Description

【0001】

On both sides of the opening 23 of the apparatus rack main body 21, side plates 21c are bent inward to form support columns 21d.
In these struts 21d, engaging holes 27 (corresponding to the engaging portions) are formed on the opposing surfaces 21e facing each other at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction.
[0019]
The support member 29 is made of a transparent acrylic resin or the like, and is formed by integrally forming the support body portion 31, the elastic portion 33, and the locking projection 35.
The support portion 31 is formed in an elongated plate shape, and screw holes 31a are formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction.
The elastic portion 33 has a plate shape curved in an arc shape, and one end in the width direction of the elastic portion 33 is connected to both ends of the support portion 31.
[0020]
The elastic part 33 can be bent in the longitudinal direction of the support part 31.
The locking projection 35 has a size that can be inserted into the engagement hole 27, and is formed on the outer side of each elastic portion 33.
The cover member 37 is formed in a quadrangular shape made of a transparent acrylic resin plate or the like.
[0021]
At the four corners of the cover member 37, through holes 37a that penetrate in the thickness direction are formed.
A screw 39 that can be screwed into the screw hole 31a of the support 31 is disposed in the through hole 37a.
The height H1 of the cover member 37 is formed to be approximately the same as the height H2 of the device 25.
[0022]
In this example, two support members 29 are used for one cover member 37.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the interval W <b> 1 of the through holes 37 a of the cover members 37 positioned in the width direction D of the apparatus rack main body 21 is the same as the interval W <b> 2 of the screw holes 31 a of the support body portion 31 of the support member 29. Have been at intervals.
[0023]
The width W3 of the cover member 37 is smaller than the width W4 of the opening 23 of the device rack body 21.
The length L1 of the support member 29 is larger than the width W4 of the opening 23.
The length L1 of the support member 29 is made smaller than the width W4 of the opening 23 when the elastic portion 33 is pressed and bent from both sides.
[0024]
In the above-described device rack, when there is a possibility that an unspecified number of people may freely touch the switch 25b or the like of the device 25 as in an exhibition at an exhibition or the like, the support member 29 is used to protect the device 25. The cover member 37 is attached to the opening 23 of the front surface 21 a of the apparatus rack body 21.
That is, first, as shown in FIG. 3, the support member 29 is inclined obliquely, and one locking projection 35 is inserted into the engagement hole 27 of the apparatus rack body 21.
[0025]
Next, holding the elastic portion 33 on the other locking projection 35 side, the support member 29 is pressed toward the one locking projection 35 side.
By this pressing, as shown in FIG. 4, each elastic portion 33 is deformed, and the length L <b> 1 of the support member 29 is made smaller than the width W <b> 4 of the opening 23 of the apparatus rack main body 21.
[0026]
Next, while maintaining this state, the other locking projection 35 is moved to the front surface of the engagement hole 27, and by releasing the elastic portion 33, the other locking projection 35 is locked to the engagement hole 27. The
Then, the support member 29 is supported on the front surface 21 a of the device rack body 21.
The support member 29 can be supported by a desired engagement hole 27 of the apparatus rack main body 21. In this example, as shown in FIG. 5, the support member 29 is a device 25 accommodated in the apparatus rack main body 21. Are respectively supported at positions close to the upper portion 25d and the lower portion 25e.
[0027]
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the cover member 37 is brought into contact with the surface of the support portion 31 of the support member 29.
Thereafter, the screw 39 is screwed into the screw hole 31a in a state in which the through hole 37a of the cover member 37 and the screw hole 31a of the support body portion 31 are aligned with each other.
And the cover member 37 is attached to the front surface 21a of the apparatus rack main body 21, and the apparatus 25 accommodated in the apparatus rack main body 21 is protected.
[0028]
In the apparatus rack configured as described above, the support member 29 includes a support body part 31 extending in the width direction D of the apparatus rack body 21, and a flexible member formed at both ends of the support body part 31 and curved in an arc shape. In the state where the elastic member 33 is bent and the length L1 of the support member 29 is shortened because the elastic plate 33 is formed by the plate-like elastic member 33 and the locking projection 35 formed outside the elastic member 33. After the support member 29 is disposed in the opening 23 of the apparatus rack body 21, the elastic portion 33 is restored to its original shape by a restoring force, so that the locking projection 35 is pressed into the engagement holes 27 on both sides of the opening 23. The support member 29 can be reliably supported on the front surface 21a of the apparatus rack main body 21.
