【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、本体扉内に宣伝用ポスター等の広告を展示した自動販売機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より自動販売機の本体扉内に商品宣伝用ポスター等の広告を展示して、この広告を本体扉の透明パネル越しに視認可能にした自動販売機が知られており、こうした自動販売機の構成は、例えば、特開平５−３３４５３９号公報にて開示されている。そして、こうした従来の自動販売機においては、本体扉内の広告を取り替える場合、本体扉を開放して、本体扉の背面側から広告を取り外し、新たな広告を取り付けるように構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、近年、商品の多様化や商品変更の短期化によって、本体扉内に配設された広告の交換機会が多くなっており、この広告交換の都度、自動販売機の大きな本体扉を開放しなければならないことが非常に煩わしいものとなっている。

そこで、こうした煩わしさを解消するため、特開平１１−８６１１０号公報に開示されるように、本体扉の前面にディスプレイ装置を付設して、このディスプレイ装置内に広告を配設することにより、本体扉を開放しなくても広告の交換が可能な自動販売機が知られている。

しかしながら、この場合、ディスプレイ装置が機体前方に突出するため、機体の奥行き寸法が大きくなるとともに、本体扉の前面に突出した状態でディスプレイ装置を付設するものであるため、防水性や広告の盗防性の確保が困難であった。

本発明は、こうした課題を解決するためになされたものであり、扉を開放することなく機内に設置した宣伝用ポスター等の広告の交換作業を容易に行うことができ、しかも防水対策や盗難対策の容易な自動販売機を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１の発明に係る自動販売機は、本体前面を開閉する本体扉を備え、この本体扉に前面が透明板で覆われこの透明板越しに本体扉内に配設された広告を視認可能に構成した広告展示部とを備えた自動販売機において、
前記広告展示部内で広告を保持する保持板と、前記広告展示部内で該保持板を係止する係止装置と、当該係止装置による係止を前記本体扉の外方から解除可能な係止解除装置とを備え、当該係止解除装置によって係止装置による係止を解除することにより前記保持板を本体扉の前方へ引き出し可能に構成し、保持板を引き出した状態でこの保持板に保持された広告を交換可能にしたことを特徴とするものである。

この構成によれば、本体扉を閉じた状態でも容易に広告を交換することができるとともに、広告は本体扉の内部に配設された状態で展示されるように構成されているので、広告展示部が本体扉の前方へ突出せず、広告への防水性や盗防性も確保することができる。

請求項２の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項１の構成において、前記保持板が前記広告展示部内に納められた状態では、前記保持板の表面が広告展示部内で奥行き方向に傾斜するように構成し、前記本体扉内に設けられた照明具によって前記保持板の表面に保持された広告が照明されるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

請求項３の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項１または請求項２の構成において、前記広告展示部の下方に前記保持板の引き出し孔を形成し、前記保持板はこの引き出し孔から本体扉の前方に引き出し可能に構成されていることを特徴とするものである。

この構成によれば、保持板を引き出すための引き出し孔が広告展示部の下方に形成されているために、仮に引き出し孔から雨水等が進入しても広告展示部内の広告を濡らしてしまうことがない。
請求項４の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項３の構成において、前記保持板の下端に引き出し把持部が形成され、前記保持板を前記広告展示部内に納めたとき、該引き出し把持部は前記引き出し孔を塞ぐように構成されていることを特徴とするものである。

この構成によれば、保持板を広告展示部内に納めたとき引き出し把持部によって引き出し孔が塞がれるので引き出し孔からの雨水等の進入を確実に防ぐことができる。

請求項５の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項１乃至請求項４の構成において、前記保持板の表面に一端が固定された透明カバーを備え、前記広告は保持板の表面と透明カバーの間に挟まれた状態で保持されるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

この構成によれば、広告が透明カバーと保持板とで挟まれた状態で保持されるものであるため、本体扉の開閉による振動等によって展示された広告が位置ずれを起こすことがなく、また、万一広告展示部内に雨水等が進入しても透明カバーによって広告が濡れてしまうことがない。

請求項６の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項１乃至請求項５の構成において、前記係止解除装置は、前記本体扉に設けられた商品取出口の内部に配設されていることを特徴とするものである。

