Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention is a bonding method in which the continuous surfaces of the wall panels to be provided are in close contact with each other. Construction About.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Generally, as a building construction method for buildings, a shaft construction method in which load-bearing materials such as columns and beams are assembled and a finishing material is attached to the surface, and a plurality of panels are combined in a box shape to give each panel strength. Panel construction methods are known.
[0003]
In this panel construction method, for example, when connecting a plurality of wall panels, an adhesive is applied to the connecting surfaces of the wall panels to be connected, the connecting surfaces are butted together, and the connecting portions are screw nails. Then, the wall panels are clamped together using a clamping jig until the adhesive is cured.
[0004]
In this case, the operation of driving and connecting the screw nails to the continuous portion of the wall panel has a problem that the number of screw nails to be driven reaches a large number of times, which is troublesome and takes time for construction.
[0005]
On the other hand, in recent years, on-site construction has been simplified and the construction period has been shortened for the purpose of industrialization. In order to promote this industrialization, it is considered that the wall panels are connected using metal fittings instead of the conventional connection of the wall panels by driving a screw nail.
[0006]
For example, a so-called male / female joint metal 100 shown in FIG. 11 is used as such a wall panel joint metal. The metal joint 100 is composed of a female metal joint 110 and a male metal joint 120. As shown in FIG. 11, each metal hardware is formed on the connecting surfaces 132a and 132b of the wall panels 130a and 130b to be connected. 134a and 134b are provided and attached, and the wall panels 130a and 130b are pressed together by engaging the female joint hardware 110 and the male joint hardware 120.
[0007]
More specifically, the male joint hardware 120 has an engagement portion 122 that protrudes to the center position on the surface. The female joint hardware 110 engages with the male joint hardware 120 and draws the male joint metal 120, and is a vertically long one having a stroke necessary for the pulling. A guide portion 112 that is received and locked through the opening 116 is formed. The guide portion 112 protrudes greatly on the upper side and becomes lower in order from there to the lower portion, and the connecting surface 132a to which the female joint hardware 110 is attached as the male joint hardware 120 goes to the lower side in order from the initial state of engagement. It is designed to be drawn to the side. Thus, the guide part 112 has the drawing part 114 which consists of an inclination part.
[0008]
When the wall panels 130a and 130b are connected in a straight line by using the above-described joint hardware 100, first, the wall panel 130a on which the female joint hardware 110 is attached to the continuous surface 132a is erected and fixed at a predetermined position. Then, an adhesive is applied to the continuous surface 132a. Next, the wall panel 130b on which the male joint hardware 120 is attached to the continuous surface 132b is lifted by a crane or the like, and is suspended to the continuous surface 134a of the wall panel 130b with respect to the continuous surface 134a of the wall panel 130a. And the engagement portion 122 of the male joint hardware 120 of the wall panel 130b is engaged into the opening 116 of the female joint hardware 110 from above. Then, when the wall panel 130b is gradually lowered, the male joint hardware 120 is drawn toward the connecting surface 132a side to which the female joint hardware 110 is attached along the pulling portion 114 of the guide portion 112 of the female joint hardware 110. The connecting surface 132a of the wall panel 130a and the connecting surface 132b of the wall panel 130b are pressed together in a state where the engaging portion 122 of the male joint hardware 120 reaches the lower end of the guide portion 122 and is locked. .
[0009]
On the other hand, with the aim of further promoting industrialization and achieving cost reduction and quality improvement by shortening the construction period by further simplifying and improving the accuracy of on-site work, a siding is attached to the wall panel body in advance at the factory, etc. The so-called siding wall panels that have been formed have come to be used. When such wall panels with siding are arranged in a straight line, a gap is created between the sidings due to molding errors in the siding and mounting errors to the wall panel body, etc. There is a risk that bonding failure such as cracking will occur. Therefore, in order to prevent such a joint failure, the thickness of the panel is added to the siding continuous side end of one siding wall panel and the siding continuous side end of the other siding wall panel. Protruding thin wall parts that can be superposed on each other in the vertical direction are provided, and when the wall panel with siding is connected with the continuous surfaces of the wall panel body facing each other, each thin part is thickened in siding. It is conceivable to overlap and join in the direction.
