【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えば、コンクリート、モルタル吹付機や、コンクリート、モルタルミキサー等を水で洗浄したときに生じるセメントを含有する洗浄廃水を、濾過水と濾過後残留物とに能率良く、迅速に、且つ安定的に分離して処理できるように工夫したセメント含有廃水用処理装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のセメント含有廃水用処理装置にあっては、例えば、セメントを含有する洗浄廃水を沈殿槽に入れて、沈殿水と沈殿残留物とに分離処理できるようにしたもの等が利用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、例えば、コンクリート、モルタル吹付機や、コンクリート、モルタルミキサー等を洗浄すると多量の洗浄廃水が生じ、しかも、洗浄廃水中の沈殿残留物も比較的多く生じることとなり、比較的重量のある沈殿残留物の処理が能率的に、迅速に、且つ安定的に行い難い等の難点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は、前述の如き難点等を解消できるようにすると共に、多量の洗浄廃水を濾過水と濾過後残留物とに、確実に、スムーズに、迅速に、且つ安定的に分離処理でき、使い勝手に優れ、濾過後残留物の処理等が行い易く、しかも、構成が簡素で、耐久性に優れ、経済的なセメント含有廃水用処理装置を提供できるようにすべく創出されたものである。
しかして、請求項1記載のセメント含有廃水用処理装置にあっては、セメントを含有する洗浄廃水を、濾過水と濾過後残留物とに分離できるようにしたセメント含有廃水用処理装置であって、上部に設けた処理タンク2と、この処理タンク2下方に配される第1濾過部と、この第1濾過部の下方に配される第2濾過部と、この第2濾過部の下方に配される集水部とを備え、処理タンク2は、その底部に複数の排出筒5が形成され、第1濾過部は、旋回自在に設けられて排出筒5夫々の下方に配置可能となる複数の袋支持体10と、この袋支持体10夫々で支持されると共に、その口部が排出筒5に装着自在な複数の濾過袋13とを有し、第2濾過部は、濾過袋13で濾過された濾過水を更にフィルターで濾過して集水部に送れるように構成され、処理タンク2の内には、複数の仕切体30,31,40,41,50,51,60,61からなる洗浄廃水案内部を設け、この洗浄廃水案内部は、処理タンク2の上部に注水される洗浄廃水が、仕切体30,31,40,41,50,51,60,61の間に設けられた開口部35,45,55,65を介して複数の排出筒5上方に略均等に送られるよう構成する手段を採用した。

また、請求項2記載のセメント含有廃水用処理装置にあっては、複数の仕切体30,31,40,41,50,51,60,61の一部、或いは、全部を適宜昇降手段を介して昇降自在に支持し、この昇降手段の操作によって開口部35,45,55,65の大きさを自在に変更できるよう構成する手段を採用した。

それから、請求項5記載のセメント含有廃水用処理装置にあっては、セメントを含有する洗浄廃水を、濾過水と濾過後残留物とに分離できるようにしたセメント含有廃水用処理装置であって、上部に設けた処理タンク2と、この処理タンク2下方に配される第1濾過部と、この第1濾過部の下方に配される第2濾過部と、この第2濾過部の下方に配される集水部とを備え、処理タンク2は、その底部に複数の排出筒5が形成され、第1濾過部は、旋回自在に設けられて排出筒5夫々の下方に配置可能となる複数の袋支持体10と、この袋支持体10夫々で支持されると共に、その口部が排出筒5に装着自在な複数の濾過袋13とを有し、第2濾過部は、濾過袋13で濾過された濾過水を更にフィルターで濾過して集水部に送れるように構成され、前記袋支持体10は、濾過袋13を載置可能な略偏平な網目板状に構成する手段を採用した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図示例に基づいて説明すると、次の通りである。
本発明は、例えば、コンクリート、モルタル吹付機や、コンクリート、モルタルミキサー等を利用した後、吹付機やミキサー内に残ったコンクリート、モルタル等を落とすべく水等で洗浄するが、このときに生じるセメントを含有する洗浄廃水を、廃棄可能となる程度に濾過された濾過水と、濾過後残留物(例えば、セメント成分、砂、砂利、その他骨材等)とに分離して処理できるようにしたセメント含有廃水用処理装置である。

そして、このセメント含有廃水用処理装置は、例えば、適宜型材等によって構成されるフレーム1と、このフレーム1の上部に固定される上部が開放された(或いは、上部が閉鎖されたものや、上部が開閉自在なものでも良い)処理タンク2と、この処理タンク2下方に配される第1濾過部と、この第1濾過部の下方に配される第2濾過部と、この第2濾過部の下方に配される集水部とを備えたものである。すなわち、処理タンク2内に入れられる洗浄廃水を、第1濾過部によって、濾過水と、濾過後残留物とに分離し、更に、この濾過水を、第2濾過部によって、廃棄可能となる程度に濾過された濾過水と、比較的細かな濾過後残留物とに分離し、この濾過水を、集水部で集められるようにしたものである。

