従来の粉体と液体の混合撹拌又は混練用撹拌翼としては図4に示す如く回転軸aの下端部及び中間部にそれぞれ平板からなる翼体c、cがボス部b、bにおいて該回転軸aに固着されているのが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の如く2段の翼体からなる撹拌翼にて粉体と液体を撹拌又は混練する場合、容器の上部より供給した粉体の一部が上段の翼体のボス部に付着又は固着して後続の粉体や液体の供給を阻害すると共に、撹拌又は混練作業終了後に該ボス部に固着した粉体を除去するのに困難を生ずる等の問題点があった。

本発明はこれらの問題点を解消し、ボス部に粉体が固着する心配のない複数段翼からなる撹拌翼を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の目的を達成すべく、回転軸の下端部に、第1撹拌翼を側方に突設すると共に、該第1撹拌翼の先端部に竪形撹拌翼を立設し、該竪形撹拌翼の上端部には、前記回転軸に向かって第2撹拌翼を内方に突設し、前記竪形撹拌翼は湾曲状に曲げられている帯状板からなることを特徴とする。

【作用】
請求項1の撹拌翼において、第2撹拌翼を前記第1撹拌翼の先端部に立設した竪形撹拌翼の上端部に設置したので、該第2撹拌翼は前記回転軸との間にボス部を持たず、従って粉体等がボス部に固着する心配がない。又、前記竪形撹拌翼は湾曲状の帯状体に形成されているため、被撹拌物は容器内の周辺部で上昇流となると共に中心部で下降流となって容器内全体に行きわたる上下循環流を形成し、効率良く撹拌を行うことができる。

請求項2の撹拌翼において、第1撹拌翼及び第2撹拌翼の各翼は傾斜した帯状体で開口部を有するので、被撹拌物に対する練り効果が高い。
