where a ball removing hole is opened (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open 9-84936).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional ball receiving device for the ball receiving tray can automatically hold the shutter plate at the position where the ball removing hole is opened by the ball removing operation. The release operation must be performed to return the shutter plate to the position to close the hole. For this reason, there are many players who forget the release operation even after the pachinko ball removal from the ball tray is finished and move the table in the ball removal state, causing trouble to the next player or the store clerk performing the release operation one by one There was a problem that had to be done.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to ensure that the shutter plate is sphered by the weight of the pachinko sphere stored in the dish portion of the ball tray. An attempt is made to provide a ball punching device for a ball tray in a pachinko machine that can be locked and held in the punching position and can automatically return the shutter plate to the ball punching release position when the pachinko ball in the pan is pulled out. To do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a hole for extracting a pachinko ball in the dish part and a recess hole in which the pachinko ball in the dish part falls into the bottom wall of the dish part in which the pachinko ball is stored. A shutter plate that opens and closes the ball hole is movably mounted on a support frame provided on the lower surface of the plate portion so as to be urged in a direction to close the ball hole by an urging member. A swinging member that faces the bottom of the hole and pivots according to the weight of the ball is swingably provided on the support frame, and a ball support part that supports a pachinko ball that has fallen into the drop-in hole at one end of the swinging member And a locking portion for holding the shutter plate in a ball-released state at the other end is formed on an inclined surface that is inclined downward toward the ball-release direction of the shutter plate, and the drop-in hole is opened when the ball-release hole is opened. Engagement of the swinging member rotated upward by the weight of the pachinko ball dropped into When the swinging member is released from the ball weight, the locking with the shutter plate is released, and the urging force of the urging member causes the shutter plate to close the ball hole. It is characterized by automatic return .
[0006]
In addition, a ball hole for extracting the pachinko ball of the dish part and an entrance hole for dropping the pachinko ball of the dish part are opened on the bottom wall of the dish part where the pachinko ball is stored, and the ball hole is opened and closed. A ball weight of a pachinko ball that is movably mounted on a support frame provided on the lower surface of the dish portion so as to be urged by a urging member in a direction to close the ball removal hole and falls into the drop hole. A swinging member that is pivoted by the shutter plate is swingably provided on the shutter plate, and an engaging portion is formed on the support frame so that the shutter plate locks the ball release hole in an open state. A swinging member rotated downward by weight engages with the engaging portion to hold the shutter plate, and when the swinging member is released from the ball weight, the swinging member is unlocked and the biasing member is released. The shutter plate automatically returns to the position where the ball hole is closed by the biasing force of the member. And it said that there was Unishi.
[0007]
Then, an entrance hole into which at least one pachinko ball can be inserted is formed in the dish portion where the ball release hole is opened, and the swinging member is rotated downward by the pachinko ball that enters the entrance hole. It is preferable to do so.
[0008]
Further, in order to securely hold and hold the shutter plate at the position where the ball hole is opened, it is preferable to provide an engaging portion on the shutter plate and engage the swinging member with the engaging portion. .
[0009]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the swinging member is provided with a closing plate that closes the drop-in hole when the swinging member is turned upward so that the last one pachinko ball can be removed.
[0010]
Further, a swing restricting portion is provided on the shutter plate, and the swing restricting portion prevents the swing member from rotating downward until the shutter plate moves to a position where the ball hole is opened. It is possible to prevent unnecessary swinging of the swinging member.
[0011]
Further, in order to simplify the assembling work, a swinging member having an operating portion is pivotally attached to the shutter plate so as to be swingable, and the swinging member is moved by a pachinko ball that drops into the drop-in hole of the dish portion. It is preferable to make it rotate. In this case, an engaging portion is provided on the support frame on which the shutter plate is supported, and a swinging member pivotably attached to the shutter plate is engaged with the engaging portion, thereby opening the ball hole in the shutter plate. What is necessary is just to make it hold at a position to hold.
[0012]
Also, an engaging portion is provided on the front wall of the plate portion on which the shutter plate is supported, and the operating portion of the swing member is directly engaged with the engaging portion, or the engaged portion is provided on the operating portion. The shutter plate may be locked and held at a position where the ball hole is opened by engaging the engaging portion and the engaged portion.
[0013]
According to the configuration of the present invention described above, the shutter plate is opened by the swinging member that rotates by the weight of the pachinko sphere stored in the dish portion, so that the shutter plate opens the ball hole. The shutter plate is released from the ball weight of the pachinko ball on the plate part, and the shutter plate is released from the locking position. It is possible to automatically return to the position where the hole is closed.
