Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a belt tension adjusting device that adjusts the tension of a toothed belt that is wound around a pair of toothed pulleys and is fixed to a bracket such as a door pulley that suspends a door at one end and the other end.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a hanging door, for example, the one shown in FIG. 5 is known. The suspension door has an upper end and an other end of the door 57 on brackets 55 and 56 that support a pair of door wheels 53 and 54 that run on a rail 52 provided horizontally along the upper edge of the opening 51. In addition to being suspended, the toothed belt 60 is wound around a pair of toothed pulleys 58a and 58b which are pivotally attached to the wall near the upper side of the opening 51, and one of which is driven by the motor 59. One end 60a and the other end 60b of the belt 60 are fixed to the left bracket 55 so that the door 57 is opened and closed.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 6, the fixing portion between the both ends 60 a and 60 b of the toothed belt and the bracket 55 is L attached to the middle of a plate-like member 62 whose one end is fixed to the upper portion of the bracket 55 with bolts 61 and 61. On the upper side of the metal fitting 63, a holding metal fitting 64 meshed with the teeth of one end 60a of the toothed belt is fixed with bolts 65, 65, and on the upper side of the L-shaped member 66, a similar metal fitting 67 and bolts 68, 68 are used for toothing. The other end 60b of the attached belt is fixed, and the tip of the cutting bolt 70 screwed into the nut 69 fixed to the vertical side of the L-shaped member 66 is inserted into the hole of the bent side at the other end of the plate-shaped member 62. However, the nuts 71 and 72 are tightened from both sides.
The tension of the toothed belt 60 is adjusted by loosening the nuts 71 and 72 at the other end of the plate-like member 62 to which the one end 60 a of the toothed belt is fixed, and via the cutting bolt 70 and the L-shaped member 66. After the other end 60b of the belt is pushed and pulled to adjust the belt tension properly, the nuts 71 and 72 are tightened again.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional belt tension adjusting device includes a plate member on the belt one end 60a side having an L metal fitting 63, a holding metal fitting 64, bent side nuts 71 and 72, dimensioning bolts 70, and many bolts 61 and 65. Further, since it is composed of the L-shaped member 66 on the belt other end 60b side having the holding metal fitting 67, the bolt 68, and the nut 69, there is a problem that the number of parts increases and the cost becomes high. Further, since the tension is adjusted by adjusting the length of the slicing bolt 70 with the tightening nuts 71 and 72 with respect to the L-shaped member 66 away from the bracket 55, the work may be performed at a high place using a ladder. In addition, workability is poor, and there is a problem that the belt other end 60b is inclined with respect to the one end 60a and the belt tooth surface is not aligned.
On the other hand, as another conventional example, there is a belt tension adjusting device that can move and adjust the central axis of the driven-side toothed pulley 58a in the horizontal direction. Since space is required and the toothed pulley 58a is separated from the bracket 55, there is a problem that belt tension cannot be adjusted simultaneously with the door mounting.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive belt tension adjusting device that has a small number of parts, requires no space, and has good workability by devising a compact structure that can be incorporated into a bracket. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 is a belt tension adjusting device that adjusts the tension of a toothed belt that is wound around a pair of toothed pulleys and has one end and the other end fixed to a bracket. A fixing portion that fits and fixes one end of the toothed belt in a groove having teeth meshed with one end of the toothed belt, and a U that is connected to the fixing portion and guides an outer periphery near the other end of the toothed belt. A U-shaped guide portion having a letter shape, and a fixture that is fixed to the bracket, and is rotatably attached to the fixture so as to be disposed inside the U-shaped guide portion. A toothed pulley that meshes with the other end of the toothed belt, and a fastener that is inserted into the center hole of the toothed pulley and fixes the toothed pulley to the fixing tool. The toothed pulley has a polygon in which the outermost end of the shaft portion can be fitted with a wrench, and abuts against the shaft portion inside the polygon to prevent the toothed pulley from tilting. A piece is provided on the fixture so as to be positioned inside the U-shaped guide. It is characterized by that.
