本発明は、固化材を使用して軟弱地盤を固める表層地盤改良工事に使用する固化材供給装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
地盤上に構築物を建造する場合、地盤が軟弱で構築物を支持できないとき、固化材を軟弱地盤に混合して地盤をかためる工事が行われる。
固める地盤深さが約2mより浅い場合、一般に表層地盤改良工事と呼ばれている。
この表層地盤改良工事における従来の固化材供給方法について説明する。
固化材は固化材製造工場で化学繊維等で作られた容量1m3 程度のフレキシブルな散布用容器(以後フレコンと称す)と呼ばれる袋に入れられてトラック等の運搬車両にのせられ、運搬車両の乗り入れが可能な地盤改良施工個所の近傍に運ばれる。
地盤改良施工個所近傍に運ばれたフレコン入り固化材はバックホ−等で運搬車両から降ろされ、引き続きバックホ−等で地盤改良施工個所まで運ばれて軟弱地盤上に散布され土と混合される。

ところで、固化材の散布時および土との混合時に、固化材の微粉体は粉塵として大気中に舞い上がり、動植物や建造物に付着し、水分と反応,硬化して、周辺環境に悪影響を及ぼす。
したがって、近年、固化材供給方法に、粉塵が抑制できる粉塵抑制タイプの固化材いわゆる防塵型固化材の使用が検討されている。
この防塵型固化材は、固化材に液体を加えて固化材を湿らせたもの、特殊繊維を固化材に混入し固化材粒子をからめたもの、固化材にバインダ−を加え圧力をかけて団塊状にしたものなど色々考えられるが、なかでもセメントからなる固化材に水を加えて湿らせた湿潤固化材が、安価で使い易く、取り扱いが安全の上、地下水汚染の懸念もなく、防塵効果も高いので、その採用が検討されている。

しかしながら、セメントに水を加えて湿らせた湿潤固化材は、セメントが水と反応して凝固するので、約5時間で固化材としての効果を失ってしまう。
すなわち、湿潤固化材は製造後5時間以内に地盤改良施工個所での散布および土との混合を終了しておかねばならないという制約がある。
それに対し、従来の固化材供給方法では、製造された湿潤固化材を工場から地盤改良工個所近傍に運搬し、さらに其処からバックホ−等で地盤改良工個所に散布し土と混合することになるので、湿潤固化材を製造してから土と混合するまで約15時間を要することになる。
よって、固化材としての効果が5時間しかない湿潤固化材は、表層地盤改良工事における従来の固化材供給方法では使用できない。
したがって、湿潤固化材を表層地盤改良工事に使用できるようにするには、湿潤固化材を製造してから地盤改良工個所に散布および土との混合までに要する時間が5時間以内の短時間で終了できる固化材供給方法を可能とする固化材供給装置が必要となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、湿潤固化材を使用して表層地盤改良工事を行うのに、地盤改良工個所の近傍で湿潤固化材が製造できて、かつ湿潤固化材をフレコンに供給するまでを短時間で行うことができる移動式の固化材供給装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、固化材製造機械と固化材供給機械からなる固化材製造装置が運搬車両に積載されている固化材供給装置であって、該固化材供給機械は、固化材製造機械の混合機から搬出された湿潤固化材を散布用容器に供給する供給機からなることを特徴とする固化材供給装置に関する。そして、固化材製造機械は、固化材抜き出し部を下部に付設する固化材タンク、および水タンク、および該固化材抜き出し部から送出された固化材のセメントと該水タンクからの水を混合して湿潤固化材を製造する固化材供給装置に関する。また、固化材抜き出し部は、スクリュ−機構のスクリュ−コンベアを有し、該スクリュ−コンベアの回転軸は混合機に連通している固化材供給装置に関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施例を示す図面を参照して、固化材供給装置の詳細を説明する。
図1は本発明の固化材供給装置の概略構成図である。