[0014]
In addition, the ball removing device for the ball tray in the pachinko machine of the present invention is either an upper ball tray for supplying a hit ball provided on the front surface of the front frame of the pachinko machine or a lower ball tray that stores excess balls of the upper ball tray. Applicable. In the ball removing device of the present invention, the shutter plate that opens and closes the ball removing hole is provided so as to be slidable in the left-right direction or the front-rear direction, or is provided to be rotatable about a rotation shaft. It can be applied to any of those.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a front view of a pachinko machine, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a lower ball tray, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view. A front frame 2 is provided on the front surface of the pachinko machine 1 so as to be openable and closable, and a game board 3 is located at the rear of the front frame 2. 4 is a glass frame that covers the upper part of the game board 3, and 5 is a front plate that covers the lower part of the game board 3, and an upper ball tray 6 is attached to the front surface thereof. In addition, a lower sphere tray 7 for storing excess spheres of the upper sphere tray 6 is mounted on the lower front surface of the front frame 2.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower ball tray 7 is divided into two parts, a dish part 8 and a cover member 9 to be attached to the upper part of the dish part 8. A ball hole 11 for simultaneously dropping a large number of pachinko balls at the substantially central position of the bottom wall 10 of the dish portion 8 is opened, and the diameter of the pachinko ball is formed in the vicinity of the ball hole 11 separately from the ball holes 11. The drop-in hole 12 having a size almost equal to that of the first hole is formed. The bottom wall 10 is inclined downward toward the ball hole 11 so that all the pachinko balls stored in the dish portion 8 are directed toward the ball hole 11. Reference numeral 13 denotes a shutter plate that opens and closes a ball punching hole 11 in the bottom wall 10 of the plate portion 8, and the shutter plate 13 is screwed to the bottom wall 10 bottom surface of the plate portion 8 and the bottom wall 10 bottom surface. And is urged in a direction to always close the ball removal hole 11 by the elasticity of a spring 15 as an urging member built in the support frame 14.
[0017]
An operation portion 16 that protrudes outward from the dish portion 8 is provided on the front edge of the shutter plate 13 so that the shutter plate 13 can be slid by operating the operation portion 16 by hand. Yes. The rear edge of the shutter plate 13 is integrally provided with a receiving piece 17 that closes the drop-in hole 12 at a position (see FIG. 4) where the ball hole 11 is closed, and an engaging portion 18 is provided. As shown in FIG. 6, the engaging surface of the engaging portion 18 is inclined toward the lower left in the drawing, and the other surface is an inclined surface directed to the lower right in the drawing.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the support frame 14 is provided with a through hole 19 having a size substantially the same as that of the ball punch hole 11 at a position facing the ball punch hole 11, and the support pieces 21, 21 are rocked. The moving member 20 is pivotally supported by the shaft pin 22 so as to be swingable.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 6A, the swinging member 20 is always urged to rotate downward (counterclockwise) by the weight 23, and at one end of the drop-in hole 12 is provided. A sphere support portion 24 that supports the pachinko ball that has fallen into the drop hole 12 facing the lower portion is bent. The center of the pachinko ball that has fallen into the drop-in hole 12 is positioned above the receiving piece 17 of the shutter plate 13 as shown in FIG. The lower part of the fallen pachinko ball is pushed back into the dish part 8. On the other hand, an engaging portion 25 that engages with the engaging portion 18 is formed at the opposite end where the ball support portion 24 is formed. The locking surface of the locking portion 25 is an inclined surface that inclines downward in the ball pulling direction so that the engagement with the engaging portion 18 can be easily released. The weight of the weight 23 is selected so that the rocking member 20 swings when a ball weight heavier than one pachinko ball is applied to the ball support 24.
[0020]
Next, the action of removing the balls from the ball tray will be described with reference to the drawings. Normally, the shutter plate 13 closes the ball hole 11 as shown in FIG. 4 by the bias of the spring 15. At this time, the drop-in hole 12 receives the receiving piece 17 of the shutter plate 13 as shown in FIG. It is blocked by In this state, when a large amount of pachinko balls are stored in the dish portion 8, as shown in FIG. 6B, a finger is put on the operation portion 16 to open the shutter hole 13 and the ball hole 11. , The receiving piece 17 also moves simultaneously, and the drop hole 12 is opened, and one of the pachinko balls stored in the dish portion 8 naturally drops into the drop hole 12 to support the ball. Supported by part 24. Then, when the pachinko sphere supported by the sphere support 24 is subjected to the weight of the other pachinko sphere, the swinging member 20 rotates against the urging force by the weight 23 as shown in FIG. It moves (clockwise direction), and the locking part 25 moves up. When the shutter plate 13 is further slid to the side where the ball hole 11 is opened, the locking portion 25 of the swinging member 20 is lowered against the ball weight applied to the ball support portion 24 by the inclined surface of the engagement portion 18 once. Move.
