【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機等の遊技機に使用する基板収容ボックスに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ遊技機等の遊技機は、CPU,ROM,RAMその他の電子部品が装着された主制御基板、表示制御基板、払出制御基板等の制御基板を収容する基板収容ボックスを遊技盤に備えている。前記基板収容ボックスは、制御基板を収容するケース体と前記ケース体を被着するカバー体とからなり、前記ケース体及びカバー体が互いに合着封止されている。

前記基板収容ボックスにあっては、当該基板収容ボックスの封止状態が不正に解除され、内部に収容されている前記制御基板に不正目的のデータを保持したROM等を取り付けるような人為的な不正行為が行われる可能性があった。そこで、遊技店は、不正行為が行われたか否かを確認する手段として、前記基板収容ボックスに対し当該基板収容ボックス全体を取り囲むように結束バンド等の巻着部材を巻き付け、この巻着部材が切断されているか否かを確認することにより、不正が行われているか否かを判断していた。さらに、制御基板が収容された基板収容ボックスを巻着部材により掛装し、当該巻着部材を弛み外し操作が不可能な締付け専用タイプのビスにより遊技盤に対して取り付け固支したものもある(特許文献1参照)。

しかしながら、従来の不正行為の確認手段は、基板収容ボックス全体を巻着部材で取り囲むものあるいは掛装するものであるため、その巻着部材の長さはかなり長くなってしまい、遊技店による取り付け作業は手間がかかるものであった。また、巻着部材を継ぎ足して使用している場合には、当該巻着部材同士の継ぎ目を切断し再接着することが可能となるため、遊技店による不正の発見が困難なものとなっていた。さらには、前記の基板収容ボックスを取り囲むように巻き付けた結束バンドにあっては、巻着部材を基板収容ボックスに巻き付けるというその取り付け形態から、巻着部材が基板収容ボックスから引き抜かれるおそれもあるため、不正確認は必ずしも確実とはいえなかった。

この発明は、前記の点に鑑みなされたもので、遊技機の制御基板が収容される基板収容ボックスが封止され不正行為が施されていないことが容易にかつ確実に確認できる遊技機の基板収容ボックスを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、請求項1の発明は、遊技に関する制御を行う制御基板を収容するケース体と前記ケース体を被着するカバー体とが主封止手段によって一体的に封止されてなる基板収容ボックスにおいて、前記ケース体と前記カバー体を被着したときに前記主封止手段とは異なる補助封止手段を備えて、前記補助封止手段は、前記ケース体及び前記カバー体にそれぞれ外方に突出するケース体突出部及びカバー体突出部を設け、前記ケース体と前記カバー体を被着したときに前記ケース体突出部及び前記カバー体突出部により突出封止部が形成され、前記突出封止部を巻き付け可能な巻着部材で巻着することにより前記ケース体と前記カバー体が封止されるとともに、前記突出封止部の先端側の少なくとも一部に前記巻着部材が前記突出封止部に巻着した状態から脱落することを防止するための脱落防止部を形成し、前記突出封止部に前記巻着部材が埋没可能な凹部が形成されているとともに、前記突出封止部に形成された凹部の溝幅と前記巻着部材の幅とが略同一であることを特徴とする遊技機の基板収容ボックスに係る。

図1に示す遊技機1は、枠体2の内側に遊技盤3が着脱交換可能に収容されており、その遊技盤3に遊技球の外側誘導レール4及び内側誘導レール5が略円形に立設され、遊技盤3の前記外側誘導レール4と内側誘導レール5によって囲まれた遊技領域6の中心線上にその上部から下部に向かって順に画像表示装置9、普通電動役物である第1種始動入賞口10、特別電動役物である大入賞口15、アウト口(排出口とも称される。)17が配設され、また上方両側にはランプ風車18a,18b、その下方に普通図柄変動開始用左ゲート19と普通図柄変動開始用右ゲート21、その下方に風車22a,22b、その下方に左袖入賞口23と右袖入賞口25、さらには前記大入賞口15の両側に左落とし入賞口27と右落とし入賞口29が配設されている。