[0010]
Further, in order to ensure the waterproof property of the joint portion of the wall panel with siding, it is conceivable to provide a waterproof seal material between the thin portions. In order to provide a waterproof sealing material between the thin-walled parts, before the wall panel with siding is continuously provided, a waterproof sealing material is provided in advance on the thin-walled part of one of the siding wall panels, and the siding is attached. It is necessary to sandwich the waterproof seal material by connecting the wall panels and overlapping the thin portions.
[0011]
However, when using the conventional metal joint 100 to connect the above-mentioned wall panels with siding as described above, the one with the other siding is attached to one wall panel with siding standingly fixed at a predetermined position. As the wall panel moves from the upper side to the lower side, it will be attracted and brought into close contact, so that the waterproof sealing material sandwiched between the thin parts of the siding of each wall panel with siding may be worn out and damaged. Problems arise. If the waterproof sealing material is damaged, the waterproof property of the joint portion of the wall panel with siding is lowered, which is not preferable.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the object thereof is to provide a wall panel without damaging the member even when the wall panel to be provided has another member superimposed in the thickness direction. Of wall panels that can bring together the continuous surfaces Construction Is to provide.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that a female joint fitting attached to a joint surface of one wall panel to be continuously provided, and a serial connection corresponding to the female joint hardware of the other wall panel. In the joint structure of the wall panels, including the male joint hardware attached to the surface, and the male joint hardware and the female joint hardware are engaged with each other so that the continuous surfaces of the wall panels that are continuously provided are in close contact with each other.
The wall panel has a face material on the surface on the building side of the frame body framed by the core material, and a finishing material on the surface on the outdoor side of the building,
The female joint hardware has a vertically long shape having upper and lower mounting seats and a guide portion having an opening,
The guide portion includes an introduction portion of the male joint hardware from an upper portion toward a lower portion, a drawing portion that draws the male joint hardware, and a locking portion that latches an engagement portion of the male joint hardware, and the opening. Guiding the engaging part to the locking position through the part,
The opening includes a clearance that allows displacement of the male joint hardware toward the finishing material side,
The clearance extends from the introduction portion to the locking portion. Immediately before the locking position of the engaging portion Opening up to the center of the longitudinal axis of the female joint hardware is the face material ~ side The finishing material than the distance to the edge of ~ side The distance to the edge of
Provided on the continuous surface of one of the wall panels to which the female joint hardware is attached is a vertically long sitting moat capable of inserting the female joint hardware and having a space for inserting the male joint hardware in the upper part of the female joint hardware. In addition, in the upper and lower portions of the vertically long moat, there are provided pits of sizes corresponding to the upper and lower mounting seats of the female joint hardware, and the upper and lower mounting seats are inserted and fixed to the upper and lower seat moats. ,
Provided on the continuous surface of the other wall panel to which the male joint hardware is attached is a vertical moat for attaching the female joint hardware and a seat moat similar to the upper and lower section moats, and a mounting seat which the male joint hardware has is provided. It is characterized by being inserted and fixed to the lower ditch.
[0015]
Claim 2 The invention described in claim 1 In In this case, the edge of the opening is provided with a tapered portion for guiding the male joint hardware to the locking position.
[0017]
[Action]
In the invention of claim 1, the female joint hardware has an opening, and has a guide portion that guides the engagement portion of the male joint hardware through the opening to the locking position. Since the portion includes a clearance that allows displacement of the male joint metal in the direction of the continuous surface, the male joint hardware is inserted into the opening while being displaced in the direction of the continuous surface by the amount of the clearance, and the guide portion is maintained as it is. Can be led to the locking position. Therefore, when the wall panel is continuously provided, the other wall panel to which the male joint hardware is attached is displaced in the direction of the continuous surface with respect to the one wall panel to which the female joint hardware is attached. As the male fitting is guided to the locking position, the other wall panel also moves in a direction that matches the one wall panel, and the connecting surfaces are brought into close contact with each other. .