[0021]
As soon as the shutter plate 13 is moved to a position where the ball punching hole 11 is almost fully opened, the engaging portion 18 passes through the locking portion 25 and the swinging member 20 is moved upward to the original position by the weight of the ball. In this state, when the hand is released from the operation unit 16, the shutter plate 13 tries to move backward in the direction to close the ball extraction hole 11 by the bias of the spring 15, but as shown in FIG. The locking portion 25 on the side moved upward is engaged with the engaging portion 18 and its return movement is prevented. Therefore, even when the hand is released from the operation portion 16, the weight of the ball applied to the ball support portion 24 is greater than the urging force of the spring 15, and the shutter plate 13 is in a state where the ball hole 11 is almost fully opened as shown in FIG. It will be latched and held. Then, the pachinko balls in the dish portion 8 are extracted by dropping through the through holes 19 from the ball extraction holes 11.
[0022]
When the pachinko balls of the plate portion 8 are extracted in this way and the ball weight applied to the ball support portion 24 decreases, the weight 23 wins over the ball weight applied to the ball support portion 24 and is shown in FIG. As shown, the swing member 20 rotates upward (counterclockwise direction). As a result, the engagement between the engaging portion 18 and the locking portion 25 is released, and the shutter plate 13 automatically returns to the position where the ball hole 11 is closed by the urging of the spring 15. At this time, the pachinko ball dropped into the drop hole 12 is pushed below the pachinko ball by the receiving piece 17 of the shutter plate 13 as shown in FIG. And the ball removal is completed as shown in FIG.
[0023]
In addition, when the pachinko ball that has fallen into the drop-in hole 12 is returned to the dish portion 8, the shutter plate 13 closes the ball removal hole 11 and the pachinko ball remains in the dish portion 8. If the shutter plate 13 is moved again in the opening direction, the ball support portion 24 does not have a sphere weight that exceeds the weight 23, so that the shutter plate 13 can reliably extract the remaining pachinko balls without locking. Although the drop-in hole 12 is provided separately from the ball hole 11, it may be provided in communication with the ball hole 11. Further, as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the shutter plate 13 rotates around the support shaft 36 to open and close the ball release hole 11, or FIG. As shown in (b), even in the case of a ball removal structure that opens and closes the ball release hole 11 by sliding the shutter plate 13 in the front-rear direction, the shape of the shutter plate 13 and the shape of the ball release hole 11 and the drop-in hole 12 The same can be applied by changing the positional relationship.
[0024]
In FIG. 9, a disc-shaped closing plate 26 for closing the drop-in hole 12 is integrally provided on the ball support portion 24 of the swing member 20. When the closing plate 26 is provided on the swing member 20 as described above, the weight of the pachinko balls stored in the plate portion 8 is applied to the close plate 26 as shown in FIGS. Is rotated (clockwise), and the locking portion 25 on the side where the swinging member 20 is moved upward is engaged with the engaging portion 18 so that the shutter plate 13 is locked and held at the position where the ball hole 11 is opened. To do. When the pachinko ball is extracted from the ball extraction hole 11, the weight of the ball applied to the closing plate 26 is reduced, and the swinging member 20 is rotated by the weight 23 (counterclockwise direction) so that the shutter plate 13 is locked. In addition, the closing plate 26 closes the drop-in hole 12, and at the same time, the pachinko balls dropped into the drop-in hole 12 are returned to the dish portion 8 and dropped from the ball removal hole 11. For this reason, the swinging member 20 swings simultaneously with the release of the shutter plate 13 to return the pachinko ball that has fallen into the drop-in hole 12 to the dish part 8, leaving the pachinko ball in the dish part 8. The ball can be removed without fail. When the closing plate 26 is provided on the swing member 20, the receiving piece 17 of the shutter plate 13 is not necessary.