前記処理タンク2は、例えば、上部が開放された比較的大きな略直方容器状に形成され、その底壁部分には、略短円筒状の複数(例えば、8個)の排出筒5が二列(例えば、4個宛二列)に連設されており、処理タンク2内に入れられた洗浄廃水が、複数の排出筒5によって下方にスムーズに排出できるように構成されている(図1乃至図3参照)。

また、前記処理タンク2は、例えば、上部が開放された比較的大きな略短円筒容器状に形成され、その底壁部分には、略短円筒状の複数(例えば、8個)の排出筒5が円周方向に沿って略等間隔に連設されており、処理タンク2内に入れられた洗浄廃水が、複数の排出筒5によって下方にスムーズに排出できるように構成されている(図4乃至図9参照)。

しかも、処理タンク2の底壁は、洗浄廃水中のセメント成分や、砂や、砂利や、その他骨材等が残ることなく、各排出筒5部分に集まり易くなるように、各排出筒5に向って夫々傾斜するような複数の(或いは、複合)傾斜面で構成されるようになる。ところで、処理タンク2の具体的構成、形状、寸法、材質、フレーム1への装着手段、底壁の具体的な構成、形状、排出筒5の具体的構成、形状、寸法、材質、数、配設位置等は、図示例のもの等に限定されることなく適宜自由に設定、変更できるものである。

更に、処理タンク2の側壁下部には、処理タンク2内の洗浄廃水を視認できるような透明となる確認窓部3が設けられている(図2参照)。しかも、処理タンク2の側壁下部には、適宜排水手段が設けられており、この適宜排水手段は、処理タンク2内に入れられた洗浄廃液の沈殿によるに上澄み水を処理タンク2外に排出できるように構成されたものである。すなわち、第1濾過部及び第2濾過部によって濾過している間に、処理タンク2内の洗浄廃液に於いて沈殿による上澄み水が確認窓部3で確認できたときに、この上澄み水を処理タンク2外に排出して、洗浄廃液の処理がより能率的に且つ迅速に行えるように構成されている。

ところで、この排水手段は、例えば、単なるバルブで構成した排出バルブ4であっても良いし(図1乃至図3参照)、或いは、その基端部分が処理タンク2の側壁下部に連通状態で装着されると共に、上下方向に揺動自在となるように設けられた排水用揺動パイプによって構成したものであっても良い(図示せず)。

前記第1濾過部は、支持腕11及び支持マスト12を介して旋回自在に設けられて、排出筒5の下方と処理タンク2の外方とに夫々配置可能となるように配される複数の袋支持体10と、この袋支持体10夫々の上に載置された状態で支持されると共に、その口部が排出筒5に装着自在な複数の濾過袋13とを備えている。そして、袋支持体10は、例えば、濾過水が通過可能となるように適宜金属線材等によって略偏平な網目板状に形成されると共に、濾過袋13を安定的に支持できるように形成され、その側方に支持腕11が突設されており、この支持腕11基端部分が、フレーム1に固定されている略円筒状の支持マスト12の上端部分に水平回転自在となるように形成されている。すなわち、比較的重量のある濾過後残留物が収容される濾過袋13を、袋支持体10の旋回操作によって処理タンク2の側方に容易に移動せしめられるようにして、袋支持体10の上に載置されている濾過袋13を移動させ易くし、その取扱いを容易にすると共に、能率の良い処理が可能となるように構成されている。

しかも、前記濾過袋13は、例えば、土嚢袋のようなものが利用され、ある程度大きな濾過後残留物を濾過できると共に、ある程度重い濾過後残留物を入れた状態にも耐えられるような強度を備えたものが利用される。また、濾過袋13の口部は、排出筒5に外装されると共に、適宜緊締手段等によって着脱自在に装着できるように形成されている。尚、袋支持体10の具体的構成、形状、寸法、材質、数、配設位置、支持腕11の具体的構成、形状、寸法、材質、袋支持体10への具体的固着手段、支持マスト12の具体的構成、形状、寸法、材質、配設位置、濾過袋13の具体的構成、形状、寸法、材質、数等は、図示例のもの等に限定されることなく適宜自由に設定、変更できるものである。