[0018]
Therefore, even when the wall panel to be continuously provided has a member that is overlapped in the direction of the connection surface at the time of joining, the continuous surfaces of the wall panel can be brought into close contact with each other without damaging the member.
[0019]
Also This is useful when the wall panels with finishing materials that are provided in series have members that are joined together by overlapping the finishing materials.
[0020]
Claim 2 In the described invention, the edge of the opening is provided with a tapered portion that guides the male joint hardware to the locking position, so that the male joint hardware is guided to the locking position by the taper portion. The engagement between the female joint hardware and the male joint hardware is completed. With the movement of the male joint hardware, the other wall panel to which the male joint hardware is attached also moves in a direction that matches the one wall panel that is continuously provided, and the continuous surfaces are brought into close contact with each other.
[0021]
Therefore, it is not necessary for the operator to intentionally align the continuous surfaces, and the engaging part of the male joint metal is engaged with the guide part of the female joint metal through the opening, and then the other wall panel is moved downward. Since the other wall panel automatically moves from the position displaced in the direction of the connecting surface and the connecting surfaces match each other, the connecting work is easy and the workability is good.

The locking portion 58 is located at the lower end portion of the guide portion 40, is a hanging portion that extends from the lower end of the pulling portion 52 to the lower end of the guide portion 40, and is a portion where the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 is locked. is there. As shown in FIG. 5, the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 engaged with the opening 42 is engaged with the engaging portion 58 to complete the engagement between the female joint hardware 20 and the male joint hardware 30. The wall panel 80a and the wall panel 80b are pressed.
[0041]
Next, the clearance which the opening part 42 has is demonstrated.
[0042]
The clearance is such that the opening 42 on the lower side has a longitudinal axis A of the female joint hardware 20 as shown in FIG. 1 The distance L to the edge 46 on the face material 81a side 1 Distance L to the edge 48 on the siding 70a side 2 Is set to be large. Vertical axis center line A 1 5, the male joint hardware 20 passes through the center point of the locking position in a state where the male joint hardware 20 is engaged with the female joint hardware 30, that is, the male joint hardware 30 is connected to the female joint hardware 20. In a state of being locked at the lower end of the guide portion 40, the continuous surface 82a of the wall panel 80a and the continuous surface 82b of the wall panel 80b are arranged to coincide.
[0043]
An edge portion 48 on the siding 70a side of the opening portion 42 of the guide portion 40 has a tapered portion 49 that is inclined toward the locking position at the lower portion of the opening portion 42. The male joint hardware 30 is formed of the tapered portion 49. Thus, the guide is smoothly guided to the locking position.
[0044]
The female joint hardware 20 and the male joint hardware 30 having the above-described configuration are respectively attached to the continuous surface 82a of one wall panel 80a and the continuous surface 82b of the other wall panel 80b. The structure will be described.
[0045]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 (A), on the continuous surface 82a of the wall panel 80a to which the female joint hardware 20 is attached, a vertical seat moat 60a into which the mounting seats 22, 24 of the female joint hardware 20 can be inserted. Provided. In addition, a bottom moat 62a corresponding to the lower mounting seat 24 of the female joint hardware 20 is provided at a lower position in the vertically long ground moat 60a. A countersink 64a having a size corresponding to the seat 22 is provided.
[0046]
Then, the lower mounting seat 24 of the female joint hardware 20 is inserted and fixed to a lower side moat 62a formed on the continuous surface 82a of one wall panel 80a, and the upper mounting seat 22 is fixed to the upper side moat 64a. It is designed to be inserted and fixed. In addition, the vertically long ditch 60a is set to a size having a space above the female joint hardware so as not to hinder the insertion of the male joint hardware 30.
