Description

【0001】

In order to solve the above problems, the cap according to the first aspect of the present invention is used by being attached to a liquid ejection container in which a head-type pump 3 is attached to a container body 2 in which a mouth neck portion 7 is erected from the center of the upper end of the trunk portion 6 A cylindrical cap made of synthetic resin, with a lower edge portion fitted on the outer periphery of the container body 6 and having both side walls 11, 11 projecting upward from the front and rear walls 12, 13. A top plate 20 for pressing the head is extended to the rear side of the cap body 4 and the upper edge of the front wall 12 of the main body, the lower edge of both sides being integrally connected via hinges 18 and 18 respectively. In addition, a lid formed by lowering the lower edge of the rear plate 21 suspended from the rear edge of the top plate 20 so as to be able to be pushed down to the inside of the rear wall 13 of the cap body, and extending the side plates 22 downward from both side edges of the top plate 20 A liquid jet over the center of the front plate 19 of the lid and the center of the front wall 12 of the cap body. In addition to providing the opening 23, the locking projections 26 projecting from the outer surfaces of the both side plates 22 of the lid body are respectively engaged with the lower surfaces of the locking projections 15 projecting from the inner surfaces of the side walls 11 of the cap body, A sealing plate 28 having a reverse L-shaped cross section covering the rear surface from the upper surface of the cap main body rear wall 13 through the fracture portion 27 is provided on the rear surface of the liquid jet container.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in the drawings, a cap 1 of the present invention is used by being attached to a liquid ejection container in which a depressing head type liquid ejection pump 3 is mounted on a container body 2, and includes a cap body 4 and a lid body 5. ing.
[0007]
As the container body 2, a cylindrical body portion 6 having a mouth-and-neck portion 7 erected from the center of the upper end is used.
The pump 3 is fixed to the container body by a mounting cap 8 fitted to the outer periphery of the container body neck portion 7, and a push-down head 10 with a nozzle 9 is projected above the mouth neck portion so as to be pushed down in an upward biased state. At the same time, it is intended to have a known pump mechanism configured such that the liquid in the mounted container body is sucked up and ejected from the ejection port of the head by moving the push-down head up and down.
[0008]
The cap body 4 has a cylindrical shape in which a lower edge portion is fitted to the upper portion of the outer periphery of the container body portion 6 and both side walls 11 and 11 protrude upward from the front and rear walls 12 and 13. In the present embodiment, the planar view has a rectangular cylindrical shape that is long in the front-rear direction, and the inner peripheral lower edge is fitted to the outer periphery upper edge of the container body 6 via the uneven engagement means, The rear part is configured to be curved and lowered so as to reach the upper edge of the rear wall 13. Further, a flange 14 is projected along the inner edge of the projecting portion of the both side walls 11 above the front and rear walls 12, 13, and a part of the flange 14 is used as a locking projection as a part of lid locking means described later. Configure as 15. In addition, a concave portion 16 is formed in the center of the upper end portion of the front wall 12 to constitute a part of the liquid ejection port. Further, a nozzle guide frame portion 17 having a U-shape in a front view in which front ends of both sides protrude upward from the front wall 12 is integrally provided from the rear surface of the front wall 12. By providing the nozzle guide frame portion 17, the nozzle 9 is configured so that the liquid can be reliably ejected from a liquid ejection port described later without inadvertent rotation during use.
[0009]
The lid 5 has a top plate 20 for pressing the head, which pushes down the upper edge of the front plate 19 which is integrally connected to both sides of the upper edge of the front wall 12 of the cap body via hinges 18 and 18 respectively. At the same time, the lower edge of the rear plate 21 suspended from the rear edge of the top plate 20 is suspended so as to be pushed down to the inside of the rear wall 13 of the cap body. Further, side plates 22 and 22 are respectively extended downward from both side edges of the top plate 20.
