Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a grill burner provided in a gas grill.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a gas grill for grilling fish or the like by combustion heating in a warehouse is known. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of a conventional gas grill. This gas grill is a double-sided baking type that simultaneously heats an object to be cooked F from above and below, and includes upper burners 20a and 20b on the left and right side surfaces above the grill cabinet 10, and a lower burner 30 below the grill cabinet 10, respectively. Normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b for transferring fire between 20a and 20b and the lower burner 30 are provided on the left and right sides of the rear wall of the grill 10 respectively. Moreover, the grill 11 for placing the cooking object F and the tray 12 for placing the grill 11 are provided.
[0003]
The lower burner 30 is U-shaped as shown in FIG. 4 and forms a flame mouth row of cooking flame ports 31a and 31b for cooking at the inner edges of the lower burner 30. A flame front row of the fire transfer flame openings 32 is formed between 31a and 31b. The flame front row of the flame transfer flame port 32 is formed so as to be located behind the rear wall of the grill cabinet 10 so as not to affect cooking, thereby reducing the influence on the cooking object F. Further, in order to transfer the fire with a small amount of combustion, as shown in FIG. 5, the tip of the lower plate 34 that forms the lower surface of the flame transfer flame port 32 is moved from the tip of the upper plate 33 that forms the upper surface of the flame transfer flame port 32. It is made to project long, and its end is bent upward to form a fire transfer plate 34a, which makes it easy to collect the gas ejected from the fire transfer flame port 32, and the fire transfer between the left and right cooking flame ports 31a, 31b. Improves performance.
[0004]
The normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b are provided at the rear of the back wall of the grill 10 in order to reduce the influence on the cooking object F. From the positional relationship, the normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b transfer with the fire transfer port 32 of the lower burner 30. It has a configuration. Since the gas ejected from the fire transfer port 32 is guided by the fire transfer plate 34a and flows upward, the normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b provided at the upper side also transfer well.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the fire transfer port 32 is provided at the rear of the rear wall of the grill 10, it is less likely to receive the broth from the cooking object F than the cooking port 31 a and 31 b. Since the end is bent upward, if the broth is scattered from above, it is easy to collect, and because of the small amount of combustion, the flame area is small. There was a problem that was easily clogged. In order to prevent such clogging of the flame mouth, it is conceivable to form the fire transfer plate 33a with the upper plate 33 as shown in FIG. 6, but with such a shape, the fire transfer performance between the fire transfer flame ports 32 is high. However, since the gas ejected from the flame port is guided by the fire transfer plate 33a and flows downward, the fire transfer with the upper normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b becomes very difficult.
An object of the present invention is to provide a grill burner that solves the above-described problems, has high fire transfer performance with an upper pilot burner, and can prevent clogging of a flame mouth.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The grill burner of the present invention that solves the above problems is
A cooking flame opening that is provided facing the left and right sides of the grill cabinet and that heats the food from the lower side, and a fire transfer flame opening that causes the left and right cooking flame openings to move to each other. The fire transfer flame array includes a plurality of upper and lower plate members that form a plurality of fire transfer flame ports through which fuel gas is ejected in the horizontal direction, and the lower plate material projects in the fuel gas ejection direction. In the grill burner that improves the fire transfer performance in the flame transfer flame array and the fire transfer performance from the pilot burner that burns upward by forming a fire transfer plate with its tip bent upwards,
The gist is that a cover covering the upper side of the fire transfer plate is fixed to the burner body.