[0047]
Similarly, on the connecting surface 82b of the other wall panel 80b to which the male joint hardware 30 is attached, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3A, a counterboring 60b similar to the above-mentioned counterboring 60a, 62a, 64a is provided. , 62b, 64b, and the mounting seat 32 of the male joint hardware 30 is inserted and secured to the lower side ditch 62b.
[0048]
Next, the construction method in which the wall panels 80a and 80b are continuously provided using the joint hardware 10 according to this embodiment and the operation of the joint hardware 10 will be described.
[0049]
As shown in FIG. 6, when the wall panels 80a and 80b are connected in a straight line in the width direction of the panel, the connecting surface 82a, which is the side end surface of the wall panel 80a that is erected and fixed first, A plurality of (three in this embodiment) pockets 60a are formed at predetermined intervals, and the female joint hardware 20 is formed on the upper and lower pockets 64a and 62a formed in the pocket 60a. Are fixedly inserted.
[0050]
Further, on the connecting surface 82b, which is the opposite end surface of the wall panel 80b to be built after the wall panel 80a, a pocket moat 60b is formed at a position corresponding to the pocket moat 60a of the wall panel 80a, and in the pocket moat 60b. The male joint hardware 30 is inserted and fixed in the formed bottom moat 62.
[0051]
In this state, the wall panel 80a is first erected and fixed on the floor panel 78, and an adhesive is applied to the continuous surface 82a.
[0052]
Next, the wall panel 80b is lifted by a crane or the like, and is suspended, the continuous surface 82b of the wall panel 80b is brought close to the continuous surface 82a of the wall panel 80a, and the male fitting 30 of the wall panel 80b is engaged. The part 36 is inserted into the opening 42 of the female joint hardware 20 from above.
[0053]
Then, when the wall panel 80b is gradually lowered, the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 first moves the introduction section 50 downward along the opening 42 of the female joint hardware 20, and then FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, as the first pulling portion 54 and the second pulling portion 56 move, the male joint hardware 30 is pulled toward the female joint hardware 20, and the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 is engaged with the locking portion 58. In this state, the continuous surface 82a of the wall panel 80a and the continuous surface 82b of the wall panel 80b are pressed. Accordingly, the pressing until the adhesive is cured can be automatically performed.
[0054]
For example, when the wall panels 80a and 80b are continuously provided, the engagement between the female joint hardware 20 and the male joint hardware 30 and the top end alignment between the wall panel 80a and the wall panel 80b are performed as shown in FIG. This can be done using the jig 150.
[0055]
As illustrated in FIG. 10, the pressing jig 150 is a jig including a shaft portion 156 having a locked portion 152, a pressing portion 154, and a grip portion 158. The pressing jig 150 uses the first hole 160 formed in the horizontal core material 170a constituting the wall panel main body 84a of the wall panel 80a and the second hole 162 formed in the vertical core material 172a. The top portion of the wall panel 80b is pressed by the pressing portion 154 by rotating the shaft portion 156 that is locked to the wall panel 80a and rotatably supported by the locked portion 152 in the arrow direction by using the grip portion 158. To do.
[0056]
FIG. 8 shows how to assemble the wall panels 80a and 80b by engaging the female joint hardware 20 and the male joint hardware 30 when the wall panels 80a and 80b are continuously provided using the joint hardware 10 according to the present embodiment. It is a figure which shows the graph which measured and compared the required force and the force required when connecting the wall panels 80a and 80b continuously using the conventional metal fitting 100. FIG. Here, the conventional metal joint 100 is the metal joint 100 shown in FIG. 11 described in the conventional example.
