本発明ではバッテリにて駆動する車体および該車体前方の荷役装置から成り、前記車体中央に複数のセルが内部に配されたバッテリケースを固着し、前記複数のセルをバッテリケース内の後部に一定容量の空間部を形成すべく配列し、該空間部に収納ケースを設置すると共に、前記バッテリケースの上部にバッテリカバーを配し、該バッテリカバーにおける前記収納ケース上部に単独で開閉する収納カバーを配し、該収納カバーは収納カバー前方を中心に開口させることを特徴とするフォークリフトの収納部とし、上述課題を解決している。

本発明を実施するフォークリフトを図面に基づき説明すると、図5から図7においてフォークリフト1はバッテリにて駆動する車体2と、該車体2前方にて荷を積載するマスト装置3からなり、マスト装置3前方には直接荷を積載して上下動する左右一対のフォーク4が係止されている。

車体2には、中央にバッテリ収納部5を備え、該バッテリ収納部5にはバッテリケース6を固着し、バッテリケース6上面には後部を車体2に軸支し、上下に開閉可能なバッテリカバー7が配されている。また、バッテリケース6内にはセル7毎に区切られたバッテリが配されている。本実施例においては1セルを2ボルトとし、36セルを直列に接続し、72ボルトの電源としている。
