Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an aqueous gel-type vehicle cleaning agent, more specifically, a uniform, stable, highly viscous gel-like shape even if the amount of the surfactant is large, good stability during storage, and water during use. It is related with the water-based gel-type vehicle cleaning agent which mixes well and is good in foamability and cleanability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When washing a vehicle such as an automobile, a liquid detergent is usually used by diluting it with water in advance or by directly applying it to a cleaning tool such as a sponge. When diluting with water, if the cleaning agent is sufficiently foamed and not used, small particles such as dust present on the painted surface of the vehicle are attracted by the cleaning tool and countless scratches are formed on the painted surface. There is also a risk, and in the case of application to the cleaning tool, the liquid cleaning agent penetrates into the cleaning tool, so that only a part of the cleaning agent remains in the contact area with the vehicle paint surface, The foamability is unavoidable.
[0003]
For this reason, a vehicular cleaning agent is required to have a gel-like high viscosity so that almost the entire amount applied to the surface of the cleaning tool penetrates and is not absorbed and can be held on the cleaning surface.
Such high viscosity required characteristics can be obtained by increasing the concentration of the surfactant in the cleaning agent, but the amount of the surfactant is excessively increased and miscibility with water is impaired. This is not preferable because it erodes the painted surface and increases the cost.
[0004]
Thus, to increase the viscosity, acrylic thickeners such as polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid and polyacrylamide and mineral thickeners such as synthetic silicates have been used.
These thickeners are difficult to thicken in the presence of charged substances such as anionic surfactants and cationic surfactants, and vehicular cleaning agents containing such charged surfactants are highly gelled. In order to achieve a viscosity, it is necessary to use a large amount of thickener. Further, when these thickeners are used, the thickener adheres to the coating surface in a large amount and adsorbs dirt, so that the cleaning performance is remarkably lowered.
Also, considering the storage location and the cost of transportation, it is preferable that the surfactant component concentration is as high as possible, that is, the product is downsized, but in the vehicle cleaner that can be gelled with a conventional thickener. The surfactant content is at most about 5% by weight.
[0005]
Thickeners that are not affected by the chargeable salts include cellulose derivatives such as hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxyethylcellulose, and oligosaccharide thickeners such as xanthan gum, but the maximum reached viscosity is 10,000 mPa · S. It is as follows and does not lead to gelation. In addition, edible gelling agents such as gelatin, agar, and alginic acid are easily affected by pH, are extremely poor in affinity with water during use, and are difficult to handle. It is easy to receive and long-term storage stability is not good.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention overcomes these conventional drawbacks, and even with a large amount of surfactant, it exhibits a uniform, stable, highly viscous gel, has good stability during storage, and is well used with water during use. The object of the invention is to provide an aqueous gel-type vehicle cleaning agent that is mixed and has good foamability and cleanability.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of the present invention have conducted various studies in order to develop a water-based gel-type vehicle cleaning agent having the above-described good properties. As a result, the gelatinized thickener contains vegetable fatty acids or vegetable oils and alkanolamines. Based on this finding, it was found that the objective can be achieved by combining an anionic surfactant with an amphoteric surfactant or a semipolar surfactant, and adding salts. The present invention has been completed.
[0008]
That is, the present invention comprises (A) 7 to 23% by weight of an anionic surfactant, (B) 0.5 to 3% by weight of at least one selected from amphoteric surfactants and semipolar surfactants, C) 1 to 6% by weight of a gelling thickener comprising a reaction product of one or both of vegetable fatty acid and vegetable oil and alkanolamine, and (D) 0.1 to 8% by weight of salts, The present invention also provides an aqueous gel-like vehicle cleaning agent characterized by being an aqueous gel having a viscosity at 20 ° C. of 10,000 mPa · S or more.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The anionic surfactant of the component (A) used in the present invention is the main component of the cleaning component, is excellent in cleaning performance of dirt on the painted surface of the vehicle, has high foaming properties, and thereby adheres particles such as dust on the painted surface. It has the effect of enveloping and preventing the formation of scratches during work.
[0010]

[0011]
In these anionic surfactants, those that generate counterion cations include alkali metals such as sodium and potassium, alkaline earth metals such as calcium, alkanolamines such as triethanolamine, and ammonia. .