[0007]
The grill burner of the present invention having the above-described configuration is provided with cooking flame arrays for heating the food from the lower side so as to face each other on the left and right sides of the grill cabinet, and between the left and right cooking flame arrays. It is equipped with a flame transfer line for transferring fire. This flame transfer flame array forms a plurality of flame transfer flame outlets that eject combustion gas in the horizontal direction with two upper and lower plates, and projects the lower plate material in the combustion gas ejection direction and folds the tip upward. By forming a curved fire transfer plate, it is easy to collect the ejected gas near the flame opening, improving the fire transfer performance in the fire transfer flame array, and guiding the ejected gas to flow upward This improves the fire transfer performance from the pilot burner that burns upward. By forming the fire transfer plate in this way, it becomes easy to accumulate when the broth falls from above, but a cover that covers the top of the fire transfer plate is provided on the burner body, and the fire broth etc. In order not to adhere to the plate, it is possible to prevent clogging of the fire transfer flame mouth.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to further clarify the configuration and operation of the present invention described above, preferred embodiments of the grill burner of the present invention will be described below.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a grill burner as an embodiment of the present invention. This grill burner is used as a lower burner of a double-sided type gas grill. The basic configuration is the same as that of the conventional lower burner (FIG. 4), but the cover 50 is fixed to the burner 30. Different. Other overlapping parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[0009]
The lower burner 30 is provided with a cover 50 that covers the entire area above the fire transfer plate 34a. And the normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b for making a fire transfer with an upper burner are provided so that it may be located in the both sides of the cover 50. FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the fire transfer plate 34a is formed by projecting the tip of the lower plate 34 forming the lower surface from the tip of the upper plate 33 forming the upper surface, and bending the end thereof upward. By forming the fire transfer plate 34a in this way, the gas ejected from the fire transfer flame port 32 can easily stay in the vicinity of the flame port, improving the fire transfer performance between the fire transfer flame ports 32, and small combustion. It is possible to transfer fire by quantity. In addition, since the gas ejected from the fire transfer port 32 is guided upward by the fire transfer plate 34a, both the normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b transfer well.
[0010]
The cover 50 is fixed to the upper plate 33 of the lower burner 30 by spot welding. The cover 50 is provided so that the tip of the cover 50 protrudes from the tip of the fire transfer plate 34a. The length of the protruding portion is long enough to prevent the broth or the like from entering the flame port 32 and the cover 50 from the fire transfer. It is formed so as to be short enough to be hardly affected by the flame of the flame opening 32. By directly fixing the cover 50 to the lower burner 30, the positioning with respect to the flame transfer flame port 32 can be performed accurately.
[0011]
An opening 50a is formed in the vicinity of the fixed portion to the upper plate 33 of the cover 50, and a secondary air flow path to the fire transfer flame port 32 is formed, so that the vicinity of the fire transfer flame port 32 by providing the cover 50 is provided. Secondary air shortage is prevented. Further, a bent portion is formed at the tip of the cover 50 and the tip side is inclined downward so that the broth or the like dropped near the tip of the cover 50 is dropped at a position where it does not adhere to the fire transfer plate 34. Yes. Further, the remaining portion is inclined downward toward the opening 50 a, so that the broth or the like dropped on the cover 50 flows away from the flame port 32. Since the cover 50 is fixed on the opposite side of the flame transfer port 32 with the convex portion as the gas flow path forming part of the upper plate 33 interposed therebetween, when the broth flows from the upper part of the cover 50 to the opening 50a side. In addition, the raised portion of the upper plate 33 can prevent the broth from being transferred to the flame port 32 side.
[0012]
With such a structure, the fire is transferred well between the fire transfer ports 32, and the upper normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b are also transferred well. Moreover, the cover 50 prevents burning broth and the like from being transferred to the flame port 32.
[0013]
As described above, according to the grill burner of the present embodiment, by providing the cover 50 that covers the fire transfer plate 34a, the clogging of the flame mouth is prevented without impairing the fire transfer performance with the pilot burners 40a and 40b on the upper side. be able to. Further, by fixing the cover 50 to the upper plate 33 of the burner main body, it is difficult to cause variation in the positional relationship between the fire transfer flame port 32 and the cover 50, and clogging of the flame port can be prevented well. Moreover, since the structure is simple, it can be realized at low cost.
[0014]
In this embodiment, the cover 50 is provided so as to cover the entire area of the fire transfer plate 34a. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the lower plate 34 is folded upward only in the vicinity of the normal fire pilot burners 40a and 40b. The gas may be bent and guided upward, and only the upper part of the flame transfer flame port may be covered with a cover. In that case, if the upper plate 33 of the other part of the flame transfer flame opening is bent downward as shown in FIG. 5 to form the flame transfer plate, the horizontal flame transfer is improved and the flame outlet is improved. Clogging can be prevented.
Further, in this embodiment, the normal fire pilot burners 40 a and 40 b are provided beside the cover 50, but may be provided above the cover 50.
[0015]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and can of course be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the grill burner of the present invention, the upper portion of the fire transfer plate is covered with the cover, so that the clogging of the flame mouth can be prevented without impairing the fire transfer performance with the pilot burner. In addition, the configuration in which the cover is fixed to the burner body is less likely to cause variations in the positional relationship than when the cover is provided separately from the burner body. And the problem that the tip of the cover is insufficiently projected and the flame opening is easily clogged can be reduced. Moreover, it can be realized at a low cost with a simple structure.
