Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to fixing a child seat to an automobile seat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Child seats under the age of 6 are legally required for children to ride in cars. The ISOFIX system is increasingly used as a child seat attachment method. The ISOFIX system means that a child seat is mounted on an automobile seat by providing a child seat fixing member on the car seat side (seat cushion frame, etc.), providing a connecting member on the child seat side, and engaging the connecting member with the fixing member. It is a method of fixing.
[0003]
Various methods of attaching the fixing member to the vehicle seat side have been studied. The first embodiment of the prior art attached to the seat cushion frame will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 3 , the automobile seat 1 includes a seat cushion 2, a seat back 3, and a headrest 4, and the seat cushion 2 is covered with a seat cushion pad 6 on a seat cushion frame 5 and covered with a skin (not shown). ing. The seat cushion frame 5 is attached to a seat rail 7, and the automobile seat 1 is movable in the front-rear direction. The seat rail 7 is fixed to the floor 10 by brackets 8 and 9 or the like.
[0005]
Seat cushion frame 5, as can be seen from FIG. 5 (a), the frame 11 and the rear frame 12 before extending in the vehicle width direction, is composed of a lateral frame 13 which extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the lateral frame 13, the reinforcing member The side bracket 14 is welded. A fixed member 15 is obtained by suspending both ends of one bar on left and right side brackets 14.
[0006]
Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3, the bottom of the child seat 16, and the connecting member 17 is provided extending toward the rear of the vehicle, shows the details of the rear end portion of the connecting member 17 in FIG. The rear end portion of the connecting member 17 is a connecting portion 18 for connecting to the automobile seat 1, and the connecting portion 18 swings in a vertical direction with a U-shaped cutout portion 19 opened rearward. A lock bar 20 having an L-shaped cross section is provided. Illustration of the operation mechanism of the lock bar 20 is omitted. When the fixing member 15 enters the notch 19 and the lock bar 20 swings downward, the leading end portion 21 of the lock bar 20 comes into contact with the rear of the fixing member 15 to be locked. In this way, the connecting member 17 and the fixing member 15 are engaged, and the child seat 16 is fixed to the automobile seat 1.
[0007]
As a second embodiment of the prior art, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), by bending the bar into a U shape, it may be a fixed member 15 by welding both ends 22 to the rear frame 12. A connecting portion 18 is connected to the vehicle width direction portion of the fixing member 15, and this portion becomes the fixing portion 23, and the leg portions 24 extend from both sides of the fixing portion 23, and the above-described welding is performed.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional child seat fixing structure described above, there is room for improvement in terms of component weight and structure simplification with respect to support in the vehicle lateral direction.
[0009]
Based in FIG. 5 (b), it will be described problems in the first embodiment of the prior art. When an abrupt force 25 such as a collision from the side of the vehicle acts in the lateral direction of the vehicle and the force 25 acts on the automobile seat, a force 26 in the direction opposite to the external force 25 is relatively applied to the child seat 16. The child seat 16 is displaced by the force 26 in the vehicle width direction. At this time, the movement of the child seat 16 is stopped by the contact of the one connecting portion 18 with the one side bracket 14, but the load concentrates on the side bracket 14 and the connecting portion 18 with which the load is in contact. Since the force 26 acts intensively on one side in this manner, it is necessary to increase the thickness and material strength of the side bracket 14 or the connecting portion 18 and to make the structure complicated and large, which is not preferable in terms of cost, weight, and space.
[0010]
Similarly, on the basis of FIG. 6 (b), described problems in the second embodiment of the prior art. Since the child seat 16 and the fixing member 15 are fixed only by the engaging portion of the connecting portion 18 and the fixing portion 23, the force 26 is concentrated on the engaging portion, and the fixing portion 23 is pulled in the direction of the force 26. At this time, it is necessary to set the strength of the fixing member 15 high so that the fixing member 15 is not deformed so that the U-shape is distorted, which is not preferable in terms of cost, weight, and component size, and improvement is desired.