[0012]
Of these anionic surfactants, α-olefin sulfonates, higher alcohol sulfates, polyoxyethylene higher alkyl ether sulfates, and polyoxyethylene higher alkyl ether carboxylic acid esters are preferred, Higher alcohol sulfate ester salt, polyoxyethylene higher alkyl ether sulfate ester salt, polyoxyethylene higher alkyl ether carboxylic acid ester salt are used. As a result, the target detergent has a viscosity of 30,000 mPa · s or higher at 20 ° C. Can impart foamability.
[0013]
The compounding amount of the anionic surfactant in the aqueous gel-like vehicle cleaning agent of the present invention is selected in the range of 7 to 23% by weight, preferably 9 to 19% by weight.
If this amount is less than 7% by weight, the increase in viscosity is insufficient, and it does not lead to complete gelation, especially when the outside air temperature exceeds 40 ° C., the viscosity is extremely reduced, and the cleaning agent becomes liquid and begins to flow, On the other hand, when the content exceeds 23% by weight, the increase in viscosity is insufficient, and complete gelation is not achieved, and the miscibility with water is not good during use.
[0014]
In the aqueous gel-type vehicle cleaning agent of the present invention, at least one selected from amphoteric surfactants and semipolar surfactants is used as component (B).
[0015]
This amphoteric surfactant is a subcomponent of the cleaning component, has excellent cleaning performance for dirt on the painted surface of the vehicle, and exhibits an effect of improving miscibility with water during use.
[0016]
Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular about this amphoteric surfactant, The following are mentioned typically.
An alkylaminocarboxylate having an alkyl group having about 12 to 18 carbon atoms, such as laurylaminopropionate.
Alkylcarboxybetaines having an alkyl group having about 12 to 18 carbon atoms, such as lauryldimethylaminocarboxybetaine, stearyldimethylaminocarboxybetaine, coconut oil alkyldimethylaminocarboxybetaine, and coconut oil alkylamidopropyldimethylaminocarboxybetaine.
Alkyl imidazoline type compounds having an alkyl group having about 12 to 18 carbon atoms, such as 2-lauryl-N-carboxyethyl-N-hydroxyethyl imidazolinium betaine.
[0017]
Moreover, a semipolar surfactant is a subcomponent of a washing | cleaning component, is excellent in foaming power, and has the effect | action which gives a thickening effect by using together with the amide in a component.
[0018]
The semipolar surfactant is not particularly limited. For example, amine oxides having an alkyl group having about 12 to 18 carbon atoms such as lauryl dimethylamine oxide, stearyl dimethylamine oxide, coconut oil alkyldimethylamine. And oxides.
[0019]
Among these components (B), alkyl carboxybetaines and amine oxides are preferably used, and among them, alkyl carboxybetaines are used in particular, so that the target cleaning agent has enhanced detergency and foaming power and Good viscosity increasing effect can be imparted.
[0020]
The blending amount of the component (B) in the aqueous gel-like vehicle cleaner of the present invention is selected in the range of 0.5 to 3% by weight, preferably 1 to 2% by weight.
If this amount is less than 0.5% by weight, the increase in viscosity is insufficient and does not lead to complete gelation, especially when the outside air temperature exceeds 40 ° C., the viscosity is extremely reduced, and the cleaning agent becomes liquid and begins to flow. However, even if it exceeds 3% by weight, it adversely affects the painted surface of the vehicle, such as penetration and swelling, and the miscibility with water becomes poor during use.
[0021]
The gel thickener of component (C) used in the present invention has an effect of increasing the viscosity. This gelling thickener is a reaction product of vegetable fatty acids or vegetable oils or both and alkanolamine.
