この発明は、会議室の使用や空調機の時間外運転などの予約を端末を利用して行う予約システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の予約システムとして、電子申請機能を適用し、端末から通信回線（インターネット／イントラネットなど）を介して会議室の使用や空調機の時間外運転の予約を行うようにした予約システムがある。この予約システムを導入すれば、例えば、複数のテナントが入居しているテナントビルにおいて、共用施設として設けられている会議室や共用設備として設けられている空調機を利用する場合、各テナントに設けられた端末から通信回線を介して会議室の使用や空調機の時間外運転の予約を行うことができる。

図１０はこの予約システムの概略を示す図である。同図において、１−１〜１−ｎは各テナントに設けられた端末、２は通信回線、３′は各テナントが入居しているテナントビルの管理室に設けられた中央装置である。
この予約システムでは、テナントビル内に会議室が複数設けられているものとした場合、端末１−１〜１−ｎから使用日，使用時間帯，使用会議室，使用理由，申請者などの予約情報（申請予約）を通信回線２を介して中央装置３′へ送る。また、テナントビルの各階が複数のエリアに分かれ、各階のエリアが階毎に設けられた１つの空調機からの給気の供給を受けるものとした場合、端末１−１〜１−ｎから使用日，空調使用エリア，早出ＯＮ時刻／延長ＯＦＦ時刻，使用理由，申請者などの予約情報（申請予約）を通信回線２を介して中央装置３′へ送る。

中央装置３′は端末１−１〜１−ｎからの予約対象の種別が異なる申請予約（会議室の使用を予約対象とする申請予約、空調機の時間外運転を予約対象とする申請予約）を受け付けて一括管理する。中央装置３′が設けられた管理室にはビル管理者がいる。ビル管理者は、中央装置３′の画面上で受け付けられた申請予約を見て、使用理由などを考慮のうえ、承認を与える。中央装置３′は、承認された申請予約を本予約とし、申請元に承認されたことを知らせる。

ここで、端末１−１〜１−ｎからの申請予約は、同種のものが複数重複して受け付けられることがある。すなわち、会議室の使用を予約対象とする申請予約（以下、会議室の申請予約という）では、使用日付けを同一とし、時間帯が重なる同一会議室の予約が複数受け付けられることがある。また、空調機の時間外運転を予約対象とする申請予約（以下、空調機の時間外運転の申請予約という）では、使用日付けを同一とし、時間帯が重なる同一空調機の時間外運転の申請予約が複数受け付けられることがある。会議室の予約の場合、複数の予約はできないので、時間帯が重なる同一会議室の申請予約は競合関係にある。空調機の時間外運転の予約の場合、複数の予約が可能であり、時間帯が重なる同一空調機の時間外運転の申請予約は包含関係にある。

ビル管理者は、時間帯が重なる同一会議室の申請予約があった場合、競合する複数の申請予約についてそれぞれ申請者の職位や用途などを確認した後、どの申請予約を承認するかを決定する。他の競合する申請予約は不承認とする。また、時間帯が重なる同一空調機の時間外運転の申請予約があった場合、例えば延長ＯＦＦ時刻が一番遅い申請予約を探し出し、この探し出した申請予約およびこの申請予約にその延長ＯＦＦ時刻が包含される申請予約について全て承認を与える。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の予約システムでは、ビル管理者自身が、受け付けられた全ての申請予約（会議室の申請予約＋空調機の時間外運転の申請予約）の内容を一々チェックし、この中から時間帯が重なる同一会議室の申請予約を探し出していた。また、ビル管理者自身が、受け付けられた全ての申請予約の内容を一々チェックし、時間帯が重なる同一空調機の時間外運転の申請予約を探し出していた。このため、承認作業が非常に煩雑となり、迅速に承認を行うことができないという問題が生じていた。

本発明はこのような課題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的とするところは、受け付けられた全ての申請予約の内容を一々チェックすることなく、競合関係や包含関係にある申請予約を見つけ出し、承認を迅速に行うことの可能な予約システムを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このような目的を達成するために本発明は、複数の端末と、これら端末と通信回線を介して接続された中央装置とを備えた予約システムにおいて、中央装置に、端末からの予約対象の種別が異なる申請予約を受け付けてメモリに記憶する予約管理手段と、メモリに記憶されている全ての申請予約の中から指定された種別の予約対象の申請予約を抽出し、その予約対象の承認待ちの予約一覧を作成し表示する承認待ち予約一覧表示手段と、この予約一覧表示手段によって作成表示された承認待ち予約一覧からの所望の申請予約の選択指定に応じ、その承認待ち予約一覧の予約対象が同時に使用できない予約対象である場合、選択指定された申請予約と時間帯が重なる申請予約を承認待ち予約一覧の中から探し出し、この探し出した申請予約を選択指定された申請予約と合わせて表示する申請予約検索表示手段とを設けたものである。
この発明によれば、予約対象の種別を指定すると、この指定した種別の予約対象の申請予約について承認待ちの予約一覧が作成され表示される。この承認待ち予約一覧から所望の申請予約を選択指定すると、その承認待ち予約一覧の予約対象が同時に使用できない予約対象である場合、選択指定された申請予約と時間帯が重なる申請予約（競合関係にある申請予約）が承認待ち予約一覧の中から自動的に探し出され、探し出された申請予約が選択指定された申請予約と合わせて表示される。