図1において、トラック1等の運搬車両の荷台には後部に固化材製造機械2を、前部に固化材供給機械3が積載されている。
そして、固化材製造機械2の主要部をなす固化材タンク4には、下部にスクリュ−機構のスクリュ−コンベア5Aを有す固化材抜き出し部5が付設され、上部に体積が固化材タンク4の1/10程度の水タンク6が付設されている。
また、固化材抜き出し部5のスクリュ−コンベア5Aの回転軸の延長上には、攪拌翼18が取り付けられた混合機7が固化材タンク4に付設されている。
さらに、混合機7には、固化材タンク4の上部に付設された水タンク6からの水供給パイプ8が接続されており、この水供給パイプ8の途中には水量調節バルブ9が付設されている。
なお、固化材タンク4の後壁面には固化材供給口10が、上壁面にはバッグフィルタ11が取り付けられている。

つぎに、ホッパ12とシュ−ト13が一体構造になった固化材供給機械3の主要部である供給機14が図示されてない架台によってトラック1の荷台に固定されている。
そして、供給機14のホッパ12と固化材製造機械2の混合機7の搬出口7Aとの間にはベルトコンベア15が橋し渡されている。
また、シュ−ト13には散布用容器のフレコン16が吊り下げられるようにフック17が取り付けられている。
さらに、シュ−ト13内には図示されてない開閉用バルブが内蔵されている。なお、上述のスクリュ−コンベア5Aやベルトコンベア15等の駆動機器の動力源はトラック1のエンジンから供給される。

以上のように構成された固化材供給装置において、本装置の使用法をのべる。
まず、固化材製造工場で、セメント粉体は固化材供給口10より発塵防止用のバッグフィルタ11の付いた固化材タンク4内に空気圧送され、水は水タンク6に満載される。
そして、固化材製造機械2と固化材供給機械3からなる固化材製造装置を積載したトラック1は、地盤改良施工個所にできるだけ近くてトラック1が乗り入れ可能な地盤改良施工個所近傍に運ばれる。
地盤改良施工個所近傍では、固化材タンク4内のセメント粉体が固化材抜き出し部5のスクリュ−コンベア5Aの作動によりスクリュ−回転軸に連通した混合機7内へ搬送されるとともに、水タンク6内の水も水供給パイプ8により混合機7内へ流入される。この際、混合機7内へ流入される水量は、水量調節バルブ9によって、セメント粉体の5〜7重量%に調節される。
混合機7で混合されたセメント粉体と水とからなる湿潤固化材は、混合機7の搬出口7Aより搬出され、ベルトコンベア15で供給機14のホッパ12に投入される。
つぎに、供給機14の湿潤固化材は、シュ−ト13内の開口された開閉バルブを通過してシュ−ト13の出口より、フック17に吊り下げられた散布用容器のフレコン16に充填される。
なお、フレコン16に充填された湿潤固化材は、バックホ−等で近くの地盤改良施工個所に運ばれ散布および土と混合される。

以上述べたように、本発明の固化材供給装置を使用すれば、湿潤固化材を製造してフレコン16に充填するまで0.5時間以内に行うことができる。また、トラック1が地盤改良施工個所の近傍に駐車するので、フレコン16に充填された湿潤固化材を地盤改良施工個所に散布して土と混合するのに長くても1時間以内に行うことができる。
したがって、セメントが水と反応する湿潤固化材の固化材としての有効効果時間が、5時間以内である制約条件は充分満足する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明に係わる固化材供給装置は、固化材タンク、および水タンク、および固化材と水を混合する混合機、および混合機から排出された湿潤固化材を供給する供給機からなる一連の固化材製造装置を運搬車両に積載しているので、地盤改良施工個所の近傍で湿潤固化材が製造できる。
そのため、湿潤固化材を製造してから土への混合までの作業が短時間に行うことができ、湿潤固化材の固化材としての効果が充分発揮できる。
したがって、安価で使い易く、取り扱いが安全の上、地下水汚染の懸念もなく、防塵効果も高い性状のセメントと水からなる湿潤固化材を表層地盤改良工事に使用することができる。
