本発明は、ネットワークを通してサイバースペース上で錠を管理するロッカーシステムに関し、ロッカーの利用に関連して発生するトラブルをリモート ガイダンスによって処理するロッカーシステムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の錠付き戸棚は、図12に示すように、施錠と解錠を機械式の鍵と錠を使用して行うものが一般的であり、一部にテンキーからパスワードを入力したり、磁気カードを読み込ませることにより電磁錠を動作させ施錠と解錠を行うものがあったが、サイバースペース上で錠を管理することによって施錠と解錠を行い、さらに、当該錠付き戸棚の利用に関して発生するトラブル処理をリモート ガイダンスによって処理するロッカーシステムは存在しなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の、機械式の鍵と錠、または、パスワードの入力や磁気カードを読み込ませることにより電磁錠を動作させ施錠と解錠を行う錠付き戸棚は、第一の問題として、鍵や磁気カードの保管やパスワードの記憶の煩わしさがあり、鍵や磁気カードの紛失やパスワードもれによるセキュリティーの弱さもあった。

また、第二の問題として、商品の受け渡し等における施錠者と解錠者が異なる場合は、施錠者から解錠者へ鍵や磁気カードやパスワードの伝達が必要であり、施錠者と解錠者の双方に鍵や磁気カードやパスワードの受け渡しのための手間と時間による損失を生じさせ、商品の受け渡しに錠付き戸棚を利用するときの利便性を減殺させていた。

また、第三の問題として、インターネットによる電子商取引の拡大に伴い、サイバースペース上で施錠と解錠を管理でき、さらに、錠付き戸棚自体の不具合や錠付き戸棚を利用して受け渡す電子商取引の商品の不具合による返品処理にリモート ガイダンスで対応できるロッカーシステムが求められている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1のロッカーシステムは、錠付き戸棚と錠管理装置と移動体通信端末装置と相談受付装置と相談管理装置を備え、前記錠付き戸棚と前記錠管理装置との間に錠管理通信手段を備え、前記錠管理装置と前記移動体通信端末装置との間に利用者通信手段を備え、前記錠管理装置と前記相談受付装置との間に相談受付通信手段を備え、前記相談受付装置と前記相談管理装置との間に相談管理通信手段を備え、前記錠管理装置は前記利用者通信手段を通して前記移動体通信端末装置から出される前記錠付き戸棚の施錠を行う施錠指令並びに解錠を行う解錠指令を受け付け、前記指令にもとづき前記錠管理通信手段を通して前記錠付き戸棚へ錠の施錠/解錠を指令し、前記錠付き戸棚は前記錠管理装置からの前記施錠/解錠指令にもとづき使用対象となる錠付き戸棚の錠の施錠/解錠を行い、前記相談受付装置と前記相談管理装置はカメラによる画像入力手段と音声入出力手段を備え、さらに前記相談受付装置と前記相談管理装置が前記相談受付通信手段を通して画像と音声による情報の交換を行い、前記相談受付装置側にいる前記錠付き戸棚の利用者と前記相談管理装置側にいる相談員とが画像と音声でやりとりする相談手段を備え

図1を参照すると、本発明のロッカーシステムは、ロッカーである錠付き戸棚100と、錠管理装置200と、移動体通信端末装置300と、移動体通信端末装置300の通信を中継する携帯電話またはPHS基地局400と、相談受付装置500と、相談管理装置600と、を備え、前記錠付き戸棚100と前記錠管理装置200とは錠管理通信手段により相互に通信し、前記錠管理装置200と前記移動体通信端末装置300とは利用者通信手段により相互に通信し、前記錠管理装置200と前記相談受付装置500とは相談受付通信手段により相互に通信し、前記相談受付装置500と前記相談管理装置600との間は相談管理通信手段により相互に通信して構成される。

