Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for refreshing a soundproof wall installed along a highway or the like, and more specifically, a simple method using a hole in a perforated plate or a slanted plate portion of a rough plate constituting the soundproof wall. A refresh method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The sound barriers installed along highways and the like are exposed to the exhaust gas of the car and the direct sunlight etc. due to long-term use, and the white ones become extremely dirty and darkened. Therefore, it is desirable to refresh those that are very dirty, but it is practically difficult to clean and repaint the soundproof wall surface for a long time while the car is traveling at high speed on the road. Dismantling and re-installing the sound barrier itself not only generates a large amount of waste, but is also uneconomical.
In addition, since the porous plate on the surface of the soundproof wall is a holding member for the sound absorbing material filled in the soundproof wall, it is very complicated to replace only the porous plate on the surface, and the construction period is long. There is a possibility of becoming.
On the other hand, both ends of existing sound barriers are held by pillar members, but it has been pointed out that this row of pillar members may adversely affect the driver's high-speed operation. It is desirable to solve this problem.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is intended to provide a method for refreshing a soundproof wall that solves such a problem. Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is simple and inexpensive due to short-term construction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for refreshing a soundproof wall without generating waste.
Another technical problem of the present invention is to provide a method for refreshing a soundproof wall that can be easily and quickly constructed using holes in a perforated plate of an existing soundproof wall or an inclined plate portion of a slab. is there.
Another technical problem of the present invention is that, at the same time as the refreshing of the soundproof wall, the column of soundproof column members that may adversely affect high-speed driving due to fatigue of the eyes of the driver enters the driver's field of view. The object is to propose a method for refreshing the soundproof wall.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the sound barrier refreshing method of the present invention is applied to the hole edge of the porous plate on the surface of the existing sound barrier. And a spacer portion for ensuring a space between the surface of the perforated plate and the new perforated plate provided to cover the surface of the soundproof wall. The locking tool is locked, and on the surface of the existing porous plate by the locking tool Above the above interval A new perforated plate is fixed, or on the inclined plate portion of the existing soundproof wall surface And a spacer portion for ensuring a space between the surface of the board and the new porous plate provided to cover the surface of the soundproof wall. A locking tool is locked, and between the surface of the existing armor plate by the locking tool. Above interval Put the above A new porous plate is fixed.
[0005]
The sound barrier refreshing method having the above-described configuration is performed by fixing a new porous plate to the porous plate or the slab plate on the surface of the existing sound barrier using a locking tool. Or, compared to replacing the perforated plate on the surface of the soundproof wall, the work is much easier, and the work can be done very quickly, so the refresh work can be completed in a short period of time. It is possible and economical because there is no waste.
[0006]
Moreover, the above-described method of attaching the new porous plate using the holes of the porous plate on the surface of the existing soundproof wall or the inclined plate portion of the baffle plate pre-processes the existing porous plate or the like for mounting the new porous plate. There is no need, so the work on the highway can be minimized only by fixing the new perforated plate. Furthermore, in the above-described method for refreshing the soundproof wall, the new porous plate can be easily replaced again by making it possible to remove the fixing of the new porous plate from the locking tool.
[0007]
In these sound insulation wall refreshing methods, the fixing of the new perforated plate to the locking device can be made detachable, and the reinforcement for maintaining the flatness of the plate surface on the side facing the existing sound insulation wall is possible. It is possible to use a new perforated plate that can be thinned by providing a material.
Further, in the refreshing method of the present invention, it is possible to use a new perforated plate in which bent portions are formed by bending at least both edges in the width direction. In this case, both ends of the existing soundproof wall are held and adjacent to each other. By fitting the bent portion of the adjacent new porous plate between the column members used for the interconnection of the soundproof walls, the new porous plate is mounted between the column members, or the adjacent soundproof wall on the column member The column member can be concealed by making the bent portions of the ends of the new porous plate fixed to the respective porous plates face each other.
Furthermore, in the refreshing method of the present invention, a new perforated plate in which an edge is bent and a protruding portion parallel to the plate surface is formed on the edge is used, and the peripheral edge of the new porous plate is provided by the protruding portion on the existing soundproof wall. Can be fixed to.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a sound barrier refreshing method according to the present invention. The locking member 10 is locked to the hole edge 4 of the hole 3 in the porous plate 2 on the surface of the existing soundproof wall 1, and the new porous plate 5 is placed on the surface of the existing porous plate 2 by the locking tool 10. Shows the case of mounting.
