Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a stove with a gas grill provided with a water tray under a cooking grill.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a stove with a gas grill provided with a heating chamber for grilling fish or the like has a burner 53 for heating the food 58 by burning gas and a grill 56 for placing the food 58 as shown in FIGS. And the water receiving tray 52 which receives fallen objects, such as fats and oils by the cooking thing 58, and the heating chamber 57 etc. which store these are comprised. Further, the water tray 52 on which the grill 56 is placed is integrally connected to the handle 55. When the handle 55 is pulled out to take out the cooked product 58 after cooking, the water tray 52 is pulled out simultaneously.
[0003]
The stove water tray 52 with a gas grill is used by storing water during cooking. However, when the handle 55 is pulled out to take out the cooked food after cooking, the water in the water tray 52 is pulled by the inertia at the time of withdrawal. There was a case where the spilled over from the front part of 52 was caught on the feet of the cook. Moreover, it was dangerous because it was hot water. As a countermeasure, a deeper receiving tray 52 is known.
Moreover, in what is shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-67355, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a step portion 54 is provided in front of the water tray 52, and the wave-dissipating plate is disposed in front of the grill 56 placed on the water tray 52. 51 is fixed to suppress the wave between the stepped portion 54 and the wave-dissipating plate 51 to prevent water from spilling from the front portion of the water receiving tray 52.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional measures such as deepening the water tray 52 or providing the stepped portion 54, the height of the water tray 52 is increased, and the effective height of the heating chamber 57 in which the food 58 is accommodated is correspondingly reduced. The size of the cooked food 58 was limited and it was inconvenient.
Therefore, it may be possible to secure the effective height by placing the grill 56 in a position lowered from the upper end of the deep water tray 52, but this time it is difficult to confirm and handle the burned state of the cooked product 58. Furthermore, it was not easy to use.
In particular, a double-sided grill that has an upper burner and a lower burner and heats the food from the top and bottom simultaneously is becoming mainstream. Ensuring the size is an important issue.
Further, since the grill 56 is provided in the water receiving tray 52 with a gap around it for easy removal, even if the wave-dissipating plate 51 is provided, water may overflow from the gap.
The stove with a gas grill of the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and provides a stove with a gas grill that does not spill from the front of the water tray when the handle is pulled out without increasing the height of the water tray 52. Objective.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A stove with a gas grill according to claim 1 of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is provided.
A heating chamber equipped with a burner for burning fuel gas;
A water pan that is slidable in the front-rear direction at the bottom surface in the heating chamber;
A grill for placing the food to be placed above the water tray,
In a stove with a gas grill provided with a support plate for supporting the grill net in place,
The water tray is formed with a horizontal portion with the upper front portion bent outward.
The support plate has a leg portion to be placed on the horizontal portion of the water tray, and extends the leg portion to a predetermined position of the opening portion of the water tray to form an extending portion, The gist of the invention is that the extending portion is placed in close contact with the horizontal portion of the water receiving tray in a state of protruding from the opening of the water receiving tray .
A stove with a gas grill according to claim 2 of the present invention is the stove with a gas grill according to claim 1,
The gist is that the bottom of the water tray is provided with irregularities for attenuating the flow of water.
[0006]
[Action]
The stove with a gas grill according to claim 1 of the present invention having the above-described configuration is provided with a support plate that supports the grill net at a predetermined position, and its leg portion is placed on a horizontal portion formed in the upper front portion of the water tray. In addition, since the water tray is extended to a predetermined position at the end of the water tray, when the water tray is pulled out when cooking is finished, the hot water flows to the front of the tray due to inertia, but the leg extension provided on the support plate To prevent the water from overflowing and spilling in front of the grill.
Moreover, since it becomes strong with respect to an overflow, it is not necessary to deepen a water tray, and the effective height of a heating chamber can be obtained much.
Moreover, since the stove with a gas grill according to claim 2 of the present invention is provided with irregularities on the bottom of the water tray, the flow of water due to the inertial force when the water tray is pulled out is attenuated so that it does not easily overflow from the water tray. it can.