[0022]
Examples of vegetable fatty acids include linoleic acid, oleic acid, lauric acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, etc., and examples of vegetable oils and fats are corn oil, cottonseed oil, olive oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil oil (coconut oil, Palm oil, palm kernel oil, etc.), and the like. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0023]
Examples of the alkanolamine include monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, monoisopropanolamine, diisopropanolamine and the like, and these may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0024]
As the gelling thickener, a mixture in which an amide compound, an ester compound, or an ether compound as a main component is added as a main component, and a condensate of fatty acids, an unreacted fatty acid, an alkanolamine, or the like is added thereto is preferable. The reaction product mixture of lauric acid-diethanolamine, the reaction product mixture of coconut oil-monoethanolamine, the reaction product mixture of coconut oil-diethanolamine, the reaction product mixture of modified oleic acid-diethanolamine, etc. Other preferable examples include a reaction product mixture of oleic acid-diethanolamine, a reaction product mixture of oleic acid-monoisopropanolamine, and the like. As such, for example, Calamide F, Calamide C, Calamide O, Calamide LL, Calamide MC , Calamide LM, Calamide CWT, Calamide CW-100 (all of which are trade names made by Pilot Chemical Company) are commercially available. Yes.
[0025]
The blending amount of the component (C) in the aqueous gel-like vehicle cleaning agent of the present invention is selected in the range of 1 to 6% by weight, preferably 2 to 5% by weight from the viewpoint of handling in actual use.
If this amount is less than 1% by weight, the viscosity is insufficient and does not lead to complete gelation. When the outside air temperature exceeds 40 ° C., it starts to flow. Is not adequately obtained in terms of cost. Further, it is not preferable because it may adversely affect the painted surface of the vehicle, such as penetration and swelling.
[0026]
In the aqueous gel-type vehicle cleaning agent of the present invention, salts are used as the component (D).
These salts exhibit a viscosity adjusting action and, depending on the type, secondary effects such as a pH adjusting action, a builder action, an antirust action, and a chelating action.

[0030]
Moreover, in addition to the viscosity adjusting action, as an action to prevent rust generated in unpainted parts of the vehicle due to residual water at the time of washing, preferably an inorganic rust preventive agent such as sodium dichromate Examples include chromates, silicates such as sodium metasilicate, nitrites such as sodium nitrite and potassium nitrite, polyphosphates such as sodium hexametaphosphate, and mixtures of these with sodium benzoate.
[0031]
In addition to the viscosity adjusting action, those showing the action of preventing the detergency from being reduced when using hard water are preferably chelate compound salts such as ethylenediaminetetraacetate, nitrilotriacetate, uramil diacetate and the like.

[0032]
The blending amount of component (D) in the aqueous gel-like vehicle cleaning agent of the present invention is selected in the range of 0.1 to 8% by weight, preferably 0.5 to 7% by weight. Within this range, the viscosity can be adjusted by changing the blending amount of the gel thickener and the salt.
If this amount is less than 0.1% by weight, it is necessary to increase the weight ratio of other components in the cleaning agent (for example, surfactant, gelling thickener) for gelation, resulting in high cost. On the other hand, if it exceeds 8% by weight, the viscosity of the cleaning agent is lowered.
[0033]
The anionic surfactant is preferably an α-olefin sulfonate, a higher alcohol sulfate, a polyoxyethylene higher alkyl ether sulfate, or a polyoxyethylene higher alkyl ether carboxylic acid. Salt, amphoteric surfactant is alkylcarboxybetaines or amine oxides, gelling thickener is reaction product mixture of lauric acid and diethanolamine, reaction product mixture of coconut oil and monoethanolamine, coconut oil and diethanolamine Reaction product mixture or modified oleic acid and diethanolamine reaction product mixture wherein the salt is a water-soluble salt of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal, particularly preferred are higher alcohol sulfates, polyoxyethylene higher salts Alkyl ether sulfur Ester salt or polyoxyethylene higher alkyl ether carboxylate 9 to 19% by weight, alkylcarboxybetaines 1 to 2% by weight, reaction product mixture of modified oleic acid and diethanolamine 2 to 5% by weight, water solubility of alkali metal It consists of an aqueous gel containing 0.5-7% by weight of salt.
[0034]
The aqueous gel-type vehicle cleaning agent of the present invention is obtained by mixing and dissolving the above-mentioned anionic surfactant with water, adding a gelling thickener, stirring and dissolving, and then adding an amphoteric surfactant and salts to increase the viscosity of the gel. Can be prepared.
