Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a pipe fixing device for temporarily fixing two pipe elements.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to join plastic pipe elements such as plastic pipes and pipe joints with other plastic pipe elements, an adhesive is applied between the two pipe elements to be joined, or an electric fusion method has been adopted. Has been. In the electrofusion method, two pipe elements to be joined are electrically heated and melted, and then the pipe elements are cooled and solidified.
[0003]
The electrofusion method will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 11 shows a state in which the pipe 4 and the pipe 6 are joined via the pipe joint 2 by the electric fusion method. The pipes 4 and 6 are polyethylene pipes having the same nominal diameter, and the pipe joint 2 has an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the pipes 4 and 6. The tubes 4 and 6 are inserted from the respective ends of the joint 2. A heating wire 5 formed in a coil shape is embedded in the pipe joint 2. The heating wire 5 is electrically connected to the power supply device 7 provided outside the pipe joint 2 via the connector pin 3 and the electric wire 9. By supplying electric power to the heating wire 5, the heating wire 5 is heated and a part of the pipe joint 2 and the pipes 4 and 6 are melted. Thereafter, the supply of electric power to the heating wire 5 is stopped, the joint is cooled, and the pipe joint 2 and the pipes 4 and 6 are fixed. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, these piping elements must be secured against relative movement until the molten tubes 4, 6 and the fitting 2 are sufficiently cooled and solidified. Therefore, conventionally, a pipe fixing device has been used to fix the pipe element.
[0004]
FIG. 12 shows a conventional pipe fixing device. The pipe fixing device 1 of FIG. 12 includes two fixing brackets that are connected to each other by two connecting pieces 1b so as to be expandable. This fixing bracket has clamp portions 1c having an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the pipe to be joined at both ends. When the electric fusion is performed, first, the pipes 4 and 6 to be joined are inserted from both ends of the pipe joint 2 in which the electric wires are embedded as shown in FIG. Next, the fixing screw 1a of the fixing device 1 is loosened so that the fixing bracket is expanded around the connecting piece 1b, and each of the tubes 4 and 6 inserted into the pipe joint 2 is held by the clamp portion 1c. Close the fixing bracket. Finally, by fastening the fixing screw 1a, the tubes 4 and 6 are firmly fixed to the clamp portion 1c. Therefore, the pipes 4 and 6 are prevented from moving in the axial direction and coming off the pipe joint 2.
[0005]
Then, the electric wire 9 is connected to the connector pin 3 of the pipe joint 2 via the connector 9a, and as described above, electric power is supplied to the heating wire 5 (see FIG. 10) to melt the piping element. After the supply of current to the heating wire 5 is stopped, the fixing device 1 is kept mounted until the molten piping element is cooled and solidified. Means for preventing the pipe joint 2 from rotating in the circumferential direction is not particularly provided. However, if the pipe element is placed with the pipe fixing device attached, the pipe joint 2 is not rotated in the circumferential direction. Absent.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described prior art piping fixing device can easily fix the piping element, but it cannot be removed from the piping element until the molten piping element is solidified, and there is a problem that the piping construction time becomes long. . For example, when the polyethylene pipe described above is used as a water pipe buried in the ground, the pipe cannot be buried until the pipe element is solidified after the fusion work, and the construction time becomes long. Similarly, when two piping elements are joined by an adhesive, the pipe fixing device cannot be removed until the adhesive is solidified. Such a problem can be solved by providing an inexpensive disposable pipe fixing device. In other words, if it is an inexpensive disposable pipe fixing device, after the electric fusion work or bonding work is completed, the pipe element or adhesive remains solid without attaching to the pipe element or waiting for the pipe element or adhesive to solidify. It becomes possible to embed together with the piping element.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve such problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive and disposable pipe fixing device that can reliably fix the piping elements.
