【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は花火の打上げ等に汎く使用される火薬用薬包及びそれに火薬を充填した火薬薬包に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
打上げ花火を単発で打ち上げる場合は、筒内で玉の下部に黒色小粒火薬(揚げ薬とも言う)を配置し、更に玉の上部に若干の黒色小粒火薬(以下小粒火薬と言う)をふり粉としてふりかけ、筒上部から落し火を落とす方法が取られていた。(平成4年4月1日発行「一般火薬学」(日本火薬工業会資料編集部発行)の117頁第4.33図参照)しかし、この方法では、タイミングを誤ると、筒から飛び出す玉に手を弾かれて負傷したり、あるいは筒内又は筒上部で、玉が早期に開いた場合に、筒の側に人が居る為、人体に大きな被害を被ると言う危険性があった。

この為、より安全な作業方法と言う事で、図5及び図6に示す様に小粒火薬10を袋3に入れ、袋3の上部から、長い脚線13の付いた点火玉12を小粒火薬10に挿し込み、この袋3を筒14の下部に配置し、遠隔地迄引いた脚線13に電気的に点火する事により玉15を上げる方法が考えられ、実施される様になっている。

この方法によると、筒の下部に火炎で加熱した焼金等を配置し、筒の上部から、筒のそばの人間が手によって、玉の下部に小粒火薬を入れた薬包を貼りつけた連発用玉を投入する連続打上げ方法も、遠隔地より連続的に電気で点火する事によって安全に実施できる事となっている。(上述の文献117頁第4.34図参照)

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
小粒火薬を袋に入れ、これに脚線付の点火玉を挿し込み遠隔地より小粒火薬に点火する方法は、落し火を筒内に落とす方法より、極めて安全性が高い。しかし、打上げを行う現場で、時によっては、数千本の打上げ筒について、小粒火薬をひとつひとつ秤量し、点火玉を挿し込み、封をする事は、極めて煩雑であり、かつ多くの人手を要し、更には秤量ミス等の人為ミスが起こり易くなってしまう。又予め、小粒火薬を秤り込んで封をした袋を打ち上げ現場に持ち込み、そこで封を開け点火玉を挿し込む方法もあるが、この方法にしても、現場で秤量するよりは煩雑性は少ないが、やはり、封を開け、点火玉を挿し込み、又封をするという3段階の作業を要し、打上げ発数が多いとその煩雑性、非効率性は重大な問題である。打上げ現場でのこれらの煩雑性を避ける為に、予め小粒火薬を袋に秤り込み、これに点火玉を挿し込み、封をして、打上げ現場に持ち込む方法もあるが、この方法は打上げ現場での煩雑性は確かに抑えられるが、点火玉と小粒火薬が袋内で接触する状態で運搬されるという極めて危険な状態を長時間取る事になり、安全上由々しき問題を生じる事となる。

この為、落し火を使わない、安全な方法で、かつ、打上げ現場で容易に点火玉をとりつけれる手段が求められていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者等は、上述の状況を充分考察し、鋭意研究の結果、安全にかつ打上げ現場で容易、迅速に点火玉を装着する事が出来、前記問題を解決できる火薬用薬包を見い出し本発明に至った。

即ち、本発明は、
(1)側面に1ないし複数個の孔又はスリットが予め穿たれ、かつ容易にとりはずせる蓋でその孔又はスリットが塞がれた火薬用薬包
(2)前項(1)記載の火薬用薬包に火薬を充填したことを特徴とする火薬薬包に関するものである。

以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明者等は、側面に1ないし複数個の孔又はスリットを予め穿ちかつ容易に取りはずせる蓋でこの孔又はスリットを塞いだ火薬用薬包に、予め所定量の小粒火薬を秤り込み、袋の上部を、ゴム輪、ひも、針金、あるいは袋についたチャック等で蓋をして火薬薬包としておき、この火薬薬包を打上げ現場に運んだ後、打上げ現場で火薬薬包側面部の蓋をはずし、ここから点火玉を挿し込んだ後、孔又はスリットの部分を又蓋でおおう事により、極めて安全な方法で、かつ迅速に、小粒火薬を打上げ筒に配置できる事を見い出したものである。

本発明に用いられる火薬用薬包の材質としては、ポリエチレン,ポリプロピレン,ナイロン等の合成樹脂又は紙、あるいはこれらを組み合わせた材質を使用することができる。

合成樹脂材質を使用する場合、これらを適当に処理して、帯電防止性とすれば、更に好ましい。

本発明に用いられる火薬用薬包は、厚み大きさ及び形状に特に制限はないが、打上げ筒に納まり、しかも小粒火薬が燃焼した時に発生するガスが、筒内に速やかに拡散する厚み,大きさのものが望ましい。又、打上げ玉の号数に応じて袋の色を変えておいたり、袋に異なる色のテープを貼って見分け易くする事もできる。

本発明の火薬用薬包に穿たれる孔又はスリットは、1個でも良いが、万全を期す為複数個の点火玉を取り付ける場合も考慮して、複数個でも良い。
本発明の火薬用薬包に設けられる孔は、要するに点火玉を挿し込む事が出来る形状、大きさであれば良く、通常、円形、楕円形、四角形、菱形、星型などの形状が使用出来、また、その大きさは、孔の最短部のさしわたしの長さが、1〜30mm程度が好ましく、3〜10mmの大きさがより好ましい。
本発明の火薬用薬包に設けられるスリットは、点火玉を挿し込むことが出来る形状、大きさであればよく、通常、縦、横、斜めのいずれか、一直線あるいは十字等の形状が使用出来、また、そのスリットの長さは、1〜30mm程度が好ましく、3〜15mmの長さがより好ましい。
又孔又はスリットは穿ったそのままでも良いが、袋が薄い場合には、蓋をはずした時に破れないようにする目的で、あるいは孔又はスリットの位置を明確にする為、テ−プ、シ−トなどで孔又はスリットの周囲を補強したり、あるいは周囲の色を変えておく事が望ましい。

本発明に用いられる袋に穿たれた孔又はスリットの上にされる蓋は、容易に取りはずせる蓋ならどの様な蓋でも良いが、袋材質にある程度の強度で粘着するが、人間の手によって引っ張ると、容易にはがれる合成樹脂,紙,あるいはこれを組み合わせた材質による粘着性テープを用いる事が好ましい。粘着性テープの孔に当たる部分を、袋の内部と接着しない様に非粘着性の材質で処置しておく事がより望ましい。

本発明の火薬用薬包に入れられる火薬は、点火玉で点火される火薬ならいかなる火薬でも良いが、打上げ花火の場合には、小粒火薬,玩具火薬,黒色粉火薬あるいはこれらの混合物が挙げられる。
本発明の火薬薬包では、空間が多すぎると火薬が偏り、点火玉と火薬が接触しにくくなる為、火薬が袋全体の容積の30容量%以上入っているのが好ましく、70〜98容量%入っているのがより好ましい。

本発明の火薬薬包は、打上げ花火を遠隔地からの点火を可能にし、しかも打上げ現場で点火玉を容易に装着でき、その安全性,利便性に極めて優れている。更に言えば、本発明の本質が簡易に開孔できる様工夫した袋に火薬を入れ封をしておき、使用現場で迅速,容易に点火玉をこの火薬薬包に挿し込める事である為、打上げ花火以外の火薬用途にも、広く使用する事が可能である。
