Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a disposable outerwear.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The outer garment is manufactured by cutting the fabric into parts such as the front and back body and the left and right sleeve bodies and stitching these fabrics together. As an example of manufacturing a jacket, a standard size master pattern is created from a style image by a plan drawing method or a three-dimensional cutting method, and pattern grating is performed to enlarge or reduce the master pattern to a large or small size. The pattern of each size and each part made by the pattern grating is placed on the paper and marked so as to reduce the loss as much as possible. The dough is about 10 m long and 20 to 60 sheets are overlaid, and a pattern paper with markings is overlaid thereon, and the dough is cut along the marking lines.

[0014]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a disposable outerwear 1 made by a manufacturing method described later . Jacket 1, and a front and back bodies members 2 and 3 which are secured together, the upper end sides of the armhole 2e of the front and back bodies members 2 and 3, attached to 3e left sleeve member 4. The outer garment 1 has a neck opening 5 which is located between the left and right sleeve members 4 at the upper end of the outer garment 1 so that the head of the wearer 1 can be inserted and removed, and the wearer's torso is inserted at the lower end thereof. A removable skirt opening 6 is formed . In the outerwear 1, the upper end portions of the front and rear body members 2 and 3 excluding the neck opening 5 and the upper end portions of the left and right sleeve members 4 form a pair of shoulders.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the outer garment 1 of FIG. 1, and left and right sleeve members 4 are located on both sides of the front and rear body members 2 and 3. The front and rear body members 2, 3 include left and right side edges 2c, 2d, 3c, 3d extending in the longitudinal direction in parallel with each other, upper and lower end edges 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b extending in the width direction intersecting the longitudinal direction, There are center lines Y1 and Y2 extending in the longitudinal direction by equally dividing the widthwise dimension between the left and right edges 2c, 2d, 3c and 3d. At the upper ends of the front and rear body members 2 and 3, a neck opening 5 is formed which forms an arc in the direction from the upper end edges 2a and 3a to the lower end edges 2b and 3b with the center lines Y1 and Y2 interposed therebetween . Between the neck opening 5 and the left and right side edges 2c, 2d, 3c, 3d , armholes 2e, 3e are formed.
[0016]
The left and right sleeve members 4 have a cylindrical shape and are positioned on the upper end side of the outer garment 1 so that the wearer's arm can be inserted and removed, and are positioned on the lower end side of the outer garment 1 and worn. And a cuff 4b into which a person's hand can be inserted and removed. Each of the left and right sleeve members 4 is a rectangular sheet having left and right side edges extending in the longitudinal direction in parallel with each other and upper and lower end edges extending in the width direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction. The sheets are folded so as to be divided into two equal parts, and the sheets are fixed to each other along the side edges with a slight left and right side edge.
[0017]
In the left and right sleeve members 4, the peripheral edge portions of the sleeve members 4a of the sleeve members 4 are fixed to the peripheral edge portions of the armholes 2e and 3e of the front and rear body members 2 and 3, respectively. The front body member 2 and the back body member 3 are overlapped so that the center lines Y1 and Y2 of the body bodies 2 and 3 coincide with each other, and an upper end portion between the neck opening 5 and the left and right sleeve members 4 is fixed. The left and right side edges 2c, 2d, 3c, 3d of the front and rear body members 2, 3 are fixed along the side edges, leaving a slight amount.
[0018]
Because the left and right side edges 2c, 2d, 3c, 3d of the front and rear body members 2, 3 and the left and right side edges of the left and right sleeve members 4 are fixed in a state of being folded inside the body bodies 2, 3 and the sleeve member 4. (Not shown), the fixing part is not exposed to the outside of the body parts 2, 3 and the sleeve member 4.
[0019]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the disposable outerwear 1 in a mode different from FIG. The rear body member 3 of the outer garment 1 forms a backrest by cutting the upper and lower edges 3a and 3b along the center line Y2 of the back body member 3. [0020]
An elastic member can be attached to the outerwear 1 in an extended state in the width direction of the front and rear body members 2 and 3 and the direction around the cuffs of the left and right sleeve members 4. Since the wearer's torso and arms are tightened by the contraction force of the elastic member, it is possible to prevent the outer jacket 1 from being displaced during wearing.
