Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly relates to a sound-absorbing panel that is attached to a lower surface portion, a wall surface, a ceiling surface, or the like of a structure such as a tunnel, a moat split, or a semi-underground road, in order to absorb noise associated with traveling of a vehicle or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are various types of sound absorbing panels for absorbing noise associated with traveling of vehicles, etc., depending on the location where they are installed, for example, as soundproof walls along highways and railway lines As the sound absorbing panel, a sound absorbing material is housed in a panel frame that is rectangularly formed by upper and lower frame members and left and right frame members, and a perforated plate having a large number of through holes is arranged on the front side of the panel frame. In general, a non-porous sound insulating plate is provided on the back side. The sound insulating plate is for preventing noise that has entered the panel frame from the perforated plate on the front side from being transmitted along the line from the back side.
[0003]
In addition, sound absorbing panels that are installed on the bottom surface, wall surface, ceiling surface, etc. of structures such as tunnels, moat splits, and semi-underground roads do not need to prevent noise from being transmitted to the back side by sound insulation plates. In addition, a sound insulation board is not particularly provided. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of cross members a are provided between the upper and lower frame members b and c so that the sound absorbing material does not fall off the panel frame during transportation and transportation. It is only installed vertically. Although not shown in the figure, noise that has entered the panel frame from the perforated plate on the front side is absorbed by the sound absorbing material, and part of the noise is reflected by the lower surface, wall surface, ceiling surface, etc. The sound is absorbed by the material.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a sound absorbing panel without such a sound insulation plate is easily twisted and unstable due to the absence of the sound insulation plate when a rotational moment is applied about the longitudinal direction, and handling during transportation and transportation is extremely difficult. It was troublesome.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a sound absorbing panel that does not have a sound insulating plate on the back surface side, solves the above-described problems, and increases the torsional rigidity to make it difficult to twist.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive research on how to make it difficult to twist in a sound-absorbing panel not provided with a sound insulating plate on the back side, the present inventor observed this twist phenomenon when the twist angle was small, that is, at the initial stage of twist. As shown in FIG. 6, the upper and lower frame members b and c are twisted by parallel translation in the left and right direction while keeping the distance between them substantially constant, and in the conventional sound absorbing panel, the upper and lower frame members b and c A crosspiece member a is installed between the upper and lower frame members b and c. If the crosspiece member a is installed perpendicularly to the upper and lower frame members b and c, the parallel movement of the upper and lower frame members b and c cannot be suppressed. In order to suppress the parallel movement of the frame material, it is known that if the crosspiece member is installed obliquely with respect to the upper and lower frame materials, the torsional rigidity is increased and the parallel movement can be suppressed extremely effectively. It came to complete.
[0007]
That is, the sound-absorbing panel of the present invention is a perforated plate in which a sound-absorbing material is housed in a frame panel formed by a rectangular frame by upper and lower frame members and left and right frame members, and has a large number of through holes on the front side of the frame panel. And a pressing member that presses the sound absorbing material to the back side is provided between the perforated plate and the sound absorbing material. On the back side of the frame panel, the sound absorbing material is exposed and the sound absorbing material falls off from the back side. It bridges the crosspiece member is one or more vertical frame members to prevent the, the crosspiece member is or if it is plural spans at least one of the crosspiece member is laid obliquely with respect to the vertical frame members Thus, it is also provided with a function as a structural material for increasing torsional rigidity .
[0008]
According to the present invention, one or more crosspiece members are installed between the upper and lower frame members on the back side, and when the crosspiece member or a plurality of crosspiece members are installed, at least one of the crosspiece members is Since it is installed obliquely with respect to the upper and lower frame members, torsional rigidity is increased by this obliquely installed crosspiece member, and it is difficult to twist.
[0009]
In the present invention, the perforated plate on the front side, the upper and lower frame members, and the left and right frame members may be formed separately, or the perforated plate and the upper and lower frame members may be formed. The frame body, or the perforated plate, the upper and lower frame members, and the left and right frame bodies may be integrally formed.
