Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tent having a configuration in which a wire rod is stretched on the top of a column member, and a bundle member is erected on the intersecting wire rod to support a curtain.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For large tents with a column spacing of 6 m or more, the structure of the roof is particularly important. Generally, a hut is formed with a truss or the like, and a curtain is attached to this.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a large tent with such a structure is suitable for long-term construction because the framework is solid, but it is an excessive component structure when used for temporary construction, and a rigid framework. Since there was support for the curtain, there was a drawback that the curtain would become slack. That is, the curtain unfolds from the top of the hut to cover the beam material provided between the pillars. However, since the curtain is simply configured to lock the curtain in place, no tension is applied to the curtain. When the curtain was slackened, rainwater could accumulate in the area, causing rain leakage.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a tent that has a simple structure even in a large tent, is less likely to sag in a curtain, and has no risk of rain leakage. In addition, the vibration of the roofing material due to wind pressure is small, the installation work is not large and can be set up and withdrawn by few workers, the ratio of short side to long side can be changed, and the wire is also of a considerably large size The purpose is to provide a tent that can be tensioned.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a tent of the present invention includes four column members that fix a trident end joint to a top portion, a beam member that mutually connects the end joints of adjacent column members, and a diagonal line In a tent including a wire rod that is stretched with a tension adjusting member interposed between upper end joints, and a bundle member that stands up and contractably on a crossed wire rod and supports a curtain , the end joint is A tube that can be inserted through the wire and fixed at one end when stretched and released from the fixed state when the tent is removed is projected, and the bundle is pivotally supported at the tip of each tube to support the curtain. It has four diagonal members concentrated on a short column that hangs down from a member or a curtain support member, and this short column is characterized in that the lower end is supported at a wire rod crossing portion .
[0006]
A wire rod is attached to a diagonal line connecting the column members and supported while pushing up the curtain with a bundle member. The lower end of the curtain is supported on the beam member at the same time as the lower end of the bundle member is supported at a tensioned wire rod intersection. Since the wire is elastically movable up and down, a constant tension can always be applied to the curtain via the bundle, and after the tension is applied, a sufficient tension is applied to the wire by using the tension adjusting member. And the curtain is less likely to sag.
[0007]
Further, since the bundle material can be expanded and contracted, the height of the bundle material can be changed according to the tension of the wire. That is, until the column beam is completely fixed, the height of the bundle is lowered so that it can cope with the loose state of the wire, and after the box-shaped frame of the column beam is formed, a curtain is attached to the end of the bundle At the same time, if the wire is stretched to a predetermined length and then the tension of the wire is adjusted, the installation becomes easy.
[0009]
One end of the tube is fixed to the end joint when the wire is stretched, and the fixed state is released when the tent is withdrawn. The length of the tube is appropriately determined in consideration of the angle of the diagonal material constituting the bundle and the vibration of the short column. When setting up, first, a wire rod is attached to the end joint to connect the column member and the beam member to form a box-shaped frame, and then the tube is fixed to the end joint to adjust the tension of the wire rod.
[0010]
Since the tubular body is fixed to the end joint, the amplitude at the distal end of the tubular body is suppressed even when a load is applied to the wire through the bundle. Accordingly, since the wire rod can substantially swing between the opposing pipes, an upward tension is applied to the curtain supported by the short column and the diagonal member, but the vibration of the roof material due to the wind pressure is reduced.
[0011]
The end joint of the tent according to claim 2 , wherein a hook is protruded in a recess that accommodates the end of the wire so that the tension angle can be changed, and the rear end of the tubular body is arranged in front of the hook according to the tension angle. And a plate body to be locked.
[0012]
If the lengths of adjacent beams are different, the wire tension angle may swing from 45 degrees. However, by forming a large recess to accommodate the end of the wire, the linearity of the wire is ensured and the safety of the member is increased. Increase sex.
[0013]
The end joint of the tent according to claim 3 , further comprising a direction changing portion capable of changing the direction of the wire to extend to a latching portion provided at a lower end of at least one column member, and the wire is in the vicinity of the latching portion. And a removable wire winding device. The wire has at least a diagonal length and a length from one column upper portion to the hooking portion, and when the end of the wire is pulled down to the hooking portion, the diagonal material is pushed upward together with the curtain.
