Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an overlapped binding sheet in which a plurality of sheets are overlapped or a part of an overlapped sheet formed by folding one sheet is detachably bonded, and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional binding methods for the overlapped binding sheet include a case of binding linearly along one edge of the overlapped sheet (hereinafter referred to as line binding) and a case of binding in an annular shape along the periphery of the overlapped sheet ( Hereinafter, bag binding is generally performed. Then, in the case of line binding, the adhesive is applied in a linear form to be bonded, or is bound by paper staples (so-called paper binding), and in the case of bag binding, the adhesive is applied in a predetermined pattern and bonded. It is common to do.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For this reason, conventionally, in the case of line binding, there is an inconvenience that when the overlapped binding sheets are stacked and stored, the thickness on one edge side corresponding to the adhesive application portion increases and an inclination occurs. On the other hand, in the case of bag binding, the application pattern of the adhesive is fixed, and there is an inconvenience that it is difficult to apply in an arbitrary pattern. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide a cutting perforation for separation in either case of line binding or bag binding. There is an inconvenience that it occurs and interferes with printing. An object of the present invention is to provide an overlapped binding sheet that eliminates such inconveniences.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the overlapped binding sheet of the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that can be peeled after overlapping a plurality of sheets or folding a single sheet and adhering to one or both sides of the overlapping surface. Are laminated so that they can be peeled off at the print-corresponding portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by the printing pressure at the time of printing.
[0005]
Alternatively, the overlapped binding sheet may be configured by interposing a copying structure on a desired overlapping surface of the overlapping sheet so as to correspond to a part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
[0006]
The overlap-stitched sheet of the present invention is obtained by overlapping a plurality of sheets provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that can be peeled off after being bonded to at least one overlapping surface of the sheets, or by folding one sheet. None, the overlay sheet can be created by being peeled from the print-corresponding portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by the printing pressure applied from the exposed surface side of the overlay sheet. .
[0007]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer described above is composed of 100 parts by weight of a non-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive base, and a fine particulate filler 20 to 130 exhibiting no affinity for the non-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive base. It is good to form with the pressure sensitive adhesive composition formed by mix | blending a weight part. The non-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive base can be arbitrarily selected from those conventionally used such as natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and in particular, natural rubber can be used with styrene and methacrylic acid. Natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerization of methyl is preferable in terms of blocking resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and the like.
[0008]
On the other hand, as the particulate filler, for example, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, kaolin, activated clay, spherical alumina, wheat starch, silica, glass powder, shirasu balloon and the like are used. These materials may be used alone (especially suitable for silica), or two or more of them may be combined. Further, when two or more kinds having different particle diameters are used in combination, the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be easily formed in a concavo-convex shape, which is advantageous in improving the peeling performance. When silica is added, the adhesive coating film can be strengthened, and due to its porosity, the adhesive easily adheres to the surface, and thus there is an advantage that the adhesive force and peel force can be easily adjusted. The fine particle filler preferably has an average particle size in the range of 5 to 30 μm, preferably 7 to 20 μm.
[0009]
In addition, when providing the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive layer only on one side of an overlapping surface, an adhesive force adjustment layer can also be provided in the surface which contacts this. The adhesion adjusting layer is preferably formed of a composition comprising 50 to 95 dry parts by weight of fine silica powder and 5 to 50 parts by weight of binder, but 50 to 95 parts by weight of solid silica finely dispersed in water. It is more preferable that the composition comprising 5 to 50 parts by weight of the binder is coated and formed with a coating weight of less than 3.0 g / m 2 .
[0010]
[Action]
By providing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that can be peeled off after bonding on one or both sides of the overlapping surface, the print-corresponding portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is bonded to form an overlapped binding sheet by the printing pressure during printing. In addition, if the overlapping surface is separated after bonding, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be peeled off, so that it can be easily peeled without damaging the bonded portion.
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, FIGS. 1 to 6 show an embodiment applied to a pay statement, and FIG. 1 is a partial view of a copy sheet, a concealment sheet, and a detail sheet that should be a pay statement in a continuous state. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 2, FIG. 3 is a schematic plan view showing an overlapped binding sheet that has been printed as a single piece and becomes a pay statement, 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B, FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view showing a pay statement with the copy sheet removed, and FIG. 6 is a schematic plan view showing the pay statement with the cover sheet removed. . 7 to 10 show an embodiment applied to a bill, FIG. 7 is a schematic plan view of a superposed sheet to be a bill in a continuous state, and FIG. FIG. 9 and FIG. 9 are schematic plan views showing an overlapped binding sheet that is printed as a single piece after printing, and FIG. 10 is a sectional view taken along the line D-D.
[0012]
First, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a pay statement will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the overlapping sheet 1 to be a pay statement is formed by superposing a copy sheet 2, a concealment sheet 3, and a specification sheet 4, via a perforation 5 for folding and cutting. It is in a continuous state with many connected. In addition, a large number of transfer holes 6a and 6b are provided at equal intervals on both sides in the width direction of the overlapping sheet 1.