[0021]
For one or both of the front and rear body members 2, 3 and the left and right sleeve members 4, it is preferable to use a spunbond nonwoven fabric or a melt blown nonwoven fabric formed of thermoplastic fibers. In particular, in order to increase water retention and rigidity, it is preferable to use a spunbond, a point bond, a meltblown nonwoven fabric or the like having a basis weight of 50 to 100 g / m 2 using rayon, nylon, pulp or the like alone or a mixture thereof. As the nonwoven fabric, those having an opening to improve moisture permeability, embossing the nonwoven fabric to form irregularities, and improving cushioning properties or those having stretchability can be used.
[0022]
FIG. 4 is a process diagram showing an example of a method for manufacturing the disposable outerwear 1. In FIG. 4, (1) is a side view of the process, and (2) is a plan view of the process. The description of the back body sheet 3 is omitted from the first step (a) to the fourth step (d) in order to simplify the description. The outer garment 1 is manufactured using a pair of front and rear body members 2 and 3 and a pair of left and right sleeve members 4 having a cylindrical shape in a line having the first to sixth steps (a) to (f). The
[0023]
The front and rear body members 2 and 3 are a pair of sheets having a predetermined width and made of a nonwoven fabric. The sheets include upper and lower surfaces, left and right side edges 2c, 2d, 3c and 3d extending in the longitudinal direction, and left and right side edges. 2c, 2d, 3c, and 3d have a center line Y1 and Y2 extending in the longitudinal direction by equally dividing the dimension in the width direction. The front and rear body sheets 2, 3 have the same dimensions between the left and right side edges 2c, 2d, 3c, 3d.
[0024]
Left and right sleeves member 4 has a predetermined width is obtained by fixing the left and right side edges of these sheets to each other by bending the pair of sheet dimensions of respective widthwise consisting nonwoven to bisects, forward Has a cuff 4a and a cuff 4b at the rear. The front and rear body sheets 2 and 3 and the left and right sleeve members 4 are supplied at the same speed.
[0025]
In the first step (a), the front body sheet 2 and the back body sheet 3 (not shown) are continuously fed forward in the longitudinal direction, the rear body sheet 3 is cut along the center line Y2, and the front and back body sheets This is a step of applying an adhesive to the second and third first fixing areas B1.
[0026]
A 2nd process (b) is a cutting process which cuts off the part of the front body sheet | seat 2 and the back body sheet | seat 3 which is not shown in figure by the neck cutting line S1.
[0027]
The third step (c) is a joining step of sealing each of the left and right sleeve members 4 to the first fixing area B1 of the front body sheet 2.
[0028]
The fourth step (d) is a step of applying an adhesive to the second fixing area B2 between the front body sheet 2 and the back body sheet 3 (not shown).
[0029]
The fifth step (e) is a joining step in which the front body sheet 2 and the back body sheet 3 are sealed in the second fixing area B2, and the left and right sleeve members 4 are sealed in the first fixing area B1 of the back body sheet 3. It is.
[0030]
The sixth step (f) is a cutting step of cutting the front and rear body sheets 2 and 3 along the first cutting line S2 and the second cutting line S3.
[0031]
Although not shown, the movement of the front and rear body sheets 2 and 3 to each step (a) to (f) is performed by a roll rotated by a driving device. The left and right sleeve members 4 are moved by a roll that is rotated by a driving device or a transmission band that is circulated by the driving device.
[0032]
In the first step (a), the front body sheet 2 wound around the winding roll 100 is continuously supplied forward in the longitudinal direction. The front body sheet 2 is extended in the width direction intersecting the center line Y1 between the left and right side edges 2c and 2d by the adhesive application device 101 disposed on the downstream side of the winding roll 100. An adhesive is applied to the first fixing area B1. The first fixing region B1 is inclined so as to gradually approach a virtual line Y3 extending orthogonally to the center line Y1 as it goes forward in the longitudinal direction, but may extend in parallel to the virtual line Y3.