図3ないし図12を用い、基板収容ボックス60の構造及び作用について説明する。実施例において前記基板収容ボックス60は、遊技に関する制御を行う主制御基板を収容するケース体61と前記ケース体61を被着するカバー体62とが主封止手段70によって一体的に封止されたものである。

図3は基板収容ボックス60を遊技機から取り外した状態を示す斜視図であり、ケース体61にカバー体62が被着されることにより合着したものである。前記基板収容ボックス60は内部に各種制御基板を収容するものであり、この実施例においては主制御基板を収容している。また、基板収容ボックス60は、前記ケース体61がカバー体62に被着されたときに両者が合着する部分に主封止手段70が形成されており、当該主封止手段70によって一体に合着封止されている。

前記主封止手段70は、例えば、特許3024950号公報に記載されたものが挙げられ、図3及び図4の拡大図からも明らかなように、ケース体61の左右両側面に設けられたケース体封止部71とカバー体62の左右両側面に設けられたカバー体封止部72とからなる主封止部75と、カバー体封止部72近傍に立設した封止部材85とを備えるものであり、ケース体61にカバー体62を被着させたときに当該ケース体61とカバー体62とを封止状態で締着するためのものである。前記封止部材85は、ケース体61がカバー体62に被着されて主封止部75が形成された状態において、ケース体封止部71の複数の封止部材取付部76から選択された1ヶ所の封止部材取付部76の挿入孔77に挿入され、ねじ回し等の工具を用いて叩き込まれる。図5は挿入孔77に封止部材85を挿入した状態を示す横断面図であるが、封止部材本体部86はその先端部分に溝部87が周設され、封止部材固定部80及びさらにその奥に設置される金属板82には、前記封止部材85の先端部分が挿入される孔部81,83が設けられている。前記金属板の孔部83周囲には前記溝部87に係留する凸片84が設けられているため、凸片84が溝部87にはまりこむことによって、前記封止部材85が封止部材取付部76から抜け落ちることがない。前記主封止部75は、ケース体封止部71とカバー体封止部72の少なくともいずれか一方は切断可能に構成されており、前述のように封止部材85による主封止部75の締着後は、前記切断可能な当該封止部の切断によってのみ前記封止状態が解除可能となっている。この実施例では、ケース体の切断用連結部79(図4に図示)をニッパー等の切断用工具により切断することによってのみ基板収容ボックス60の封止状態が解除されケース体61及びカバー体62の分離が可能となるように構成されている。なお、封止部材85は左右それぞれの主封止部75に対して1本ずつ使用されるため、封止部材85の使用本数や切断回数により封止及び開封の回数が確認される。

また、基板収容ボックス60には、前記した主封止手段70とは異なるさらなる封止手段として、補助封止手段が設けられている。前記補助封止手段は、ケース体突出部91とカバー体突出部92とからなる突出封止部95と、後述する突出封止部95を巻き付け可能な巻着部材100とから構成される。前記突出封止部95は、図6の上面図から理解されるように、基板収容ボックス60に対して対角線上の位置(図中の破線で示す位置)に少なくとも2箇所形成されている。対角線上に前記突出封止部95を配置することにより、基板収容ボックス60が開封されにくく、ケース体61とカバー体62の合着封止及びその確認がより確実なものとなるため好ましい。図の符号70は主封止手段、85は封止部材、110は後述するケース体側の突部、111はカバー体側の突部である。

図7は補助封止手段90を示す拡大図であり、図は突出封止部95に巻着部材100を完全に巻着する前の状態を表すものである。図から理解されるように、ケース体61にはケース体突出部91が、カバー体62にはカバー体突出部92が、それぞれ基板収容ボックス60の外方に突出するように設けられる。そして、ケース体61にカバー体62を被着させたときに前記ケース体突出部91とカバー体突出部92はそれぞれ組み合わされて突出封止部95が形成される。前記ケース体突出部91及びカバー体突出部92は、この実施例では、図7,図8,図9から明らかなように、ケース体突出部91がカバー体突出部92に比して大きく形成され、該ケース体突出部91のカバー体突出部92に対向する面には空洞部93が形成されている。そして、X−X線における断面図を図8に示しており、ケース体突出部91は当該ケース体突出部91の空洞部93にカバー体突出部92の下側がはめ込まれるようにして嵌合されている。前記空洞部93はケース体突出部91に限らず、ケース体突出部91又はカバー体突出部92の少なくとも一方に形成されていればよく、カバー体突出部92に形成され当該カバー体突出部92の空洞部93にケース体突出部91が嵌合されるものとしてもよい。なお、この実施例はケース体突出部91、カバー体突出部92の両方に空洞部分が形成されたものである。