また、本発明は、複数の端末と、これら端末と通信回線を介して接続された中央装置とを備えた予約システムにおいて、中央装置に、端末からの予約対象の種別が異なる申請予約を受け付けてメモリに記憶する予約管理手段と、メモリに記憶されている全ての申請予約の中から指定された種別の予約対象の申請予約を抽出し、その予約対象の承認待ちの予約一覧を作成し表示する承認待ち予約一覧表示手段と、この予約一覧表示手段によって作成表示された承認待ち予約一覧からの所望の申請予約の選択指定に応じ、その承認待ち予約一覧の予約対象が同時に使用可能な予約対象である場合、選択指定された申請予約と時間帯が重なる申請予約を承認待ち予約一覧の中から探し出し、この探し出した申請予約を選択指定された申請予約と合わせて表示する申請予約検索表示手段とを設けたものである。
この発明によれば、予約対象の種別を指定すると、この指定した種別の予約対象の申請予約について承認待ちの予約一覧が作成され表示される。この承認待ち予約一覧から所望の申請予約を選択指定すると、その承認待ち予約一覧の予約対象が同時に使用可能な予約対象である場合、選択指定された申請予約と時間帯が重なる申請予約（包含関係にある申請予約）が承認待ち予約一覧の中から自動的に探し出され、探し出された申請予約が選択指定された申請予約と合わせて表示される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を実施の形態に基づき詳細に説明する。図１は本発明に係る予約システムにおける中央装置３の要部を示すブロック図である。本実施の形態では、図１０に示した予約システムの中央装置３′に特有の機能を設けて、中央装置３としている。中央装置３は、承認待ち予約一覧選択手段３−１と、会議室承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−２と、時間外運転承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−３と、競合申請検索表示手段３−４と、包含申請検索表示手段３−５と、承認結果通知手段３−６，３−７と、予約管理手段３−８とを備えている。

予約管理手段３−８は、端末１−１〜１−ｎからの予約対象の種別が異なる申請予約（会議室の使用を予約対象とする申請予約、空調機の時間外運転を予約対象とする申請予約）を受け付けて一括管理する機能を有している。

承認待ち予約一覧選択手段３−１は、メニュー画面（図３参照）からの承認待ち予約一覧の選択指定（予約対象の種別の選択指定）操作に応じ、「会議室承認待ち予約一覧」が選択指定された場合には会議室承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−２を起動し、「時間外運転承認待ち予約一覧」が選択指定された場合には時間外運転承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−３を起動する機能を有している。

会議室承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−２は、承認待ち予約一覧選択手段３−１からの指令を受けて起動し、予約管理手段３−８における全ての申請予約の中から承認待ちの会議室の申請予約を抽出し、会議室承認待ち予約一覧を作成し表示する機能を有している。

承認結果通知手段３−６は、競合申請検索表示手段３−４によって検索表示された競合関係にある申請予約から所望の申請予約を選択指定して承認が与えられた場合、承認結果画面を表示する機能を有している。また、承認した旨の結果を申請元に通知する一方、選択指定されなかった他の申請予約を自動的に不承認とし、不承認とした旨の結果を申請元に通知する機能を有している。また、予約管理手段３−８へ承認結果を送り、承認された申請予約を本予約とする機能を有している。

承認結果通知手段３−７は、包含申請検索表示手段３−５によって検索表示された包含関係にある申請予約から所望の申請予約を選択指定して承認が与えられた場合、承認結果画面を表示する機能を有している。また、承認した旨の結果を申請元に通知する一方、選択指定されなかった申請予約のうち承認された申請予約に包含される他の申請予約を自動的に承認とし、承認した旨の結果を申請元に通知する機能を有している。また、予約管理手段３−８へ承認結果を送り、承認された申請予約を本予約とする機能を有している。

図３に示したメニュー画面において、「会議室承認待ち予約一覧」を選択指定すると、すなわち予約対象の種別として会議室の使用を選択すると、承認待ち予約一覧選択手段３−１が会議室承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−２を起動する。会議室承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−２は、予約管理手段３−８における全ての申請予約の中から承認待ちの会議室の申請予約を抽出し、会議室承認待ち予約一覧を作成し表示する（ステップ２０２）。

図４に会議室承認待ち予約一覧を例示する。この会議室承認待ち予約一覧Ｓ１には、申請予約の内容に基づき、横１行に「申請ＮＯ．」、「申請日付（申請操作を行った日）」、「使用日付（使用希望日）」、「所属部署」、「申請者氏名」、「会議室」、「使用開始時刻」、「使用終了時刻」、「使用理由」が表示される。なお、この会議室承認待ち予約一覧Ｓ１には、使用日付が現在時刻に近い順に、下から表示される。また、「使用理由」の欄には、希望する付帯設備も合わせて表示される。