[0007]
The bracket is fixed with a fixing device of a belt tension adjusting device, and one end of a toothed belt wound around a pair of toothed pulleys is first meshed and fixed to the fixing portion of the fixing device, The vicinity of the other end of the toothed belt is engaged with a toothed pulley that is rotatably attached to a fixing tool inside the U-shaped guide part while guiding the outer periphery to the U-shaped guide part of the fixing tool. Rotate this toothed pulley until the belt is at the proper tension. The That is, after the other end of the toothed belt is engaged with the toothed pulley, the wrench is fitted to the outermost polygon of the toothed pulley and turned. Then, the toothed pulley that tries to tilt with the tension applied to the toothed belt is prevented from tilting because its shaft part hits the contact piece, so that the toothed belt can be easily stretched and the tension of the toothed belt can be easily increased. Can be adjusted. after thatThen, the toothed pulley is fixed to the fixing tool by a fastening tool. Accordingly, the tensioned toothed belt is adjusted to an appropriate tension and both ends are fixed to the bracket. In order to reduce the tension of the toothed belt, after loosening the fastening tool, the toothed pulley is rotated in reverse until the belt has an appropriate tension, and then the fastening tool is tightened again.
As described above, the belt tension adjusting device has a simple structure in which a fixing device including a fixing portion and a U-shaped guide portion pivotally attached to a toothed pulley with a fastening device is simply fixed to a bracket. Compared to the conventional example where space is not required, the number of parts is small, and it can be manufactured at low cost, and the length of the cutting bolt is adjusted with a screwed double nut, the tooth surfaces on both ends of the belt are aligned.Combined with a toothed pulley having an outermost end of the shaft portion that is polygonal and has an abutting piece on the inner side, the belt tension adjustment work is further facilitated.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a belt tension adjusting device that adjusts the tension of a toothed belt that is wound around a pair of toothed pulleys and has one end and the other end fixed to a bracket. A fixed portion fixed to the bracket, having a first recessed portion for guiding and a U-shaped guide portion that is connected to the first recessed portion and guides the outer periphery in the vicinity of the other end of the toothed belt. A toothed pulley that is rotatably attached to the fixture so as to be disposed inside the U-shaped guide, and meshes with the other end of the toothed belt, and a center of the toothed pulley. A fastener that is inserted into the hole and that fixes the toothed pulley to the fixing tool and a tooth that meshes with one end of the toothed belt, and is fitted and fixed at one end of the toothed belt; A first sliding block slidably accommodated in the first recess. And an elastic member that is shrunk between the first sliding block and one end of the first recess, and the first sliding block is fixed at a predetermined position in the first recess. A fixing member for fixing to the toolThe toothed pulley has a polygon in which the outermost end of the shaft portion can be fitted with a wrench, and abuts against the shaft portion inside the polygon to prevent the toothed pulley from tilting. A piece is provided on the fixture so as to be positioned inside the U-shaped guide. It is characterized by that.
[0009]
A fixing tool of the belt tension adjusting device is fixed to the bracket, and one end of the toothed belt stretched between the pair of toothed pulleys is first meshed with the first sliding block in the first recess of the fixing tool. Next, the vicinity of the other end of the toothed belt is engaged with a toothed pulley inside the U-shaped guide part while guiding the outer periphery to the U-shaped guide part of the fixture, Rotate the belt until the proper tension is reached. That is, after the other end of the toothed belt is engaged with the toothed pulley, the wrench is fitted to the outermost polygon of the toothed pulley and turned. Then, the toothed pulley that tries to tilt with the tension applied to the toothed belt is prevented from tilting because its shaft part hits the contact piece, so that the toothed belt can be easily stretched and the tension of the toothed belt can be easily increased. Can be adjusted. As the toothed pulley rotates, the toothed belt is gradually stretched, and the first sliding block moves toward one end of the first recess while compressing and shrinking the elastic member. The tension obtained by adding the product of the contracted length and the spring constant acts on the compression force. Therefore, when the first sliding block moves to a predetermined position in the first recess corresponding to the desired tension, the toothed pulley is fixed to the fixing tool by the fastening tool, and the first sliding block is fixed to the fixing tool by the fixing member. To do. Thus, the stretched toothed belt is adjusted to the desired tension and both ends are fixed to the bracket.