[0057]
As is apparent from FIG. 8, according to the metal joint 10 according to the present embodiment, when the connecting surface 82a of the wall panel 80a and the connecting surface 82b of the wall panel 80b are brought into close contact with each other and pressed, The female joint hardware 20 and the male joint hardware 30 can be engaged with a small force, and the workability is very good. Further, by applying a large force, it is possible to reliably prevent the second sealing material 90 sandwiched between the continuous surfaces 82a and 82b of the wall panels 80a and 80b from being damaged and the waterproofness of the joint portion from being lowered. it can.
[0058]
More specifically, according to the metal joint 10 according to the present embodiment, the attracting portion 52 of the female joint hardware 20 is composed of the first attracting portion 54 and the second attracting portion 56 having different inclinations, and is located on the upper side. The pulling portion 54 is formed so that the moving distance in the horizontal direction is larger than the unit moving distance in the hanging direction of the engaging portion 36 of the male fitting 30 compared to the second pulling portion 56 located on the lower side. Yes. Thus, when the continuous surface 82a of the wall panel 80a and the continuous surface 82b of the wall panel 80b are brought into close contact with each other and pressed, the frictional resistance between the wall panels 80a and 80b is relatively high above the drawing portion 52. The first pulling portion 54 that has a gentle inclination with respect to the hanging direction can draw the wall panel 80b toward the wall panel 80a side without much force, and below the pulling portion 52 where the frictional resistance increases. Can be engaged with the male joint hardware 30 with a relatively small force by the second pulling portion 56 that is formed to be steeper in the drooping direction than the first pulling portion 54 and is formed closer to the drooping state. .
[0059]
Therefore, although the force required above the attracting portion 52 is slightly larger than that of the conventional joining hardware 100 constituted by the female joining hardware 110 in which the attracting portion 114 is formed with a single slope, the lower portion of the attracting portion 52 is lower. The required force is about 2/3.
[0060]
Next, the movement in the continuous surface direction of the male joint hardware 30 when the female joint hardware 20 and the male joint hardware 30 are engaged and the operation thereof will be described.
[0061]
As described above, the guide portion 40 of the female joint hardware 20 has an opening 42 corresponding to the diameter of the guide rod 34 of the male joint hardware 30 and having a slight clearance.
[0062]
When the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 is engaged in the opening 42 of the female joint hardware 20, the wall panel 80a is inserted into the first portion of the siding 70a as shown in FIGS. 1 and 9A. Since the third sealing material 92 is provided on the overlapping surface 76 of the one thin-walled portion 72, the guide rod 34 is displaced to the edge 48 on the siding 70a side of the opening 42. The contacted state is inserted into the opening 42. Then, in the state as it is, the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 moves downward along the opening 42.
[0063]
FIG. 9A is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 is engaged in the opening 42 of the female joint hardware 20, and the wall panel 80b is displaced to the siding 70a side. The guide rod 34 is in contact with the edge 48 of the opening 42 on the siding 70a side.
[0064]
Thereafter, the male alloy material 30 is guided to the locking position by a tapered portion 49 (see FIG. 4A) that the edge portion 48 of the opening 42 on the siding 70a side has in the lower portion of the opening portion 42, and the female joint hardware 30 is provided. The engagement between 20 and the male joint hardware 30 is completed. That is, the guide rod 34 that contacts the edge portion 48 on the siding 70a side of the opening portion 42 moves along the tapered portion 49 in the lower portion of the opening portion 42, so that the male joint hardware 30 engaging portion 36 has its center. The point is the vertical axis A of the female joint hardware 20 1 Guided to come up. FIG. 9B is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 is locked in the opening 42 of the female joint hardware 20, and shows the connection surface 82 a of the wall panel 80 a. The continuous surface 82b of the wall panel 80b matches and the third sealing material 92 is pressed, so that the first thin portion 72 of the siding 70a and the second thin portion 74 of the siding 70b are in the thickness direction of the panel. Indicates that they overlap. In this state, the connection between the wall panel 80a and the wall panel 80b is completed.
