【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、回収砂や回収砂利が塊状に固ったままで生コン製造プラントに送給されるのを防ぐ解砕機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
生コン工場では周知のようにコンクリートミキサー車から余剰となって戻された戻りコンクリートより砂および砂利を夫々分離回収し、その回収砂および回収砂利をコンクリート骨材として再使用している。ところで特にこのような回収砂や回収砂利等の回収骨材を使用する際に、その骨材中にセメント分が少しでも残っていると塊が出来易くこれがその固結状態のままでセメントミキサーに送給されるおそれがあり、ミキサー中でもそのような直径数センチの塊は解砕されないままであることがあったので、これが製品中に混りコンクリート強度を著しく弱める欠陥となるおそれがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記のような回収砂または回収砂利等の回収骨材の塊を簡易な装置にて確実に解砕することのできる塊状回収砂解砕機を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために本発明の塊状回収砂解砕機は、回収砂または回収砂利等が投入される竪形ホッパ内に一対の解砕ローラを間隔調整可能に設け、該両解砕ローラの真中下部に羽根車を設け、該解砕ローラおよび羽根車を回転動させるモータを備えると共に、該解砕ローラから羽根車にわたってのホッパー内空間を広狭可変させる一対の可動側壁板をホッパ内に進出するように該ホッパの両側壁にヒンジしてなることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施形態を図面と共に説明する。図1にこの塊状回収砂解砕機を縦断面図にて示し、図2にその外観正面図、図3に図2のAーA線断面図を示す。竪形ホッパ1は上端に投入部2が設けられた角筒状のもので、該竪形ホッパ1内に一対の解砕ローラ3,4を設けている。5は該竪形ホッパ1の上部に設けられた格子状のストレーナである。該各解砕ローラ3,4は図4に示したように回転軸6に設けられた円筒7の外周に角棒材8を定間隔で固着してなる。そして一方の解砕ローラ3の回転軸6は、該竪形ホッパ1の側壁に取付板9を介して固定された軸受10により回転自在に軸支され該回転軸6の一端にはスプロケット11が固着されている。また他方の解砕ローラ4の回転軸6は竪形ホッパ1の側壁に開設された円弧状の長孔12を貫通しアーム13の先端部に設けられた軸受14に回転自在に軸支され該回転軸6の一端にスプロケット15を固着している。該アーム13はホッパ1の側壁外面に突設された支軸16に揺動自在に軸支されたもので、17は該アーム13を揺動させるエアシリンダである。このため該エアシリンダ17によりアーム13を揺動させると回転軸6が長孔12中にて移動し該解砕ローラ4は図1に一点鎖線で示したように移動し解砕ローラ3との間隔19を自在に調節可能にしている。なお18は長孔12からの砂漏出を防止するためホッパ1の外側に回転軸6に従い移動可能なるように設けられた封止板である。

20はホッパ1内における両解砕ローラ3,4の真中下部に設けられた羽根車で、該羽根車20は図5に示したように、回転軸21が両端面より突出する円筒22の外周面に放射状に複数の羽根板23が突設されたもので、該回転軸21をホッパ1の側壁に取付板24を介して固着された軸受25に回転自在に軸止し、該回転軸21の一端にはスプロケット26を固着している。27は該ホッパ1の外側面に設けられたテンション用スプロケットである。

30はその回転出力軸が前記支軸16と同芯状なるようにホッパ1の外側部にスタンド35により支持したギヤードモータで、31,32はその回転出力軸に固着されたスプロケットである。そして、スプロケット31と前記スプロケット15とに無端状の伝導チエン33を巻掛すると共に、スプロケット31とスポロケット11,スプロケット26,スプロケット27に無端状の伝導チエン34を巻掛する。このため該モータ30の駆動により伝導チエン33,34を介して夫々解砕ローラ3,4および羽根車20が矢印の方向に回転動する。

また、ホッパ1の両側壁1a,1bに夫々ヒンジ40を介して一対の可動側壁板41を吊下し、ホッパ1の外側にフレーム42により支持した一対のエアシリンダ43の作動軸を該各可動側壁板41の外側面に連結し、該エアシリンダ43の作動により該の可動側壁板41がホッパ1内に進出し解砕ローラ3,4から羽根車20にわたってのホッパ1内空間が該各可動側壁板41により広狭可変できるようにする。

このように構成した塊状回収砂解砕機では、回収砂または回収砂利をベルトコンベヤ50よりホッパ1中に投入すれば、塊は回転する両解砕ローラ3,4間に挟まれて押し潰され、さらに解砕ローラ3,4間より落下したものは回転する羽根車20に当たってその衝撃によりさらに細かく解砕される。

そのとき解砕ローラ間3,4の間隔19はエアシリンダ17により調整できるので、砂の場合は狭く、砂利の場合は広く設定すれば、大粒の砂利でも噛み込むことなく解砕処理できる。また、エアシリンダ43により可動側壁板41のホッパ1内への進出位置を調節することで、解砕ローラ間3,4の外周と該可動側壁板41との隙間が調節されるので、砂の塊等がその隙間を素抜けることなく確実に解砕でき、排出口45からは塊のない回収骨材を生コン製造プラントに送給することができる。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明では、両解砕ローラの間隔、および両可動側壁板の進出を調節することにより、粒子の大きさに拘わりなく回収骨材を解砕処理できるようにしたので、回収砂でも回収砂利でもその塊を確実に解砕でき、これらの回収骨材を安全に使用できるようにする有益な効果がある。