[0010]
In this embodiment, the front plate 19 is integrally connected to the upper edge of the front wall 12 on both sides of the concave portion 16 via the hinges 18 and the upper end thereof reaches the upper end of each side wall 11. A rectangular plate shape is formed, and a concave portion 24 that communicates with the concave portion 16 and forms a vertically long elliptical liquid ejection port 23 is provided above the central portion of the lower surface thereof. Further, the top plate 20 has a rectangular shape in plan view, and a rectangular rear plate 21 with a lower edge hanging from the rear edge to the inner upper end of the rear wall 13 is suspended. Also, a finger-hanging recess 25 extending from the center of the rear portion of the top plate 20 to the center of the upper portion of the rear plate 21 is provided, and the lower surface of the top plate 20 below the front portion of the finger-hanging recess 25 is pressed down to come into contact with the rear surface of the upper surface of the head 10. Further, each side plate 22 is formed in a triangular shape with the lower edge extending from the front part on both sides of the top plate 20 to the lower part on both sides of the rear plate 21, and a locking projection 26 projects from the lower edge part on the rear part of each outer surface. The locking projection and the locking projection 15 constitute a lid locking means, and the locking projection 26 gets over and engages the lower surface of the locking projection 15 to prevent the lid 5 from rotating upward. I am trying.
[0011]
Further, a sealing plate 28 having an inverted L-shaped cross section is provided on the rear surface of the rear plate 21 of the lid body so as to cover the rear surface portion from the upper surface portion of the cap main body rear wall 13 via the fracture portion 27. The sealing plate 28 is configured such that when the lid body 5 is pushed down, the rupture portion 27 is broken and is easily detached from the lid body, and the head 10 is not lowered unless the lid body 5 is pushed down. That is, since the liquid cannot be ejected, the unused state of the container can be clearly expressed. The break portion 27 in this embodiment is constituted by a plurality of thin rod-like connecting pieces. However, the shape of the break portion is not limited to this shape, and any shape that can be easily cut may be used. It is also possible to employ an eye-shaped fracture portion or the like.
[0012]
The cap body 4 and the lid body 5 as described above are formed by integral molding of synthetic resin, and the form at the time of formation is formed with the lid body 5 opened at about 180 °, for example, as shown in FIG. .
The case where the cap constructed as described above is used will be described.
In use, as shown in FIG. 1, the lower edge of the cap body 4 is fitted and fixed to the outer periphery of the upper portion of the container body 6. The head 10 is pushed down, and liquid is ejected from the nozzle 9 through the liquid ejection port 23. In the first use, the broken portion 27 is broken and the sealing plate 28 is removed at the same time.
The pushed-down lid 5 is pushed up to its original state by its elastic restoring force and the upward biasing force of the push-down head.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the cap of the present invention has the above-described configuration, in particular, the lower edge portion is fitted to the outer peripheral upper portion of the container body 6, and the side walls 11, 11 are located above the front and rear walls 12, 13. A cylindrical cap main body 4 configured to protrude, and a lower side of both sides of the upper edge of the front wall 12 of the main body are pushed backward from the upper edge of the front plate 19 integrally connected via hinges 18 and 18, respectively. The top plate 20 is extended, and the lower edge of the rear plate 21 suspended from the rear edge of the top plate 20 is suspended so that it can be pushed down to the inside of the rear wall 13 of the cap body, and the side plates are respectively lowered below both side edges of the top plate 20. And a lid 5 formed by extending 22, a liquid ejection port 23 is provided across the center of the front plate 19 of the lid and the center of the front wall 12 of the cap body, and projects from the outer surfaces of the side plates 22 of the lid. The locking protrusions 26 are respectively engaged with the lower surfaces of the locking protrusions 15 protruding from the inner surfaces of the side walls 11 of the cap body. Therefore, it is not necessary to attach and detach each one at the time of use, and it is possible to prevent dust and the like from adhering to the push-down head as much as possible.Even if the container is relatively large, it is easy to push down the lid with one hand holding the container. As a result, the liquid can be easily ejected, which is very convenient.
[0014]
In addition, since a sealing plate 28 having an inverted L-shaped cross-section covering the rear surface from the upper surface of the cap main body rear wall 13 is provided on the rear surface of the rear plate 21 of the lid via the fracture portion 27, no special equipment is required. In addition to being able to easily express the unusedness of the container, the entire container can be formed by integral molding of synthetic resin, and has the advantage of being inexpensively manufactured.
