【発明の実施の形態】
箱形パッケージ1は図1に示すようにティーバッグtなどの内容物を10個等の定数個にて順次充填して後、上端の開口部1aを帯状に突合わせて閉塞シール1bする。1c,1cは閉塞シール1bの両側に突出した張出し部、1dは開封後の開閉に用する開閉チャック帯である。

本発明は以上のようにしてシール閉塞した張出し部を箱形パッケージの側面に折り当てる前に該張出し部を下支えバーにて下支えして垂れ下がり防止するようにしたので、予熱具は張出し部の垂れ下がりによる障害を受けずに前進して箱形パッケージの両側面に予熱を与えて溶着可能な半溶融の状態とし、然る後下支えを解かれた張出し部を該側面に折り当てて外面が溶けない程度の熱をもった押し加熱具にて該張出し部を押し溶着するようにしたので、張出し部は外面が溶けず、従って外面に溶着じわを作らずに内面のみが側面に溶着して、外観を極めて良好とする箱形パッケージを提供することができるという効果を生ずる。