[0065]
According to the joint metal fitting 10 of the wall panel according to the present embodiment, the female joint hardware 20 has a clearance in the opening 42 of the guide portion 40, so that the engagement portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 moves toward the siding 70a. It is displaced and inserted into the opening 42, and is led downward as it is. Then, the engaging portion 36 of the male joint hardware 30 is guided to the locking position by the tapered portion 49 of the opening 42 of the id part 40 of the female joint hardware 20, and the female joint hardware 20 and the male joint hardware 30 are connected. The engagement is completed, and the continuous surface 82b of the wall panel 80b matches the continuous surface 82b of the wall panel 80a.
[0066]
As the male joint hardware 30 moves, the wall panel 80b to which the male joint hardware 30 is attached moves toward the siding 70a while the male joint hardware 30 is engaged with the female joint hardware 20 and guided to the locking position. In a displaced state, the wall panel 80a moves downward in the vicinity of the wall panel 80a. As the engaging portion 36 of the male joint 30 is guided to the locking position, the wall panel 80b also moves toward the face material 81a, and the wall panel 80a. And the wall panel 80b are joined.
[0067]
Therefore, the third sealing material 92 provided on the overlapping surface 76 of the first thin portion 72 of the siding 70a included in the wall panel 80a is used as the second thin wall of the siding 70b included in the first thin portion 72 and the wall panel 80b. Since the wall panel 80b does not move downward when pressed by the portion 74, the third sealing material can be reliably prevented from being damaged by friction, and the waterproofness of the joint portion of the wall panels 80a and 80b is ensured. The In addition, the movement of the wall panel 80b in the continuous surface direction at the time of the continuous installation does not have to be intentionally performed by the operator, and is automatically performed by using the metal joint 10 according to the present embodiment. Therefore, the continuous installation work is easy.
[0068]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
[0069]
The drawing part of the guide part of the female joint hardware is not necessarily composed of two inclined parts, and the inclination at the upper part of the drawing part is formed more gently than the inclination at the lower part. For example, it may be composed of two or more inclined portions, or may be composed of a curved surface.
[0070]
Further, the clearance of the opening is not necessarily limited to the shape of the female joint hardware of the present embodiment, and when the female joint hardware and the male joint hardware are engaged, the displacement of the male joint hardware in the direction of the connection surface is allowed. Any shape can be used
Similarly, not only in the case of the present embodiment, the tapered portion is also provided at the edge on the face material side of the opening of the guide portion, for example, if the male joint metal can be automatically guided to the locking portion. However, it may be provided at both edges.
[0071]
Furthermore, the male and female joint hardware is not limited to the present embodiment, but can take various shapes and structures, and the number and position of the pockets formed on the continuous surface of each wall panel can be arbitrarily set.
[0072]
Further, the wall panel is not necessarily a panel with a finishing material, and can be applied.
[0073]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, even when the wall panel to be provided has a member that is overlapped in the direction of the connection surface when the wall panel is joined, the wall panel is not damaged. The continuous surfaces of the panels can be brought into close contact with each other.
[0074]
According to invention of Claim 2, even when the wall panel provided continuously is a wall panel with a finishing material, and has a member which a finishing material mutually overlaps and joins, the wall is not damaged, but the member is not damaged. The continuous surfaces of the panels can be brought into close contact with each other.
[0075]
According to the invention described in claim 3, it is not necessary for the operator to intentionally align the continuous surfaces, and the engaging portion of the male joint hardware is engaged with the guide portion of the female joint hardware through the opening, After that, simply move the other wall panel downward, and the other wall panel automatically moves from the position displaced in the direction of the connection surface by the taper part. Work is easy and workability is good.
[0076]
In the invention according to claim 4, even when the wall panel to be continuously provided has a member that is overlapped in the direction of the continuous surface at the time of joining, the member is not easily damaged and has good workability. Wall panel installation work is performed.
