上記の課題を解決するために、この発明は、炊飯器の蓋下面に着脱自在に取付けた放熱板の上面と蓋下面との間に介在される炊飯器の蒸気孔セットにおいて、上記の蒸気孔セットをおねば捕捉ケースと、弁室部材及び保湿弁体とにより構成し、該おねば捕捉ケースの下面を開放するとともに、その下面の開放部を上記放熱板に設けた蒸気入口を含む部分に当接せしめ、上記おねば捕捉ケースの上面にその内外に貫通した取付け部を設けるとともに、その取付け部に上記弁室部材を取付け、該弁室部材の内部に収納した上記保湿弁体により該弁室部材下面の弁孔を部分的に閉塞せしめ、上記弁室部材の出側を上記蓋の蒸気孔下方に臨ませ、かつ該おねば捕捉ケースの上面に設けた係合部を上記の蓋下面に着脱自在に係合し、上記保湿弁体の重量を炊飯時の蒸気圧により上記弁孔から浮上させるように選定した構成を採用した。
