この発明は、例えば円環状の蛍光灯を備えると共に基板自体が円板状である照明器具や、衛星放送等の電波を受信するための底深円形皿状のパラボラアンテナ等を梱包する際に、それら被梱包物を段ボール箱等の梱包用箱に拘束保持するために用いられる梱包用箱における被梱包物拘束保持具に関する。

【従来の技術と課題】
従来、この種の被梱包物拘束保持具として、図10及び図11に示すように、梱包用箱(K)の内底に対応する大きさの段ボール製ベース板(71)と該ベース板(71)に係合されるパルプモールド製係合部材(72)との組み合わせからなり、該パルプモールド製係合部材(72)は、上端が半球状に形成された上部(73)の下縁に鍔状台座部(74)が設けられ、該鍔状台座部(74)の下縁に扁平鍔部(75)が設けられた形態に形成されてなり、前記鍔状台座部(74)は、その外周面が被梱包物である照明器具(L)の基板(80)中央部の配線器具突出用窓孔(図示省略)の内縁に当接するものと設定される一方、ベース板(71)は、その中央部にパルプモールド製係合部材(72)の鍔状台座部(74)を突出せしめる円形の窓孔(図示省略)が穿設されてなる被梱包物拘束保持具(Z)が公知である。

この被梱包物拘束保持具(Z)は、パルプモールド製係合部材(72)を梱包用箱の内底中央に載置し、前記ベース板(71)をその中央部の円形の窓孔から鍔状台座部(74)を突出させるようにしてパルプモールド製係合部材(72)に嵌め込んで梱包用箱(K)内に設置した後、照明器具(L)をその基板(80)中央部の配線器具突出用窓孔から前記鍔状台座部(74)を突出させるようにしてベース板(71)に載置することにより照明器具(L)の水平方向の移動を阻止するものとなされたものである。従って、操作性には優れているものであった。

ところが、このような拘束保持具(Z)は、照明器具(L)の水平方向の移動を抑制することはできるが、上方への移動は抑制できないという問題点を有している。また、ベース板(71)とパルプモールド製係合部材(72)との組み合わせからなるものであるから、使用に供する迄は常に両者を一対のものとして保管、管理しなければならず、しかも立体的なパルプモールド製係合部材(72)を扁平に折り畳んだりすることはできないから保管スペースも多くを要するものであった。また、パルプモールド製係合部材(72)は、それ自体の製作費が一個あたり数十円も掛かるものであるところから、そのコストの削減を図ることが望まれていた。

この発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、1枚の段ボールのみから作製することができて、前記従来品に比べてコストの大幅な削減を図れ、保管、管理上便利であることはもとより、扁平状態から所期する形態に簡単に組み立てることができ、しかも被梱包物を水平方向のみならず上方への移動も阻止することができる被梱包物拘束保持具を提供することを目的とするものである。