前記第2濾過部は、例えば、複数の排出筒5の下方に配されるフィルター受部15と、このフィルター受部15に取外し自在に装着できる(或いは、取外し不能でも良い)適宜構成のフィルターとからなり、第1濾過部(濾過袋13)で濾過された濾過水を更にフィルターで濾過して、下方の集水部に送れるように構成されている。すなわち、洗浄廃水をより確実に濾過できるように構成され、濾過水の処分や再利用等が行い易くなるようにしてある。尚、フィルター受部15は、例えば、その底部に複数の透孔が穿設されており、このフィルター受部15の底部の上に適宜フィルターを取外し容易に載置して構成し、濾過袋13で濾過された濾過水を更にフィルターで濾過し、複数の透孔を介して下方の集水部に送れるように構成されている。

ところで、フィルター受部15は、二列に配された排出筒5に対応して二つに分けてあるが(図1参照)、一つの大きなフィルター受部15であっても良い。また、前記フィルター自体は、フィルター受部15に簡単に装着、取外しできて、しかも、その清掃(濾過後残留物の除去)等によって繰り返し再利用できるものが使用される。尚、フィルター受部15の具体的構成、形状、寸法、配設位置、数、フィルターの具体的構成、形状、寸法、材質等は、図示例のもの等に限定されることなく適宜自由に設定、変更できるものである。

集水部は、フィルター受部15の下方に配される傾斜底板20と、この傾斜底板20の下部に配される集水口21とを備えたもので、フィルターで濾過された濾過水が集水口21にスムーズに集まるように構成されている。そして、集水口21に装着されるホース22によって、濾過水の処分、或いは、再利用できるように送られる。ところで、この集水部の一部には、適宜ポンプ23が設けられており、集水部の濾過水がポンプ23を介して所望場所に迅速に搬送できるように構成されている。また、集水部の一部上方には、前記排出バルブ4の排出口を配してあり、排出バルブ4からの上澄み水を直接集水部に排出できるように構成してある。尚、傾斜底板20の具体的構成、形状、寸法、材質、傾斜状態、集水口21の具体的構成、形状、寸法、配設位置、ホース22の具体的構成、形状、材質、配設位置、ポンプ23の具体的構成、配設位置、数等は、図示例のもの等に限定されることなく適宜自由に設定、変更できるものである。

また、集水部は、第2濾過部の下方に配置した濾過水タンク25によって構成し(図10参照)、第2瀘過部を経た濾過水を貯えておけるように構成したものであっても良い。しかも、このとき、排出バルブ4に排出ホース4aを接続し、この排出ホース4aの先端部分を濾過水タンク25内に入れておくようにする。

処理タンク2内に配される洗浄廃水案内部は、適宜構成のものを採用でき、図1乃至図3に示す洗浄廃水案内部にあっては、処理タンク2上部中央に長手方向に沿って配される断面略逆V字状の仕切体30と、この仕切体30の両脇に夫々配される一対の仕切体31とからなり、中央の仕切体30は、適宜昇降手段を介して処理タンク2上部に昇降自在となるよう支持され、両脇の仕切体31は、処理タンク2内に突出するように側壁に固定される複数の支持突起33を介してその両端部分が取外し可能となるよう固定されている。しかして、中央の仕切体30と両脇の仕切体31とが断面略W字状に配され、中央の仕切体30の両側縁と、両脇の仕切体31の側縁との間に、二つの細長な開口部35が平行に配されている。すなわち、処理タンク2の上部に注水される洗浄廃水を、開口部35を介して複数の排出筒5上方に略均等に分配できるよう構成されている。しかも、この開口部35は、昇降手段の操作による中央の仕切体30の昇降動作によってその幅が変更できるように構成されており、洗浄廃水の流量調節等が可能となるように構成されている。

前記中央の仕切体30は、例えば、適宜長尺矩形金属板材の中央部分を略屋根状に折曲げるようにして形成されている。一方、中央の仕切体30の両脇に配される一対の仕切体31は、例えば、適宜長尺矩形金属板材の長辺部分を折返して略断面溝形状に形成し、処理タンク2内に突出するよう側壁に固定した一対の略棒状の支持突起33を抱持状に係止できるよう構成されている。

また、図4及び図5に示す洗浄廃水案内部にあっては、略短有底円筒状の処理タンク2の底壁中央に配される略円錐台状の仕切体40と、この仕切体40の傾斜周壁の上方に配されると共に、上方に行くに従って漸次広がるように傾斜している略逆円錐筒状の仕切体41とからなり、この上方の仕切体41は、適宜昇降手段を介して中央の仕切体40上部に昇降自在となるよう支持されている。しかして、中央の仕切体40の周壁表面と、上方の仕切体41の内周縁との間の略環状の隙間が開口部45となるように形成されている。すなわち、処理タンク2の上部に注水される洗浄廃水を、円周方向に沿って配されている複数の排出筒5上方に開口部45を介して略均等に分配できるよう構成されている。しかも、この開口部45は、昇降手段の操作による上方の仕切体41の昇降動作によってその幅が変更できるように構成されており、洗浄廃水の流量調節等が可能となるように構成されている。
