【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、飾り台を上下に雛壇状に積み重ねられてなる段飾り台に関するものである。
【０００２】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記特開平１１−１８９２１号公報記載の節句用飾り台は、３段式飾りとされているが、例えば、用途や場所に応じて、一段式の平飾り台としたり、複数段式飾り台とする場合には、随時、前記分割側板や幅部材、棚板、幕板等の多数の部材を分解し、その後、部材を減らしたり、新たに部材を用意して増やしたうえで、再びこれらの部材を組み立てて連結しなければならなかった。そのため、分解作業や組み立て作業等が面倒であり、作業効率が良くなかった。
本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、自在に組み合わせて、段数を容易に変更することのできる段飾り台を提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項１の発明は、例えば、図２に示すように、
左右一対の側板２２，２２、４２，４２と、両側板２２，２２、４２，４２の先端部に該両側板２２，２２、４２，４２と直交するようにして設けられた前面板２３、４３と、前記両側板２２，２２、４２，４２の先端部上面に、前記前面板２３、４３と直交するようにして設けられた天板２４とを備え、
前記側板２２、４２は、高さの等しい複数のパネル２６ a 〜２６ c 、４６ a 〜４６ cが前後に接合されてなり、互いに隣接するパネル２６ a 〜２６ c 、４６ a 〜４６ cの接合部２７において、該接合部２７を軸として後方側のパネル２６ a, ２６ c 、４６ a, ４６ cが内側に折り畳み自在である飾り台２１，４１を上下に雛壇状に積み重ねられてなる段飾り台２０であって、
下段に位置する飾り台（例えば、最下段の飾り台２１）の両側板２２，２２間に、上段に位置する飾り台（例えば、二段目の飾り台４１）の前面板４３が架け渡されるとともに、前記下段に位置する飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２上に、上段に位置する飾り台４１の両側板４２，４２が載置され、前記下段に位置する飾り台２１の側板２２，２２の後方側の端部と、前記上段に位置する飾り台４１の側板４２，４２の後方側の端部とが揃えられていることを特徴とする。

請求項１の発明によれば、左右一対の側板２２，２２、４２，４２と、前面板２３，４３と、天板２４とを備え、前記側板２２、４２は、複数のパネル２６a〜２６c、４６a〜４６cが前後に接合されてなり、互いに隣接するパネル２６a〜２６c、４６a〜４６cの接合部２７において、該接合部２７を軸として後方側のパネル２６a,２６c、４６a,４６cが内側に折り畳み自在であるので、このパネル２６a,２６c、４６a,４６cを折り畳むことによって、前記側板２２、４２の長さが調節され、側板２２、４２の長さが異なる飾り台２１、４１を容易に形成することができる。
したがって、例えば、このような側板２２、４２の長さが異なる飾り台２１、４１を複数用意しておき、これら側板２２、４２の長さの異なる飾り台２１、４１を適宜、用途や場所に応じて組み合わせて積み重ねることによって、段数を容易に変更することができる。
すなわち、下段に位置する飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２間に、上段に位置する飾り台４１の前面板４３が架け渡されるとともに、下段に位置する飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２上に、上段に位置する飾り台４１の両側板４２，４２が載置され、下段に位置する飾り台２１の側板２２，２２の後方側の端部と、上段に位置する飾り台４１の側板４２，４２の後方側の端部とが揃えられているので、従来のように、複数の部材を組み合わせて連結するといった面倒な作業を行う必要がなく、飾り台２１，４１ごとに組み合わせて積み重ねることによって、簡単に雛壇状をなす段飾り台２０とすることができる。
また、例えば、用途や場所に応じて段数を変更する場合に、従来のように、随時、複数の部材を分解し、その後、組み立てて連結することなく、飾り台２１，４１ごとに分解して再び組み合わせることによって、段数を容易に変更することができる。

