従来の建物として、建物本体の屋上に設置された支持枠に、回転自在に円形環体を枢支し、この円形環体に多数の観覧かごを吊下げて、観覧車を屋上に設置したものが知られている。

しかし、回転する円形環体の内側に、補強杆が多数設けられているために、その内側空間を利用することはできなかった。そして、観覧車の設置には、円形環体の直径に応じた広い設置面スペースを要していた。

そこで、本発明は、観覧かごが移動する軌跡の内側空間を建物の一部として利用することができる建物を提供することを目的とする。また、観覧かごの数に比して狭い設置面スペースに設置可能で、かつ、眺望に優れた観覧車付きの建物を提供することを他の目的とする。また、観覧車のフレームの支持を、少ない鋼材にて合理的に行なうことを別の目的とする。

上述の目的を達成するために、本発明に係る建物は、建物本体の一部が、内部へ張出すように該建物本体に付設された環状固定フレームを備え、該フレームに沿って観覧かごが案内されるように複数の該観覧かごを付設したものである。

以下、実施の形態を示す図面に基づき、本発明を詳説する。
