従来の技術では浴槽本体151に遠隔操作を行う操作部と浴槽排水栓を開閉可能にする伝達部と排水栓とを一体に組付け、ユニットバスを構成する床パン150に前記一体組付け後の浴槽本体151を設置していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術では浴槽本体に遠隔操作を行う操作部と浴槽排水栓を開閉可能にする伝達部と排水栓とを一体に組付けた後、ユニットバスの床パンに前記一体組付け後の浴槽を設置していたため、浴槽据付け時に浴槽排水栓と浴槽排水栓を開閉可能にする伝達部との接続部を破損しない様に排水クロスを用い保護し、排水エルボを介して排水する必要があった。
近年高齢化が進み、出入口段差を少なくしたユニットバスや、洗い場から浴槽へのまたぎ込み高さを低くしたユニットバスに於いても、遠隔操作可能な浴槽排水栓が熱望されている。これは高齢者が浴槽を清掃する場合、無理な姿勢をする事無く遠隔操作により、容易に浴槽排水栓を開閉する事が出来る為である。

しかしながら従来の技術では、浴槽本体に遠隔操作を行う操作部と浴槽排水栓を開閉可能にする伝達部と排水栓とを一体に組付けた後、ユニットバスの床パンに浴槽を設置していたため、浴槽据付け時に浴槽排水栓と浴槽排水栓を開閉可能にする伝達部との接続部を破損しない様に排水クロスを用い保護する必要があった為、排水クロスを盛込める様に、浴槽裏面側には設置可能なクリアランスが必要になり浴槽据付け高さが高くなってしまう。この事は、直接洗い場から浴槽へのまたぎ込み高さが高くなることに影響する。

本発明の目的は、ユニットバスの洗い場から浴槽へのまたぎ込み高さを低く保つことができる、ユニットバスの遠隔操作部と排水栓開閉機構部との連結構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段及びその作用・効果】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項1の発明においては、床パン上に設置した浴槽のリム面に遠隔操作部を取付け、遠隔操作部にワイヤーを固定し、当該ワイヤーを、浴槽排水口下の床パンに取り付けた排水トラップのカバーを上方から貫通させ排水トラップ中を通して、浴槽底面に取り付けた排水栓開閉機構部に連結することにより、浴槽設置高さを低く抑えた。

【発明の実施の形態】
以上説明した本発明の構成・作用を一層明らかにするために、以下本発明の好適な実施例について説明する。
ユニットバスの浴槽設置側床パン11aの上に、浴槽排水金具をセットした浴槽本体1を設置した後、浴槽リム面に遠隔操作部分を取付ける。
操作部分中央よりワイヤ−8を貫通させて固定した後、浴槽排水口下トラップ12部中を通して排水栓開閉機構部中メカBOX3に連結し、密閉ふた4を差込んだ後、カバ−10より漏水を防止する為に、ゴムブッシュ9をねじ込み遠隔操作による排水が可能になり、排水時に無理な姿勢をすることなく、遠隔操作により浴槽排水栓の開閉ができると同時に、浴槽内では手足等にて排水栓に接続のクサリを引掛けて排水してしまう要因が排除され、なおかつ浴槽裏面側においては、浴槽からの排水が漏れることが無いので、カビ及び、異臭の発生等を防止をすることができる。又、浴槽本体1上面と床パン11上面との浴槽またぎ高さを低く設定することができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記構成により次の効果を発揮する。
本発明によれば、排水栓伝達用ワイヤ−を床パン下部に取付けた排水トラップ部中を通し、排水栓開閉機構部に接続する事により、浴槽設置高さを最大限に低く抑える事が出来る。

又、前記浴槽設置高さを低く設定する事により、浴槽またぎ高さを低く抑える事ができ、浴槽内へ出入りする際に足を持上げる負担を軽減出来る事や浴槽内にあった排水栓に接続のクサリを排除する事ができるようになり、手足にて引掛けて排水する事が無くなった。更には、冬場の寒い時期において、浴室内に入室せずに脱衣所側より、遠隔操作にて浴槽排水をする事が出来る様になった。
