本発明は、注湯後回収された鋳物砂を回転ドラムと回転可能にされた加圧ローラとを利用して摩擦力により付着物を剥離除去させる鋳物砂再生装置の加圧ローラ交換用治具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、上記のような鋳物砂再生装置は特開平7−256390号公報等により公知になっている。このような鋳物砂再生装置に使用される加圧ローラは、再生する鋳物砂の性状にもよるが約2000〜10000時間使用すると摩耗するためその都度交換する必要がある。
なお上記のような加圧ローラは、一般に図5に示すように回転ドラム1の上方において水平に設けられた回動支持軸2に嵌合させる横孔3を中心部に穿ち、該横孔3の側部から外側面に亘って割溝4を切り、該割溝4により上下に分離された分割部分5、6を複数の締付ボルト7、7によって上下方向に締め付けるようにして成る支持ブロック体8の下部に、支持軸9を介して加圧ローラ10を回転可能にして取付けている。

この加圧ローラ10を交換する場合には、回転ドラム1を前後に2分割して前方を開放した後、締付ボルト7、7をゆるめて回動支持軸2に抱き付いている支持ブロック体8を前方に引き出して装置外に持ち出した後加圧ローラ10を支持軸9から取り外して新しい加圧ローラ10と交換していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような加圧ローラの交換作業は、支持ブロック体及び加圧ローラを回動支持軸から抜き出して装置外に持ち出すのに作業者が重量物を取り扱わなければならず交換作業に長時間を要すると共に重労働になり、かつ安全性の面において問題があった。
本発明は、上記の問題に鑑みて成されたもので、鋳物砂再生装置における加圧ローラの交換を簡単かつ短時間のうちに安全に成すことができる交換用治具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために本発明における鋳物砂再生装置の加圧ローラ交換用治具は、水平に設けられた回動支持軸に嵌合させる横孔を中心部に穿ち、該横孔の側部から外側面に亘って割溝を切り、該割溝により上下に分離された分割部分を複数の締付ボルトによって上下方向に締め付けるようにして成る加圧ローラの支持ブロック体に対し;
一端部に前記複数の締付ボルトのネジ棒部分を同時に挿通係合させる複数の切り込み部を設けた治具基板と、該治具基板の他端上面に、前記複数の切り込み部の配列と並行にして固着されてL字形状のテコ棒の水平部を挿入可能にした筒体と、前記治具基板の前後端に設けられて前記支持ブロック体の前後端面に係合してその前後移動を規制するストッパ板と、から成ることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図1〜図4に基づいて詳しく説明する。なお本発明の加圧ローラ交換用治具は、図5の鋳物砂再生装置に対応したものになっているため同一部分は同一符号を使用して構成の説明を省略する。
図1(イ)は本発明の加圧ローラ交換用治具の平面図、図1(ロ)は正面図であり、該加圧ローラ交換用治具は、一端に前記複数の締付ボルト7、7のネジ棒部分7A、7Aを同時に挿通係合させる複数の切り込み部11、11を設けると共に前記支持ブロック体8の上面に対応する大きさにされた治具基板12と、該治具基板12の他端上部に前記複数の切り込み部11、11の配列と並行して固着されて、L字形状のテコ棒T(図3参照)の水平部を挿入可能にした筒体13と、前記治具基板12の前後端に設けられて前記支持ブロック体8の前後端面に係合してその前後移動を規制するストッパ板14、14と、で構成されている。

このように構成されたものは、支持軸9に回転可能にして取付けられた加圧ローラ10の交換の際には図5における締付ボルト7、7をゆるめてボルト頭を支持ブロック体8から若干浮き上がらせる。これにより支持ブロック体8の回動支持軸2への抱き付きがゆるめられて支持ブロック体8が回動支持軸2を中心にして回転可能にされる。
次に図1の治具基板12を図2における支持ブロック体8の上面に置き、かつ締付ボルト7、7のネジ棒部分7A、7Aに対し、切り込み部11、11が係合されるようにストッパ板14、14により規制させながら左方向に移動させた後、L字形状のテコ棒Tの水平部を筒体13に挿入して図2の状態になる。

次にL字形状のテコ棒Tを水平部を中心にして上方に回転させる(テコの原理によりさほど大きな力を要しない)ことにより加圧ローラ10を回転ドラム1の上端よりも若干高い位置まで回動させた後、該回転ドラム1における加圧ローラ10の直下のドラム上端位置に、渡し板Pを掛け渡すと共にテコ棒Tによる押し上げをゆるめて加圧ローラ10を渡し板P上に置き図4の状態にされる。
次に締付ボルト7、7を締め付けて支持ブロック体8を回動支持軸2に固定した後渡し板Pが強制的に取り除かれる、

この状態で支持軸9と加圧ローラ10とを連結している図示されないボルトをゆるめて加圧ローラ10を取り外した後、新しい加圧ローラ10を交換取付けし、テコ棒Tにより加圧ローラ10を持ち上げた状態にして締付ボルト7、7を若干ゆるめると共にテコ棒Tをゆっくり下降回転させて加圧ローラ10を図2の状態に戻し、テコ棒T及び加圧ローラ交換用治具を支持ブロック体8の上面から除去した後締付ボルト7、7により支持ブロック体8の分割部分5、6を上下に締め付け、支持ブロック体8を回動支持軸2に抱き付かせて加圧ローラ10姿勢をを固定する。
なお上記実施の形態ではL字形状のテコ棒Tを挿入する筒体13は治具基板12の前後両端まで延長されているため両端の開口からテコ棒Tを挿入することができ、姿勢が逆になている他方の加圧ローラの交換にも対応できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記の説明から明らかなように、一端部に複数の締付ボルトのネジ棒部分を同時に挿通係合させる複数の切り込み部を設けた治具基板と、該治具基板の他端上面に設けられてL字形状のテコ棒の水平部を挿入可能にした筒体と、該治具基板の前後端に設けられて支持ブロック体の前後端面に係合してその前後移動を規制するストッパ板と、で構成したから、従来の鋳物砂再生装置を改変することなくテコの原理を利用して簡単にかつ安全に加圧ローラの交換をすることができるようになる。