請求項７の発明に係る自動販売機は、本体前面を開閉する本体扉を備え、この本体扉に前面が透明板で覆われこの透明板越しに本体扉内に配設された広告を視認可能に構成した広告展示部とを備えた自動販売機において、
前記本体扉の前面側に設けられ前記広告展示部を開閉可能な展示扉と、当該展示扉を閉じた状態で係止する係止装置と、当該係止装置による係止を前記本体扉の外方から解除可能な係止解除装置とを備え、当該係止解除装置によって係止装置による係止を解除することにより前記展示扉を開放可能に構成し、展示扉を開放した状態で前記広告展示部内の広告を交換可能にしたことを特徴とするものである。

この構成によれば、本体扉を閉じた状態でも展示扉を開くことで容易に広告を交換することができるとともに、広告は本体扉の内部に配設された状態で展示されるように構成されているので、広告展示部が本体扉の前方へ突出せず、広告への防水性や盗防性も確保することができる。

請求項８の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項７の構成において前記広告展示部内で広告を展示する展示板を設け、当該展示板を前記展示扉の開閉と連動するように展示扉と連結し、展示扉を開放した時に前記展示板が前方に進出するように構成したことを特徴とするものである。

請求項９の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項７または請求項８の構成において、前記展示扉が閉じた状態では、前記展示板の表面が広告展示部内で奥行き方向に傾斜するように構成し、前記本体扉内に設けられた照明具によって前記展示板の表面に展示された広告が照明されるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。この構成によれば、展示扉を閉じた状態において保持部材に保持された広告の照明が可能となり、宣伝効果を向上できる。

請求項１０の発明に係る自動販売機は、請求項７乃至請求項９の構成において、前記展示扉を閉じたとき、当該展示扉の前面位置が本体扉の前面位置と略同位置になるように展示扉を本体扉に埋設して構成したことを特徴とするものである。

この構成によれば、展示扉が本体扉から出っ張らないので、自動販売機の奥行き寸法が拡大しないとともに、展示扉のこじ開けの防犯性を向上することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の第１の実施の形態について図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。図１は第１の実施の形態の自動販売機の正面図、図２は第１の実施の形態の自動販売機の側面断面図、図３は第１の実施の形態において保持板を納めた状態を示す広告展示部の要部側面断面図、図４は第１の実施の形態において保持板を引き出した状態を示す広告展示部の要部側面断面図、図５は第１の実施の形態において保持板の引き出し構造を示す斜視図である。

図１に示すように、本実施の形態の自動販売機１は、後述する本体６にヒンジ７にて回動自在に支持されて本体６を開閉する本体扉２を備え、この本体扉２には上部に形成された展示室３と、展示室３の下方のスペースに形成され広告等を展示するための広告展示部４と、本体扉２を施錠及び開閉するためのロックレバー２２と、商品を購入する際に金銭を投入する金銭投入口２１と、お釣り等を取り出すための返却口２３と、購入商品を取り出すための商品取出口２４等が設けられている。

展示室３は、前面がアクリル等の透明樹脂板３１で覆われ、その内部にサンプル商品３２、サンプル商品３２の展示台３３、展示室３内の照明具である蛍光灯３５等が配設されており、また、それぞれのサンプル商品３２に対応して購入商品を選択するための選択ボタン３４が透明樹脂板３１の前面側に取り付けられている。

また、本体６は図２に示すように商品収納庫６２内に販売商品を収納し、図示しない冷熱装置で商品収納庫６２内を冷却あるいは加温するとともに、販売指示に基づき、指定の商品を商品取出口２４へ搬出するように構成されたものであり、商品収納庫６２は断熱材６３で覆われるとともに、その前面には商品収納庫６２を開閉するための断熱扉６１が取り付けられている。

このような構成の自動販売機１において、本実施の形態の広告展示部４について詳細に説明する。

本実施の形態の広告展示部４は、図２に示すように展示室３の下方に開口形成された本体扉２の展示窓２５を、本体扉２の内側から覆うアクリル樹脂等で形成された透明パネル４１を介して、その内部に展示された広告４５等が視認可能となるように構成されている。図３、図４に示すように広告展示部４内には広告４５等を展示保持するための保持板４３が配設され、この保持板４３は広告展示部４の下方に形成された引き出し孔２６を介して本体扉２の前方に引き出し可能に構成されている。この保持板４３はその上面が塩ビシート等で形成された透明カバー４６で覆われ、この透明カバー４６は上端部が保持板４３の上端部に固着されて下端部側からめくりあげ可能に構成されている。

