Description

The present invention relates to a drain outlet lid attached to a drain outlet provided in a sink of a sink so as not to prevent drainage to the drain outlet.

Conventionally, there has been a drainage lid of this type as shown in FIG. The drainage lid 20 is formed by cutting a disk-shaped rubber plate radially from the center hole 21 provided at the center portion of the disk-shaped rubber plate, that is, a plurality of elastic tongue pieces 22. The strainer 10 is attached so as to close the upper surface of the strainer 10 by fitting into a stepped surface portion 10a on the inner periphery of the strainer 10 attached to a drain outlet formed in the bottom surface 8 of the sink. In the drain cover 20, the elastic tongue pieces 22 are elastically held almost horizontally, so that a dust collecting net cage (not shown) housed in the strainer 10 cannot be seen from the outside. When using the sink for washing, etc., each elastic tongue 22 is bent downward by the flowing water pressure flowing into the drain, and the washed-out leftover food and vegetable waste are smoothly put into the mesh basket. It comes to fall.

Moreover, as a thing formed other than rubber | gum, there exists a thing made from the synthetic resin shown, for example in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 7-286349. As shown in FIG. 8, a covering portion 32 including an upward inclined piece 32 a protruding obliquely upward and a downward inclined piece 32 b protruding obliquely downward is provided inside the outer edge portion 31. An inflow port 33 through which drainage flows is formed between the inclined pieces 32a and 32b. The drain port lid 30 is attached to the drain port of the sink via the strainer 10 by fitting to the stepped surface portion 10a formed on the inner periphery of the strainer 10 in the same manner as described above. Yes.

Here, the drain outlet 30 made of synthetic resin is attached so that the downward inclined piece 32b is positioned on the back side of the sink (right side in FIG. 8), that is, the upward inclined piece 32a is located on the side of the person using the sink. ing. Therefore, when washing or the like standing in front of the sink, the net basket provided in the strainer 10 or the dust trapped inside the strainer 10 is blocked by the upward inclined piece 32a of the drainage lid 30 and cannot be seen. , A hygienic impression is given without causing discomfort to the user.

Further, the waste water and the dust flowing along with the waste water are guided to the net cage 7 in the strainer 10a through the downward inclined piece 32b provided on the rear side (right side in FIG. 8) of the drain port lid 30. ing. In addition, at this time, the washware such as tableware is caught between the semicircular arc-shaped downwardly inclined piece 32b or the downwardly inclined piece 32b and the upwardly inclined piece 32a, and does not easily fall into the mesh basket 7. Yes.

In FIG. 9, reference numeral 11 indicates a drain pipe communicating with the lower end of the strainer 10.

In the conventional drain port lid described above, the one shown in FIG. 9 uses the elastic force of the elastic tongue piece made of rubber to close the drain port, so that its elastic recovery gradually with use. If the force is weakened and the tip of the elastic tongue hangs down, it may not return. In this case, the net cage that has captured the dust is exposed so that it can be seen from the outside, and is displayed to the user. There was a problem of giving an unpleasant and unhygienic impression.

In addition, since the elastic tongue is easily bent downward by running water or the like, there is a drawback that small items such as a spoon easily fall into the net basket when washing. Furthermore, the drain cap is made of rubber, so despite its high cost, it is deteriorated relatively early by being exposed to chemicals such as hot water and detergent, resulting in poor durability. There was also a point.

Although the problems shown above are considerably improved, the orientation shown in FIG. 8 is fixed, so the orientation of the strainer is fixed. It was exposed and not only was unsightly, but also the direction of drainage changed, so there was a possibility that the drainage performance would deteriorate.

In addition, the drain cap covers the inside of the strainer in an invisible manner, and the downward sloping piece is curved downward greatly so that the waste can be smoothly guided along with the running water into the net cage. The inflow opening between the two and the opening was large, and it was not possible to say that there was no possibility that small items such as spoons would fall into the net for catching garbage from this inflow when washing.

Furthermore, in this drainage lid, the water accumulated on the sink is once guided to the rear of the drainage lid, and then flows to the front side through the downward inclined piece, so the flow of drainage is not smooth, Washing away leftovers and vegetable scraps was not done smoothly. And even if it falls into the net cage, there is a possibility that these wastes collect on one side of the net cage and hinder its drainage.

Furthermore, since this drainage lid is asymmetrical, it is likely to be deformed due to distortion or the like, and when it is deformed, there is a possibility that the drainage port cannot be closed well as it was intended.

This invention makes it a subject to solve the problem which the drain outlet cover of the said conventional sink had.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, among the present inventions, the invention according to claim 1 is a drain opening lid that is detachably attached to a drain opening formed on the bottom surface of the sink of the sink via a strainer. The drainage lid covers the outer edge part that fits the stepped surface part formed on the inner periphery of the strainer, and the outer edge part is continuous at least at two places, and covers the upper surface of the central part so as to straddle the outer edge part. The top plate portion has a planar shape with a space between the outer edge portion so that the user can grasp the top plate portion, and the longitudinal center portion of the top plate portion has the smallest width. The top plate portion is formed in a planar shape having left and right symmetrical side edges that are concave and curved inward so that the top plate portion protrudes inward from the outer edge portion where the top plate portion is not continuous. a two lower curved water conduit, the strainer The central portion and a water conduit having a concave curve-shaped inner end which is curved downward as the most lower, between the inner end between the water conduit which faces in the strainer communicates with the strainer in The opening is formed below the top plate portion.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the configuration of the invention according to claim 1, the top plate portion is limited such that its upper surface protrudes upward from the upper surface of the outer edge portion. To do.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on illustrated embodiments.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a drain outlet cover 1 of a sink according to the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are sectional views taken along lines AA ′ and BB ′ in FIG. 1, respectively. is there. Moreover, FIG. 4 is sectional drawing of the state attached to the drain outlet of the sink. The drain cover 1 includes an outer edge portion 2 having a substantially annular shape in plan view, a top plate portion 3 having a substantially hourglass shape in plan view in which both ends are connected to the outer edge portion 2, and an outer edge portion so as to sandwich the top plate portion 3 from both sides. It consists of a pair of water guide portions 4 and 5 projecting inward from the inner periphery of 2, and is integrally formed of synthetic resin.

