Description

【0001】

A connecting projection 6 for connecting the arm 5 and a connecting projection 8 for connecting the leg 7 are formed on the side surface of the body portion 4 so as to protrude, and the arm 5 and the leg are connected to the connecting projections 6 and 8. 7 is configured so as to form a robot shape.
[ 0007 ]
An upper surface of the robot head 10 is provided with an insertion port 11 for inserting and removing the battery 2 into and from the storage unit 3 and a lid member 12 covering the insertion port 11 so as to be rotatable. An opening 15 for exposing the cathode is formed, and attachment means 16 for attachment to an actuator A described later is provided on the back (see FIG. 3).
[ 0008 ]
The attachment means 16 is formed by a rectangular engagement hole formed on the back of the body portion 4, and as shown in FIG. 4, a pair of locking pieces 17 formed protruding from the actuator A are attached to the attachment means (engagement). The device body 1 is formed so as to be connected to the actuator A by being inserted into the hole 16. The operating device A is formed with holding pieces 18 and 19 projecting from above and below the upper and lower sides of the locking piece 17, and the holding pieces contact the battery electrodes 2 a and 2 b. Terminals 20 and 21 are provided, respectively.
[ 0009 ]
The lid member 12 is formed with a long hole 22 having a width slightly wider than the diameter of the anode 2a of the battery 2. The lid member 12 is opened, and the battery 2 is loaded into the storage portion 3 from the insertion port 11. When the battery 12 is closed, the battery 2 is pressed by the cover member 12 and held so as not to jump out of the storage portion 3, and only the anode 2 a is exposed from the elongated hole 22 formed in the cover member 12. Yes.
[ 0010 ]
Further, display means 25 for displaying that the battery is stored is provided in the head 10 of the robot. The display means 25 is composed of a rotating member that is pivotally supported in the head 10 so as to be vertically rotatable. As shown in FIG. 5A, the display means (rotating member) 25 is formed in a substantially U shape, and a support shaft 27 protrudes outward at the rear part of both side surfaces. It is supported by a bearing 28 formed on the head 10 and is formed so as to rotate up and down around a support shaft 27. Then, the rear end of the rotating member is bent inward to form an engagement piece 30, and this engagement piece 30 protrudes into the storage portion 3 as shown in FIG. When engaged with the side wall 2c, the front surface 25a of the rotating member 25 is formed to move upward as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5C, the storage information 26 imitating the pupil is displayed on the front surface of the rotating member 25, so that the storage information (pupil) 26 is formed on the front surface of the head 10. Is exposed from the display window 31 (see FIG. 7A), and informs the user that the battery is functioning as if the robot is open with its eyes open. When the battery is not stored, the rotating member 25 is moved down by its own weight, the stored information disappears from the display window 31 (see FIG. 1), and it is as if the robot is sleeping with its eyes closed. It is configured to inform the user that the device is not functioning.
[ 0011 ]
Note that the opening 15 that exposes the cathode 2b formed at the lower end of the body 4 is formed to be approximately the same size as the radius of the battery to be stored, and therefore when the battery 2 is correctly loaded, FIG. ), The anode 2a does not contact the elongated hole 22 of the lid member 12, so that the lid member 12 can be closed properly. However, when the battery 2 is stored in the storage unit 3 in the reverse direction, FIG. ), The anode 2a cannot protrude downward from the opening 15, so that the entire bottom of the battery protrudes from the storage portion 3, and the lid member 12 cannot be closed, resulting in a battery insertion error. The user can be informed, and troubles caused by erroneous battery loading can be prevented.
[ 0012 ]
Next, an example of a usage mode of the battery storage device described above will be described. FIG. 7 illustrates a case where the battery storage device is attached to an operating device (electrical eraser) A simulating a rocket. The electric eraser has a motor and a rotating shaft that rotates in conjunction with the motor disposed therein. An eraser 35 is attached to the tip of the.
[ 0013 ]
First, the lid member 12 is opened and the battery 2 is correctly loaded. When the battery 2 is loaded, a pupil as the storage information 26 is displayed on the display window 31, and it can be seen at a glance that the battery is stored. Next, the battery accommodating device can be attached to the electric eraser by engaging the engagement hole 16 formed in the device main body 1 with the engaging piece 17 formed on the side surface of the electric eraser. At this time, the apparatus main body 1 is held so as to be sandwiched between the two holding pieces 18, 19, but the terminal 20 provided on the holding piece 18 contacts the anode 2a exposed from the elongated hole 22, The terminal 21 provided on the holding piece 19 comes into contact with the cathode 2b exposed from the opening 15 and is ready to supply voltage to the actuator A. Therefore, when the power switch 36 of the electric eraser is turned on, a voltage is applied to the motor, the eraser 35 rotates, and the electric eraser can be operated.
[ 0014 ]
When the actuator is not used, the robot appears to be standing with the rocket on its back and can be enjoyed by decorating it on a desk or bookshelf. You can also enjoy it as a robot.
[ 0015 ]
When the battery storage device is removed from the operating device, the battery is not connected to the operating device. Therefore, the battery storage device is prevented from being consumed, and the battery storage device is electrically Since there is no circuit, troubles due to liquid leakage do not occur and the actuator is not affected at all.
[ 0016 ]
In addition, although the above battery storage device supplied voltage to the electric eraser as an operating device, the operating device is not limited to the electric eraser, a water gun toy that rotates the pump with a motor to discharge water in the tank, The application range is not limited as long as it is an operating device that uses a motor as a driving force, such as a traveling toy or a spherical launch toy, an operating device that outputs sound, or an operating device that emits light.
[ 0017 ]
Further, in the battery storage device of the present invention, the shape of the device main body has been described as a robot shape. However, the shape is not limited to the robot shape, and various characters can be used. By combining, new toy hardware and software can be constructed.
