この課題を解決するために本発明は、回転軸とトビラとバネ掛け部を一体成形する構成にし、かつパネルのU字型軸受け部と軸押さえ部材で回転軸を狭持する構成にしている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、金型の合わせ面に対して垂直な面で構成される平面部を回転中心と外径の間に回転中心を挟んで両側に備えた回転軸と、前記回転軸の回転中心から所定の間隔をおいて設けられたバネ掛け部と、平板状のトビラ部の一端に前記回転軸と前記バネ掛け部とを一体成形した回転トビラと、前記回転トビラのバネ掛け部に係着され、垂直方向に前記回転トビラを付勢する巻きバネと、前記回転トビラの回転軸と係合するU字型軸受け部と前記巻きバネを係着させるバネ掛け部を有するパネルと、前記回転トビラの回転軸を前記パネルのU字型軸受けとともに狭持するための凸部を有する軸押さえ部材から構成されることを特徴とする開閉トビラ装置としたものであり、回転軸とトビラが一体成形されていることで、組立性が簡単になるという作用を有する。

回転軸1aは金型構成上、金型合わせ部すなわち凹型と凸型の合わせ部にズレやバリが発生するため、一般に金型合わせ面1cと垂直方向にDカットした面(以下Dカット面)1dを回転軸の中心点の上下に2箇所設けてある。図3に示すようにトビラ1が回転運動すると、Dカット面1dが軸押さえ部材5の凸部5aに接するようになるが、この時凸部5aの先端形状が平面で構成されているとDカット面1dと凸部5aが面接触することになり、接触部の摩擦抵抗が巻きバネ2の付勢力より大きくなって、トビラ1がカートリッジ6のない状態になっても元の位置に戻れなくなってしまう可能性がある。そこで図3に示すように軸押さえ部材5の凸部5aの先端形状を半円状にすることで、トビラ1がどのような回転運動中であっても、Dカット面1dと凸部5aは点接触するため、接触抵抗を低減でき、カートリッジ6がない状態になれば常に元の状態に戻すことができる。