[0009]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the sound barrier 1 is provided between a porous plate 2 having a large number of holes 3 located on the front surface side and an outer plate 8 located on the back surface side. The sound-absorbing material 7 made of glass wool or the like for soundproofing is filled in the gap, and the noise incident from the hole 3 of the perforated plate 2 is absorbed by the sound-absorbing material and is not leaked to the outside by the outer plate. It has been done.
The structure of the soundproof wall 1 is not limited to that described above, and any structure having the perforated plate 2 can be used.
[0010]
The soundproof wall 1 is erected on the side of the highway at intervals corresponding to the width of the soundproof wall 1, holds both ends of the soundproof wall 1, and serves to interconnect adjacent soundproof walls 1. It is installed between the column members 9 and 9.
The column member 9 is generally formed in a substantially H-shaped cross section, and the soundproof wall can be installed by fitting the edge in the width direction of the soundproof wall 1 into the groove 9a of the column member 9. it can.
[0011]
The new porous plate 5 covers the surface of the porous plate 2 of the soundproof wall 1 and renews its appearance. In this embodiment, the porous plate of the soundproof wall 1 has the same appearance as the existing one. 2 having the same shape as hole 2 is used. Note that the holes of the new porous plate 5 do not necessarily have the same shape as the existing porous plate 2, and any shape having a certain degree of correspondence with the holes 3 of the existing porous plate 2 should be used. Can do.
[0012]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface of the new porous plate 5 facing the existing soundproof wall 1 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section extending in the width direction or height direction of the new porous plate 5. The reinforcing material 13 can be attached to a plurality of locations.
The reinforcing member 13 reinforces the plate surface of the new porous plate 5 so as not to bend and maintains the flatness of the new porous plate 5 to be thin. It is composed of a connecting portion 13a connected to the plate 5 and a pair of legs 13b, 13b provided at both ends in the width direction of the connecting portion 13a. The connection between the new porous plate 5 and the connecting portion 13a is as follows: Although it is performed by screwing from the new porous plate 5 side, it is not limited thereto. In this case, the holes may be fixed using the holes 6 of the new porous plate 5.
The pair of leg portions 13b, 13b has a width that allows the front end portion of the pair of leg portions 13b and 13b to contact the porous plate 2 of the soundproof wall 1 when the new porous plate 5 is fixed to the soundproof wall 1. Even if the perforated plate 5 is blown with wind or the like, the bending can be more effectively suppressed, and the soundproof wall 1 can be more stably fixed.
[0013]
2, the reinforcing material 13 is attached to a plurality of locations of the new porous plate 5. However, the reinforcing material 13 may be attached to any location of the new porous plate 5 in an arbitrary direction. Yes, or not at all.
Further, the reinforcing plate 13 is not limited to a substantially U-shaped cross section, and may have any cross-sectional shape such as a substantially H-shaped or L-shaped cross section. When attaching to a location, you may mix things of arbitrary cross-sectional shapes.
In addition, the connection between the new porous plate 5 and the connecting portion 13a is not limited to screwing, but can be connected to each other by various means such as hammering from the new porous plate 5 side or connection by adhesion.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5 or FIG. 6, the new porous plate 5 is provided with a bent portion 5a in which both edges in the width direction are bent, and the strength of the new porous plate 5 against an external force such as bending is improved. Can be planned. In addition, this bending part 5a can be provided also in the both-ends edge of a height direction.
[0015]
The surface of the new porous plate 5 may be coated with various types of catalysts such as titanium dioxide, thereby removing nitrogen oxides in the air by the action of the activated catalyst. Further, the surface of the new porous plate 5 can be made hydrophilic by the above catalyst, and the attached dirt can be washed with rain water or the like.
[0016]
The locking tool 10 includes a spacer member 11 for securing a certain distance between the existing porous plate 2 and the new porous plate 5, and the porous plate 5 and the spacer member 11 through the holes 6 of the new porous plate 5. And a fixing member 12 for fixing the plate to the existing perforated plate 2.
[0017]
The spacer member 11 is provided at one end of the spacer main body 11a having a substantially U-shaped cross section and at one end of the spacer main body 11a. The spacer member 11 is hooked on the hole edge 4 of the hole 3 of the existing perforated plate 2 and the spacer member 11 is inserted into the hole. A pair of locking pieces 11b, 11b to be locked to the hole edge 4 of 3 and insertion holes 11c, 11c for allowing a part of the fixing member 12 to be inserted and reaching the hole 3 of the existing porous plate 2; It is equipped with.
The locking pieces 11b and 11b are respectively locked in the adjacent holes 3 and 3 in the existing porous plate 2, and the insertion holes 11c and 11c are located on the other holes 3 of the existing porous plate 2. It is configured as follows.
