【従来の技術】
電話による送受信とファクシミリによる送受信を切り換えて行うパ−ソナルファクシミリ装置においては、例えば特開平１−194641号公報に示されているように、あらかじめ音声メッセ−ジを登録しておき、着呼通知を受けると登録された音声メッセ−ジ、例えば「ファクシミリの方は少しお待ち下さい。電話の方はテンキ−の＃キ−を押して下さい。」を読み出して発信側へ返信する。この音声メッセ−ジを発信側に送ったのち電話による受信とファクシミリによる受信の切り換え動作に入る。この切り換え動作を行っている間は発信側にリングバックト−ンが流れている。その間に受信側ではベルが鳴り、送信側が電話であればそのまま電話モ−ドに接続され電話受信処理に入る。送信側がファクシミリであり、送信側からのコ−リング・ト−ン（ＣＮＧ）を検出するとファクシミリモ−ドに切り換え、ファクシミリ受信処理に入る。また、送信側からＣＮＧが送られず、受信側があらかじめ定められた規定時間が過ぎてもオフフックをしないとき、受信側は音声メッセ−ジ送信に切り換え、例えば「相手先を呼び出しましたがおでになりません。ファクシミリモ−ドに切り換えます。」というような音声メッセ−ジを発信側へ返信する。そこで送信側のファクシミリを送りたい人はそのまま原稿を送り、その後回線を断にして送受信処理を終了する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のようにパ−ソナルファクシミリ装置で受信したときに、受信側で電話による受信とファクシミリによる受信の切り換え動作を行っている間、発信側にはリングバックト−ンが流れているだけであり、この間の時間が無駄に経過してしまう。また、パ−ソナルファクシミリ装置の普及は目覚ましいものであるが、通常、１日に使用される時間はごく短時間であり、待機時間がほとんどである。この待機時間を有効に活用できるとパ−ソナルファクシミリ装置の利用効率も向上し、種々の便宜も図れる

この発明はかかる要望を満たすためになされたものであり、電話モ−ドとファクシミリモ−ドの切り換え動作を行っている時間や待機時間を有効に利用することができるファクシミリ装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

この発明に係るファクシミリ装置は、電話モ−ドとファクシミリモ−ドを切り換えて使用するファクシミリ装置において、マイクと録音再生部と音声入出力制御部とを有し、録音再生部はマイクから入力された固有の音声メッセ−ジを録音し、録音した音声メッセ−ジを再生し、音声入出力制御部は発信側から着信があったときに、電話モ−ドとファクシミリモ−ドのいずれかを選択して切り換え動作をしている間に、録音再生部に録音した固有の音声メッセ−ジを再生させて発信側に送ることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明においては、電話モ−ドとファクシミリモ−ドを切り換えて使用するファクシミリ装置に音声入出力制御部と録音再生部とマイクと演奏機能部とスピ−カ及び時間設定部を有する。録音再生部はマイクから入力された使用者のコマ−シャルメッセ−ジを録音し、録音した音声メッセ−ジを再生する。演奏機能部はＣＤ，カセットに記録された音楽等の音声情報を再生しスピ−カから出力する。時間設定部にはあらかじめ一定の時間、例えばファクシミリ装置の使用者の店の始業時間や終業時間等が設定され、設定された時間になると時刻信号を出力する。音声入出力制御部は録音再生部や演奏機能部の動作を制御する。

図１はこの発明の一実施例の構成を示すブロック図である。ファクシミリ装置１は電話モ−ドとファクシミリモ−ドを切り換えて使用するものであり、図に示すように、ＣＰＵを中心に構成され装置全体を制御するシステム制御部２と、プログラム格納用ＲＯＭとワ−ク用メモリＲＡＭと音声メッセ−ジの登録メモリを有するメモリ部３と、各種キ−及び表示部を有する操作表示部４と、送信する原稿を読み取るスキャナ部５と、受信した画像情報を出力するプロッタ部６と、送信受信する画像を処理する画像処理部７と、画像情報を一時格納する画像メモリ８と、通信制御部９と網制御部１０の他に音声入出力制御部１１と録音再生部１２とマイク１３と演奏機能部１４とスピ−カ１５及び時間設定部１６を有する。