錠付き戸棚100は、商品等の収納での使用対象となる錠付き商品戸棚101を1個以上備える。各錠付き商品戸棚101は、扉の施錠/解錠を行う電磁錠102を備え、また、前記錠付き商品戸棚101と電気的に接続されたロッカー管理装置103から構成される。ある設置場所にある1以上の錠付き戸棚100の錠付き商品戸棚101には他の錠付き商品戸棚101と区別する一連の番号が錠付き商品戸棚識別番号106として付されていて、その番号により内部的に個々の錠付き商品戸棚101の施錠や解錠等の管理を行い、また、外部からもその識別が可能となっている。さらに、個々の錠付き商品戸棚101への商品の保管や商品の取り出し等における解錠時には、施錠時には消灯している施錠ランプ105を点滅させてその状態を表すようにしている。

次に動作について説明する。

錠付き商品戸棚101を解錠し施錠する場合、利用者は自分の移動体通信端末装置300から前記利用者通信手段を通して錠管理装置200を呼び出し、図10に例示するように、空いている錠付き商品戸棚101に付された識別番号を受信する。次に、利用者は、移動体通信端末装置300に表示された前記番号の中から一つ、例えば、m+3の番号を持つ錠付き商品戸棚101を選択し、錠管理装置200へ解錠指令と共に送信する。錠管理装置200は前記解錠指令にもとづき、前記錠管理通信手段を通して該当する錠付き商品戸棚101を有する錠付き戸棚100のロッカー管理装置103へ前記の選択された番号に対応する錠付き商品戸棚101の解錠指令を送信する。ロッカー管理装置103は前記指令にもとづき選択されたm+3の番号の錠付き商品戸棚101の電磁錠102へ解錠信号を送り解錠し、施錠ランプ105を点滅させる。

利用者は、施錠ランプ105が点滅した錠付き商品戸棚101に品物を入れて扉を閉じる。このとき利用者は、この錠付き商品戸棚101の解錠時における解錠者の資格のチェックに必要となる認証情報を入力する事もできる。この認証情報として例えば、解錠者の持つ移動体通信端末装置300の電話番号や、電子メールアドレスや、暗証番号等の情報、および、品物を入れた利用者から解錠者へ送信するメッセージ等を前記移動体通信端末装置300に入力する。入力された認証情報等は、移動体通信端末装置300から利用者通信手段を通して錠管理装置200へ施錠指令と共に送信される。錠管理装置200は前記施錠指令にもとづき、錠管理通信手段を通してロッカー管理装置103へ選択されたm+3の錠付き商品戸棚101の施錠を指令し、ロッカー管理装置103は前記指令にもとづき選択された錠付き商品戸棚101の電磁錠102へ施錠信号を送り施錠し、施錠ランプ105を消灯させる。

このようにして施錠された錠付き商品戸棚101を解錠する場合、解錠を行う利用者は、自分の移動体通信端末装置300から利用者通信手段を通して錠管理装置200を呼び出し、錠付き商品戸棚101の識別番号と共に解錠指令を送信する。その際、もし、解錠の資格を持つ利用者として錠管理装置200に認証されるために、施錠者によって指定された移動体通信端末装置300の電話番号や暗証番号等の情報を送信するように要求されている場合は、それらも一緒に移動体通信端末装置300に入力し送信する。

錠管理装置200は認証に必要な情報や解錠の指示を受信し、錠管理装置200に記憶されている解錠者が持つべき認証条件と照合し、条件を満足すれば、錠管理装置200は錠管理通信手段を通してロッカー管理装置103へ選択された錠付き商品戸棚101の解錠指令を送信する。ロッカー管理装置103は前記指令にもとづき選択された錠付き商品戸棚101の電磁錠102へ解錠信号を送り解錠し、施錠ランプ105を点滅させる。