[0018]
The fixing member 12 is engaged with the surface of the new porous plate 5 and the back side of the existing porous plate 2, and the new porous plate 5 and the porous plate 2 are connected with the spacer member 11 interposed therebetween. To do.
The fixing member 12 of this embodiment includes a movable portion 12b having a male screw cut at the tip of the fixing member 12, a hole 6 of the new porous plate 5, the insertion holes 11c and 11c of the spacer member 11, and the existing porous plate 2. By tightening the screw 12a in a state of being inserted into the hole 3, the movable portion 12b moves in the screw head direction, and the plurality of locking portion pieces 12c are erected, and the diameter is increased. The new perforated plate 5, the spacer member 11, and the perforated plate 2 can be fixed to each other by the engaging piece 12 c and the washer member 12 d on the screw head side.
[0019]
The fixing member 12 is not limited to the above-described member, and a commercially available member generally referred to as “post-installed anchor” suitable for fixing to various plate materials from the outside can be used. For example, as shown in FIG. 4A, the locking piece 112c connected by the spring 112d is inserted into the hole 3 of the perforated plate 2 in the state of being tilted in the insertion direction as shown by the chain line, and the screw 112a is engaged. When the screw 212a is screwed into the fixing member 112 having a structure for holding the locking piece 112c in an upright state (solid line position) by tightening to the stop piece 112c, as shown in FIG. A pair of locking parts that have been pressed and fallen can be used, such as a fixing member 212 having a structure in which 212c and 212c open on both sides.
The fixing members 12, 112, and 212 are preferably configured so that the locking pieces 12c, 112c, and 212c can be raised and lowered, whereby the fixing of the new porous plate 5 to the locking tool 10 can be released. Therefore, the dirty new perforated plate 5 can be replaced, and there is an advantage that the renewal work of the soundproof wall 1 can be easily performed.
[0020]
In the method of refreshing the soundproof wall having the above-described configuration, first, the spacer member 11 is sequentially engaged with the hole edges 4 of the plurality of holes 3 of the perforated plate 2 in the existing soundproof wall 1, and then the new perforated plate 5. , The fixing member 12 and the like are inserted from the corresponding holes 6 of the new porous plate 5 into the insertion holes 11c and 11c of the spacer member 11 and the holes 3 of the existing porous plate 2, respectively. The new perforated plate 5 is fixed to the perforated plate 2 by tightening the screws 12a in sequence to erect the locking portion pieces 12c and 12c. In this case, the spacer member 11 is positioned so as not to interfere with the reinforcing material 13 of the new porous plate 5 when the new porous plate 5 is fixed to the porous plate 2.
[0021]
When the new porous plate 5 is installed, as shown in FIG. 5, these column members 9 are fitted by fitting the bent portions 5 a of the new porous plate 5 between the column members 9 and 9 in the existing soundproof wall 1. , 9 so that the new porous plate 5 hardly protrudes, or as shown in FIG. 6, the column member 9 in the existing soundproof wall 1 is attached to each porous plate 2 of the adjacent soundproof walls 1, 1. , 2 can be fixed so as to conceal the bent portions 5a, 5a of the respective new porous plates 5, 5 facing each other and abutting each other.
[0022]
Thus, the surface of the existing soundproof wall 1 is covered with the new porous plate 5, and the appearance of the surface of the soundproof wall 1 is renewed. In this case, the new porous plate 5 is fixed to the existing soundproof wall. Since it is performed using the locking tool 10 that utilizes the holes 3 of the porous plate 2 on the surface of the existing soundproof wall 1, the soundproof wall is cleaned or repainted or the porous plate on the surface of the soundproof wall is replaced. The construction work is very easy, so that the construction work can be carried out very quickly, so that the refreshing work can be completed in a short period of time, and it is economical because there is no waste. is there.
[0023]
Further, by concealing the pillar member 9 of the existing soundproof wall 1 by the new perforated plate 5, not only the appearance of the entire soundproof wall is further improved, but also the pillar member enters the field of view of a driver traveling on the highway. Therefore, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the column member 9 flickers during driving and eye fatigue interferes with driving.
[0024]
In the first embodiment, the spacer member 11 of the locking tool 10 is locked by hooking the pair of locking pieces 11b, 11b to the hole edge 4 of the hole 3 of the existing porous plate 2, Any means such as adhesion can be used as long as the spacer member 11 can be held at the hole edge. Further, when the spacer member 11 is fixed to the perforated plate 2 by appropriate means such as locking or bonding, a screw thread is provided in each of the insertion holes 11c, 11c of the spacer member 11, and the fixing member 12 as described above is provided. Instead, a simple screw or bolt may be used.