[0025]
Further, FIG. 11 shows a state in which the engaging portion 18 of the shutter plate 13 is formed in a protruding shape so that the swing restricting portion 27 for restricting the downward rotation of the swing member 20 is also used. The engagement portion 18 on the side surface of the portion 27 is formed as an arc surface centered on the shaft pin 22 to facilitate engagement between the engagement portion 18 and the locking portion 25 of the swing member 20. Thus, when the rocking | fluctuation control part 27 is provided in the shutter board | plate 13, as shown in FIG. 12 (a)-(d), it shakes until the shutter board | plate 13 moves to the position which open | releases the ball hole 11. Since the movement restricting portion 27 is positioned in contact with the upper surface of the swinging member 20, it is assumed that when the ball release hole 11 is closed by the shutter plate 13, the ball weight exceeding the weight 23 is applied to the closing plate 26. However, the swinging member 20 does not rotate downward, and the swinging member 20 does not rotate downward until the shutter plate 13 moves to the position where the ball release hole 11 is opened. The moving member 20 is not unnecessarily rocked against the weight of the ball, and the ball removing operation can be performed extremely smoothly. In addition, although the said rocking | fluctuation control part 27 was demonstrated as what also uses the engaging part 18, you may make it provide separately from the engaging part 18. FIG.
[0026]
As described above, according to the first embodiment described above, when the shutter plate 13 is slid to the position where the ball release hole 11 is opened, one of the pachinko balls stored in the dish portion becomes the drop hole 12. The rocking member 20 provided separately from the shutter plate 13 is rotated by the ball weight of the pachinko ball, and the locking portion 25 on the side rotated upward is locked to the engaging portion 18. The shutter plate 13 can be held at a position where the ball punching hole 11 is opened, and the swinging member 20 is rotated by reducing the weight of the swinging member 20 by extracting the pachinko ball. The shutter plate 13 can be unlocked and automatically returned to the position where the ball hole 11 is closed.
[0027]
Next, with reference to FIG. 13 thru | or FIG. 16, the ball | bowl removal apparatus of the ball tray which concerns on 2nd Embodiment is demonstrated. Since the ball punching device of the second embodiment is different from the ball punching device of the first embodiment mainly in the shutter plate structure, the same structure as that of the first embodiment is denoted by the same reference numeral. Show. Explaining this, the shutter plate 28 that opens and closes the ball hole 11 formed in the bottom wall 10 of the plate portion 8 has a notch opening 29 at a substantially central position, and a flat plate-like rocking member is provided in the notch opening 29. 30 is pivotally attached to a shaft 31 so as to be swingable. As shown in FIG. 14, the shutter plate 28 is always urged by the spring 15 to close the ball hole 11 at the right side portion of the notch opening 29. At this time, the shutter plate 28 drops at the left side portion of the notch opening 29. The entrance hole 12 is closed.
[0028]
On the other hand, an operating portion 32 that protrudes outward from the dish portion 8 is integrally provided at the front portion of the swinging member 30, and the swinging member 30 is operated by hand by operating the operating portion 32. 28 can slide integrally. Then, as shown in FIG. 15, when the shutter plate 28 is slid to the position where the ball hole 11 is opened, the pachinko ball positioned below the hole 12 and falling into the hole 12 is supported. To get. The swing member 30 rotates upward (counterclockwise direction) when the drop-in hole 12 is closed by the shutter plate 28 as shown in FIG. The center of gravity is provided so as to rotate downward (clockwise) as shown in FIG. 16 (b) when a ball weight heavier than one pachinko ball is applied. Further, a concave groove 34 as an engaging portion is provided in the front wall 33 of the dish portion 8 on which the shutter plate 28 is swingably supported, and a shutter plate is provided on the upper surface of the operation portion 32 of the swing member 30. A projection 35 is provided as an engaged portion that engages with the groove 34 when 28 is slid to the position where the ball hole 11 is opened.
[0029]
In the ball removing device according to the second embodiment configured as described above, when both the ball removing hole 11 and the falling hole 12 are closed by the shutter plate 28 as shown in FIGS. 14 and 16A. In order to remove the pachinko balls stored in the plate part 8, the operation part 32 is put on a finger, and the shutter plate 28 is slid to the position where the ball hole 11 shown in FIG. As a result, the swing member 30 moves below the drop-in hole 12. For this reason, when the finger is released from the operation unit 32 in this ball-extracted state, the shutter plate 28 tries to move backward in the direction to close the ball-extract hole 11 by the urging of the spring 15, but the pachinko ball enters the entrance hole 12. As shown in FIG. 16B, the swinging member 30 rotates about the shaft 31 (clockwise direction) as shown in FIG. 16B, and the protrusion 35 of the operating portion 32 on the side moved upward is the concave groove of the plate portion 8. 34 is engaged. Accordingly, the shutter plate 28 is securely locked and held at a position where the ball punching hole 11 shown in FIG. 15 is opened, and the pachinko ball on the plate portion 8 is removed in a state where the hand is released from the operation unit 32. be able to.