As described above, the belt tension adjusting device includes a first recess having a first sliding block, an elastic member, and a fixing member, and a U-shaped guide portion pivotally attached to a toothed pulley with a fastener. Because it has a simple structure in which the fixture is simply fixed to the bracket, it does not take up space, it can be manufactured at a low cost with a small number of parts, and both ends of the belt can be adjusted compared to conventional examples such as adjusting the length of the cutting bolt. The tooth surfaces are aligned and tension adjustment work is easy. Furthermore, a desired constant tension can be easily and surely applied to the toothed belt by the elastic member that is fitted to one end of the first sliding block. At the same time, the belt tension adjustment work is further facilitated by the toothed pulley having a polygonal outermost end of the shaft portion and an inner contact piece.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 3 is a belt tension adjusting device that adjusts the tension of a toothed belt that is wound around a pair of toothed pulleys and has one end and the other end fixed to a bracket. Teeth meshed with one end of toothed beltAbove the groove formed on the topA fixed part that fits one end of the toothed belt from the front side and prevents it from being fixed with a bolt with a washer, and is connected in parallel to the upper part of the fixed part. Each of the second recesses for guiding the other end of the toothed belt and flanges projecting forward from both ends of the second recesses. A fixing tool to be fixed, a tooth to be engaged with the other end of the toothed belt, and a plate-like protrusion for preventing the toothed belt from coming off are provided on the lower surface, protrude forward, and slide into the second recess. A freely-slidable second sliding block and a nut inserted through the mounting hole of the flange portion, screwed into a screw hole penetrating the second sliding block, and below the neck sandwiching the flange portion A feed bolt for advancing and retracting the second sliding block; Characterized by comprising.
[0011]
The bracket is fixed with a fixing device of a belt tension adjusting device, and one end of a toothed belt stretched between a pair of toothed pulleys is first meshed with the fixing portion of the fixing device, and then the toothed belt is fixed. After engaging the other end of the second sliding block with the second sliding block in the second concave portion of the fixture, the second sliding block is screwed into the second sliding block, and the flange portion of the fixture is fitted. The belt is advanced and retracted by the rotation of the inserted feed bolt, the belt is adjusted to the appropriate tension, and fixed at the adjustment position with a lock nut. Thus, the tensioned toothed belt is adjusted to an appropriate tension and both ends are fixed to the bracket.
As described above, the belt tension adjusting device has a simple structure in which the fixing member including the fixing portion, the second sliding block, the flange portion through which the feed bolt is inserted, and the second concave portion is simply fixed to the bracket. In addition, since the number of parts is small, it can be manufactured at low cost, and the tooth surfaces on both ends of the belt are aligned, making it easier to adjust the tension, compared to conventional examples such as adjusting the length of a dimensioning bolt. Further, the feed bolt inserted through the flange portion protruding forward from both ends of the second recess and screwed into the through screw hole of the second sliding block protruding forward is positioned forward of the toothed belt or bracket. As a result, the belt tension can be easily adjusted by turning the feed bolt and lock nut with a wrench.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments.
1 (A), (B), (C) are the claims of the present invention.1FIG. 2 is a front view, a side view, and a plan view showing an example of a belt tension adjusting device of the present invention, and this adjusting device has a tooth that meshes with one end 60a of a toothed belt 60 and a fixing portion 2 that fixes the one end 60a. It has a U-shaped guide portion 3 that is continuous with the fixed portion 2 and guides the outer periphery of the toothed belt 60 in the vicinity of the other end 60b, and supports the door wheel 53 (see FIG. 5). A fixing device 1 fixed to the upper part of the bracket 55 with bolts 4 and 4 and a rotating device attached to the fixing device 1 so as to be disposed inside the U-shaped guide portion 3. A toothed pulley 5 meshing with the end 60b and a fastening bolt 6 as a fastening tool for fixing the toothed pulley 5 to the fixing tool 1 are provided.
[0013]
The fixing portion 2 has a groove extending substantially horizontally from one end of the fixture 1 along the lower portion of the U-shaped guide portion 3, and is provided only on one end side of the groove by fitting one end 60a of the toothed belt from the front side. The toothed belt 7 is prevented from coming off from the groove by a washer bolt 7 screwed to one end.
The toothed pulley 5 includes a gear portion 5a provided with teeth that mesh with a toothed belt, a shaft portion 5b that forms a circle having substantially the same diameter as the tooth tip of the gear portion 5a, and extends outward in the axial direction. Is composed of the hexagonal portion 5c at the outermost end in the axial direction and can be fitted to the fixture 1 by screwing the fastening bolt 6 inserted through the center hole 5d onto the back wall.
