この発明は、例えば、清涼飲料水、炭酸飲料水、ビール、コーヒ、お茶等の飲み物が充填された缶商品や瓶商品を販売する自動販売機に於いて、同自動販売機の展示部に商品見本を陳列するために用いられる展示用見本に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、上述例のような缶商品を販売する自動販売機の展示用見本としては、例えば、販売機本体を構成する展示部の中央底面部に配設した展示パネルの水平展示面に、缶商品の周面形状と対応する大きさ及び形状に形成した円筒形状の展示用見本を嵌込み固定して陳列する第1従来例の展示用見本(実開平2−6382号公報)がある。また、展示部の中央正面部に配設した展示パネルの展示面に、缶商品の半周面形状と対応する大きさ及び形状に形成した半円筒形状の展示用見本を嵌込み固定して陳列する第2従来例の展示用見本(実開平2−35273号公報)がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述のように自動販売機の展示部に陳列された展示用見本と同じ缶商品を購入する場合、展示部に陳列された各展示用見本の色彩、模様、文字等を購入者が視認し、その各展示用見本の中から購入する缶商品を選択するため、缶商品の半周面形状と対応する大きさ及び形状に形成した半円筒形状の展示用見本を陳列することで、商品見本としての目的が達せられるが、第1従来例の展示用見本は、円筒形状を有する缶商品の周面形状と対応する大きさ及び形状に展示用見本を形成しなければならず、一個の展示用見本を製作するのに手間及び時間が掛かるため、単位個数当たり製作コストが高価となる問題点を有している。

一方、第2従来例の展示用見本は、展示パネルと展示用見本との対向面に形成した嵌込み構造が複雑であるため、商品見本の交換時に於いて、展示パネルと展示用見本とを互いに嵌め合わせることが難しく、展示用見本の取付け作業及び取外し作業に手間が掛かる。且つ、半円筒形状に展示用見本を一体成形した場合、成形時に於いて展示用見本に歪みや変形が生じやすく、所定形状に一体成形することが困難である。また、大径サイズ及び小径サイズの缶商品に対応して複数サイズの展示用見本を製作しなければならず、部品点数が多くなり、部品の取扱い及び管理が難しくなるという問題点を有している。

この発明は上記問題に鑑み、展示部を構成する展示パネルの展示面にフィルム状の見本体を湾曲して差込み固定した後、同見本体の一端側開口部に見本矯正板の大径矯正部又は小径矯正部を選択して嵌合することにより、商品と同一又は同等の立体感が得られると共に、展示用見本の交換作業が容易に行え、製作コストの低減を図ることができる展示用見本の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の発明は、展示部を構成する展示パネルの展示面に、該展示部に陳列する商品の半円筒周面と対応する曲率半径にフィルム状の見本体を湾曲して固定した後、該見本体の一端側開口部に見本矯正板を嵌合して商品と対応する曲率半径に矯正する展示用見本であって、上記展示パネルの展示面に上記見本矯正板の上下移動及び前後反転が許容される開口部を形成し、上記開口部の両側縁部に沿って上記見本体の両側縁部を差込むための各差込み溝を形成すると共に、上記見本矯正板の前部側に上記曲率半径の大きい見本体の一端側開口部と嵌合する半円形状の大径矯正部を形成し、該見本矯正板の後部側に上記曲率半径の小さい見本体の一端側開口部と嵌合する半円形状の小径矯正部を形成した展示用見本であることを特徴とする。

【発明の効果】
この発明によれば、商品の半円筒周面と対応する曲率半径に湾曲した展示用見本の一端側開口部に、又は両端側開口部に見本矯正板の大径矯正部又は小径矯正部を選択して嵌合するので、一種類の見本矯正板を大径サイズ及び小径サイズに湾曲した展示用見本を矯正する部材として兼用することができ、従来例のように複数サイズの見本矯正板を製作する必要が無く、部品点数が少なくなり、部品の取扱い及び管理が容易に行える。しかも、商品の半円筒周面と対応する曲率半径にフィルム状の展示用見本を湾曲して差込み固定するので、従来例のように円筒形状の展示用見本を製作するよりも安価であり、製作コストの低減を図ることができると共に、商品の変更に対応して展示用見本の交換作業が容易に行える。
