Description

【0001】

In addition, there is a risk that a tool or the like may fall from the formed gap (C) and injure the person underneath. The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and can completely cover the gap between the scaffolding plates constituting the scaffolding at the construction site and the like, and can ensure safety in operation, and can be attached. It is an object of the present invention to provide a scaffold plate gap cover that is easy to work and difficult to come off, and that can handle scaffolds of various sizes.
[0004]

It relates to a board gap cover.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a scaffold board gap cover according to the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 5 are a plan view, a back view, a right side view, a left side view, and a front view, respectively, of a scaffold board gap cover according to the present invention.
The scaffold board gap cover (1) according to the present invention is a scaffold board gap cover for covering a gap between scaffold boards connected in the length direction via pipes, and is at least two sheets facing each other across the pipe. A plate-like portion (2) having a length (preferably 2 to 3 times) larger than the gap between the scaffold plates, and provided on the back surface of the plate-like portion (2) and detachably fixed to the pipe And a fixed portion (3).
[0007]
The plate-like part (2) has a plurality of anti-slip protrusions (4) arranged in a fixed pattern on the entire surface. The shape of the anti-slip protrusion (4) is an annular shape in plan view with three cutouts in the illustrated example, but is not necessarily limited to this. The parts may be arranged in parallel at regular intervals, or in a lattice pattern.
The protrusion height of the anti-slip protrusion (4) from the surface of the plate-like portion (2) is preferably about 1 to 2 mm. This is because if the height of the anti-slip protrusion (4) is too high, a worker walking on the scaffolding plate gap cover (1) may trip on the anti-slip protrusion (4). If it is too high, the anti-slip effect is hardly exhibited, and in any case, it is not preferable.
[0008]
The plate-like portion (2) has a plurality of through holes (5) penetrating from the front surface toward the back surface.
The through hole (5) plays a role of preventing the attached scaffolding plate gap cover (1) from being removed by wind pressure by allowing the wind blown from below to penetrate and let it escape upward.
The number and size of the through holes (5) are not particularly limited, but if the area of the through holes occupying the entire plate-like portion (2) is too large, the strength is reduced and breakage tends to occur. If it is too small, the wind blown from below cannot be escaped sufficiently. Therefore, it is necessary to form the through hole (5) in consideration of these points.
Specifically, the ratio of the total area of the through holes in the entire plate-like portion (2) is preferably about 1 to 5%. For example, the plate-like portion (2) has a substantially square shape (planar surface with a side of about 25 cm). In the case of (viewing shape), a configuration in which holes having a diameter of about 10 mm are provided at about 10 to 15 locations may be used.
[0009]
The plate portion (2) is crossed to being an arch shape, as is the back surface thereof shown in FIG. 2 vertical and horizontal sectional shape is curved to draw a gentle arc in the upper direction as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 A reinforcing rib (6) is formed.
By setting it as such a structure, the plate-shaped part (2) becomes excellent in the intensity | strength with respect to the load from the top, and the failure | damage by the load added when an operator walks on becomes difficult to occur.
[0010]
The fixing portion (3) is composed of a pair of left and right arcuate members that sandwich the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, and an expanded portion (31) that slightly expands outward is formed at the lower end of these arcuate members. Is formed.
FIG. 6 is a view showing a state where the scaffold board gap cover (1) is attached to the scaffold. As shown in the figure, when the scaffold plate gap cover (1) is attached to the scaffold, the outer peripheral surface of the pipe (P) may be sandwiched from the left and right by the cross-section arc-shaped member of the fixing portion (3), thereby the scaffold plate. The gap cover (1) can be firmly fixed to the pipe (P).
For this attachment, the fixing portion (3) may be pressed from above the pipe (P) to bend the cross-section arc-shaped member and expand the expanding portion (31) along the pipe (P), When removing, the plate-shaped part (2) is pulled upward to bend the cross-section arc-shaped member and pull out the expanded part (31) along the pipe (P).
In a state where the scaffold board gap cover (1) is fixed to the pipe (P), the gap (C) between the two scaffold boards (B) facing each other through the pipe (P) as shown in the figure is the scaffold board gap cover. It is completely covered by (1). In FIG. 6, the hooks that connect the scaffolding plate (B) and the pipe (P) are omitted for easy understanding of the drawing.
[0011]
Further, the scaffold gap cover according to the present invention (1), since the plate-like portion sectional shape of (2) is an arch shape which is curved in the upper direction, scaffolding plate gap cover (1) is a pipe (P) As shown in FIG. 7, the hook (F) connecting the scaffold plate (B) and the pipe (P) can be completely accommodated in the lower part of the scaffold gap cover (1). The shape of the hook (F) differs slightly depending on the manufacturer of the scaffold plate (B), but in the scaffold gap cover (1) according to the present invention, a certain amount of space is formed above the pipe (P) by the arch shape. The scaffold gap cover (1) can be fixed to the pipe (P) with the hook (F) completely covered.