[0014]
On the other hand, in order to prevent the toothed pulley 5 from tilting when the addendum belt 60 is stretched, the contact piece 8 that contacts the shaft portion 5b having the circular cross section is horizontally extended outward from the other end of the fixture 1. The other end 60b of the toothed belt after being wound around the toothed pulley 5 and protruding from the back wall of the fixture 1 so as to be horizontally positioned at the inner center of the U-shaped guide portion 3 opened at The fixing bolt 9 that is pressed and fixed toward the horizontal portion of the contact piece 8 is screwed vertically to the end portion of the U-shaped guide portion 3.
The bolts 4 and 4 for fixing the fixing device 1 to the bracket 55 are screwed into the bracket 55 through the elongated holes 10 and 10 in the vertical direction of the fixing device 1 in order to allow height adjustment. On the back surface of the door, the door stopper 53 is fixed to the lower edge of the front end of the rail 52 with a slight gap below the door wheel 53 to prevent the door wheel 53 from falling off the rail 52. In addition, the door 57 is fixed to the lower end horizontal portion of the bracket 55 with the bolt 12.
[0015]
The belt tension adjusting device having the above configuration is used as follows.
A pair of toothed pulleys 58a and 58b (see FIG. 5) are stretched on the fixing portion 2 of the fixture 1 that supports the door wheel 53 that runs on the rail 52 and is fixed to the upper portion of the bracket 55 that suspends the door 57. One end 60a of the suspended toothed belt 60 is fitted and meshed, and a bolt 7 with a washer is screwed to prevent it from coming off. Next, the tightening bolt 6 is loosened and a wrench (not shown) is fitted to the hexagonal portion 5c of the toothed pulley 5 and turned. Then, the toothed pulley 5 tries to incline due to the tension applied to the toothed belt 60 as the wrench is turned. However, the inclination is prevented by the shaft portion 5b coming into contact with the contact piece 8. 60 can be easily stretched to an appropriate tension. Finally, the fastening bolt 6 is tightened to securely fix the toothed pulley 5 to the fixture 1, and the fixing bolt 9 is fastened to fix the other end 60b of the toothed belt. As a result, the toothed belt 60 stretched around the pair of toothed pulleys 58a and 58b is adjusted to an appropriate tension, and both ends 60a and 60b are fixed to the bracket 55 via the fixture 1.
In order to reduce the tension of the toothed belt 60, the tightening bolt 6 and the fixing bolt 9 are loosened, the wrench fitted to the hexagonal portion 5c of the toothed pulley 5 is turned in the reverse direction, and then both bolts 6, 9 can be tightened again.
[0016]
As described above, the belt tension adjusting device only fixes the fixing device 1 including the fixing portion 2 and the U-shaped guide portion 3 having the toothed pulley 5 with the tightening bolt 6 pivotally attached to the bracket 55. Compared to the conventional example such as adjusting the length of the cutting bolt 70 with the double nuts 71 and 72 of FIG. Also, the tooth surfaces of the belt ends 60a and 60b are aligned, and the tension can be easily adjusted.
In addition, the toothed pulley 5 is provided with a hexagonal portion 5c, and the contact piece 8 is provided to prevent the inclination of the toothed pulley 5 due to the tension of the toothed belt 60 by contact with the shaft portion 5b. The tension of the toothed belt 60 can be easily adjusted by the toothed pulley 5 and the fastening tool is screwed to the back wall of the fixing tool 1 through the center of the toothed pulley 5. There is an advantage that fixing to the fixture 1 can be performed quickly and reliably.
Further, since the bolt 7 with a washer that prevents the one end 60a of the toothed belt 60 from coming off and the fixing bolt 9 that fixes the other end 60b are provided, the belt ends 60a and 60b are aligned with their tooth surfaces well, and the bracket 55 There is an advantage that it can be fixed securely.
[0017]

In this adjusting device, the U-shaped guide portion 3 of the fixture 1 described in FIG. 1 is used as a second recess 13 for guiding the other end 60b of the toothed belt, and the second recess 13 is engaged with the other end 60b. 1 is different from FIG. 1 only in that the second sliding block 14 having teeth to be moved is slidably disposed and the feed bolt 15 is screwed to the fixture 1 so that the second sliding block 14 is advanced and retracted. The same members as those in FIG.