請求項２の発明は、例えば、図２および図１１に示すように、請求項１記載の段飾り台２０において、
前記上下に積み重ねられる飾り台（例えば、最下段の飾り台２１と二段目の飾り台４１）は、第一連結部材１０１によって連結されており、
この第一連結部材１０１は、上段に位置する飾り台４１の両側板４２，４２間に架け渡されて、両側板４２，４２を固定する第一固定部１０２と、該第一固定部１０２の両端部に設けられて、前記上段に位置する飾り台４１の側板４２，４２内から前記下段に位置する飾り台２１の側板２２，２２内に挿入される第一挿入部１０３，１０３とを備えていることを特徴とする。

請求項２の発明によれば、前記第一連結部材１０１の第一固定部１０２を上段に位置する飾り台４１の両側板４２，４２間に架け渡し、前記第一挿入部１０３，１０３を、上段に位置する飾り台４１の側板４２，４２内から下段に位置する飾り台２１の側板２２，２２内に挿入することによって、上段に位置する飾り台４１の両側板４２，４２をぐらつくことなく、所定の間隔を保つようにして確実に固定することができるともに、上段に位置する飾り台４１と下段に位置する飾り台２１とを強固に連結することができる。

請求項３の発明は、例えば、図２および図９に示すように、請求項１または２記載の段飾り台２０において、
上下に積み重ねられた複数の飾り台（例えば、最下段の飾り台２１や二段目の飾り台４１）のうちの、最下段に位置する飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２は、第二連結部材１０４によって固定されており、
この第二連結部材１０４は、前記最下段に位置する飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２間に架け渡されて、両側板２２，２２を固定する第二固定部１０５と、該第二固定部１０５の両端部に設けられて、前記側板２２，２２内に挿入される第二挿入部１０６，１０６とを備えていることを特徴とする。

請求項３の発明によれば、前記第二連結部材１０４の第二固定部１０５を最下段に位置する飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２間に架け渡し、前記第二挿入部１０６，１０６を、前記側板２２，２２内に挿入することによって、前記両側板２２，２２がぐらつくことなく、所定の間隔を保つようにして確実に固定することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

本発明の実施の形態の飾り台１は、図１に示すように、例えば、雛人形や五月人形等の節句用飾りを載置するためのものであり、木製である。
前記飾り台１は、一段式の平飾り台であって、左右一対の側板２，２と、両側板２，２の先端部に該両側板２，２と直交するようにして設けられた前面板３と、両側板２，２の先端部上面に、前面板３と直交するようにして設けられた天板４とを備えている。

前記前面板３は、両側板２，２間の長さよりも長く、両側板２，２間から外側に延在しており、この前面板３の下端部には、前方に突出する底板５が設けられている。
前記天板４は、前面板３および両側板２，２の上端部で、かつ、前面板３から前方に突出して設けられている。

前記側板２は、２つのパネル６，６が前後方向に並設されてなり、互いに隣接するパネル６，６どうしは、その接合部７に取り付けられた２つのヒンジ８，８によって接合されている。
このパネル６は、縦框材９，９と横框材１０，１０とが縦横に組み付けられてなる枠体１１の外面側に面材１２が貼り付けられてなるもので、このようなパネル６，６が前後方向に接合されている。

前記２つのパネル６，６は、高さと幅の双方が等しい中パネル６b,６bである。そして、前方側の中パネル６bの一方の端部が前面板３と接合され、他方の端部が後方側の中パネル６bの一方の端部と接合されている。
また、互いに隣接する中パネル６b,６bの接合部７において、該接合部７であるヒンジ８，８を軸として後方側の中パネル６bが内側に折り畳み自在とされている。この場合、一方の側板２において、１カ所でパネル６が折り畳まれるようになっている。

