【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はレンタルショップにおいて、ビデオテープ、ＤＶＤ、ＣＤ、ゲームソフト等を収容して陳列するビデオテープ等の陳列用ケースであって、ケース外周に設けてタイトルシートを挿入する透明シート、及び透明シートを取付けた陳列用ケースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年のビデオ等レンタルショップでは、陳列専用のケースを用いてこれにビデオテープを収容し、ビデオテープを入れた状態で陳列用ケースを棚に陳列している場合が多い。例えば、特公平７−４１９４１号に係る「ビデオテープの陳列方法」は、「ビデオテープを陳列棚に直接配置して陳列する方法であり、該ビデオテープはテープケースに入れ、このテープケースは更に陳列用ケースに収納した状態とし、そして陳列用ケースはその上端を開口した収納口を有し、陳列用ケースに収納したテープケースはその上端を収納口から突出し、テープケースの突出面には「貸出し可能」又はこれに類似する表示であって、貸出しすることが出来るビデオテープである旨の表示を設け、そして顧客は陳列用ケースからテープケースを抜取って借りることが出来ると共に、抜取られた陳列用ケースは陳列棚にそのまま配列されているビデオテープの陳列方法」である。

ところで、この陳列用ケースにはその外周に透明なシートを備えていて、該シートにはタイトルシートが挿入されている。該タイトルシートはビデオテープの内容を表示しているのもであり、このタイトルシートを見て顧客は好みのテープを借りることが出来る。

図５は従来の陳列用ケースを示している具体例である。この陳列用ケースは樹脂を材質とした成形品であり、ケース本体(イ)と蓋(ロ)から成っていて、該蓋(ロ)は開くことが出来る。そして陳列用ケースの外周に取付けられている透明シート(ハ)はその両端がケース本体の側端と蓋の側端に溶着されていて、蓋(ロ)を大きく開いてケース本体(イ)及び蓋(ロ)との間に隙間を作った状態でタイトルシートを収容することが出来る。

ところで、この透明シート(ハ)は陳列用ケースの外表面をカバーしている為に、陳列棚に配列している他の陳列用ケースと常に接触し、又貸出しする際にはカウンターのテーブル面に接し、更には他の物と触れたり当ったりして表面には大小無数のキズが付く。一方、時間の経過に伴い透明なシートが変色して黄色くなってしまう。このような事態が生じた場合、図５に示す従来の陳列用ケースでは両側端を溶着した透明シートを交換することは出来ず、陳列用ケース全体を新たなものに取り換える必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来のビデオテープ等の陳列用ケースには上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこの問題点であり、タイトルシートを挿入して挟む為の透明シートが自由に交換することが出来るビデオテープ等の陳列用ケース、及び透明シートを提供する。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本発明のビデオテープ等の陳列用ケースは、タイトルシートを挿入する為にケース外周に設ける透明シートを着脱可能な取付け構造としている。従って、透明シートがキズ付いた場合、変色した場合、又一部に亀裂が生じた場合には簡単に取外して新たな透明シートを取付けることが出来る。そして、溶着にて取付けられている従来の陳列用ケースの透明シート上に本発明の透明シートを重ね合わせて取付けることも可能である。

そこで、該透明シートは所定大きさの長方形をなし、高さ(縦寸法)は陳列用ケースの高さとほぼ同じとし、長さ(横寸法)は陳列用ケースの周囲寸法とほぼ同じ大きさとしている。そして透明シートの一方側端には薄い係止板を止着し、他端には両面テープを備えている。勿論、両面テープは前以て備えなくても、取付ける際に接着すればよい。係止板はケース本体の側板と蓋の側板間に挿入して係止し、ケース全周に巻付いた透明シートの他端は両面テープにて止着される。以下、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

【実施例】
図１は本発明に係るビデオテープの陳列用ケースであって、透明シートを巻き付けていない状態を示している実施例であり、基本的な形態は従来と同じである。勿論、透明シートが溶着されている前記図５に示している従来の陳列用ケースを対象とすることも可能である。陳列用ケースはケース本体１と蓋２から成り、蓋２はケース本体１に嵌ってビデオテープが収容される内部空間を形成し、同図では表れていないが、上端にはビデオテープを入れる為の開口を有している。従ってビデオテープはこの陳列用ケースに入れ、上端は開口から突出した状態で棚に配列される。そこで顧客はタイトルシートを見て、好みのビデオテープを陳列用ケースから抜取って借りることが出来る。

図２は図１のケースに透明シート３を取付けた場合の断面図であり、透明シート３は陳列用ケースの外周を一回りして、外れないようにその両端が止着されている。図３は透明シート３を示している具体例であり、縦寸法Ｈは陳列用ケースの高さとほぼ同じ大きさとし、横寸法Ｌは前記図２に示すように陳列用ケースを一回りすることが出来る長さとなっている。

そして透明シート３の一方側には係止板４の縁５が止着され、他方側には両面テープ６が設けられている。係止板４はその縁５が透明シート３に固定されているだけであり、その為に図２に示すようにケース本体１の側板７と蓋２の周囲に設けている側板８との間に嵌って係止する。そして全体に巻付いた透明シート３の他方側は両面テープ６にて接着して外れないようになる。

ケース本体１の側板７には図１に示すように切欠き部９が形成されていて、この切欠き部９に透明シートの係止板４が嵌って係止することが出来る。図４は透明シート３の係止板４がケース本体１の側板７と蓋の側板８との間に嵌って係止している拡大図を示している。ケース本体１の側板７には受け板１０が設けられ、該受け板１０に形成している嵌合溝１１に蓋２の側板８が嵌っている。

勿論、側板８が嵌合溝１１に嵌るだけでは外れてしまう為に、側板８に設けているツメがケース本体１の側板７に形成しているツメと互いに係止することで、蓋２が開かないようになる。そして係止板４は側板７と側板８の僅かな隙間に嵌って係止し、一回りした透明シート３の他方側は両面テープ６にて止着されている。そこで、両面テープ６を剥がすならば、透明シート３を取外すことが出来る。

前記実施例はビデオテープの陳列用ケースについて説明したが、ＤＶＤ、ＣＤ、ゲームソフト等を収容して陳列するケースの場合も同じように透明シートを着脱可能に取付けることが出来る。そして、透明シートの他方側の止着手段は両面テープに限定するものではない。

以上述べたように、本発明のビデオテープ等の陳列用ケースはその外周に透明シートを取付けし、この透明シートが取外し出来るように、一方側に止着した係止板をケース本体の側板と蓋の側板間に嵌めて係止し、他方側はテープ等で止めたものであり、次のような効果を得ることが出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明のビデオテープ等の陳列用ケースは、その外周に設けている透明シートを取外し出来るようにしている。従って、透明シートがキズ付いた場合、一部に亀裂が生じた場合、変色した場合には簡単に取外して新たな透明シートを取付けることが出来る。すなわち、従来のように透明シートにキズ等ついて古くなった場合でも、陳列用ケース全体を処分しなくてもよく、透明シートの交換で対処することが可能となり経済的である。

そして、透明シートはその一方側に止着している係止板をケースに嵌めて係止すると共に、他方側はテープ等で止着している為に、透明シートの交換は簡単であり、ケース本体をキズ付けることはない。一方、本発明の透明シートは従来の陳列用ケースを対象とし、溶着にて取付けている透明シートの上に重ね合わせるように取付けることも出来る。
