Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a special signal light emitter using an LED installed in front of a railroad crossing as a railroad crossing trouble notification device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A railroad crossing trouble notification device is a device for suddenly stopping a train and avoiding an accident when a trouble such as an automobile becoming unable to move on a railroad crossing occurs. There is a signal flame tube as one of the facilities of a railway crossing trouble notification device. The signal flame tube is a device that raises red flame and smoke to emit light by operating a push button of an operating device equipped on an alarm column or the like, and keeps burning for 5 minutes or 10 minutes.
[0003]
The flame can be seen from a distance of 800 m and the train can be stopped before the railroad crossing. However, since the signal flame tube does not have the initial function until it is replaced once it has been used, it has become a burden from the aspect of daily maintenance. Has been developed, and the maintenance aspect has been greatly improved.
[0004]
The LED flashing special signal light emitter is a 150-chip ultra-bright LED housed in a cylindrical transparent case that stops the train by flashing red for 500 times per minute (railway crossing safety device) Japan Railway Electrical Engineering Association, p. 58-59 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-102426).
[0005]
The LED flashing type special signal light emitter is used in place of the signal flame tube, and when installing it, it is designed so that the existing equipment installed for installing the signal flame tube can be used as it is. The work of replacing the signal flame tube with a special signal light emitting device with LED flashing progressed to a considerable extent, and when it is newly installed, all of the JR routes include a special signal light emitting device with LED including rotating type and flashing type. It is.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The LED flashing special signal light emitter consists of a combination of a light emitter, a cap, a holder, a transparent cylinder, and a lid, and is assembled to resemble the shape of a signal flame tube in appearance. is there. The light-emitting body has light-emitting elements aligned on one surface of the substrate. The substrate is supported by a holder and accommodated in the cylinder. The substrate is covered with a lid on the upper end of the substrate and fixed to the cylinder. The lid is conical. A cap is fixed and attached to the upper end of the cylinder.
[0007]
The cylindrical body forms a light exit window of the light emitting element, and is supported by a holder. The holder is supported by a support (a signal flame tube mounting support) and is electrically connected to the operating device. The light emitter flashes and the light is projected to the outside through the cylinder.
[0008]
The signal flame tube was obliged to be replaced in two years, but the LED flashing type special signal light emitter has a long LED life, but the tube has a transparent synthetic resin such as polycarbonate resin. As a result, the surface of the cylindrical body is deteriorated in permeability due to dirt due to oil, iron powder, etc., or aged deterioration of the resin, and the visibility is deteriorated, so that a viewing distance of 800 m cannot be secured.
[0009]
For this reason, although the brightness of the LED is sufficiently maintained, after the elapse of a certain period before the visibility is lowered (for example, after five years), the entire LED flashing special signal light emitter Had to be replaced.
[0010]
When the LED flashing special signal light emitter is replaced, a visual test and a night lighting test must be performed again. In order to conduct a visual test and night lighting test, mobilize a total of six or more workers, including two people for replacement of special signal light emitters, a minimum of two people for train lookouts, and a minimum of two for confirmation of visual distance. In addition, it took a lot of time and labor to mobilize many people to replace the special signal light emitter.
[0011]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a structure of an LED flashing special signal light emitter that maintains the function of the LED flashing special signal light emitter with a simple operation.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the special signal light emitter according to the present invention comprises a combination of a cylinder, a light emitter, a lid, a cap, and a holder,
The cylindrical body is the main body of the special signal light emitter, and a transparent synthetic resin such as polycarbonate resin is used, and at least part of it is a transparent light exit window that emits light from the light emitting surface of the light emitter over its entire length. The dowel is engaged in the notch and positioned on the holder and supported so as to be removable.
The light emitter is composed of a substrate and an LED, the substrate is vertically installed in the cylinder, and the LED is mounted in alignment with one surface of the substrate to form a light emitting surface,
The lid is screwed to the substrate by covering the upper end of the cylinder, and the substrate is held in a vertical posture in the cylinder, and is detachably coupled to the substrate by screwing the upper end of the cylinder,
The screw that joins the lid to the substrate is held on the lid to prevent falling off,
The cap is a conical shape that is screwed into the lid and attached to the upper end of the cylinder, and the holder is an attachment that attaches the special signal light emitter to the support column.
The substrate of the light emitter has a clamping seat with a screw hole at the upper end,
The clamping seat has a screw hole and a guide,
The screw hole is a hole for screwing the screw held in the lid,
The guide rises on both sides of the clamping seat and guides the screw into the screw hole.
[0014]
Further, a circuit detection line for the light emitter is drawn out from the substrate, and the circuit detection line for the light emitter is drawn out to the upper surface side of the lid through a slit opened in a part of the lid.