The second recess 13 has a stepped horizontal slot that covers the entire front side and opens the other end at the belt height below the feed bolt 15 and fits the protruding rear part of the second sliding block 14. The other end 60b of the toothed belt can be fitted from the front side, and the second sliding block 14 meshing with the other end 60b can be prevented from coming off by the washer bolt 16 screwed to the wall of the stepped portion. ing. The feed bolt 15 is screwed with a lock nut 17 that contacts the other end of the fixture 1 and positions the second sliding block 14 in the slot.
[0018]
The belt tension adjusting device of FIG. 2 is used as follows.
One end 60a of a toothed belt 60 stretched between a pair of toothed pulleys 58a and 58b (see FIG. 5) is fitted into the fixing portion 2 of the fixing tool 1 fixed to the upper part of the bracket 55, and is engaged with each other. Attached bolt 7 is screwed to prevent it from coming off. Next, after engaging the other end 60b of the toothed belt 60 with the second sliding block 14 in the second recess 13 of the fixture 1, the feed bolt 15 with the lock nut 17 loosened is toothed. After the belt 60 is screwed until the proper tension is obtained, the lock nut 17 is tightened to the other end of the fixture 1. As a result, the stretched toothed belt 60 is adjusted to an appropriate tension, and both ends 60 a and 60 b are fixed to the bracket 55.
[0019]
As described above, the belt tension adjusting device of FIG. 2 has a simple structure in which the fixture 1 including the fixing portion 2, the second sliding block 14, and the second recess 13 having the feed bolt 15 is fixed to the bracket 55. Therefore, it takes less space and can be manufactured at a low cost with a small number of parts. Compared to the conventional example in which the length of the dimensioning bolt 70 in FIG. 6 is adjusted, the tooth surfaces of the belt ends 60a and 60b are aligned. The tension can be easily adjusted.
Further, since the washer-attached bolt 16 is screwed to the wall of the stepped portion of the second recess 13, the second sliding block 14 can be prevented from coming off, and the lock nut 17 is screwed to the feed bolt 15. Therefore, there exists an advantage that the 2nd sliding block 14 can be positioned reliably in a slot.
[0020]
3 (A) and 3 (B) show the claims of the present invention.2It is the front view and top view which show an example of the belt tension adjustment apparatus of this. In this adjusting device, the fixing portion 2 of the fixing device 1 in FIG. 1 is a first recess 18 that guides one end 60a of the toothed belt 60, and the first recess 18 has teeth that mesh with the one end 60a. A sliding block 19 is slidably disposed, and a spring 20 as an elastic member is mounted between the first sliding block 19 and one end of the first recess 18 so that the first sliding block 19 is 1 is different from FIG. 1 only in that it is fixed to the fixture 1 with bolts 21 and 21 as fixing members so as to be located at a predetermined position in the first recess 18, and the same members as those in FIG. Description is omitted.
[0021]
The first recess 18 has a groove that has a front side that extends over the entire surface and one end that is open by the belt height, while the first sliding block 19 is for the teeth and bolts 21 that mesh with one end 60a of the belt. The block portion 19a has two insertion holes, and the lid portion 19b extends from the front side of the block portion 19a to the one end side so as to slidably cover the groove hole and prevent the spring 20 from falling off.
Then, when the first sliding block 19 is fitted into the groove hole from the front side so that the one end 60a of the belt is engaged with the block portion 19a and the one end is in contact with the free length spring 20, the above-mentioned right side in FIG. The insertion hole is aligned with the female screw hole 22c at the right end of the three female screw holes 22a, 22b, 22c provided in the back wall of the first recess 18. On the lower edge of the slot, a scale 23 is engraved at the tip of the lid portion 19b when the first sliding block 19 is fitted into the slot in contact with the free length spring 20, and a toothed pulley 5 when the belt 5 is rotated in the belt tension direction and the first sliding block 19 is slid to one end until the two insertion holes are aligned with the left two female screw holes 22a and 22b against the spring 20 A scale 24 is also carved at the tip of the portion 19b. A predetermined optimum tension is applied to the toothed belt 60 by the spring 20 compressed to this state.
[0022]
The belt tension adjusting device of FIG. 3 is used as follows.