The spacer member 11 can be omitted when it is not necessary to provide a gap between the existing porous plate 2 and the new porous plate 5.
[0025]
Moreover, in the said 1st Example, although the reinforcement material 13 of the new porous board 5 is connected only with this new porous board 5, as shown in FIG. The connecting portion 14a includes a leg portion 14b provided at one end of the connecting portion 14a, and a second connecting portion 14c provided on the distal end side of the leg portion 14b and abutting against the porous plate 2 of the existing soundproof wall 1. You may make it connect the 2nd connection part 14c and the perforated panel 2 further using the reinforcement board 14. FIG. In this case, the connection between the second connecting portion of the reinforcing plate 14 and the perforated plate 2 eliminates the need to make a hole in the existing soundproof wall 1 or add some processing, so that the fixing member 11 of the locking tool 10 is not necessary. It is desirable to carry out in the same manner as in the case of the fixing member 11 by using a post-construction anchor of the same type as the above.
[0026]
Further, in the first embodiment, at least at each edge in the lateral direction, as shown in FIGS. 2, 5, and 6, a shape bent so that the tip of each edge is directed to the inside of the new porous plate 5. The new perforated plate 5 provided with the bent portion 5a is fixed to the existing soundproof wall 1 in a manner as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and the bent portion 5a having such a shape is provided. Instead of the new porous plate 5, as shown in FIG. 8 (A) or (B), using the new porous plate 15, 16 in which the edge is bent to form protrusions 15a, 16a parallel to the plate surface, You may make it fix the periphery of the new perforated plates 15 and 16 to the existing soundproof wall by these protrusion parts 15a and 16a.
[0027]
That is, the new perforated plate 15 shown in FIG. 8 (A) is bent at both ends in the lateral direction at right angles to the plate surface on the side facing the existing soundproof wall, and at the tip side of the new perforated plate 15. The protruding portion 15a is formed by further bending so as to be parallel to the plate surface of the porous plate 15 and facing outward. On the other hand, the new perforated plate 16 shown in FIG. 8B is formed with a bent portion 16b similar to that of the first embodiment on one end edge side in the axial direction and opposed to the existing soundproof wall on the other end edge side. The protrusion 16a is formed by bending the tip side of the plate to the side at a right angle and further bending the tip side so as to be parallel to the plate surface of the new porous plate 16 and facing outward. In addition, you may provide the said protrusion parts 15a and 16a in any edge of the height direction of a new porous board 15 and 16, and a horizontal direction.
The protrusions 15a and 16a in the new porous plates 15 and 16 are fixed to the existing soundproof wall by striking the pillars or frame members of the existing soundproof wall from the protrusions 15a and 16a side with the flanges. It can be fixed to a member, or can be fixed to the perforated plate using the above-described fixing member 11 or a post-construction anchor using the holes of the perforated plate of the existing soundproof wall, or can be fixed by any means. .
By using such new perforated plates 15 and 16, it is possible to prevent the edges of the new perforated plate from being turned up for some reason, and to achieve more stable and strong fixing to the existing soundproof wall. it can.
[0028]
In the first embodiment described above, the locking tool 10 is composed of the spacer member 11 and the fixing member 12. However, in the second embodiment shown in FIGS. The plate-like substrate portion 21a is provided with a locking plate 21 provided with a large number of locking projections 21b for hooking on the hole edges 4 of the holes 3 of the porous plate 2 in the existing soundproof wall 1, and the porous plate 2 having the existing tip. And a screw 22 for fixing the new porous plate 5 to the locking plate 21.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 10, the locking plate 21 projects a plurality of locking projections 21b having a substantially L-shaped cross section on a thin plate-like substrate portion 21a having an appropriate length so that the tips are directed in the same direction. The screw holes 21c for screwing the screws are provided between the locking protrusions 21b of the board portion 21a.
The locking protrusions 21b are formed at intervals suitable for the interval between the holes 3 of the existing porous plate 2, and can be formed by punching the substrate portion 21a.
[0030]
In the method of refreshing the soundproof wall having the above-described configuration, first, the respective locking projections 21b of the locking plate 21 are hooked on the hole edges 4 of the plurality of holes 3 of the perforated plate 2 in the existing soundproofing wall 1, and the new The porous plate 5 is fixed by inserting the screw rod 22a of the screw 22 from the hole 6 of the new porous plate 5 and screwing the screw rod 22a into the screw hole 21c of the locking plate 21.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, by tightening the screw 22, the tip of the screw rod 22a of the screw 22 presses the existing porous plate 2, and the substrate portion 21a of the locking plate 21 is screwed by the screw hole 21c. 22, the locking protrusion 21 b is pressed against the hole edge 4 of the porous plate 2 while an appropriate space is formed between the porous plate 2 and the new porous plate 5. Therefore, the installation of the new perforated plate 5 becomes strong.
