本発明は、戸建住宅などの布基礎に開設した床下通気口に設置する床下換気扇の取付構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に戸建住宅などのような布基礎上に建築する住宅は、床下を衛生的な状態に維持するため床下通気口を設けることが法令で義務づけられている。しかし自然換気だけに頼っていては充分とはいえない場合もあり、例えば床下換気扇を北側の床下通気口に設置して積極的に床下内の湿気を含んだ空気を排出する機械換気が提案されている。
従来、この種の床下換気扇Aは、図5に示すように床下通気口Bに取り付けるための取付孔32と床下空気の排出口12を開設した化粧パネル2と、前後面開放した断面矩形状を呈し内部にモータ(図示せず)及びプロペラファン(図示せず)等を換気に必要な機能を具備した換気扇本体1とから構成され予め一体化されている。
その床下換気扇Aを床下通気口Bに設置するには、まず床下通気口B縁端部周辺に上記取付孔32と同寸法の位置に下孔b3を開け、カールプラグ6を挿入しておき、換気扇本体1を床下通気口Bに挿入し、化粧パネル2と換気扇本体1からなるフランジ面を床下通気口Bの外周縁端部に当接させ、取付孔32を介してコンクリートネジ7をねじ込むことによってカールプラグ6が布基礎Cに広がり喰い込んで床下換気扇Aを固定し設置している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、布基礎Cはコンクリートによる施工もさることながら、床下通気口Bという性格上、精度良く施工されておらず、床下通気口B縁端部周辺に床下換気扇Aの取付孔32と同寸法の位置に下孔b3を開けようとすると、床下通気口B縁部際に開孔しなければならない場合が生じ、そのまま下孔b3を開けると布基礎Cが破損したり、仮に下孔b3が開いてもコンクリートネジ7をねじ込むことによってカールプラグ6の広がりで布基礎Cを破損させてしまう。そのため床下換気扇Aを少しずらして施工し直したり、セメント等の接着剤で補強するといった二度手間がかかり確実性に欠けていた。
更に沢山のカールプラグ6とコンクリートネジ7を無駄に消費するため経済性がない。
またこのような取り付け法だと、ドリル等を含め専用工具が必要となり、それらを扱うことができ施工する技能を持った作業者に限定されてしまう。
さらに床下換気扇Aの固定法が布基礎Cへの螺合であるため、前記下孔b3に床下換気扇Aの全荷重が集中する。よって取り付け強度を確保するためには布基礎Cの完全硬化が絶対条件となり、そのため施工時期が制約されてしまう。
また、浸食による経年変化で取り付け強度が保てなくなり、床下換気扇Aが床下通気口Bから脱落する虞れも生じていた。
前記床下換気扇Aの取付孔b3は、ある寸法の床下通気口Bを設計対象として開口されているが、前述のように床下通気口Bの施工精度面から対応仕切れない場合のほかに床下通気口B自体の大きさにより対応仕切れない場合もある。そもそも住宅メーカーあるいは建築設計業者ごとに床下通気口Bの寸法は違い、基本的に前記取付寸法の床下換気扇は取り付け不可能といった不具合も生じていた。

本発明は、従来事情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とする処は布基礎への固着手段を使用せずに床下換気扇を簡単且つ確実に床下通気口に固定することができる床下換気扇の取付構造を提供することにある。
他の目的とする処は精度のない床下通気口や異なった寸法の床下通気口にも床下換気扇を固定することができる床下換気扇の取付構造を提供することである。

更に、請求項2は請求項1の化粧パネルはその排気口を多数の排気小孔で構成し、その排気小孔に臨んでその裏側にブラケットを備え、その排気小孔を通して固定金具でブラケットを換気扇本体に取付固定したことを要旨とする。