また、図５に示すように保持板４３の上端にはシャフト４４が取り付けられ、下端にはこの保持板４３を広告展示部４内に出し入れする際の取っ手となる引き出し把持部４２が形成されている。この引き出し把持部４２は図３に示すように、保持板４３を広告展示部４内に納めたときには引き出し孔２６を覆い塞ぐような形状に形成されているとともに、引き出し把持部４２の背面には保持板４３を広告展示部４内に納めたときに引き出し孔２６周囲の本体扉２と当接して、引き出し孔２６の周囲をシールするシリコン樹脂等で形成された引き出しシール４２ａが設けられている。

また、広告展示部４内の両側には図５に示すガイドレール４７が配設され、前述した保持板４３のシャフト４４がこのガイドレール４７に沿って摺動可能に係合している。そして、このガイドレール４７の上端部には保持板４３の係止装置としてのソレノイド４８が設けられており、このソレノイド４８のプランジャ４８ａがガイドレール４７内に出没してシャフト４４と係脱することにより、保持板４３をロック、アンロックするように構成されている。そしてプランジャ４８の先端部の前方側には案内斜面４８ｂが形成されており、このプランジャ４８は常時コイルバネ４８ｃによってガイドレール４７内に突出した状態に付勢されている。

そして、このソレノイド４８は本体扉２の前面に設けられた図１に示すカギ２７（係止解除装置）の操作によって駆動するように構成されており、カギ２７に図示しないキーを差し込んで回すことによってソレノイド４８に通電されてプランジャ４８ａが引かれるように構成されている。

このように構成された本実施の形態の自動販売機１において、広告展示部４に展示された広告４５の交換動作について説明する。

図１に示すような広告４５が展示された状態、すなわち広告展示部５内に保持板４３が納められた状態では、図３に示すように、保持板４３上端のシャフト４４がプランジャ４８ａによって下方への移動が阻止され保持板４３が係止された状態にある。このような状態で広告展示部４内に展示された広告４５を交換するには、まず、図１に示すカギ２７に図示しないキーを差込んで回す。すると、図３に示すソレノイド４８に通電されプランジャ４８ａが引かれ、プランジャ４８とシャフト４４との係合が開放されるため、保持板４３は斜め前方下方に引き出し可能な状態になる。この状態で引き出し把持部２６をつかんで斜め前方下方に引き出すと、図４に示すように保持板４３が本体扉２の前方に露出した状態となる。なお、このときプランジャ４８ａとシャフト４４との係合が開放された際に、保持板４３が自重によって前方にスライド進出するように構成してもよい。

そして、本体扉２の前方に露出した保持板４３の上面の透明カバー４６を図４の如くめくり上げることで、広告４５の取り外しが可能となる。広告４５を取り替えるには、図４の状態で、広告４５を新しいものに取り替えて保持板４３上に置き、その上に透明カバー４６をかぶせることで、透明カバー４６の自重と静電気の作用で広告４５が保持板４３上に保持された状態となる。

その後、引き出し把持部２６をつかんで保持板４３を斜め後方上方に押し上げて広告展示室４内に押し入れると、保持板４３上端のシャフト４４がプランジャ４８ａの案内斜面４８ｂに当接する。そして、この状態よりさらに保持板４３を押し込むと、プランジャ４８ａはシャフト４４と案内斜面４８ｂとの作用によってコイルバネ４８ｃの付勢力に抗して一旦押し下げられ、シャフト４４がプランジャ４８ａ上を通過する。こうしてシャフト４４がプランジャ４８ａ上を通過すると直後にコイルバネ４８ｃの付勢力によってプランジャ４８ａが再び突出位置にもどり、図３に示す係止状態となる。このように、引き出した保持板４３を押し入れるだけで、保持板４３の係止がなされるので、保持板４３のロック作業は非常に容易である。

こうした一連の動作によって広告４５の交換が完了する。

このように、本実施の形態によれば、本体扉２を閉じた状態でも保持板４３を引き出すだけで容易に広告４５を交換することができるとともに、広告４５は本体扉２の内部に配設された状態で展示されるように構成されているので、広告展示部４が本体扉２の前方へ突出せず、広告４５への防水性や盗防性も確保することができる。