[0014]
The wire of the wire winding device is attached to the wire, and the wire is pulled by pulling the wire, and the lower end is easily pulled down to the latching portion. The wire take-up device is locked to the wire only when it is set up and withdrawn, so that unnecessary protrusions are not provided on the tent pillar.
[0015]
When removing the tent, remove the end of the wire from the hook, and remove the tube from the end joint while loosening the wire. When the diagonal material is lowered, the curtain is removed, and the beam material is pulled out from the end joint, the four pillar materials can be assembled together with the wire material and the bundle material folded in the center.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the tent when the curtain is omitted, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the end joint, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the main part of the bundle with a part omitted. The tent 1 includes four column members 2, a three-pronged end joint 3 that fits into the top of the column member 2, a beam member 4 that connects the adjacent end joints 3 to each other, and diagonal ends. Wire rods 5 stretched between the joints 3, and bundle members 7 that stand on the crossing wire rods 5 and support the curtain 6.
[0017]
On the upper surface of the end joint 3, a recess 3a for accommodating the ring 5a at the end of the wire rod is provided, and a hook 3b is projected from the center thereof, and a fan-shaped plate body 3c jumps out in front of the hook 3b. A plurality of bolt holes 3d for locking the rear end of the pipe body through which the wire 5 is inserted are formed in the plate body 3c. The bolt hole 3d is appropriately selected according to the tension angle of the wire 5 and fixed using the fastener 8a.
[0018]
The bundle member 7 includes a short column 10 that hangs down from the curtain support member 9, and four diagonal members 11 that are foldably supported at the tip of each tube body 8 and concentrated on the short column 10. The diagonal member 11 is hinge-coupled to a connecting member 8b provided at the distal end of the tube 8 and a connecting member 10a protruding from the short column 10, respectively. The short column 10 can be expanded and contracted by the presence of the joint portion 10 b, and the lower end 10 c is located at the intersecting portion 5 b of the wire 5. A turnbuckle 12 as a tension adjusting member is interposed between the wires 5.
[0019]
When the tent 1 is set up, the column material 2 and the beam material 4 are first connected to form a box-shaped frame. At this time, the wire material 5 is loosened and the tube 8 is not fixed. In addition, the height of the bundling material 7 is made low so that the wire 5 can cope with the loose state. After the box-shaped frame is formed, the curtain 6 is attached, and at the same time, the short column 10 is extended to a predetermined length, and then the turnbuckle is turned on. 12 is used to adjust the tension of the wire 5.
[0020]
Since the concave portion 3a of the end joint 3 is widened, the tension angle of the wire 5 can be swung in the direction of, for example, 30 degrees or 60 degrees while maintaining linearity. Therefore, it is possible to cope with the case where the length of the adjacent beam member 4 is changed.
[0021]
Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a perspective view at the time of assembling the tent in which the curtain of another embodiment is omitted. A tube body 108 is detachably attached to the end joint 103 of the tent 101. The wire 105 hangs down along one pillar 102 through a direction changing portion 109 provided in the end joint 103 and extends to a latching portion 110 provided at the lower end.
[0022]
The bundle member 107 includes four diagonal members 112 concentrated on the curtain support member 111 and a short column 113. A shimler 115, which is a wire winding device, is detachably attached in the vicinity of the hooking portion 110. Further, a jack base 116 whose height is adjustable is provided at the lower end of the column member 102.
[0023]
The end joint 103 is provided with a cylindrical projection 117 that fits into the tube 108 at the corner. The cylindrical protrusion 117 and the tube 108 can be separated or fixed by inserting and removing the pin 118. The direction changing unit 109 changes the direction of the wire 105 along the column 102 by the pulley 109a and the guide 109b. In the other end joint 103 opposing on the diagonal line shown in FIG. 7, a stopper 119 is fixed to the end of the wire 105 and is locked on the back surface of the cylindrical protrusion 117.