[0015]
Further, the cylindrical body has a snow melting heater that is energized from the power supply wiring on the board side on the surface, and the power cord of the heater is detachably coupled to the socket on the board side by a connector.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, the main body of the special signal light emitter is installed on the support pillar for the same purpose as the signal flame tube, and the train is stopped before the railroad crossing by the red flashing light of the LED. The body 1, the light emitter 2, the lid 3, the cap 4, and the holder 5 are combined.
[0017]
The cylindrical body 1 is a main body part of the special signal light emitter. The cylindrical body 1 is made of a transparent synthetic resin such as polycarbonate resin, and at least a part of the peripheral surface is transparent over the entire length. 6 is formed. In this embodiment, an example is shown in which a white reflective sheet 7 is provided on the back side of the light emitter 2 over the half circumference of the polycarbonate cylinder 1 except for the light exit window forming portion.
[0018]
The light-emitting body 2 includes a substrate 8 and an LED (light-emitting element) 9. The substrate 8 is vertically installed in the cylinder 1, and the LED 9 is attached to be aligned with one surface of the substrate 8. The substrate 8 is accommodated in the cylinder 1 while being supported by the holder 5. The LED 9 emits red light and is electrically connected to a power cord 10 wired through the holder 5, and a plurality of LEDs 9 are densely arranged vertically and horizontally to form a light emitting surface 11 on one surface of the substrate 8. The substrate 8 is mounted in the cylindrical body 1 with its light emitting surface 11 facing the light emitting window 6.
[0019]
The lid 3 covers the upper end of the cylinder 1 and is screwed to the substrate 8 to hold the substrate 8 in the cylinder 1 in a vertical posture. The cap 4 has a conical shape and is screwed into the lid 3 to be attached to the upper end of the cylindrical body 1. The cap 4 has a conical shape by being attached to the upper end of the cylindrical cylindrical body 1. This is to resemble the appearance of a conventional signal flame tube (see FIG. 2).
[0020]
The holder 5 is a fixture that attaches the special signal light emitter to the support column 9, and is inserted into the annular portion 12 that supports the inner diameter of the cylindrical body 1, the flange 13 that supports the lower edge, and the support column 14 as shown in FIG. 3. And a sleeve 15. The support column 14 is established near the track in front of the railroad crossing for the installation of the signal flame tube, but includes a support column 14 newly installed for the special signal light emitter. An upper portion of the support column 14 has a mounting hole for mounting the signal flame tube opened across the trunk portion, but this mounting hole is irrelevant for the installation of the special signal light emitter.
[0021]
The holder 10 of the special signal light emitter has its sleeve 15 mounted on the support column 14 and fastened to the support column 14 using a band 16. The structure of such a special signal light emitter for substituting for a signal flame tube is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-208476. The sleeve 15 is provided with a notch 17 over a certain range from the lower end, and the body portion is branched into a plurality of parts on the same circumference by the notches 17, 17,.
[0022]
The sleeve 15 can be bent inward and outward by the notches 17, 17,. The band 16 tightens the outer periphery of the sleeve 15, and has a fastener 18, and each leg portion branched by the notches 17, 17,. The holder 5 is fixed to the support column 14 by being pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the support column 14.
[0023]
After the special signal light emitter according to the present invention is installed in front of the railroad crossing as a railroad crossing trouble notification device, the cylinder is replaced with a new one after a predetermined period (for example, five years) has elapsed. When exchanging, a worker raises a ladder (not shown) on the site, the worker lifts the ladder, removes the cap 4 and the lid 3 from the special signal light emitter, pulls out the cylinder 1 from the light emitter 2, and installs a new cylinder 1 After inserting and seating on the flange 13 of the holder 5, the lid 3 is applied and screwed thereon, and finally the cap 4 is screwed into the lid 3 to complete the replacement operation.

At the time of replacement work, the cap 4 is screwed into the lid 3 and attached to the upper end of the cylinder. Therefore, the cap 4 is held in one hand as shown in FIG. Since the screw 31 of the cap 4 may be rotated from the screw hole 30 of the third screw in the direction of loosening (counterclockwise), it can be easily removed even on the ladder.
[0025]
A screw 19 for connecting the lid 3 and the substrate 8 is provided with a retaining washer 20, and a fastening seat 22 having a screw hole 21 (see FIG. 2C) opened at the upper end of the substrate 8. The screw 19 is screwed into the screw hole 21 of the tightening seat 22. Even if the screw 19 is loosened from above the lid 3 excluding the cap 4 and the lid 3 is removed from the substrate 8, the screw 19 is held by the lid 3 and does not fall off. In short, the retaining washer 20 is for preventing the loosened screw 19 from falling off the lid 3, and does not necessarily depend on the retaining washer 20.