また、保持板４３を引き出すための引き出し孔２６が広告展示部４の下方に形成されているために、仮に引き出し孔２６から雨水等が進入しても広告展示部４内の広告４５が濡れてしまうことがなく、しかも、保持板４３を広告展示部４内に納めたときには、図３に示すように引き出し把持部４２によって引き出し孔２６が覆われて塞がれるとともに、引き出しシール４２ａにてその周囲がシールされるので引き出し孔２６からの雨水等の進入を確実に防ぐことができる。
さらに、広告４５が透明カバー４６と保持板４３とで挟まれた状態で保持されるものであるため、本体扉２の開閉時の振動等によって展示された広告４５の保持が外れて位置ずれを起こすことがなく、また、万一広告展示部４内に雨水等が進入しても広告４５は透明カバー４６によって覆われているので濡れてしまうことがない。

また、図２に示すように保持板４３が広告展示部４内に納められた状態では、保持板４３の表面が広告展示部４内で奥行き方向に傾斜するように構成されているので、本体扉２内に設けられた蛍光灯３５、特に最下段のサンプル台３３部に配設された蛍光灯３５によって保持板４３の表面に保持された広告４５が上方から照明されるため、夜間等の宣伝効果を向上することができる。

なお、本実施の形態では保持板４３のソレノイド４８による係止解除操作を本体扉２の前面に設けたカギ２７の操作で行う例を示したが、本体扉２のロックを解除するための本体ロック２２ａ（図１参照）の操作を検出してソレノイドを駆動するように構成しても良く、この場合は保持板４３専用のカギ２７を付設しなくてもよい。

また、保持板４３の係止解除装置（カギ２７）が外から見えないように、商品取出口２４の内部に係止解除装置を設けて構成しても良く、こうした例を図６、図７を用いて説明する。
図６は保持板４３を広告展示部４内に納めた状態の広告展示部４および商品取出口２４の要部側面断面図であり、図７は保持板４３を引き出した状態の広告展示部４および商品取出口２４の要部側面断面図である。図６、図７に示すように、ソレノイド４８は商品取出口２４の天面に配設された解除スイッチ８０（係止解除装置）と配線８１にて接続されている。そして、図６のようにソレノイド４８にて係止された状態にある保持板４３の係止を解除するには、商品取出口２４内に手を入れて天面の解除スイッチ８０を押すと、ソレノイド４８に通電されてプランジャ４８ａが引かれる。これにより保持板４３の係止が解除され図７のように保持板４３の引き出しが可能となる。

このように、保持板４３の係止解除を商品取出口２４の内側から行うように構成すれば、本体扉２を閉じた状態でも本体扉２の外方から保持板４３の係止解除が可能となり、広告４５の交換を容易に行うことができるのはもちろんのこと、保持板４３の係止解除装置（解除スイッチ８０）が外部から見えないので、保持板４３の係止を解除しようとする悪戯意識を喚起することがないとともに、オペレータ以外は係止解除方法が解りにくいので、頑丈なカギを用いなくても係止解除されることがなく防犯性を確保できる。

なお、以上第１の実施の形態では、保持板４３の係止をソレノイド４８にて行う例を示して説明したが、リンク機構等を用いてカギ２７或いは本体ロック２２ａとプランジャ４８ａとを連動するように連結することにより保持板４３の係止および係止解除機構を構成することも可能であり、この場合にはソレノイド４８を駆動制御するための制御装置や、スイッチ等が不要となる。

また、本実施の形態では、保持板４３専用の係止解除装置を新たに付設した例を示したが、この係止解除装置は、従来より自動販売機に設けられている機能を利用して構成してもよく、例えば、選択ボタン３４や返却レバー２１ａを所定時間あるいは所定の順序で操作することによりソレノイド４８に通電するように制御して、保持板４３の解除を行うようすることも可能である。この場合には、選択ボタン３４や返却レバー２１ａを係止解除装置として利用するので、係止解除装置を新たに設けなくてもよくコストダウンを図ることができる。

また、透明カバー４６は塩ビシートのような軟質のものでなくても良く、アクリルの板材等の硬質素材でも保持板４３とヒンジ等で結合すれば同様に構成することができる。

次に、図８乃至図１１を用いて本発明の第２の実施の形態について説明する。図８は第２の実施の形態の自動販売機の正面図、図９は第２の実施の形態の自動販売機の側面断面図、図１０は第２の実施の形態において展示扉を閉じた状態の広告展示部の要部側面断面図、図１１は第２の実施の形態において展示扉を開いた状態の広告展示部の要部側面断面図である。