[0024]
As shown in the enlarged sectional view of FIG. 8, the wire 105 that hangs down along the column member 102 hooks the tip annular portion 105 b on the hook 110 a of the hook portion 110. The hook 110 is formed with a recess 110c for accommodating the handle 116a of the jack base 116 on the lower surface of the main body 110b penetrating into the column member 102, and a bolt shaft of the jack base 116 is formed in a hole 110d drilled in the center thereof. 116b is inserted.
[0025]
The hooking portion 110 is fixed to the column member 102 by a bolt 110e so that it cannot be separated from the jack base 116 by a plate 110f attached to the lower surface of the main body 110b. Since the jack base 116 is fixed to the base 120 with the pins 116c, the jack base 116 can be supported even when a lifting pressure is applied to the column member 102.
[0026]
The shimmer 115 attaches a fastener 115b provided at the end of the winding wire 115a to an appropriate position of the wire 105, and hooks the locking member 115c at the other end to the lower end of the column member 102. When the winding wire 115a is wound around the drum 115e by operating the handle 115d, the wire 105 can be gradually pulled down.
[0027]
When setting up the tent 101, first, the column member 102 and the beam member 104 are connected to form a box-shaped frame. At this time, as shown in FIG. 9, since the wire 105 is loosened and the tube 108 is not fixed, the wire 105 hangs down in a substantially U shape at the center, and the tube 108 is also directed downward. Further, the diagonal member 112 pivotably supported at the tip of the tube body 108 is bent upward with respect to the tube body 108, but the curtain support member 111 on the upper portion is positioned at substantially the same height as the column member 102. .
[0028]
Here, the curtain 106 is attached to the curtain support member 111. Next, the fastener 115b of the shimmer 115 is attached to the wire 105, and the winding operation is started. The wire 105 is gradually pulled down and the tip annular portion 105b is hooked on the hook 110a. At this time, the wire 105 is horizontal on the diagonal line, and the diagonal member 112 is pushed upward together with the curtain 106. In other words, the curtain 106 can be deployed upward without using a crane or the like.
[0029]
The tube body 108 is fitted into the cylindrical protrusion 117 of the end joint 3, and the pin 118 is inserted and fixed. The turn buckle 114 is used to adjust the tension of the wire 105 so that the lower end of the short column 113 is supported by the strained wire intersection 105b and at the same time the lower four edges of the curtain 106 are locked to the beam 104.
[0030]
In the case of withdrawal, the fastener 115b of the shimler 115 is attached to the wire member 105 again, the wire member 105 is pulled down once, the tip annular portion 105b is removed from the hook 110a, and this time the tube body 108 is removed from the end joint 103 while gradually loosening. Remove. When the diagonal member 112 is lowered to remove the curtain 106 and the beam member 104 is pulled out from the end joint 103, the four column members 102 fold the wire 105 and the bundle member 107 in the center via the end joint 103. You can gather together.
[0031]
In addition, although the wire material of the tent demonstrated above was the length extended | stretched from one pillar upper part to a latching | locking part, you may extend | stretch to both pillars. In this case, a direction changing portion is provided at each end joint.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the tent of the present invention includes a bundle member that stands upright on an intersecting wire and supports the curtain, so that a constant tension can always be applied to the curtain via the bundle member. In addition, by using the tension adjusting member after stretching, a sufficient tension can be applied to the wire, and the curtain is less likely to be slack. Further, since the bundle material can be expanded and contracted, the height of the bundle material can be changed according to the tension of the wire material, and the installation becomes easy.
[0033]
In addition, the tent of the present invention has a tubular body projecting so as to be detachable by inserting a wire and a slanting material pivotally supported at the tip of the tubular body so that the wire can swing between opposing tubular bodies. The vibration of the roofing material due to wind pressure is reduced.
[0034]
The end joint of the tent according to claim 2 ensures the linearity of the wire even when the lengths of adjacent beam members are different by forming a large recess for accommodating the end of the wire, thereby improving the safety of the member. Can be increased.
[0035]
Since the tent according to claim 3 has a wire that can be extended to a latching portion provided at the lower end of at least one column member, the curtain can be pushed up by lowering the wire. Further, since a removable wire winding device is provided in the vicinity of the latching portion, the wire can be easily pulled down to the latching portion. Further, since the wire winding device can be locked to the wire only at the time of installation and withdrawal, there are no unnecessary protrusions in the tent.