[0011]
Therefore, in the present invention, not only the vehicle front-rear direction movement restriction but also the vehicle width direction support when the vehicle width direction force is applied to the child seat is ensured while suppressing the increase in structure size and the increase in member strength. The purpose is to be.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the structure of the fixing member itself is enhanced with a reasonable structure, and the vehicle is positively provided by providing a stopper portion for supporting the force in the vehicle width direction applied to the connecting portion. It is characterized by corresponding to the force in the width direction.
[0013]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the fixing member includes the fixing portion for connecting the connecting portion and the stopper portion for restricting the movement of the connecting portion in the vehicle width direction, and the end portion on the fixing portion side is formed. It is fixed to the accessory part of the horizontal frame, and the end on the stopper side is fixed to the rear frame.
[0014]
Both ends of the fixing member are fixed to the side and the rear side of the vehicle, respectively, and the fixing member is not easily deformed even when a force is applied. Therefore, the stopper portion can firmly support the movement of the connecting portion in the vehicle width direction. Therefore, even if the child seat is displaced, uneven stress concentration on the side bracket and the connecting portion is alleviated, so that the engagement structure between the connecting portion and the fixing member is complicated, or the plate thickness of the side bracket or connecting portion is reduced.・ There is no need to take measures such as increasing strength.
[0017]
As described above, the present invention structure, without requiring a complicated process compared with the prior art, after it is possible to manufacture only bending machining and welding, even without almost required space compared to the prior art , You can get a big effect.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A vehicle child seat fixing structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1A, the seat cushion frame 5 includes a front frame 11 and a rear frame 12 that extend in the vehicle width direction, and a horizontal frame 13 that extends in the vehicle front-rear direction. 14 is welded and integrated. The fixing member 15 is formed by bending a single bar to form a fixing portion 23 and a stopper portion 27. The fixing portion 23 extends in the vehicle width direction, and the stopper portion 27 extends in the vehicle front-rear direction. An end portion 28 on the fixed portion 23 side is welded to the side bracket 14, a rear portion on the stopper portion 27 side is bent downward to form a leg portion 29, and a lower end thereof is welded to the rear frame 12.
[0020]
As can be seen from FIG. 2, a space A is provided between the stopper portion 27 and the lateral side portion 30 of the connecting portion 18. A space B is provided between the other connecting portion 18 and the side bracket 14. As shown in FIG. 1B, the space A and the space B have the same dimensions. That is, when the child seat 16 is moved by the force 26, one connecting portion 18 contacts the side bracket 14 and at the same time, the other connecting portion 18 contacts the stopper portion 27. Therefore, the force acting by the movement of the child seat 16 is distributed at two locations of the side bracket 14 and the stopper portion 27.
[0025]
Although the present invention has been described in detail with respect to specific embodiments, the present invention is not limited to such embodiments, and various other embodiments are possible within the scope of the present invention. It is clear to the contractor. For example, the fixing of the end portion on the fixing portion side is not limited to the side bracket as long as it is an attachment member of the horizontal frame. That is, it may be fixed to a member integrated with the horizontal frame .
[0026]
Further, the present invention can be applied to any seat as long as it has a seat cushion frame, and can be applied regardless of the positions of the passenger seat, the rear seat, and the like.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the child seat fixing structure of the present invention has at least a fixing portion for engaging the child seat connecting portion and a stopper portion for restricting movement of the connecting portion in the vehicle width direction, and both ends thereof are stationary members. It is firmly fixed to a seat cushion frame or a member integral therewith, and has a very high rigidity by selecting a fixing position. Therefore, even when a large force in the vehicle width direction acts on the child seat connecting portion, the fixing member can be firmly supported without deformation. In addition, the above-described space is provided so that the connection portion and the side bracket and the connection portion and the stopper portion are brought into contact with each other as the child seat moves, and the load is distributed to two places so that there is no bias. Therefore, there is no need for countermeasures such as a complicated and large structure of the engaging portion and an increase in member strength, which is very advantageous in terms of cost, weight and space. In addition, the manufacturing of the fixing member can be performed by two simple processes, a process of bending the bar and a process of welding. Therefore, compared with the prior art, there is almost no cost increase and production efficiency does not fall. Further, since a large member is not used, the required space and weight are hardly changed.