前記ケース体突出部91及びカバー体突出部92とからなる突出封止部95には結束バンド等の巻着部材100が巻着される。図7は巻着部材100をケース体突出部91及びカバー体突出部92に対して完全に巻着する前の状態であり、この実施例の巻着部材100である結束バンドは、当該結束バンドのバンド部101が貫通する係合部103を押さえながらバンド部101の端部102を引っ張ることにより前記突出封止部95を一体に巻着するものである。前記突出封止部95を巻着部材100が一体に巻着してなる補助封止手段90は、前記ケース体61と前記カバー体62の合着封止が維持されているか否かを確認するためのものであり、巻着部材100が取り外された形跡がない場合には、基板収容ボックス60が一度も開封されておらず、前記ケース体61と前記カバー体62との合着封止状態が適正に維持されていることが確認される。前記巻着部材100は、この実施例のように、当該巻着部材100を破壊しない限り突出封止部95から取り外すことが不可能であるように構成される。実施例の巻着部材100である結束バンドの係合部103は、バンド部101の端部102を引っ張る方向にはバンド部101を移動させることが可能であるが、逆方向には移動不可能とするように構成されている。したがって、前記結束バンドは、突出封止部95を巻着した状態から係合部103を弛めて突出封止部95から取り外すことができず、ケース体61とカバー体62の分離は不可能となる。

そして、前記突出封止部95の先端側の少なくとも一部には前記巻着部材100が前記突出封止部95に巻着した状態から脱落することを防止する脱落防止部96が形成されている。すなわち、前記脱落防止部96は、前記突出封止部95を構成するケース体突出部91とカバー体突出部92において、ケース体突出部91の先端側及びカバー体突出部92の先端側のそれぞれに対して形成されている。この脱落防止部96が形成されたことにより、巻着部材100がケース体突出部91及びカバー体突出部92に巻かれた状態のままで抜け落ちてしまうことが防止される。

図9はケース体突出部91及びカバー体突出部92のY−Y線における縦断面を表すものであり、図は前記突出封止部95に巻着部材100を完全に巻着した状態を示すものである。この実施例では、脱落防止部96が突出封止部95、すなわちケース体突出部91及びカバー体突出部92の突出方向に対して略垂直方向に突設する凸部Pとして形成されている。このため、巻着部材100がケース体突出部及91びカバー体突出部92から外方に脱落するにはこの脱落防止部96である凸部Pを乗り越えなくてはならず、ケース体突出部91及びカバー体突出部92に巻着部材100が巻着された状態をより確実に維持することができる。また、この実施例では、突出封止部95に巻着された巻着部材100の厚みと前記脱落防止部96の凸部Pの高さとが等しく、前記巻着部材100と脱落防止部96とが略平面を形成しているため、ケース体突出部91と巻着部材100との隙間あるいはカバー体突出部92と巻着部材100との隙間にニッパー等の切断用工具を入れて巻着部材100を切断することが困難となる。

図10は、突出封止部95の他の実施例を示すものであり、図は縦断面図である。この実施例では、突出封止部95Aを構成するケース体突出部91A及びカバー体突出部92Aに巻着部材100が埋没可能な凹部Qが形成されており、凹部Qの溝幅と当該凹部Qに埋没した巻着部材100の幅が略同一となるように構成されている。このような構成により、ケース体突出部91Aと巻着部材100との隙間あるいはカバー体突出部92Aと巻着部材100との隙間を減少させることができ、ニッパー等の切断用工具を入れて巻着部材100を切断することをより困難とすることができる。

