Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
In a mode in which a building such as a building is constructed through an independent foundation such as a footing, the disclosed technology is under the footing foundation when the building is inclined due to unequal settlement of the foundation ground, etc. It belongs to the technical field of construction to repair buildings by performing compaction grouting construction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, the improvement of civic life is extremely important to follow the development of various industries, and the various industries have large buildings such as various office buildings and factory buildings. Although there is an aspect in which the building 1 is directly constructed through a solid foundation, as shown in FIG. 5, the building 1 is spotted through the footing foundations 3 and 3 of the independent foundation with respect to the foundation ground 2. There are quite a few embodiments that are constructed in a floating state.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the aspect in which the building 1 is constructed in a floating state through the footing foundation 3 as shown in FIG. 5, the foundation ground 2 is unevenly subsidized due to crustal movement such as an earthquake or groundwater level fluctuation. Or may be tilted due to abnormal uplift.
[0004]
In order to repair the inclination, for example, compaction grouting as shown in JP-A-6-108449, JP-A-6-116936, etc. is performed on the lower side of each spot-like footing foundation 3 as shown in FIG. Although the technology for performing repair as shown in Fig. 1 has been developed, the grout 4 injected during the compaction grouting is injected directly under the base of the footing foundation 3, but the grout Even if 4 is of a considerably high viscosity, pressure escapes to the foundation ground 2 'between the footing foundations 3 and 3', and the foundation ground 2 'of the footing foundations 3 and 3' is raised to result. However, there is a disadvantage that the slope of the building 1 is not restored, and there is a disadvantage that the injected grout 4 is used in large quantities and is wasteful in resources. There is a disadvantage that leads to strike high.
[0005]
Further, as an independent foundation for the foundation ground 2 of the building 1, there is a linear independent foundation 3 ′ such as a cloth foundation as shown in FIG. 7 in addition to the footing foundation 3. A ground 2 'that is not a solid foundation is also arranged around 3'.
[0006]
Even in a mode in which the building 1 is constructed through a linear foundation 3 'such as a cloth foundation, in order to carry out the slope repair in the same manner, the line foundation 3' is in a necessary place. Even if 1 compaction grouting is spotted and grout 4 'is injected, the pressure may escape to the foundation ground 2' side in the same way, and spot compaction grouting can be replaced for uneven settlement and uplift. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the pressure of the grout 4 'of the compaction grouting, so that it is necessary to increase the pressure of the grout pump, a large grout pump or the like is required, and the construction apparatus becomes large. There was inconvenience.
[0007]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the invention of this application is to restore from a state where the building based on the above-mentioned prior art is tilted due to unequal subsidence or uplift of the ground in an aspect where the building is constructed in a floating state via an independent foundation such as footing When performing repair using compaction grouting construction, it is a technical issue to solve the problem that the injected grouting escapes pressure to the foundation ground around the independent foundation. It is firmly connected via the reinforcing bar, and there is no escape of the injection grout by applying compaction grouting to the lower part of the independent foundation. Also, the injection pressure is uniform and small, and the slope can be restored smoothly. In this way, we will provide a restoration method for buildings with excellent compaction grouting that is beneficial to the field of civil engineering technology in the construction industry. It is.
[0008]
[Means and actions for solving the problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the structure of the invention of the present application, which is summarized in the scope of the above-mentioned claims along the above-mentioned purpose, is floated on the foundation ground via an independent foundation of a linear foundation such as a footing foundation or a cloth foundation. If the building is tilted due to uneven subsidence or abnormal uplifting in a state where the foundation is constructed, a compaction grouting work is performed on the lower part of the independent foundation to restore the tilted state of the building. When pouring, slabs such as concrete are connected and stretched between the independent foundations through strong reinforcement so as to cover the foundation ground between them, and compaction grouting is applied to the lower part of the independent foundations. When the injection grout is spotted with respect to the independent foundation, there is no escape around the independent foundation, the pressure does not escape, and evenly Supporting the can held against the inclined load pressure, in which smooth repair took technical means as possible.