図８に示すように、本実施の形態の自動販売機１００の広告展示部５は、展示室３の下方に開口形成された本体扉２の展示窓２５を開閉可能に覆う展示扉５１を介して、その内部に展示された広告等が視認可能となるように構成されている。この展示扉５１は、透視可能なアクリル等の樹脂板で形成され、図１０、図１１に示すように下端部が回動軸５２にて本体扉２に回動可能に軸支されることによって、展示窓２５が開閉可能に構成されている。

そして、本体扉２の展示窓２５には奥側に凹んだ段差部２５ａが形成されており、展示扉５１はこの段差部２５ａ部内に埋設されるように取り付けられ、展示扉５１を閉じたときには図１０に示すように展示扉５１の前面位置と本体扉２の前面位置とがほぼ同位置になるように構成されている。

また、展示扉５１の下端には展示扉５１を開放したときのストッパーとなる突起５１ｂが形成されており、図１１のように展示扉５１を開いたときに展示窓２５の段差部２５ａに当接することにより展示扉５１の回動ストッパーとして作用する。

一方展示扉５１の上端面には後述するソレノイド５８のプランジャ５８ａと係合する係合孔（図示せず）が形成されており、展示扉５１を閉じると図１０のようにプランジャ５８ａが係合孔に入り込んで展示扉５１の係止が成されるように構成されている。

一方、広告展示部５内で広告を展示するための展示板５３は、図１０に示すように展示扉５１と所定角度Ａを成して下端部同士が連結固定されており、展示扉５１を閉じた際にはその上端が広告展示部５内の奥行き方向に傾斜するように構成されている。

また、この展示板５３の前面下端には図１０、図１１に示すようにフック形状の保持片５４が形成されており、展示広告５５をこの保持片５４上に載置することにより位置決め保持されるようになっている。

そして、展示窓２５の上方には図１０に示すように展示扉５１の係止装置としてのソレノイド５８が設けられており、このソレノイド５８のプランジャ５８ａが展示窓２５内に出没して展示扉５１と係脱することにより、展示扉５１をロック、アンロックするように構成されている。そしてプランジャ５８の先端部の前方側には案内斜面５８ｂが形成されており、このプランジャ５８は常時コイルバネ５８ｃによって展示窓２５内に突出した状態に付勢されている。

そして、このソレノイド５８は本体扉２の前面に設けられたカギ２７（係止解除装置）の操作によって駆動するように構成されており（図８参照）、カギ２７に図示しないキーを差し込んで回すことによってソレノイド５８に通電されてプランジャ５８ａが引かれるように構成されている。

このように構成された本実施の形態の自動販売機１００において、広告展示部５に展示された広告５５の交換動作について説明する。

図８に示すような広告５５が展示された状態、すなわち展示扉５１が閉じられた状態では、図１０に示すように、展示扉５１の上端にプランジャ５８ａが係合し展示扉５１の回動が阻止された係止状態にある。このような状態で広告展示部５内に展示された広告５５を交換するには、まず、図８に示すカギ２７に図示しないキーを差込んで回す。すると、ソレノイド５８に通電されプランジャ５８ａが引かれ、プランジャ５８と展示扉５１との係合が外れるため、展示扉５１は手前に回動可能な状態になる。この状態で展示扉５１の上縁を指先または図示しない工具等で引っかけて展示扉５１の上縁を手前に引くと、図１１に示すように展示扉５１が手前に回動するとともに、この展示扉５１に連結固定された保持板５３も手前に回動して保持板５３が本体扉２の前方に露出した状態となり、この状態で突起５１ｂが段差部２５ａに当接して保持される。

このようにして、本体扉２の前方に露出した保持板５３上に保持された広告５５の取り外しが可能となる。そして広告５５を取り替えるには、図１１の状態で、広告５５を新しいものに取り替えて保持片５４上に載置して、その後、展示扉５１を後方に回動させて展示窓２５内に押し込むと、展示扉５１の上端がプランジャ５８ａの案内斜面５８ｂに当接する。この状態よりさらに展示扉５１を押し込むと、プランジャ５８ａ案内斜面５８ｂによってコイルバネ５８ｃの付勢力に抗して一旦押し下げられる。そして、展示扉５１の係合孔（図示せず）がプランジャ５８ａ位置に到達すると、プランジャ５８ａはコイルバネ５８ｃの付勢力によって展示扉５１の係合孔内に進出し、図１０に示す係止状態となる。このように、本実施の形態によれば、開放した展示扉５１は展示窓２５内に押し入れるだけで、係止がなされるので、ロック作業が非常に容易である。