図４において、例えば「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約が選択指定されると、競合申請検索表示手段３−４は、この選択指定された申請予約と競合関係にある申請予約を会議室承認待ち予約一覧Ｓ１の中から探し出し、この探し出した申請予約を選択指定された申請予約と合わせて表示する（ステップ２０３）。図５に表示例を示す。この場合、「申請ＮＯ．２」と競合関係にある申請予約は、すなわち使用日付けが同一で時間帯が重なる同一会議室の申請予約は「申請ＮＯ．５」であり、「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約と合わせて「申請ＮＯ．５」の申請予約が競合関係予約一覧Ｓ２として表示される。

また、この競合関係予約一覧Ｓ２と合わせて、承認ボタンＢ１、不承認ボタンＢ２、保留ボタンＢ３、送信ボタンＢ４、およびガイダンスＧ１が表示され、承認画面とされる。なお、競合関係予約一覧Ｓ２において、現在の選択状況は網掛け表示される。この場合、会議室承認待ち予約一覧Ｓ１からの選択指定により、「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約が網掛け表示されている。

この承認画面中の競合関係予約一覧Ｓ２から、ビル管理者は、「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約に対し競合関係にある申請予約として「申請ＮＯ．５」があることを知ることができる。すなわち、従来は、受け付けられた全ての申請予約の内容をビル管理者が一々チェックし、この中から時間帯が重なる同一会議室の申請予約を探し出していた。これに対し、本実施の形態では、このような検索作業が不要となり、簡単に競合関係にある会議室の申請予約を見つけ出すことができる。

ビル管理者は、承認画面中の競合関係予約一覧Ｓ２に基づき、それぞれ申請者の職位や使用理由などを確認した後、どの申請予約を承認するかを決定する。「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約を承認する場合、「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約は既に選択状態にあるので、承認ボタンＢ１を選択し、送信ボタンＢ４を押す。

すると、承認結果通知手段３−６が起動し、「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約が承認された旨の結果画面（図６参照）を表示し（ステップ２０４）、「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約を承認した旨の結果を申請元に通知する。また、承認結果通知手段３−６は、選択指定されなかった「申請ＮＯ．５」の申請予約を自動的に不承認とし、不承認とした旨の結果を申請元に通知する。また、予約管理手段３−８へ承認結果を送り、承認された申請予約を本予約とする。選択指定しなかった「申請ＮＯ．５」の申請予約が自動的に不承認とされることにより、一々個々の競合する申請予約について不承認を与える必要がなくなり、ビル管理者の手間が省かれる。

なお、「申請ＮＯ．５」の申請予約を承認する場合には、「申請ＮＯ．５」の申請予約を選択状態とし、すなわち「申請ＮＯ．５」の申請予約を網掛け状態とし、承認ボタンＢ１を選択し、送信ボタンＢ４を押す。これにより、承認結果通知手段３−６が起動し、「申請ＮＯ．２」の申請予約を承認した場合と同様の動作が行われる。

〔空調機の時間外運転の承認〕
図３に示したメニュー画面において、「時間外運転承認待ち予約一覧」を選択指定すると、すなわち予約対象の種別として空調機の時間外運転を選択すると、承認待ち予約一覧選択手段３−１が時間外運転承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−３を起動する。時間外承認待ち予約一覧表示手段３−３は、予約管理手段３−８における全ての申請予約の中から承認待ちの空調機の時間外運転の申請予約を抽出し、時間外運転承認待ち予約一覧を作成し表示する（ステップ２０５）。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したことから明らかなように本発明によれば、予約対象の種別を指定すると、この指定した種別の予約対象の申請予約について承認待ちの予約一覧が作成表示され、この承認待ち予約一覧から所望の申請予約を選択指定すると、選択指定された申請予約と所定の関係（競合関係、包含関係）にある申請予約が承認待ち予約一覧の中から自動的に探し出され、探し出された申請予約が選択指定された申請予約と合わせて表示されるものとなり、受け付けられた全ての申請予約の内容を一々チェックすることなく、競合関係や包含関係にある申請予約を見つけ出し、承認を迅速に行うことが可能となる。
また、検索表示された申請予約から所望の申請予約を選択指定して承認が与えられた場合、選択指定されなかった他の申請予約を自動的に不承認とすることにより、一々個々の競合する申請予約について不承認を与える必要がなくなり、ビル管理者の手間が省かれる
また、検索表示された申請予約から所望の申請予約を選択指定して承認が与えられた場合、選択指定されなかった申請予約のうち承認された申請予約に包含される他の申請予約を自動的に承認とすることにより、一々個々の包含する申請予約について承認を与える必要がなくなり、ビル管理者の手間が省かれる。