前記後方側の中パネル６bの枠体１１を構成する両横框材１０，１０には、該横框材１０，１０の上面から下面に向けて貫通する第一貫通穴１３，１３がそれぞれ形成されている。
また、前方側の中パネル６bの枠体１１を構成する両横框材１０，１０のうちの下框材１０bの内面に、第二止め金具１５bが取り付けられている。
前記第一貫通穴１３および第二止め金具１５bは、例えば、飾り台１を複数積み重ねて段飾り台２０（図２参照）とする場合に、他の飾り台１と上下方向に連結する際に使用されるものであって、後述するので、ここではその説明を省略する。
さらに、前記飾り台１の両側板２，２の上端部には、該側板２，２と直交するようにして化粧板１４が取り付けられている。この化粧板１４は、前記天板４の縁部に当接し、かつ、両側板２，２間に架け渡されるようにして設けられている。

次に、上述した飾り台１を上下に雛壇状に積み重ねてなる段飾り台２０について説明する。
なお、本発明の実施の形態においては、五段式飾り台２０を例に挙げて説明する。図２〜図６に示すように、五段式飾り台２０は５種類の飾り台２１，４１，６１，８１，１を備えている。すなわち、最下段に位置する飾り台（最下段の飾り台）２１、二段目に位置する飾り台（二段目の飾り台）４１、三段目に位置する飾り台（三段目の飾り台）６１、四段目に位置する飾り台（四段目の飾り台）８１、最上段に位置する飾り台（最上段の飾り台）１がある。

前記最下段の飾り台２１は、図７に示すように、上述した平飾り台１と同様に、左右一対の側板２２，２２と、前面板２３と、天板２４とを備え、前面板２３の下端部には、前方に突出する底板２５が設けられている。
また、前記平飾り台１とは、その側板２２の長さが異なっている。つまり、この最下段の飾り台２１の一方の側板２２は、５つのパネル２６，…が前後方向に並設されて、ヒンジ２８，…によって接合されてなるものであり、互いに隣接するパネル２６，２６の接合部２７において、ヒンジ２８，２８を軸として後方側の一方のパネル２６が内側に折り畳み自在とされている。この場合、一方の側板２２において４カ所でパネル２６が折り畳まれるようになっている。

前記パネル２６は、縦框材２９，２９と横框材３０，３０とが縦横に組み付けられてなる枠体３１の外面側に面材３２が貼り付けられてなるものである。

前記５つのパネル２６，…は、それぞれ高さが等しく幅の異なる大パネル２６aと中パネル２６bと３つの小パネル２６c，…とがある。そして、中パネル２６bの一方の端部が前面板２３と接合され、他方の端部が大パネル２６aの一方の端部と接合されており、この大パネル２６aの他方の端部に小パネル２６cの一方の端部が接合されている。さらに、この小パネル２６cに、２つの小パネル２６c,２６cが同様にして接合されている。

前記小パネル２６cを構成する枠体３１には、縦框材２９，２９の中央部より下方において、横框材３０，３０と平行に延在する芯材３４が設けられている。この芯材３４には、該芯材３４の上面から下面に向けて貫通する第二貫通穴３５が形成されている。
また、小パネル２６cの面材３２の内面で、かつ、前記芯材３４の下方には、板状の支持部材３６が取り付けられている。
さらに、小パネル２６cを構成する枠体３１の両横框材３０，３０のうちの上框材３０aには、該上框材３０aの上面から下面に向けて貫通する第一貫通穴３３が形成されている。

前記大パネル２６aを構成する枠体３１の上框材３０aにも、上面から下面に向けて貫通する第一貫通穴３３が形成されている。
また、大パネル２６aの両横框材３０，３０のうちの上框材３０aの内面には、第一止め金具１５aが取り付けられている。
この第一止め金具１５aは、図１０(a),(b)に示すように、後述する二段目の飾り台４１の中パネル４６bに取り付けられた第二止め金具１５bと一対とされ、前記上框材３０aに取り付けられる第一取付部１６と、該第一取付部１６にヒンジを軸として上下に開閉自在に設けられたはめ込み部１７とを備えている。このはめ込み部１７には、後述する第二止め金具１５bの突出部１９がはめ込まれる十字状のはめ込み穴１７aが形成されている。

