Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shower-type bath apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of conventional bathing apparatus includes a plurality of individual spray nozzles that spray hot water from various places around the body toward the bather's body. Therefore, when washing and disinfection of the bathing apparatus is performed with hot hot water using the plurality of mist jet nozzles, the hot water passes through and the metal nozzle becomes hot (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 05-74459). .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional apparatus, as described above, when the bathing apparatus is cleaned and disinfected using the mist-like jet nozzle, hot water passes through and the metal nozzle becomes hot. During bathing, the hot water erupted from the tip of the nozzle is a mist-like eruption. Compared to a normal shower, the hot water squirted from the shower nozzle is smaller and the hot water hits the body of the bather. The heat of the mist-like hot water is taken into the bathing device. For this reason, it is necessary to set the temperature slightly higher than that of an ordinary shower, taking into account the amount of heat loss, and if a shower is taken for a long time with a spray nozzle, the metal nozzle becomes hot. There was a problem.
[0004]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said subject, and it aims at preventing a bather etc. from touching the nozzle which became hot.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention covers the periphery of a jet nozzle that jets hot water with a nozzle cover that is made of a low heat conductive material, or uses a jet nozzle that is made of a low heat conductive material for the jet nozzle that jets hot water, or a sensor provided in the vicinity of the jet nozzle for jetting hot water, before the body, such as a bather is brought into contact with the ejection nozzle, and a means for moving the position of the jet nozzle.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention covers the periphery of an ejection nozzle for ejecting hot water with a nozzle cover composed of a low thermal conductivity material, or uses an ejection nozzle composed of a low thermal conductivity material for an ejection nozzle for ejecting hot water, or an ejection nozzle for ejecting hot water By providing a sensor at the tip of the bath, it is possible to prevent the person who is cleaning or disinfecting the bathing apparatus or the body of the bather from coming into contact with the hot jet nozzle through which hot water has passed.
[0007]
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
[0008]
In FIG. 1, a synthetic resin shower chamber main body 1 is integrally formed with a seat portion 2 serving as a chair at the center lower portion thereof, and further on the wall surface 3 of the shower chamber main body 1 so as to surround the seat portion 2. Is provided with a mist-like jet nozzle 5 provided at a position for jetting hot water so as to wrap the bather 4 sitting on the seat 2. Further, the periphery of the mist-like ejection nozzle 5 is covered with a nozzle cover 6 made of heat-resistant resin. As a result, the body of the person or bather 4 who cleans or disinfects the shower room main body 1 becomes hot due to the passage of hot hot water used for cleaning or disinfection of the shower room main body 1 or bathing for a long time. There is no risk of contact with the nozzle 5.
[0009]
In addition, although the material of the nozzle cover 6 was demonstrated with the heat resistant resin, this may be any material as long as it is a low heat conductive material and can be molded into the nozzle cover.
[0010]
Also it may be prepared using low thermal conductivity material mist ejection nozzle itself, in this case can be maintained a temperature of mist ejection nozzle itself low.
[0011]
Next, another embodiment of the present description will be described with reference to FIG.
[0012]
In FIG. 2, a synthetic resin shower chamber body 1 is integrally formed with a seat 2 serving as a chair at the lower center of the shower chamber body 1, and the wall surface of the shower chamber body 1 so as to surround the seat 2. 3 is provided with a mist-like jet nozzle 5 provided at a position for jetting hot water so as to wrap the bather 4 sitting on the seat 2. A sensor 7 is installed at the tip of the mist-like nozzle 5, for example, a person who is cleaning or disinfecting the mist-like nozzle 5 and the shower room body 1, or a person who is in the shower room body 1 such as a bather 4. When a person's body approaches the mist-like ejection nozzle 5, a signal is sent to the control means 8 before the person's body contacts the mist-like ejection nozzle 5, and the mist-like ejection nozzle 5. The specification is such that the mist spray nozzle 5 is housed in the wall surface 3 on which the mist is provided.
[0013]
When the above configuration is used, a person who is cleaning or disinfecting the shower room main body 1 or a person in the shower room main body 1 such as a bather 4 can pass the hot water used for cleaning or disinfecting the shower room main body 1. It can prevent contacting with the mist-like jet nozzle 5 which became hot by bathing for a long time.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description of the embodiment, the present invention provides the following effects.
[0015]
(1) Since the area around the spray nozzle that spouts hot water toward the body of the bather is covered with a nozzle cover made of a low heat conductive material, the nozzle cover isolates the heat of the spray nozzle that has been heated by passing hot water. Thus, the body of a bather or the like can be prevented from touching the ejection nozzle.
[0016]
(2) Since the jet nozzle itself for jetting hot water toward the bather's body is made of a low heat conductive material, the temperature of the jet nozzle itself can be kept low.
[0017]
(3) Attach a sensor in the vicinity of the jet nozzle that spouts hot water toward the bather's body, measure the distance between the bather's body and the jet nozzle, and before the bather contacts the jet nozzle, Since the ejection nozzle is moved to a position where it does not come into contact, it is possible to prevent a body such as a bather from touching the ejection nozzle.