[0026]
In FIG. 2C, the fastening seat 22 provided with the screw holes 21 is provided with a pair of guides 23 that stand on both sides thereof and guide the screws 19 to the screw holes 21. Is removed from the substrate 8 regardless of the guide 23. Further, a circuit detection line 24 of the light emitter 2 is drawn out from the substrate 8.
[0027]
The circuit detection line 24 of the light emitter 2 is a wiring for detecting a disconnection of the cable by applying a reverse current to the cable connecting the controller (not shown) and the special signal light emitter. is there. In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2B, a slit 25 is opened in a part of the lid 3, and the circuit detection line 24 of the light emitter 2 passes through the slit 25 as shown in FIG. It is pulled out to the upper surface side of the lid 3. When removing the lid 3 from the cylinder 1, the circuit detection line 24 of the light emitter 2 is left on the substrate 8 side, and the lid 3 is pulled out from the circuit detection line 24 of the light emitter 2.
[0028]
The cylindrical body 1 is detachably supported by the annular portion 12 of the holder 5, and the cylindrical body 1 can be pulled out by removing the lid 3. 3A, a dowel 26 is projected from a part of the peripheral surface of the annular portion 12 of the holder 5, and a notch 27 opened to the lower edge of the cylinder 1 is attached to a part of the lower edge of the cylinder 1. The dowel 26 is fitted in the notch 27 so that the cylinder 1 is positioned with respect to the holder 10 so that the light emitting surface 11 of the light emitter 2 is positioned in the light exit window 6 of the cylinder 1. However, when pulling out the cylindrical body 1, it can be removed from the holder 5 by holding the cylindrical body 1 in a hand and simply pulling it upward.
[0029]
Next, when a new cylinder is attached, the new cylinder is first inserted into the light emitter 2 from above, and is externally mounted on the annular portion 12 and is rotated so that the dowel 26 is fitted in the notch 27 to emit light. Positioning is performed so that the light emitting surface 11 of the body 2 faces the light emitting window 6 of the cylindrical body 1, and the lower edge of the cylindrical body 1 is supported by the surface of the flange 13 to complete the mounting of the cylindrical body 1.
[0030]
Next, the lid 3 is put on the upper edge of the cylinder 1, the circuit detection line 24 of the light emitter 2 is drawn from the slit 25 to the upper surface side of the lid 3, and then the screw hole 21 of the fastening seat 22 of the substrate 8. The screw 19 of the lid 3 is screwed in, and at this time, as shown in FIG. 2C, the screw 19 is guided to the guides 23, 23 raised on both sides of the fastening seat 22, and the screw 19 with respect to the screw hole 21. It becomes easy to position.
[0031]
Finally, the screw 31 of the cap 4 is screwed into the screw hole 30 of the lid 3 while turning the cap 4 as shown in FIG. Since the exchanged cylinder is new, it has high transparency, and as long as the LED maintains the initial brightness, the visibility of 800 m is secured, so there is no need to perform a visibility test. Only the lighting test of whether the LED is lit can be done.
[0032]
A special signal light emitter cylinder 1 installed in a cold region is attached with a snow melting heater 28 energized from the power supply wiring on the substrate 8 side, as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b). Then, the cord of the snow melting heater 28 is drawn out to the inside of the cylinder 1, the heater side connector 29 </ b> A is attached to the wiring cord, and the power source side connector 29 </ b> B is attached to the substrate 8. The connectors 29A and 29B are connected when the special signal light emitter is installed, but when the cylinder 1 is replaced, the heater-side connector 29A is removed from the power-side connector 29B, and the cylinder 1 is pulled out or inserted.
[0033]
As described above, the replacement work is performed by attaching and detaching the cylindrical body 1, the lid body 3 and the cap 4 while leaving the light emitter 2 on the holder 5. Even if the posture is unstable on the ladder, the parts can be safely attached and removed, and the mounting screws are not dropped from the parts.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the cylindrical body and the holder portion including the light emitting body can be separated, so that although the luminance of the LED has not been deteriorated conventionally, the cylindrical body becomes 800 m due to dirt or aging deterioration. According to the present invention, it is necessary to replace only the cylinder at the installation site and replace the cylinder at 800 m every fixed period (5 years) before the viewing distance cannot be secured. The viewing distance can be secured, the replacement work is simple, and the work time, personnel, and cost required for the replacement can be greatly shortened and reduced compared to replacing the entire special signal light emitter. The special signal light emitter has an effect that can be dealt with only by exchanging the cylinder until the luminance of the LED deteriorates below a specified level.