[0012]
At both ends in the width direction of the plate-like portion (2), connecting portions (7) for connecting other scaffold plate gap covers are provided. In the present specification, the width direction of the plate-like portion (2) refers to a direction parallel to the pipe when the scaffold plate gap cover (1) is attached to the pipe (P), and the plate-like portion (2). The length direction of the cross section refers to a direction orthogonal to the pipe in a state where the scaffold plate gap cover (1) is attached to the pipe (P).
The connecting portion (7) includes a locking frame (71) provided so as to form a rectangular space between one end portion in the width direction of the plate-like portion (2) and the end surface thereof, and a plate-like portion ( 2) and a rectangular parallelepiped plate-like locking piece (72) protruding downward to be able to be inserted into the locking frame (71) at the other end in the width direction.
Two of these locking frames (71) and locking pieces (72) are provided at opposing positions in the illustrated example, but three or more can be provided.
[0013]
In the scaffold board gap cover according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 8, the locking piece (72a) of one scaffold board gap cover (1a) is used as the space of the locking frame (71b) of the other scaffold board gap cover (1b). As shown in FIG. 9, it is possible to connect the adjacent scaffold plate gap covers (1a) and (1b) without gaps. Therefore, even when the scaffold plate is wide, the gap generated in the pipe direction (the width direction of the scaffold plate) can be covered by connecting a plurality of scaffold plate gap covers.
In addition, by setting the standard value of the length in the width direction of the plate-like portion (2) so as to be proportional to the width dimension of the existing scaffold plate, the gap generated in the pipe direction (the width direction of the scaffold plate) It is possible to completely cover from end to end. Moreover, since it has comprised so that scaffolding board clearance gap covers may be connected by inserting a locking piece (72) with respect to a locking frame (71) from the top to the bottom, The connection is further strengthened by the force, and the connection is not released or displaced due to the force generated when the worker walks on.
[0014]
The scaffold board gap cover (1) having the above-described configuration is preferably formed from an integrally molded product of synthetic resin. This is because by making the whole made of synthetic resin, the scaffolding gap cover is light and excellent in handling, and it is possible to prevent the generation of rust and maintain strength over a long period of time. In addition, since the synthetic resin has appropriate flexibility, the fixing portion (3) can have appropriate elasticity.
Examples of the synthetic resin include polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS resin, vinyl chloride resin, and the like, but are not particularly limited thereto.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the invention according to claim 1 is a scaffold plate gap cover made of synthetic resin for covering the gap between the scaffold plates connected in the length direction via the pipe, and sandwiches at least the pipe. A plate-like portion having a length that is two to three times larger than the gap between the two scaffolding plates facing each other, and a fixing portion that is provided on the back surface of the plate-like portion and is detachably fixed to the pipe The fixing portion comprises a pair of left and right arcuate members that sandwich the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, and an expanding part that slightly extends outwardly provided at the lower end of the arcuate member. the plate-like portion, the plate-like portions peaks and a plurality of slip on the surface of a through hole penetrating the plate-like portion up and down is formed, is in the upper direction cross-section of the plate-like portion Reinforcing rib that has a curved arch shape and intersects the back surface of the plate-like part vertically and horizontally Is provided in the widthwise end portions of the plate-like portion, becomes a linking portion is provided for connecting the other scaffolding plate gap cover, the connecting portion, in the length direction of one end of the plate-like portion A locking frame provided so as to form a space between the end surface and a locking piece protruding downward so as to be insertable into the locking frame at the other end in the width direction of the plate-like portion. Since the scaffold board gap cover is characterized in that, it is possible to completely cover the gap between the scaffold boards constituting the scaffolding at a construction site or the like, and it is possible to ensure the safety in the work. .
In addition, the foot of the worker walking on the cover is prevented from slipping, which is superior in safety and allows the wind blown from below to pass through and escape to the top. Can be prevented, and can be easily attached to and detached from the pipe, and even when the scaffold is wide, a plurality of covers can be connected to cover the gap. In addition, the connection is strengthened by the force applied from above, and the connection is not released or displaced by the force generated when the worker walks on the top. The strength can be maintained over a long period of time. Further, the strength against the force applied from above is excellent, and it is difficult to break due to a load applied during walking. Further, since a certain amount of space is formed above the pipe by the arch shape, the scaffold plate gap cover can be fixed to the pipe in a state where the hook is completely covered.