(図4参照)   The outer edge portion 2 has an outer peripheral edge that is bent downward and has an outer peripheral surface 2a having a predetermined height. The height of the outer peripheral surface 2a is substantially equal to the distance (depth) L from the surface of the strainer 10 attached to the drain outlet of the sink to the stepped surface portion 10a formed on the inner periphery thereof. It is set. (See Figure 4)

The top plate portion 3 is a plate having a flat upper surface, and is provided on the inner side of the outer edge portion 2 so as to cover the outer edge portion 2 so as to cover the surface of the central portion of the drainage lid 1. Yes. The top plate portion 3 protrudes slightly upward from the surface of the outer edge portion 2 by step portions 3a and 3b provided on both sides thereof.
Moreover, in the drainage lid 1 of this embodiment, the said top-plate part 3 is a planar shape with which the space | interval between the outer edge parts 2 is ensured to such an extent that a user can hold | grip, and the said top-plate part 3 Are formed in a planar shape having symmetrical left and right widthwise side edges that are curved inwardly so that the center portion in the longitudinal direction has the smallest width.

The water guide portions 4 and 5 are substantially half-spherical, and their tips are curved downward, and the top plate portion 3 of the outer edge 2 is not continuous, that is, from the top and bottom sides of the top plate portion 3 in FIG. Are projecting inward from each other. And as for a pair of water guide parts 4 and 5 protrudingly provided so that it may mutually oppose, the inner ends are substantially equal to the width | variety of the top-plate part 3 below the top-plate part 3, as shown in FIG. The openings 6 that face each other at intervals and communicate with the strainer 10 are formed.

The drain outlet lid 1 of the sink according to the present invention has the above-described configuration. And this drain outlet cover 1 is attached to the drain outlet provided in the sink bottom face 8 of the sink by fitting in the stepped surface part 10a of the strainer 10 like the conventional one.

At this time, the mounting direction of the drain outlet lid 1 is not particularly limited. However, the water guide section 4 is provided for a person standing in the vertical direction with respect to the longitudinal direction of the sink, that is, in front of the sink. It is desirable to arrange so that 5 is located on both the left and right sides.

In FIG. 4, reference numeral 9 indicates a tightening nut for attaching the strainer 10 to a drain outlet formed in the sink bottom surface 8.

Thus, in the drain outlet lid 1 of the sink according to the present invention, the water flowing on the sink bottom surface 8 is smoothly meshed from the water guide portions 4 and 5 provided on both sides of the top plate portion 3 together with the remaining rice and vegetable scraps. It is led into a strainer 10 provided with a car 11. And the net cage 11 inside the strainer 10 and the dust trapped in the net cage 11 are effectively concealed from the outside by the top plate portion 3 and the water guide portions 4 and 5 so as not to be visible from the outside. It has become.

As described above, in the drain outlet lid 1 of the sink according to the present invention, water flows from two places, so that drainage is performed quickly and smoothly. Moreover, the top plate 3 is provided in the central portion of the drainage lid 1 and the water guides 4 and 5 are provided below both sides of the top plate 3 so that a spoon, chopsticks, etc. are used for washing. Even if it flows, it does not fall into the strainer 10 easily.

Further, by grasping the top plate portion 3 provided at the center portion, the attaching / detaching operation can be easily performed without applying an excessive force to the drain port lid 1.

5-7 has shown the comparative example (not embodiment) of this invention from which the shape of the top-plate part 13 and the number of water guide parts differ . In this case, the top plate portion 13 at the center portion is formed in a substantially triangular shape, and is continuously connected to the outer edge portion 12 at three points at the respective apexes, and three from the inner periphery of the outer edge portion 12 facing the portion corresponding to the side of the triangle. The water guide portions 14, 15, and 16 are provided inwardly projecting in a downward curved shape.

This drain outlet lid 11 is attached to the drain outlet of the sink via the strainer 10 as shown in FIG. 4 in exactly the same manner as described above, and the water that has flowed to the sink is provided outside the top plate portion 13. Each of the water guide portions 14, 15, 16 is led to an opening 17 formed below the top plate portion 13, and flows into the strainer 10 from the opening 17.

〔The invention's effect〕
As described above, of the present invention, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that the lid attached to the drain outlet of the sink has two downward curves toward the lower side of the top plate part continuous with the annular outer edge part. Since the water conveyance part is provided, water is drained smoothly and quickly from the two water conveyance parts. Moreover, by providing two water guides, the gap between the top plate and the top plate can be reduced, and the inside of the unsightly strainer can be effectively hidden so that it cannot be seen. Spoons and chopsticks are inadvertently placed inside the strainer. It is also prevented from falling into the provided garbage catching net cage.

In addition, the top plate provided so as to straddle the outer edge also serves as a clue when attaching and detaching the lid, and by holding it, it can be easily attached and detached without applying excessive force to the drain outlet lid. Yes.

In the invention according to claim 2, since the upper surface of the top plate portion is protruded upward from the upper surface of the outer edge portion, even in a sink that is set so that the vicinity of the drainage port becomes low in consideration of drainage performance. The top surface of the top plate can be adjusted to the average bottom surface position of the sink. Therefore, when washing a large pot etc., the bottom can be held more stably and there is an effect that work becomes easy.