また、この基板収容ボックス60は、図3及び図11の拡大図に示すように、前記ケース体突出部91及びカバー体突出部92の他に、封止確認を目的とするさらなる突部110,111を設けてもよい。図の突部110,111は、前記ケース体61及びカバー体62のそれぞれに形成され、当該ケース体61にカバー体62を被着させた際に対応する位置にケース体突出部110及びカバー体突出部111の突出方向に対して略垂直方向に立設されており、この実施例では基板収容ボックス60に対して対角線上にそれぞれ2箇所設けられている(図11参照)。両突部110,111には、図11の拡大図から特に理解されるように、前記ケース体61にカバー体62を被着させた際に当該両突部110,111を貫通可能となるようにそれぞれ孔部112,113が形成されている。この孔部112,113には、図の実施例のように、錠前115をはじめとする各種の錠を取り付けることができる。両突部110,111に錠前115が施錠されていることを視覚的に確認することにより、ケース体61とカバー体62とが合着封止されていることの確実性がよりいっそう向上するとともに、前記基板収容ボックス60に封止を確認するための部分が補助封止手段90と合わせて設けられることで、不正行為をはたらく者に対して当該基板収容ボックス60の封止を解除するのに時間を要すると思わせることができ、不正行為の抑止にもつながる。なお、図の実施例では錠前115を使用しているが、前出の巻着部材100である結束バンド等、適宜使用可能である。

図12は、この発明の突出封止部95の他の実施例を示すものである。突出封止部95Bを構成するケース体突出部91B及びカバー体突出部92Bは、ケース体にカバー体62が被着されたときに必ずしも互いに係合するものでなく、図のように両者が接触せずに離れた位置に設置されていてもよい。図12の符号96Bは、他の実施例の突出封止部95Bにおける脱落防止部である。図12において、前出の図6と同一の符号は同一の部材を示す。

なお、本発明は、上記実施例に限定されるものではなく、発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において構成の一部を適宜に変更して実施することができる。例えば、上記実施例の突出封止部はケース体突出部とカバー体突出部とが略平行に突出したものであるが、ケース体突出部とカバー体突出部とが交差したもの、あるいはケース体突出部先端側とカバー体突出部先端側とが互いに離れる方向に突出したもの等が考えられ、巻着部材が巻着され脱落することがなく、基板収容ボックスの補助封止としての働きを担うものであればその構造はいかなるものであっても構わない。また、実施例では、パチンコ遊技機の基板収容ボックスとして説明したが、この他にスロットマシン、アレンジボール等の各種遊技機の基板収容ボックスとしても適用し得る。

【発明の効果】
以上図示し説明したように、請求項1の発明に係る遊技機の基板収容ボックスによれば、基板収容ボックスにおいて、主封止手段とは異なる補助封止手段を設け、前記補助封止手段は、ケース体及びカバー体にそれぞれ外方に突出するケース体突出部及びカバー体突出部を設け、前記ケース体と前記カバー体を被着したときに前記ケース体突出部及び前記カバー体突出部により突出封止部が形成され、前記突出封止部を巻き付け可能な巻着部材で巻着することにより前記ケース体と前記カバー体が封止されるとともに、前記突出封止部の先端側の少なくとも一部に前記巻着部材が前記突出封止部に巻着した状態から脱落することを防止する脱落防止部を形成したものであるため、基板収容ボックス全体に巻着部材を巻着する場合に比して、基板収容ボックスに対する巻着部材の巻着が容易になるだけでなく、巻着部材が外れにくくなり、巻着部材が破壊もしくは損失しているような場合には、基板収容ボックス内に収容されている制御基板に不正行為が施されていることが容易にかつ確実に確認することが可能である。

加えて、請求項の発明に係る基板収容ボックスによれば突出封止部に巻着部材が埋没可能な凹部が形成されているとともに、突出封止部に形成された凹部の溝幅と巻着部材の幅とが略同一であるため、突出封止部と巻着部材との隙間にニッパー等の切断用工具を入れて巻着部材を切断することが困難となり、突出封止部に巻着部材が巻着された状態をより確実に維持することが可能となり、基板収容ボックス内の制御基板に対する不正行為の防止を強化することができる。