[0007]
【Example】
In order to further clarify the configuration and operation of the present invention described above, a preferred embodiment of the stove with a gas grill of the present invention will be described below.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a side surface of a drawer-type grill pan portion in which a grill handle and a pan are integrated in a gas grill with a gas stove as an embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof. FIG. 3 is a sectional view from the front of the grill pan.
This grill is composed of a lower burner 10 that burns gas to heat the food 8, an upper burner 11, a hot plate 14 provided at the front upper part of the upper burner 11, and a grill 6 on which the food 8 is placed. And the water receiving tray 2 which receives fallen objects, such as fats and oils by the cooking thing 8, and the heating chamber 7 etc. which store these. Further, the water tray 2 on which the grill 6 is placed, the handle 5 and the glass window 9 are integrally connected. When the handle 5 is pulled out to take out the cooked product 8 after cooking, the grill 6, the glass window 9 and the water are removed. The tray 2 is pulled out at the same time.
[0008]
The grill 6 is positioned and fixed above the water tray 2 by the support plate 4. That is, the support plate 4 has an upper portion 20 for welding and fixing the grill net 6 and leg portions having a substantially L-shaped cross section for fixing to the water tray 2 on the front and rear sides of the water tray 2, respectively. The strip 15 is bent and extended in the horizontal direction. On the other hand, the water receiving tray 2 is formed with a horizontal portion 40 whose upper front portion is bent outward, and the horizontal portion 40 is provided with a fixing hole 30.
Then, the locking piece 15 of the support plate 4 is inserted into the fixing hole 30 of the water tray 2, and the extension portion 3 of the integrally formed leg portion protrudes from the opening of the water tray 2 and It is placed in close contact with the horizontal portion 40.
[0009]
When the food 8 is placed on the grill 6 and the upper burner 11 and the lower burner 10 are ignited to start cooking, the upper surface of the food 8 is heated by the radiant heat from the flame 16 of the upper burner 11 and the flame 16. Irradiated together with the radiant heat from the hot plate 14, the lower surface of the food 8 is heated by the combustion gas from the flame 16 of the lower burner 10.
[0010]
Moreover, when the saucer 2 containing water is pulled out at the end of cooking, the water that has become hot water flows to the front of the water saucer 2 due to inertia, but the leg extension portion 3 provided on the support plate 4 of the grill 6 It is rebounded and is prevented from overflowing from the water tray 2. Further, the water that bounces back and flows backward is also prevented from overflowing by the extension portion 3 of the leg portion provided in the rear. Therefore, in the stove with a gas grill according to the present embodiment, when the water tray 2 is pulled out, hot water is prevented from overflowing from the water tray 2 and spilling into the feet of the cooker, and is easy to use without causing burns or the like.
[0011]
Moreover, since it was made into the structure where water does not overflow easily, it is not necessary to deepen the water receiving tray 2, Therefore The effective height dimension of the heating chamber 7 can be enlarged correspondingly. For this reason, the upper burner 11 and the lower burner 10 that simultaneously heat the food 8 from above and below are provided, and this is particularly effective and improves usability in a double-sided grill that requires heating spaces above and below the food 8.
Further, the provision of the extending portion 3 on the leg portion reinforces the strength of the support plate 4 and makes it difficult to deform and improves usability.
Furthermore, since the extending part 3 is integrally formed, the number of parts does not increase and the productivity is good.
It is also conceivable that the water flow caused by the inertial force when the water receiving tray 2 is pulled out is attenuated by providing irregularities on the bottom of the water receiving tray 2 so that it does not easily overflow from the upper front of the water receiving tray 2.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. For example, the support plate and the grill net may be freely removed, and various embodiments are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention. Of course, it can be implemented.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the stove with a gas grill according to the present invention can prevent hot water from overflowing from the saucer, and the cooker will not be splashed with water or burned, improving usability.