[0013]
Then, the back surface of the recording sheet 2 (the overlapping surface with the concealment sheet 3) and the overlapping surface between the concealment sheet 3 and the detail sheet 4 are not normally bonded, and are bonded when a predetermined pressure is applied. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, 9 that can be peeled off after bonding are respectively provided. Each of these pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, and 9 was prepared by adding terpene to natural rubber latex obtained by graft copolymerization of 2 parts by weight of styrene and 10 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate with respect to 100 parts by weight of natural rubber. A pressure-sensitive adhesive base is prepared by adding 5 parts by weight of a resin-based tackifier, and 60 parts by weight of silica gel having an average particle diameter of 8 μm is added to 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive base. The adhesive composition is formed by coating at a coating weight of 2 g / m 2 .
[0014]
Further, the adhesive force of each of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, and 9 described above can be peeled off when a predetermined pressure is applied in a state where the pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions are in contact with each other, but can be reliably bonded. On the other hand, in the state where the sheet surface and the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition are in contact with each other, even if a pressure equal to the predetermined pressure is applied, the sheet surface is not securely bonded and is set so that it can be peeled off very easily. Has been. As a result, when these pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, 9 are bonded, the recording sheet 2 can be peeled off from the concealment sheet 3 very easily, and the concealment sheet 3 and the specification sheet 4 are securely adhered and separated. Although it is possible, it will be in a state where it does not peel off unless a strong separating force greater than a predetermined value is applied.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, on the surface of the copy sheet 2, there is a payable entry field 10 for entering the department name, name, and payment month in the company, payment item and its amount, deduction item and its amount, salary of the total amount paid. Along with a salary detail entry column 11 for entering the details of payment, a title 12 of “salary statement (record)” is printed in advance. [0016]
As apparent from FIG. 2, the surface of each pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 8, 9 provided on the overlapping surface of the concealment sheet 3 and the specification sheet 4 has a leuco system at a position corresponding to the salary description entry column 16. A color former layer 17 composed of a microcapsule layer enclosing a dye and a developer layer 18 composed of a solid acid are provided opposite to each other to constitute a carbonless copying structure. As a result, the entry in the salary detail entry column 11 of the copy sheet 2 is copied and entered in the salary detail entry column 16. Although not shown in the drawing, the same color developer layer as described above and the color development are formed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 7 of the recording sheet 2 and the surface of the concealment sheet 3 at a position corresponding to the payment target entry column 13. The agent layer is provided so as to oppose, and constitutes a carbonless copy structure. As a result, the entry items in the payment object entry field 10 of the copy sheet 2 are copied and entered in the payment object entry field 13.
[0017]
Next, an overlapped binding sheet that is created using the overlap sheet 1 formed by overlapping the copy sheet 2, the concealment sheet 3, and the detail sheet 4 described above will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, as shown in FIG. 3, in the payment target entry column 10 of the copy sheet 2, the continuous sheet 1 in a continuous state is transferred using the transfer holes 6 a and 6 b and is transferred by an appropriate impact printer (not shown). Prints the payment object information 19 and the salary detail entry column 11 with the salary detail information 20 and continuously prints X marks 21 along the periphery. Then, the unit is cut by the perforation 5 for folding and cutting.
[0018]
As a result, the same payment object information 22 as the payment object information 19 is copied and entered in the payment object entry field 13 of the concealment sheet 3 (see FIG. 5). The same salary detail information 23 is copied and entered (see FIG. 6). In addition, the printing corresponding portions of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, 9 are in the bonded states 7 a, 8 a, 9 a due to the printing pressure due to the printing of the X mark 21, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, A unit-like overlapped binding sheet 24 that is bound in a portion corresponding to the x mark 21 printing is obtained.
[0019]
In this overlapped binding sheet 24, the copy sheet 2 and the concealment sheet 3 can be peeled off very easily. When the copy sheet 2 is peeled off, the cover sheet 3 is exposed as shown in FIG. Here, the salary detail information 23 is covered with the concealment sheet 3 and is not visible from the outside, and the payment details of the salary are not known to others. On the other hand, when the regular subject who has received this salary statement separates the concealment sheet 3 from the detail sheet 4 with a predetermined force or more, both sheets 3 and 4 are peeled off, and as shown in FIG. The salary details information 23 can be confirmed.
[0020]
Next, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a bill will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the overlapping sheet 31 to be invoiced is formed by superimposing a copy sheet 32 and a charging sheet 33, and a plurality of continuous sheets 31 connected through a folding and cutting perforation 34. Is in a state. In addition, a large number of transfer holes 35 a and 35 b are provided at equal intervals on both sides in the width direction of each overlapping sheet 31.