The end 60a of the toothed belt 60 stretched is inserted into the slot of the first recess 18 of the fixture 1 fixed to the upper part of the bracket 55, and one end is in contact with one end of the first recess 18 While engaging the block portion 19b with the teeth of the belt end 60a while aligning the tip of the lid portion 19b with the scale 23 so that the block portion 19a of the first sliding block 19 contacts the other end of the long spring 20, One sliding block 19 is fitted into the slot. Next, as described in FIG. 1, the tightening bolt 6 is loosened and a spanner is fitted to the hexagonal portion 5 c of the toothed pulley 5 to prevent the toothed pulley 5 from being tilted by the contact piece 8. The toothed pulley 5 is rotated by turning the spanner until the belt 60 has an appropriate tension. As the toothed pulley 5 rotates, the toothed belt 60 is gradually stretched, and the first sliding block 19 moves toward one end of the slot while compressing and shrinking the spring 20. A tension corresponding to the product of the shortened length and the spring constant is applied. When the first sliding block 19 slides until the end of the lid portion 19b is aligned with the scale 24, a predetermined optimum tension is applied to the toothed belt 60. At this time, the spanner is removed and the toothed pulley 5 is removed. Is fixed to the fixture 1 by tightening the tightening bolt 6. In addition, two bolts 21 are screwed into the female screw holes 22a and 22b aligned in a row to fix the first sliding block 19 to the fixture 1, and the fixing bolt 9 is tightened to fix the other end of the toothed belt. 60b is fixed. Thus, the stretched toothed belt 60 is adjusted to the optimum tension, and both ends 60 a and 60 b are fixed to the bracket 55.
[0023]
As described above, the belt tension adjusting device shown in FIG. 3 merely pivots the first recess 18 having the first sliding block 19, the spring 20, the bolt 21, and the toothed pulley 5 with the tightening bolt 6. Since the structure is simple, it requires less space and can be manufactured at a low cost with a small number of parts. Compared to the conventional example in which the length of the dimensioning bolt 70 in FIG. 6 is adjusted, the teeth on both ends 60a and 60b of the belt. Surfaces are aligned and tension can be adjusted easily.
Further, since the spring 20 is compressed on one end side of the first sliding block 19, the tension applied to the toothed belt 60 as the toothed pulley 5 rotates can be immediately known by the contraction of the spring 20. Therefore, a desired constant tension can be applied to the toothed belt 60 quickly and easily. Of course, the scale for knowing the spring force is engraved at an arbitrary position along the slot.
In addition, since the first sliding block 19 is provided with the lid portion 19b that covers the sliding groove hole, there is an advantage that the spring 20 and the one end 60a of the toothed belt that are contracted with a small number of members can be prevented from falling off. The advantages of the fixing bolt 9 and the hexagonal portion 5c of the toothed pulley and the contact piece 8 are as described in FIG.
[0024]
The belt tension adjusting device of the present inventionReference example2 is obtained by replacing the fixing portion 2 of the adjusting device described in FIG. 2 with the first recess 18 described in FIG. 3 that guides one end 60 a of the toothed belt 60.
Therefore, this belt tension adjusting device is also used in the same manner as described above, does not take up space, can be manufactured at a low cost with a small number of parts, and the tooth surfaces at both ends of the belt are aligned as compared with the conventional example, so that tension adjustment is possible. The work is easy, and in addition, a desired constant tension can be easily and reliably applied to the toothed belt 60 by the spring 20 that is contracted to one end of the first sliding block 19.
[0025]
4 (A), (B), (C) are the claims of the present invention.3It is the front view, side view, and top view which show an example of the belt tension apparatus of this. This adjusting device adds flange portions 31 and 31 protruding from both ends of the second recess 13 to the fixture 1 described in FIG. 2, and the second sliding block 14 in FIG. The feed bolt 15 shown in FIG. 2 is attached to the mounting holes of the flange portions 31 and 31 as a new second sliding block 32 that protrudes forward to the extent that the lower surface 32a has teeth engaged with the other end 60b of the toothed belt. 2 is different from FIG. 2 only in that a new feed bolt 36 having a lock nut 35 under the neck sandwiching the flange 31 is inserted into the through screw hole 34 of the second sliding block 32. Therefore, the same members as those in FIG.