錠管理装置200は、ロッカー管理装置103へ前記の解錠指令を送信するに先立ち、例えば、電子商取引の商品の受け渡しなどでの前記施錠時に施錠者から設定された商品の品名や画像等の情報を前記利用者通信手段を通して解錠者の移動体通信端末装置300へ送信して表示させる。解錠者はこの表示を見て品物が注文した商品であることを確認し、間違った商品でなければ移動体通信端末装置300から錠管理装置200へ解錠指令を送信してもよい。また、その際、錠管理装置200は電子商取引の商品の代金や錠付き戸棚100の利用料金の決済システムと連携し、解錠者の保全口座の残高を確認し、商品の代金や錠付き戸棚100の利用料金の引き落とし要求を決済機関へ出してもよい。もし、保全口座の残高の確認で残高不足等の不都合が生じた場合、錠管理装置200は例えば残高不足等の不都合の事項を移動体通信端末装置300へ送信して表示し解錠者に知らせてもよい。前記の確認で不都合がなく解錠する場合は、錠管理装置200は前記錠管理通信手段を通してロッカー管理装置103へ選択された錠付き商品戸棚101の解錠を指令する。ロッカー管理装置103は前記指令にもとづき選択された錠付き商品戸棚101の電磁錠102へ解錠信号を送り解錠し、施錠ランプを点滅させる。

解錠者は施錠ランプが点滅している錠付き商品戸棚101の扉を開け、収納品を取り出して扉を閉じる。もし、ロッカー管理装置103が錠付き商品戸棚101の電磁錠102へ解錠信号を送り解錠してから一定時間経過後も解錠者が施錠ランプが点滅している錠付き商品戸棚101の扉を開けなければ、錠管理装置200は移動体通信端末装置300へ警報を送信し督促を行う。解錠者が施錠ランプ105が点滅している錠付き商品戸棚101の扉を開け、収納品を取り出して扉を閉じると、ロッカー管理装置103は施錠ランプを消灯する。

解錠者が前記の移動体通信端末装置300に表示された情報による品物の確認において、収納されている商品が間違った商品であることが判った場合は前記移動体通信端末装置300から錠管理装置200へ商品の受け取り拒否を示す情報を送信し解錠を中止してもよい。

前記の施錠または解錠の操作中にロッカーシステムの異常や故障が発見された場合や、解錠後に商品の異常が発見された場合には、解錠者は移動体通信端末装置300から錠管理装置200へ異常を表す情報を送信する。錠管理装置200は前記の異常を表す情報を受信すると相談受付通信手段を通して、錠付き商品戸棚101の番号や解錠者の移動体通信端末装置300の電話番号等の管理情報を相談受付装置500へ送信し、相談受付装置500は前記相談管理通信手段を通して異常の発生を表す情報と、前記の管理情報を相談管理装置600へ送信する。

相談管理装置600は相談管理装置600の表示部6008に前記の情報を表示し相談管理装置600についている相談員に知らせる。前記相談員は前記表示にもとづき、相談受付装置500が錠付き戸棚100と近接して設置されている場合には、相談受付装置500の有するカメラ5014にて異常が発生した錠付き戸棚100の画像や解錠者の顔画像等を送信させる指令を送信し、相談管理装置600で前記画像を表示部6008に表示させ状況を見る。また、相談員は相談管理装置600から相談受付装置500へ画像や文字による情報を送信し相談受付装置500の表示部5008に表示させることにより相談受付装置500にいる解錠者にガイダンスを与えたり、相談管理装置600の音声入出力部6017と相談受付装置500の音声入出力部5017のそれぞれに接続されたマイクやスピーカを併用し前記相談管理通信手段を通して解錠者と対話しガイダンスやトラブル処理を行う。

前記の相談員と解錠者との対話は相談管理装置600の傍らに設置した電話機800と相談受付装置500の傍らに設置した電話機800との間で行ってもよく、また、相談受付装置500側の電話機800は解錠者の移動体通信端末装置300を使用してもよい。

前記仕切は解錠者のプライバシーが保持できるものであればよく、相談員と解錠者との対話が他人に聞かれないようにしたり、相談受付装置500の表示部5008の表示内容が他人に見られないようにするものであればよい。また、仕切は解錠者が内部からのみ開けられる錠や、錠管理装置600から制御し解錠/施錠を行わせる錠を設けセキュリティ確保を行ってもよい。
次に本発明の第五の実施の形態について図面を参照し説明する。