[0033]
In the second step (b), the cutting device 102 causes the portion 5 of the front body sheet 2 to move toward the left and right side edges 2c and 2d across the center line Y1 of the front body sheet 2 on the first fixing area B1. It is cut off at a cutting line S1 around the neck that draws a convex trajectory.
[0034]
In the third step (c), the pair of left and right sleeve members 4 are supplied forward in the longitudinal direction at predetermined intervals. Each of the left and right sleeve members 4 is placed on the upper surface of the front body sheet 2 and between the center line Y1 and the left and right side edges 2c and 2d. At this time, the peripheral edge of the sleeve 4a of the left and right sleeve members 4 is located on the first fixing area B1 extending on both sides of the neck cutting line S1 of the front body sheet 2, and the adhesive applied to the first fixing area B1 Each of the left and right sleeve members 4 is fixed to the front body sheet 2 via the sleeve. When the transmission band is used, the left and right sleeve members 4 are separated from the transmission band by a transfer device having a vacuum means and placed on the upper surface of the front body sheet 2.
[0035]
In the fourth step (d), the adhesive is applied to the second fixing area B2 extending along the left and right side edges 2c and 2d of the upper surface of the front body sheet 2 by the adhesive application device 103.
[0036]
In the fifth step (e), the front body sheet 2 and the back body sheet 3 are formed so that the center lines Y1 and Y2 of the sheets 2 and 3 and the first fixing area B1 coincide with each other. The upper surface and the lower surface of the back body sheet 3 are overlapped. The front body sheet 2 and the back body sheet 3 are fixed to each other via an adhesive applied to the second fixing region B2 of the sheets 2 and 3. On the lower surface of the back body sheet 3, the peripheral edge portions of the sleeves 4 a of the left and right sleeve members 4 are fixed through an adhesive applied to the first fixing region B 1 of the back body sheet 3.
[0037]
In FIG. 4, the back body sheet 3 that joins in the fifth step (e) is coated with an adhesive in the first fixing area B1 of the back body sheet 3 in the first step, like the front body sheet 2, The back body sheet 3 is cut along the center line Y2. In the first step, the cutting of the back body sheet 3 can be omitted. In the second step, the portion 5 of the back body sheet 3 is cut off along the neck cutting line S1, and in the fourth step (d), the second adhering extending along the left and right side edges 3c, 3d of the lower surface of the back body sheet 3. An adhesive is applied to the area B2. The adhesive is applied to both the front body sheet 2 and the back body sheet 3, but may be applied to only one of the front and back body sheets 2 and 3. Thereby, a part of process of apply | coating an adhesive agent can be skipped.
[0038]
In the sixth step (f), the cutting device 104 causes the front and rear body sheets 2, 3 to pass through the inside of the neck cutting line S1 between the left and right side edges 2c, 2d, 3c, 3d, and to the front of the first fixing area B1. A first cutting line S2 extending in the width direction along the vicinity and a second cutting line S3 extending in the width direction between the left and right side edges 2c, 2d, 3c, 3d behind the cuffs 4b of the left and right sleeve members 4 are cut off. It is done.
[0039]
The outer garment 1 immediately after manufacturing after these processes is the upper garment 1 because the upper surface of the front body sheet 2 and the lower surface of the back body sheet 3 that form the outer surface of the outer garment 1 are located inside the outer garment 1. It is possible to prevent foreign matter from adhering to the outer surface of the outer garment 1 when the bag is stored in a small bag or package. When wearing the outer garment 1, the outer garment 1 is turned over so that the upper surface of the front body sheet 2 and the lower surface of the rear body sheet 3 are on the front side.
[0040]
For joining the front and rear body sheets 2 and 3 and the left and right sleeve members 4, an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive or an adhesive can be used. Such joining may be performed continuously or intermittently. For cutting the sheets 2 and 3, a cutting technique using a laser beam or ultrasonic waves can be used in addition to using a cutting die.