[0021]
Then, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 36 that does not normally adhere but adheres when a predetermined pressure is applied and can be peeled after adhesion is provided on the overlapping surface with the claim sheet 33, which is the back surface of the recording sheet 32. ing. The configuration of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 36 and the functions such as the adhesive force are the same as those of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, and 9 described above, and a description thereof will be omitted.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 7, on the surface of the copy sheet 32, an “invoice (copy)” is entered together with an issue number entry column 37, an issue date entry column 38, a billing destination entry column 39, and a billing details entry column 40. The title 41 and the issuer display 42 are printed in advance. Although not shown on the surface of the billing sheet 33, the issue number entry column 37, the issue date entry column 38, the billing destination entry column 39, the claim description entry column 40, the issuer display The same entry field and display as 42 are printed at positions corresponding to the top and bottom. Although not shown in the figure, a title “Bill” is printed at a position corresponding to the title 41 above and below.
[0023]
As is apparent from FIG. 8, an issue number entry field 37, an issue date entry field 38, a request destination entry field are provided on the contact surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 36 of the copy sheet 32 and the billing sheet 33. 39 and a color developer layer 43 made of a microcapsule layer encapsulating a leuco dye and a developer layer 44 made of a solid acid are provided opposite to each other at a position corresponding to 39 and claim specification entry column 40, and has a carbonless copy structure. Is configured. As a result, the items to be entered in the entry fields 37, 38, 39, 40 of the copy sheet 32 are copied and entered in the corresponding entry fields (not shown) of the billing sheet 33.
[0024]
Next, an overlapped binding sheet created using the overlap sheet 31 formed by overlapping the above-described copy sheet 32 and the billing sheet 33 will be described. As shown in FIG. 9, as shown in FIG. 9, the issuance number entry column 37 of the copy sheet 32 is entered in an appropriate impact printer (not shown) while transporting the superposed sheet 31 in a continuous state using the transport holes 35 a and 35 b. Is a predetermined issuance number 43, issuance date entry field 38 issuance date 44, billing address entry field 39 is billing name 45, and billing statement entry field 40 is billing statement information 46. In addition to printing, X marks 47 are continuously printed along the transfer holes 35a. Then, the unit is cut by each folding and cutting perforation 34.
[0025]
As a result, although not shown, the same information as the above-mentioned issue number 43, issue date 44, request destination name 45, and request details information 46 is copied and entered in the corresponding fields of the request sheet 33. . Further, the print corresponding portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 36 is brought into an adhesive state 36a by the printing pressure due to the printing of the X mark 47, and as shown in FIG. The overlapped binding sheet 48 is obtained.
[0026]
The copy sheet 32 and the billing sheet 33 of the overlapped binding sheet 48 can be peeled off very easily. When the copy sheet 2 is peeled off, although not shown, the billing sheet 33 is exposed. Therefore, this billing sheet 33 can be used as a bill.
[0027]
In addition, this invention is not limited to each Example mentioned above, For example, in the overlapping surface of the backup sheet 2 and the concealment sheet 3, and the overlapping surface of the backup sheet 32 and the claim sheet 33, A similar pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be provided not only on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7 and 36 on the recording sheet 2 and 32 side but also on the concealing sheet 3 side or the claim sheet 33 side. Further, only one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 8 and 9 provided on the overlapping surface of the concealment sheet 3 and the specification sheet 4 may be used. Whether these pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, 9, 36 are provided on both sides of each of the overlapping surfaces of the overlapping sheets 1, 31 or on one side is selected according to the required adhesive strength. When confidentiality of information is required, it is desirable to provide both sides of the overlapping surface in order to ensure a reliable adhesive force. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, 9, 36 are provided on one side of the overlapping surface, the adhesive force can be enhanced by providing the adhesive force adjusting layers as described above so as to face each other. .
[0028]
The overlapping sheets 1 and 31 may be configured by overlapping a plurality of sheets 2, 3, 4, 32, and 33, or may be configured by folding one sheet. Further, the overlapped binding sheets 24 and 48 can be applied to various uses such as an insurance design document and a health check result report in addition to a salary statement and an invoice. Furthermore, the mode of binding is not limited to line binding and bag binding, and binding may be performed along a pair of end portions or may be performed over substantially the entire overlapping surface. When the copy structure is interposed on the overlapping surface, the installation portion of the copy structure cannot be bonded, so that the contact surfaces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 7, 8, 9, and 36 as in the copy structure By providing a structure for covering the binding portion, it is possible to form the binding portion at a desired position without restricting the printing portion.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to partially provide an adhesive for binding, so that partial bulk does not occur, and it is easy to store the overlapped binding sheets. In addition, since the binding portion is formed by printing, the pattern of the binding portion can be arbitrarily set. Further, since the binding portion can be peeled off, a perforation for cutting is unnecessary, and further There is no so-called tenting when the overlapped binding sheet is pulled out from the continuous folded state and printed, and thus there are many effects that the printing operation can be performed smoothly and reliably.