[0030]
On the other hand, when the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is extracted and the weight of the ball applied to the swing member 30 is reduced, the swing member 30 rotates upward with its own weight about the shaft 31 as shown in FIG. Return to rotation. For this reason, the operating portion 32 of the swinging member 30 is moved downward to release the engagement between the concave groove 34 of the plate portion 8 and the projection 35 of the operating portion 32, and the shutter plate 28 is moved as shown in FIG. The ball punching hole 11 shown in FIG. 5 is automatically returned to the closing position, and the drop-in hole 12 is closed at the same time.
[0031]
In the case of the second embodiment, for example, when the shutter plate 28 is slid into a half-open state in which the ball can be removed, the ball release hole 11 is inserted so that the swinging member 30 is not positioned below the entry hole 12. By setting the mutual positional relationship between the hole 12 and the swinging member 30, it is possible to play a game while removing the pachinko balls stored in the dish portion 8 little by little regardless of the swinging member 30, and for the player. It will be convenient.
[0032]
In the second embodiment described above, the shutter plate 28 is described as being slidable in the left-right direction. However, as shown in FIGS. A ball punching structure that opens and closes the ball punching hole 11 by pivoting to the center or by sliding the shutter plate 28 in the front-rear direction as shown in FIGS. 18 (a) and 18 (b). Even in the case of a ball opening structure that opens and closes, the shape can be similarly applied by changing the shape of the shutter plate 28 and the mutual positional relationship of the swing member 30, the ball opening hole 11, and the drop-in hole 12.
[0033]
In the second embodiment described above, the shutter plate 28 is moved to the position where the ball hole 11 is opened by engaging the concave groove 34 of the plate portion 8 with the projection 35 of the operation portion 32 of the swing member 30. Although it has been described that it is locked and held, as shown in FIGS. 19 (a) and 19 (b), the operating portion 32 and the recessed groove 34 are formed by making the recessed groove 34 substantially equal to the lateral width of the operating portion 32 of the swing member 30. May be directly engaged with each other. Further, as shown in FIGS. 20 (a) and 20 (b), an engagement protrusion 37 as an engagement portion is provided on the upper surface of the support frame 14 that is screwed to the lower surface of the dish portion 8, and shown in FIG. As described above, the side surface of the swinging member 30 rotated downward at the position where the shutter plate 28 opens the ball hole 11 may be engaged with the engagement protrusion 37 as an engaged portion.
[0034]
As described above, in the case of the second embodiment, the shutter plate 28 is locked and held at the position where the ball hole 11 is opened by swinging with the ball weight of the pachinko ball stored in the dish portion 8. Since the swinging member 30 that automatically returns the shutter plate 28 to the position where the ball punching hole 11 is closed when released is pivotally supported on the shutter plate 28, the shutter plate 28 is integrated with the shutter plate 28. As in the first embodiment, it is not necessary to assemble the shutter plate 13 and the swinging member 20 separately, so that the ball removal structure can be simplified, and workability can be improved and cost can be reduced. .
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the ball removing device for the ball tray in the pachinko machine of the present invention, the swinging member that rotates according to the ball weight of the pachinko ball stored in the plate portion of the ball tray is rotated. The shutter plate is held at a position where the ball hole is opened when the swinging member is moved upward or downward, and the shutter plate is released from the ball weight. The ball is automatically returned to the closing position so that the ball can be removed from the ball tray very easily. It is possible to completely eliminate the situation that causes trouble to other players and troubles the staff.

Is attached to a support frame provided on the lower surface of the dish part so as to be urged in a closing direction by the urging member in the closing direction of the ball removal hole, and is rotated by the weight of the sphere facing the lower part of the drop-in hole. A swinging member is provided on the support frame so as to be swingable. A ball support portion for supporting the pachinko ball that has been dropped into the drop-in hole is formed at one end of the swinging member, and the shutter plate is disposed at the other end. The latching part that holds in the pulled-out state is formed on an inclined surface that is inclined downward toward the ball-bumping direction of the shutter plate, and rotates upward due to the ball weight of the pachinko ball that has fallen into the drop-in hole when the ball-out hole is opened. The locking part of the moved swinging member locks and holds the shutter plate, and When the moving member is released from the weight of the ball, the latch with the shutter plate is released, and the shutter plate automatically returns to the position where the ball hole is closed by the biasing force of the biasing member.