[0009]
【Example】
Next, an embodiment of the invention of this application will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0010]
In addition, the same aspect part as FIG. 5 and the following shall be demonstrated using the same code | symbol.
[0011]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the building 1 such as a building is constructed in a floating manner with respect to the foundation ground 2 by the footing foundations 3, 3... As spot independent foundations. When the building 1 is inclined due to uneven subsidence or abnormal uplift, a concrete slab 8 is arranged between the footing foundations 3 and 3 with respect to the footing foundation 3 as shown in FIG. The streaks 9 are tightly and firmly connected to each other, and a grout injection tube 10 is allowed to face the base of each footing base 3.
[0012]
When the injection pipe 10 is connected to a pump of a known compaction grouting apparatus 6 by a joint 7 and the grout 4 is injected, the injected grout 4 is ground 2 'as in the conventional mode shown in FIG. The pressure is not released by being blocked by the slab 8 and therefore does not escape.
[0013]
Therefore, the grout 4 is injected into the base of each footing foundation 3 at a uniform pressure, and the load is supported with a small pressure, and the inclination of the building 1 is smoothly restored by the refilling of the grout 4.
[0014]
Of course, during this time, since the slab 8 is stretched in a connected state to the footing foundations 3 by the reinforcing bars 9, the slabs 8 are raised by the grout 4 to be injected or cut from the footing foundation 3 by shearing. The above functions can be sufficiently maintained until the end.
[0015]
Next, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the independent foundation 3 'is a linear form such as a cloth foundation and the like space is arranged between the independent foundations 3' and 3 'in the same manner as in the above embodiment. A slab 8 is tightly connected via a line 9. In this embodiment, the grout 4 injected from the compaction grouting device 6 is spot-on not only on the independent base 3 ′ but also on the slab 8. Even if it is performed, the inclination can be restored by sufficiently supporting the load without sufficiently releasing or escaping the pressure.
[0016]
Of course, the embodiment of the invention of this application is not limited to the above-described embodiments. For example, a slab that is fastened to an independent foundation is only tightly stretched around the independent foundation. In addition, the grout 4 injected from the base of the footing foundation 3 as shown in FIG. 6 is arranged on the footing foundation 3 only in an area where the pressure is released so that the foundation ground 2 'can be lifted and escaped. Various modes such as a flange-like slab that is firmly connected by the line 9 may be employed.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention of this application, the foundation ground is inferior in a mode in which a building such as a building is basically constructed in a floating manner via an independent foundation such as a linear foundation such as a footing foundation or a cloth foundation. When the building is inclined due to equal subsidence or abnormal uplift, compaction grouting is applied to the lower part of the stand-alone foundation, and when the high-viscosity grout is injected and repaired, it is placed between the stand-alone foundations. Tightening the slab through the streaks works to prevent the grouting injected into the lower part of the independent foundation from losing pressure and preventing it from escaping, so that the slope of the building can be repaired smoothly. An excellent effect is achieved.
[0018]
In addition, when compaction grouting is performed, the pressure does not go out even if the grout to be injected is spot-injected into the lower part of the independent foundation, so that the pressure of each individual grout is small, and the output of the grout pump of the compaction grouting device However, since the injection grout does not escape, the amount of use can be reduced, resulting in an excellent effect that the construction period is short and the cost can be reduced.
[0019]
In addition, since the slab is tightly coupled to the independent foundation via reinforcement, even if pressure is applied to the slab deviating from the base of the independent foundation, a shear force acts between the slab and the independent foundation. The effect that cutting etc. by doing is also avoided is produced.
[0020]
Thus, when the slab is installed on the independent foundation, by setting in advance a grout injection pipe for performing compaction grouting, it is easy to set up the construction, and the construction is smoothly performed.