前記二段目の飾り台４１は、図８に示すように、最下段の飾り台２１とほぼ同様の構成をなしているが、この二段目の飾り台４１の側板４２の長さは、最下段の飾り台２１の側板２２の長さよりも短く形成されている。つまり、一方の側板４２を構成するパネル４６，…が４つであり、中パネル４６bと大パネル４６aと２つの小パネル４６c,４６cとを備えている。

この二段目の飾り台４１の小パネル４６cおよび大パネル４６aは、最下段の飾り台２１の小パネル２６cおよび大パネル２６aと異なり、前記小パネル４６cおよび大パネル４６aを構成する両横框材５０，５０に、その上面から下面に向けて貫通する第一貫通穴５３，…がそれぞれ形成されている。
前記小パネル４６cに形成された第一貫通穴５３，５３は、上框材５０aと下框材５０bとに１つずつ形成され、前記大パネル４６aに形成された第一貫通穴５３，…は、上框材５０aに１つと下框材５０bに２つ形成されている。つまり、小パネル４６c,４６cおよび大パネル４６aの下框材５０b，…に形成された第一貫通穴５３，…は、最下段の飾り台２１のパネル２６，…にそれぞれ形成された第一貫通穴３３，…に対応する位置にあり、上框材５０a，…に形成された第一貫通穴５３，…は、後述する三段目の飾り台６１のパネル６６，…に形成された第一貫通穴７３，…に対応する位置にある（図２参照）。

また、前記小パネル４６cは、前記最下段の飾り台２１の小パネル２６cと異なり、芯材３４が設けられていない。
前記中パネル４６bの下框材５０bの内面には、前記最下段の飾り台２１の大パネル２６aに取り付けられた第一止め金具１５aと一対となる第二止め金具１５bが取り付けられている。
この第二止め金具１５bは、図１０(a),(b)に示すように、下框材５０bに取り付けられる第二取付部１８と、該第二取付部１８から突出して設けられた突出部１９とを備えている。この突出部１９は、縦横に回転自在に形成されており、この突出部１９が縦の状態で、第一止め金具１５aのはめ込み穴１７aにはめ込まれ、この縦の状態から横に回転することによって、はめ込み穴１７aから抜けないように形成されている。
つまり、図１０(b)に示すように、まず、第二止め金具１５bの突出部１９を縦の状態にしておく。そして、第一止め金具１５aのはめ込み部１７をヒンジを軸として開いた状態から、このはめ込み部１７のはめ込み穴１７aを、突出部１９にはめ込むようにして閉じる。次いで、突出部１９を縦の状態から横に回転させることによって、第一止め金具１５aと第二止め金具１５bとが連結されるようになっている。

前記三段目の飾り台６１は、図２に示すように、一方の側板６２を構成するパネル６６，…が３つであり、前記中パネル６６bと大パネル６６aと小パネル６６cとを備えている。前記中パネル６６b、大パネル６６a、小パネル６６cは、二段目の飾り台４１の中パネル４６b、大パネル４６a、小パネル４６cと同様の構成をなしているのでその説明は省略する。

また、前記四段目の飾り台８１は、図２に示すように、一方の側板８２を構成するパネル８６，８６が中パネル８６bと大パネル８６aとの２つである。前記中パネル８６bおよび大パネル８６aは、三段目の飾り台６１の中パネル６６bおよび大パネル６６aと同様の構成をなしている。
前記最上段の飾り台１は、上述した平飾り台１と同様のものであるので、同様の符号を付してその説明は省略する。