[0026]
The second recess 13 has a U-shaped cross-section opened on the front side (front surface) (see FIG. 4B), is blocked by a flange 31 protruding at the left end, and the same flange portion 31 except for the lower end at the right end. (See FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (C)), and a fixing portion 2 for fixing one end 60a of the toothed belt is formed below. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4B, the second sliding block 32 has a cross-sectional shape that fits into the U-shaped second recess 13 and is in front of the other end 60b of the meshed toothed belt. A plate-like protrusion 32b is provided on the lower surface 32a to contact the side surface to prevent the belt from coming off and to prevent the belt from co-rotating with the feed bolt 36 to ensure reliable forward / backward sliding.
The washer-attached bolt 7 for preventing the toothed belt from being pulled out from the one end 60a is attached to the fixing portion 2 at the upper edge unlike the lower edge of the belt in the embodiment of FIG.
[0027]
The belt tensioning device of FIG. 4 is used as follows.
One end 60a of a toothed belt 60 stretched around a pair of toothed pulleys 58a and 58b (see FIG. 5) is fitted into the fixing portion 2 of the fixing tool 1 fixed to the upper part of the bracket 55 and meshed with each other. Attached bolt 7 is screwed to prevent it from coming off. Next, with the other end 60b of the toothed belt 60 engaged with the teeth on the lower surface of the second sliding block 32, the toothed belt 60 is pulled in the left direction in the drawing and the toothed belt 60 is moderately tensioned. The moving block 32 is fitted into the second recess 13 between the flanges 31 and 31. Subsequently, the feed bolt 36 is inserted into the mounting hole 33 of the left flange 31, the lock nut 35 is screwed under the neck, and the tip of the second sliding block 32 is turned while turning the bolt in the tightening direction. The screw holes 34 are screwed together. At this time, if the second sliding block 32 that is in contact with the right flange 31 by belt tension is pressed by hand, the tip of the feed bolt 36 advances to the back of the screw hole 34 and finally the second It passes through the mounting hole 33 of the right flange 31 through the sliding block 32. At this point, when the hand is separated from the second sliding block 32 and the feed bolt 36 is further turned in the tightening direction, the second sliding block 32 that is prevented from co-rotation by the plate-like protrusion 32b is moved into the second recess 13. To the left, and the toothed belt 60 is further tensioned. Therefore, when the toothed belt 60 reaches an appropriate tension, the lock nut 35 under the neck is tightened until it comes into close contact with the left flange 31. As a result, the stretched toothed belt 60 is adjusted to an appropriate tension, and both ends 60 a and 60 b are fixed to the bracket 55.
[0028]
As described above, the belt tension adjusting device of FIG. 4 fixes the fixture 1 including the fixing portion 2, the second sliding block 32, the flange portion 31 through which the feed bolt 36 is inserted, and the second recess 13 to the bracket 55. The simple structure does not take up space, it can be manufactured inexpensively with a small number of parts, and the tooth surfaces at both ends of the belt are also less than in the conventional example such as adjusting the length of the dimensioning bolt 70 in FIG. As a result, the tension can be easily adjusted.
The feed bolt 36 inserted through the flange portions 31 and 31 protruding forward from both ends of the second recess 13 and screwed into the through screw hole 34 of the second sliding block 32 protruding forward is a toothed belt. 60 and the bracket 55 (see FIG. 4B), the feed bolt 36 and the lock nut 35 can be easily turned with a wrench or the like, and the tension adjustment work of the toothed belt 60 is further facilitated. Can be done.
Further, since the plate-like protrusion 32b is provided on the lower surface 32a of the second sliding block 32, the plate-like protrusion 32b can be brought into contact with the front side surface of the other end 60b of the toothed belt and can be prevented from coming off. It is possible to prevent the sliding block 32 from co-rotating with the feed bolt 36 and to assure reliable sliding. In addition, since the lock nut 35 is screwed under the neck of the feed bolt 36, the second sliding block 32 can be reliably positioned in the second recess 13.
[0029]
The fastening tool for fixing the toothed pulley 5 of the present invention to the fixing tool 1 is not limited to the fastening bolt 6 described above. For example, the fastening tool can be fitted into the spline groove in the center hole of the toothed pulley and used as the fixing tool. A fixed spline shaft or the like may be used, and the elastic member to be compressed on one end side of the first sliding block 19 is not limited to the spring 20 described above, and may be rubber or elastomer. Further, the fixing member for fixing the first sliding block 19 to the fixing tool 1 is not limited to the bolt 21 described above, but may be a clamp or the like. The polygon at the outermost end of the toothed pulley 5 is the same as that described above. It is not limited to a square.
[0030]