図11は本発明の第五の実施の形態を示し、本発明によるロッカーシステムは本発明の第四の実施の形態で説明したトラブル相談室501へ解錠者を入室させる入室メッセージを錠管理装置200から錠付き戸棚100の利用者の移動体通信端末装置300へ送信する。
前記入室メッセージの送信は、本発明の第一の実施の形態で説明した解錠者が錠付き商品戸棚101の施錠または解錠の操作中にロッカーシステムの異常や故障を発見した場合や、解錠後に商品の異常を発見した場合に、解錠者が移動体通信端末装置300から錠管理装置200へ異常を表す情報を送信し、錠管理装置200が相談受付装置500と相談管理装置600を経由し相談員へ知らせ、相談員が前記相談受付装置500を介して解錠者と相談をする必要があると判断したとき、相談員が前記相談管理装置600から相談受付装置500を介しトラブル相談室501の空きを確認し空いていれば、錠管理装置200へ要求して行う。

錠管理装置200はトラブル相談室501の解錠を行い、解錠者は商品を持って前記トラブル相談室501に入る。本発明の第一の実施の形態で説明した方法で前記相談受付装置500の表示部5008には相談員の顔が写り、さらに、音声入出力部5017と音声入出力部6017を介した音声、または、電話機800を介した音声で相談員が解錠者にトラブル内容を話すよう勧める。相談員も相談管理装置600の表示部6008に映る解錠者の顔を見て、必要なら、解錠者に対し前記商品を商品カメラ5014の前に置くように依頼する。画像と音声でお互いにトラブル内容を確認し、商品が返品の必要がなければ、解錠者は商品を持ってトラブル相談室501を出る。商品の返品が必要ならば、商品の不具合状況や処置についての相談結果をプリンタ900に出力し、錠管理装置200が返品用錠付き戸棚の解錠指令を錠付き戸棚100へ送信する。相談員はフロアカメラ5014からの画像で解錠者が商品を正しく返却したことを見届ける。また、錠管理装置200は解錠者の移動体通信端末装置300からの施錠指令を受信をしたこと確認し前記相談受付装置500へ返却の事実をプリンタに出力する指令を送信する。解錠者は商品返却の証拠としてプリンタに出力された紙を持ちトラブル相談室を出る。

以上、本発明の実施の形態について説明したが、錠管理装置200、相談受付装置500、および、相談管理装置600はパソコン等のコンピュータを使用してもよく、ロッカー管理装置103は1チップマイコン等を使用し構成してもよい。

また、前記錠管理装置200は鍵管理通信手段により複数個の錠付き戸棚100と通信可能なように構成し複数個の錠付き戸棚100を含むロッカーシステムを構成してもよい。また、錠付き戸棚100を複数の離れた場所に分散設置する場合は、相談受付装置500をそれぞれの場所に設け、相談受付通信手段と相談管理通信手段にて前記錠管理装置200や前記相談管理装置600と通信するように構成してもよい。また、図2に例示するように、相談管理装置600を複数個システムに接続して宅配業者や商品の販売業者の拠点に設置し、その中から、相談受付装置500が相談内容に応じて最適な相談管理装置600を選定して通信し前記のトラブル処理を行うようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明によれば、ロッカーの錠管理がサイバースペース上で可能になり、鍵の保管や受け渡しをすることなく、ロッカー経由で品物を施錠者から解錠者へ安全に渡すことができる。これにより電子商取引では、商品の配送の配達先の留守による時間的なミスマッチによる機能不全が回避され配送業者と商品の受け取り者の双方の効率化がはかられる。また、ロッカーシステムが故障の場合や、解錠後に商品の異常を発見した場合に、その場で解錠者が相談員と画像と音声で相談し、返品処理が可能になるという効果がある。