[0029]
For this reason, the cover member 37 is arranged so as to cover the opening 23 of the apparatus rack main body 21, and the screw hole 31 a of the support member 29 and the through hole 37 a of the cover member 37 are fixed via screws 39, thereby 37, the front surface 25a of the device 25 accommodated in the device rack body 21 can be easily covered, and the switch 25b and the like of the device 25 can be prevented from being touched.
[0030]
Further, since a plurality of engagement holes 27 are provided on both sides of the opening 23 of the apparatus rack main body 21 at intervals in the vertical direction, the support member 29 and the cover member 37 are supported at desired positions of the opening 23. can do.
And since the support member 29 was formed by integrally forming the support body part 31, the elastic part 33, and the latching protrusion 35 with resin, the support member 29 can be formed easily.
[0031]
Furthermore, since the support member 29 is formed of resin, the elastic portion 33 having desired elasticity can be easily formed in a desired shape.
FIG. 7 shows a first embodiment of the device rack of the present invention.
In the figure, on both sides of the opening 23 of the device rack 21, the same engagement holes 27 as in the first example (FIG. 1) are formed.
[0032]
The cover member 37 is the same as that in the first example .
A rectangular parallelepiped spacer 41 made of urethane resin or the like is attached to the cover member 37 so as to protrude toward the apparatus rack body 21 on both sides in the width direction D of the apparatus rack body 21.
In this embodiment, the width W3 of the cover member 37 and the width W5 of the device 25 are substantially the same.
[0033]
The protrusion length L <b> 2 of the spacer 41 is substantially the same as the distance L <b> 3 between the front surface 21 a of the device rack body 21 and the front surface 25 a of the device 25.
The support member 43 is formed by folding a wire such as a steel wire in a loop shape a plurality of times.
The support member 43 is formed with a support body portion 45 along a width direction D of the device rack 21 to which a plurality of arcuate curved portions 45 a are connected.
[0034]
At both ends of the support body portion 45, flange portions 47 that are engaged with the engagement holes 27 are formed.
Here, the length L4 of the support member 43 is formed to be smaller than the width W4 of the opening 23.
Further, a screw receiving piece 49 (corresponding to a connecting member) is fitted into the curved portion 45 a of the support body portion 45.
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 8, the screw receiving piece 49 has a short bobbin shape, and the outer diameter D1 of the constriction 49 a formed along the outer periphery is a curved portion 45 a of the support body portion 45 of the support member 43. It is formed larger than the inner diameter D2.
A screw hole 49b for screwing the screw 39 is formed in the screw receiving piece 49 so as to penetrate in the axial length direction.
[0036]
The screw receiving piece 49 is fixed to the support member 43 by fitting the constriction 49a into the curved portion 45a.
In the apparatus rack described above, the support member 43 and the cover member 21 are attached to the front surface 21a of the apparatus rack body 21 as will be described below.
That is, as shown in FIG. 9, first, while extending the support member 43, the flanges 47 on both sides of the support member 43 are locked in the engagement holes 27 on both sides of the opening 23.
[0037]
Next, the constriction 49a of the screw receiving piece 49 is fitted into the curved portions 45a on both sides of the support body portion 45, and the curved portion 45a is deformed outward.
At this time, the constriction 49 a is pressed against the screw receiving piece 49 by the restoring force of the bending portion 45 a and is prevented from coming off from the support member 43.
As shown in FIG. 10, the support members 43 are supported at positions close to the upper portion 25d and the lower portion 25e of the device 25, respectively.
[0038]
Next, as shown in FIG. 11, the cover member 37 is brought into contact with the surface of the screw receiving piece 49 fitted into the support member 43.
Then, with the through hole 37 a of the cover member 37 and the screw hole 49 b of the screw receiving piece 49 aligned with each other, the screw 39 is screwed into the screw hole 49 b, and the cover member 37 is connected to the device rack via the support member 43. It is attached to the front surface 21 a of the main body 21.
[0039]
Here, when the cover member 37 is attached, the spacer 41 is brought into contact with the front surface 25a of the device 25, and the support member 43 and the screw receiving piece 49 are prevented from colliding with the switch 25b of the device 25 or the like.