そして、上述した５種類の飾り台２１，４１，６１，８１，１は、次のようにして連結されている。
まず、最下段の飾り台２１と二段目の飾り台４１とは、図２に示すように、最下段の飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２間に、二段目の飾り台４１の前面板４３が架け渡されるとともに、最下段の飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２上に、二段目の飾り台４１の両側板４２，４２が載置されている。
このように両飾り台２１，４１が載置されることによって、二段目の飾り台４１の前面板４３が最下段の飾り台２１の天板２４の縁部に当接するとともに、二段目の飾り台４１の側板４２，４２の後方側の端部と、最下段の飾り台２１の側板２２，２２の後方側の端部との位置が揃えられている（図５参照）。

そして、前記最下段の飾り台２１と二段目の飾り台４１とは、図１１に示すように、第一連結部材１０１によって連結されている。
この第一連結部材１０１は、二段目の飾り台４１の両側板４２，４２間に架け渡されて、両側板４２，４２を固定する第一固定部１０２と、該第一固定部１０２の両端部に設けられて、二段目の飾り台４１の側板４２内から最下段の飾り台２１の側板２２，２２内に挿入される２つの第一挿入部１０３，１０３とを備えている。
前記第一固定部１０２は、長尺な板状部材であり、前記第一挿入部１０３は、Ｌ字状の金具である。そして、この第一連結部材１０１は、第一固定部１０２の両端部における上面に、第一挿入部１０３，１０３の一方の片部１０３a,１０３aがそれぞれ固定され、他方の片部１０３b,１０３bが第一固定部１０２から突出するようにして形成されている。

このような第一連結部材１０１の一方の第一挿入部１０３が、二段目の飾り台４１の小パネル４６cに形成された第一貫通穴５３および最下段の飾り台２１の小パネル２６cに形成された第一貫通穴３３に挿入されるとともに、二段目の飾り台４１の小パネル４６c，４６c間に第一固定部１０２が架け渡され、二段目の飾り台４１の前記小パネル４６cと互いに対向する小パネル４６cの第一貫通穴５３および最下段の飾り台２１の前記小パネル２６cと互いに対向する小パネル２６cの第一貫通穴３３に、他方の第一挿入部１０３が挿入されている。
また、同様にして、図２に示すように、二段目の飾り台４２のその他の小パネル４６c,４６cと最下段の飾り台２１のその他の小パネル２６c,２６c、二段目の飾り台４１の大パネル４６a,４６aと最下段の飾り台２１の小パネル２６c,２６cおよび大パネル２６a,２６aが、それぞれ第一連結部材１０１，…によって４カ所で連結されている。

さらに、最下段の飾り台２１と二段目の飾り台４１とは、最下段の飾り台２１の大パネル２６a,２６aに取り付けられた第一止め金具１５a,１５aと、二段目の飾り台４１の中パネル４６b,４６bに取り付けられた第二止め金具１５b,１５bとが上述したようにして連結されている（図１０(a),(b)参照）。

一方、前記最下段の飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２は、図９に示すように、第二連結部材１０４によって固定されている。
この第二連結部材１０４は、最下段の飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２間に架け渡されて、両側板２２，２２を固定する第二固定部１０５と、該第二固定部１０５の両端部に設けられて、側板２２，２２内に挿入される２つの第二挿入部１０６，１０６とを備えている。
前記第二固定部１０５は、長尺な板状部材であり、前記第二挿入部１０６は、Ｌ字状の金具である。そして、この第二連結部材１０４は、第二固定部１０５の両端部における下面に、第二挿入部１０６，１０６の一方の片部１０６a,１０６aがそれぞれ固定され、他方の片部１０６b,１０６bが第二固定部１０５から突出するようにして形成されている。ここで、この第二連結部材１０４が、第一連結部材１０１と異なる点は、前記第二固定部１０５の端部と、前記第二挿入部１０６，１０６の他方の片部１０６b,１０６bとの間に隙間が設けられている点である。

