本発明は、デンプンのアルケニルコハク酸エステル及び/又はその金属塩と球状粉体とを含有することにより、滑らかで柔らかい使用感を有し、肌への付着性・密着性が良好であり、且つ、均一な化粧膜を形成することができる、化粧効果の持続性に優れた粉末化粧料に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
粉末化粧料は、メーキャップの仕上げ用として、肌の質感を整えるためや、ファンデーション等のメーキャップ化粧料の化粧効果を持続させるため等に用いられる化粧料である。このため粉末化粧料においては、滑らかで均一な伸び広がりの使用感を有し、均一で、キメ細かく、透明感のある化粧膜が得られること等の品質特性が求められている。そこで、従来から、滑らかで柔らかい使用感を付与するために、ナイロンや無水ケイ酸等の球状粉体が配合されていた。また、肌への付着性・密着性を向上させるために、タルクやマイカ等の不定形粉体や板状粉体を配合したり、付着性の高い油剤を添加したり、この油剤で粉体を表面処理して配合する等の方法が実施されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ナイロンや無水ケイ酸等の球状粉体を配合すると、滑らかな使用感は得られるが、柔らかさは満足できる水準になく、肌への付着性・密着性や化粧効果の持続性が劣る場合があった。また、タルクやマイカ等の不定形粉体や板状粉体を配合すると、肌への付着性・密着性はある程度向上するが、滑らかで柔らかい使用感が低下する傾向があった。更に、付着性の高い油剤を配合した場合も、肌への付着性・密着性はある程度向上するが、より高い肌との密着性を求めて、油剤の配合量を高めると、化粧料を繰り返し使用したとき等に、粉体の軟凝集によるダマを生じ、小道具への付着が悪くなったり、化粧膜の均一性が失われる場合があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる事情に鑑み、本発明者らは、鋭意研究を行った結果、デンプンのアルケニルコハク酸エステル及び/又はその金属塩と球状粉体とを含有する粉末化粧料が、滑らかで柔らかい使用感を有し、肌への付着性・密着性が良好で、均一な化粧膜を形成でき、且つ化粧効果の持続性に優れることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち本発明は、次の成分(a)及び(b);
(a)デンプンのアルケニルコハク酸エステル及び/又はその金属塩0.5〜3重量%
(b)球状ナイロンパウダー2〜15重量%
を含有することを特徴とする粉末化粧料を提供するものである。

以下、本発明の構成について説明する。本発明に使用される成分(a)は、デンプンをアルケニルコハク酸でエステル化して変性したもの、又はそのエステル化物の金属塩であり、米国特許第2613206号公報にて公知の粉体である。