Further, even when the cover member 37 is pushed toward the device 25 after the cover member 37 is attached, the spacer 41 prevents the support member 43 and the screw receiving piece 49 from colliding with the switch 25b and the like.
[0040]
And the cover member 37 is attached to the opening part 23 of the apparatus rack main body 21, and the apparatus 25 accommodated in the apparatus rack main body 21 is protected.
In this embodiment, the same effect as that of the first example described above can be obtained, but in this embodiment, the support member 43 is supported by the support body 45 provided with a plurality of curved portions 45a and the support member 43. Since it is formed by the flange portion 47 formed on both sides of the body portion 45 and the screw receiving piece 49 fitted into the bending portion 45a, the support member 43 is extended and placed in the opening portion 23 of the apparatus rack body 21. After hooking the hook part 47 into the engagement holes 27 on both sides of the opening part 23, the curved part 45a of the support body part 45 is restored to its original shape by a restoring force, so that the hook part 47 is placed on both sides of the opening part 23. The engaging hole 27 can be locked in a pulled state, and the support member 43 can be reliably supported on the front surface 21 a of the apparatus rack body 21.
[0041]
Therefore, the screw 39 is inserted into the curved portion 45a of the support body 45, and the screw 39 is screwed in the state where the through hole 37a of the cover member 37 and the screw hole 49b of the screw receiving piece 49 are aligned. Since the cover member 37 is attached to the support member 43 by being screwed to 49b, the front surface 21a of the device rack body 21 can be easily covered with the cover member 37.
[0042]
Further, since the support member 43 is formed by bending the steel wire, the support member 43 having a desired elastic force can be easily formed in a desired shape.
The screw receiving piece 49 is formed in a short bobbin shape, and the outer diameter D1 of the outer constricted part 49a is formed larger than the inner diameter D2 of the curved part 45a of the support body part 45. The screw receiving piece 49 can be securely fixed to the support member 43 by being fitted into the portion 45a.
[0043]
In the first example described above, the screw hole 31a is formed in the support body portion 31 of the support member 29, the through hole 37a is formed in the cover member 37, and the attachment of the cover member 37 to the support member 29 is performed with a screw. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. For example, a permanent magnet is bonded to the support member 29 and the cover member 37, and the support member 29 of the cover member 37 is magnetically applied. You may attach to.
[0044]
Further, in the first embodiment described above, an example in which the housing space 21b for housing the device 25 composed of the housing is formed in the device rack main body 21, and the cover member 37 is attached to the front surface of the device rack main body 21. However, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment. For example, a housing space for housing a device composed of a printed wiring board is formed, and a cover member is attached to the front surface of the device rack body. Also good.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
In the apparatus rack according to claim 1, since the support member is elastically formed in the width direction of the opening of the apparatus rack body, the support member is elastically deformed in the width direction of the apparatus rack. After being arranged in the portion, the support member is returned to its original shape, and the support member can be supported by the engaging portions on both sides of the opening portion in a pressed state or a pulled state by an elastic force.
[0046]
For this reason, the cover member is arranged so as to cover the opening and connected to the support member, so that the cover member can cover the front surface of the device accommodated in the device rack body, and the switch of the device can be touched. Can be prevented.
Moreover, since the engaging part was provided in the up-down direction on both sides of the opening part, the support member and the cover member can be supported at a desired position of the opening part.
[0049]
Furthermore, since the support member is provided with a support body part in which a plurality of curved parts are continuously provided, a flange part formed on both sides of the support body part, and a connection member fitted into the curved part, the support body part With the support member placed in the opening of the device rack body in the stretched state and the hooks being hung on the engaging portions on both sides of the opening, the support body is restored to its original shape by restoring force, The hook portion can be locked to the engaging portions on both sides of the opening portion in a pulled state, and the support member can be reliably supported on the front surface of the apparatus rack body.
[0050]
Then, by inserting the connection member into the curved portion of the support body and connecting the cover member to the connection member, the front surface of the apparatus rack body can be easily covered with the cover member.
In the device rack according to the second aspect, the support member having desired elasticity can be easily formed into a desired shape by bending the wire member.
In the device rack according to the third aspect , since the constricted portion is formed on the outer periphery of the connecting member, the connecting member can be reliably fixed to the supporting member by fitting the constricted portion into the curved portion of the supporting member.