このような第二連結部材１０４の一方の第二挿入部１０６が、最下段の飾り台２１の小パネル２６cに形成された第二貫通穴３５に挿入されるとともに、両側板２２，２２間に第二固定部１０５が架け渡されて、他方の第二挿入部１０６が前記小パネル２６cと対向する小パネル２６cに形成された第二貫通穴３５内に挿入されることによって、最下段の飾り台２１の両側板２２，２２が固定されている。
なお、前記第二連結部材１０４は、その第二挿入部１０６，１０６を第二貫通穴３５，３５に、芯材３４，３４の下面から挿入させ、Ａ方向に移動させることによって、芯材３４，３４と支持部材３６，３６との間の隙間に位置するとともに支持部材３６，３６に支持されている。

このようにして連結された二段目の飾り台４１に、三段目の飾り台６１が載置され、同様にして、前記第一連結部材１０１によって連結されている（図２参照）。
つまり、前記三段目の飾り台６１の小パネル６６c,６６cと二段目の飾り台４１の小パネル４６c,４６c、三段目の飾り台６１の大パネル６６a,６６aと二段目の飾り台４１の小パネル４６c,４６cおよび大パネル４６a,４６aが、それぞれ第一連結部材１０１，…によって３カ所で連結されており、ここではその説明は省略する。
また、三段目の飾り台６１の中パネル６６b,６６bに取り付けられた第二止め金具１５b,１５bと、二段目の飾り台４１の大パネル４６a,４６aに取り付けられた第一止め金具１５a,１５aとが連結されている。

また、三段目の飾り台６１に四段目の飾り台８１が載置され、同様にして、前記第一連結部材１０１によって連結されている（図２参照）。
つまり、前記四段目の飾り台８１の大パネル８６a,８６aと、三段目の飾り台６１の小パネル６６c,６６cおよび大パネル６６a,６６aが、それぞれ第一連結部材１０１，１０１によって２カ所で連結されている。
また、四段目の飾り台８１の中パネル８６b,８６bに取り付けられた第二止め金具１５b,１５bと、三段目の飾り台６１の大パネル６６a,６６aに取り付けられた第一止め金具１５a,１５aとが連結されている。

また、四段目の飾り台８１に最上段の飾り台１が載置され、同様にして、前記第一連結部材１０１によって連結されている（図２参照）。つまり、前記最上段の飾り台１の中パネル６b,６bと四段目の飾り台８１の大パネル８６a,８６aとが、第一連結部材１０１によって連結されている。
また、最上段の飾り台１の中パネル６b,６bに取り付けられた第二止め金具１５b,１５bと、四段目の飾り台８１の大パネル８６a,８６aに取り付けられた第一止め金具１５a,１５aとが連結されている。
さらに、最上段の飾り台１の両側板２，２は、前記第一連結部材１０１によって固定されている。すなわち、第一連結部材１０１の一方の第一挿入部１０３が、最上段の飾り台１の小パネル６cの上框材１０aに形成された第一貫通穴１３に挿入されるとともに、両側板２，２間に第一固定部１０２が架け渡されて、他方の第二挿入部１０３が前記小パネル６cと対向する小パネル６cに形成された第一貫通穴１３内に挿入されている。

このようにして最下段の飾り台２１から最上段の飾り台１までが連結された後に、図２に示すように、最上段の飾り台１の両側板２，２の上端部に、該側板２，２と直交するようにして化粧板１４が取り付けられている。
この化粧板１４は、最上段の飾り台１の天板４の縁部に当接し、かつ、両側板２，２間に架け渡されるようにして設けられている。

また、図２および図６に示すように、第二連結部材１０４の第二固定部１０５と、二段目の飾り台４１に取り付けられた第一連結部材１０１の第一固定部１０２と、三段目の飾り台６１に取り付けられた第一連結部材１０１の第一固定部１０２とは、第三連結部材１０７によって上下に連結されている。
前記第三連結部材１０７は、２つの長尺な板状の第三固定部１０８，１０８が互いに交差するようにして、その中央部でネジ１０９によって固定されているものである。