[0041]
In this system, the productivity of the outer garment 1 is improved by continuously and automatically automating the first step (a) to the sixth step (f). Although not shown in the steps (a) to (f) for smooth automation, when the front and rear body sheets 2 and 3 are overlapped with each other, the center lines Y1 and Y2 of the sheets 2 and 3 respectively. When the supply speeds of the front and rear body sheets 2 and 3 and the left and right sleeve members 4 are different from the preset speed, the deviation of the center lines Y1 and Y2 is corrected, or the supply speed is corrected to the set speed. Control means is provided.
[0042]
It is preferable to provide the control means for correcting the deviation between the center lines Y1 and Y2 between the winding roll 100 and the adhesive application device 101 in the first step (a).
[0043]
In order to embody these control means, as an example, an optical measuring device formed by a light projecting unit and a light receiving unit, a rotational speed measuring device for measuring the rotational speed of the roll, and these measuring devices are connected. The control device, the movable device 105 and the driving device connected to the control device are used.
[0044]
The memory of the control device stores a program that realizes the optimum operating environment of the system. The program has a correlation between the shift size of the side edge of the sheet and the control amount with respect to the shift size for correcting the shift size, and the correlation between the rotation speed of the driving device for rotating the roll and the sheet supply speed. Stored. Further, a deviation allowable value and a set speed are stored in advance. When the system is operating, a program is started under the control of the OS and a predetermined task is executed. Measurement results are input to the control device in real time from the optical measurement device and the rotational speed measurement device.
[0045]
In the first step (a), the light projecting unit and the light receiving unit of the optical measuring device are sandwiched from above and below one side edge of the front body sheet 2 and one side edge of the back body sheet 3 from above and below. Place them facing each other. The rotational speed measuring device is attached to the roll driving device in the first step (a) and the second step (b), the roll driving device mounted inside the cutting device, and the transmission band driving device. ing.
[0046]
Light is emitted from the light projecting unit of the optical measuring device toward the light receiving unit based on the pulse signal generated by the control device. The irradiation range of the light emitted from the light projecting unit has a predetermined area, and light that passes through the outside of the side edges of the sheets 2 and 3 without being shielded by the sheets 2 and 3 is directly incident on the light receiving unit. .
[0047]
In the control device, for example, when the amount of electricity when the light emitted from the light projecting unit is converted to electricity is 100%, the amount of electricity shielded by the side edges of the sheets 2 and 3 is 40 to 40. A range in which the amount of electricity of light incident on the light receiving unit is 50% to 60% is recognized as a normal value. When the side edges of the sheets 2 and 3 are displaced, the amount of electricity input to the control device changes. When the amount of electricity exceeds 50 to 60%, the control device determines that the sheets 2 and 3 are displaced. When the control device determines that there is a deviation, it outputs a control signal for correcting the deviation to the movable device.
[0048]
The movable device 105 is rotated while pressing at least one of the surfaces of the sheets 2 and 3 either up or down to move the sheets 2 and 3 on the peripheral surface thereof, and the movable roll reciprocates in the width direction. A motor to be moved. The motor can reciprocate the movable roll in the width direction, and at the same time can swing one end up or down with the central portion of the movable roll as a fulcrum. The movable device 105 moves the movable roll by a predetermined dimension based on the control amount from the control device. When the movable roll moves, the sheets 2 and 3 moving on the peripheral surface thereof are shifted in the moving direction of the movable roll. By shifting the sheets 2 and 3, the positions of the sheets 2 and 3 can be corrected. If the control device determines that the deviation cannot be corrected, the control device can also stop the system.
[0049]
The control device controls the rotation speed of each drive device so that the rotation speed of each roll is synchronized, and so that the rotation speed of each roll is synchronized with the moving speed of the transmission band. The rotational speed of the driving device can be either the rotational speed control method or the power control method, or a combination thereof.
[0050]
