従来の外囲体は、外囲板の接合を一方向しか行なうことができなかった。そのため、円形の屋根などを葺くとき、例えば右方向から葺くときは、同時に左方向から葺くことができず、作業能率が低くなってしまうという問題点が存した。
本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の構成を、添付した図面に示す発明の実施の形態を参照して詳細に説明する。