Further, a plurality of the locking plates 21 are used for fixing one new porous plate 5, and the leading end direction of the locking projection 21 b of each locking plate is set to the locking direction of the other locking plate 21. By locking to the existing perforated plate 2 in a direction different from the protrusion 21b, it is possible to achieve a stronger and more reliable fixing.
[0031]
In the second embodiment, the locking plate 21 constituting the locking tool 20 is provided with a plurality of locking protrusions 21b. However, as shown in FIG. 11, only one locking protrusion 21b is provided. Even in this case, the same effect can be obtained by using the same usage method as the locking plate 21 of the second embodiment.
In addition, since the other structure in FIG.9 and FIG.10 has no place different from the said 1st Example, it attaches | subjects the same code | symbol and abbreviate | omits those description.
[0032]
FIGS. 12 to 14 show a third embodiment of the present invention. The sound barrier refreshing method of this embodiment is based on the inclined plate portion 32a of the rough plate 32 on the surface of the existing sound barrier 31 and the locking member 35. FIG. And a new porous plate 33 made of a similar plate is fixed with a small space between the surface of the existing plate 32 and the locking member 35.
[0033]
The existing soundproof wall 31 is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, but uses a plate 32 instead of the porous plate 2 on the surface.
The armor plate 32 is formed by integrally forming a plurality of inclined plate portions 32a protruding forward and inclined in the same direction, and each of the inclined plate portions 32a has a long hole 32b. is there.
[0034]
In this embodiment, the new porous plate 33 has the same shape as the existing armor plate 32. However, the new porous plate 33 is not necessarily provided in the existing porous plate 33. Good board 32 It is not necessary to have the same shape as the above, and that an arbitrary shape can be used, and that the bent portion may be formed by bending both edges in the width direction and the height direction of the new porous plate 33. The same as in the first embodiment.
[0035]
The said locking tool 35 attaches using the inclined board part 32a of the existing board 32, the 1st locking piece 37 applied from the surface side of the inclined board part 32a, and the 2nd locking applied from the back side. A locking member 36 composed of a piece 38 and a connecting screw 39 for connecting the first and second locking pieces 37 and 38 to each other, and a fixing member for fixing the new porous plate 33 to the locking member 36 And a screw 40.
[0036]
The second locking piece 38 extends from the long hole 32b of the inclined plate portion 32a of the existing baffle plate 32 to the back surface side of the inclined plate portion 32a and the long hole 32b of the adjacent inclined plate portion 32a. A connecting screw 39 for screwing the first locking piece 37 to the locking portion 38a formed in a bowl shape as a whole and locked to the hole edge of the long hole 32b of the plate portion 32a is screwed. The connecting portion 38b having the screw hole 38c is integrally provided.
On the other hand, the first locking piece 37 is connected to a crimping portion 37a that abuts on the surface side of the inclined plate portion 32a of the existing armor plate 32 and crimps in the direction of the locking portion 38a of the second locking piece 38. The board part 37b to which the new porous plate 33 is fixed, the insertion hole 37c through which the screw 39 is inserted, and the surface of the existing rough board 32 projecting from one end of the board part 37b A spacer portion 37d for forming a minute gap with the porous plate 33 and a screw hole 37e provided in the substrate portion b, into which the fixing screw 40 is screwed when the new porous plate 33 is fixed, are integrated. It is prepared for.
[0037]
In the sound barrier refreshing method having the above configuration, first, the locking portion 38a of the second locking piece 38 is locked to the inclined plate portion 32a of the existing armor plate 32, and the first locking piece 37 is The connecting portion 38b of the second locking piece 38 and the substrate portion 37b of the first locking piece 37 are connected to each other by using the screw hole 38c and the insertion hole 37c in a state where the inclined plate portion 32a is pressed by the crimping portion 37a. 39 interconnected.
At this time, in a state where the inclined plate portion 32a is sandwiched between the first locking piece 37 and the second locking piece 38, the tip of the spacer portion 37d of the first locking piece 37 is placed on the surface of the existing rough plate 32. As a result, the locking member 36 is locked and fixed to the rough plate 32. This operation is performed at several places on one existing board 32.
Then, through the insertion hole 33a formed in the new porous plate 33, the screw hole 37e provided in the substrate portion 37b is inserted into the substrate portion 37b of the first locking piece 37 in the locking member 35 at each location. The new porous plate 33 is fixed to the locking member 36 by screwing the fixing screws 40 sequentially.
