Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a noise absorbing device that absorbs and removes noise propagated through cables that are attached around a bundle of cables and wires. In particular, the present invention is easy to attach and detach to a cable and is mounted on a housing or a printed circuit board to fix the position. The present invention relates to a noise absorber that can
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a noise absorbing device that is attached around a cable and absorbs and removes noise propagating through the cable, one having a structure shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-14449 is known. As shown in FIG. 10, this conventional noise absorbing device has holding case portions 1A and 1B each containing a ferrite having a ring shape divided into two and connected to each other by a hinge portion 2, and the holding case portion 1A. , 1B is opened and attached to the cable CA, and then the holding case portions 1A, 1B are closed, and the holding case portions 1A, 1B provided on the opposite side of the hinge portion 2 (opening / closing end portion side) are engaged. The pedestal 4 is fitted to the stop protrusion 3 and used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional noise absorbing device as shown in FIG. 10, a locking projection 3 is formed at the open / close ends of the holding case portions 1A and 1B each containing ferrite, and a base 4 is fitted into the locking projection 3. Since the holding case portions 1A and 1B are securely locked in a closed state, the noise absorbing device main body (holding case portions 1A and 1B with built-in ferrite) and the base 4 are fitted together. When the product is delivered to the customer (user) as a product, it is necessary to remove the pedestal from the main body of the noise absorber again when the customer installs it on the cable, so the main body of the noise absorber is separated from the pedestal. However, they had to be delivered as separate parts. For this reason, there was a dislike that work efficiency on the consumer side was bad and parts management was troublesome.
[0004]
Furthermore, the base is attached to the housing or printed circuit board of the electronic device with screws, double-sided adhesive tape, etc., and the noise absorber main body is fitted to the attached base, but the base closes the noise absorber main body. This also has a problem in detachability because it also has a function of maintaining the state. In particular, it is troublesome to remove the noise absorbing device main body from the pedestal after replacement of the noise absorbing device main body by maintenance work after temporarily fitting the noise absorbing device main body to the base fixed to the housing or the printed circuit board. That is, a structure in which the noise absorbing device main body is securely fitted so that the noise absorbing device main body does not easily fall off from the pedestal (for example, a latching claw that engages with the locking projection 3 of the holding case portions 1A and 1B has a pedestal. However, when the pedestal is attached to the substrate or the like, the fitting portion between the pedestal and the noise absorbing device main body is close to the substrate, and the work to remove the noise absorbing device main body is performed. It is difficult to perform smoothly.
[0005]
In view of the above points, the first object of the present invention is to deliver noise to a consumer in a state in which the main body of a noise absorbing device and a pedestal are combined in advance, and to absorb noise with good workability on a cable or the like on the consumer side. To provide an apparatus.
[0006]
A second object of the present invention is to provide a noise absorbing device with good workability for attaching and detaching cables and the like.
[0007]
A third object of the present invention is to provide a noise absorbing device that can be easily attached to a housing, a printed circuit board or the like.
[0008]
Other objects and novel features of the present invention will be clarified in the embodiments of the invention described later.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a magnetic body having a shape obtained by dividing an annular body is housed in case parts connected to each other by hinge parts, and the magnetic parts are closed in a state where the case part is closed. A noise absorbing device comprising a noise absorbing device main body in which a magnetic path of the body constitutes a closed loop, and a pedestal attached to the noise absorbing device main body,
A flange-like convex portion is integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the case portion at a position near the front end surface and a position near the rear end surface, and the outer peripheral surface position along the outer surface of the flange-shaped convex portion is formed on the case portion. Are formed with a plurality of pedestal mounting fitting recesses or holes at positions facing the punched holes on the outer surface of the flange-shaped convex portion, respectively.
The pedestal is integrally formed with an elastic projection piece that fits into the pedestal mounting fitting recess or hole, and a locking claw is formed at the tip of the elastic projection piece, on the upper surface of the pedestal. An elastic protrusion is formed in pressure contact with the bottom of the case,
By fitting the elastic projecting piece into the base mounting fitting recess or hole, it is not larger than the area seen from the mounting side of the noise absorbing device main body at a position different from the open / close end of the case part. The pedestal is configured to be attached to the mounting side.
[0010]
Moreover, it is good also as a structure which attaches the said base to the said case part so that attachment or detachment is possible.
[0011]
Furthermore, the elastic protrusion may have a shape in which an annular ring is divided into a plurality of parts and is formed in a central portion of the upper surface of the pedestal .
[0012]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of a noise absorber according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
FIGS. 1 to 5 show an embodiment of the present invention, showing the overall configuration of the noise absorbing device, FIGS. 6 to 8 show a main portion of the noise absorbing device, and FIG. 9 shows a pedestal portion.
[0015]
As shown in these drawings, the noise absorbing device includes two pieces of ferrite (30A, 30B) which are formed as magnetic bodies having a shape obtained by dividing a ring (annular body or cylindrical body) into two pieces without rattling. The plastic holding case 10 having the case portions 11A and 11B and the noise absorbing device main body NF composed of the ferrites 30A and 30B housed in the case portions 11A and 11B, and the plastic removably attached to the one case portion 11A It consists of a pedestal 40.
[0016]
The plastic holding case 10 in the noise absorber main body NF has two case portions 11A and 11B joined by a hinge portion 12, and accommodates ferrite 30A and 30B having a shape in which the ring is divided into two without rattling. It is formed to do. That is, the case portions 11A and 11B have a substantially halved cylindrical shape that can cover the outer peripheral surfaces and both end surfaces of the ferrites 30A and 30B. As shown in the plan view of FIG. 4 and the bottom view of FIG. , 11B is integrally formed with an elastic tongue 13 that is slightly bent in a direction to press the outer peripheral surface of the ferrite 30A, 30B, and the ferrite 30A, 30B is formed on the inner side surface of the case 11A, 11B. A presser claw 14 is integrally formed so as to prevent the case from falling off from the case portion. In addition, semicircular cutouts 15 are respectively formed on both side surfaces of the case portions 11A and 11B corresponding to the shape of the side surfaces of the ferrites 30A and 30B.
[0017]
Further, an extension 16 is integrally formed at the open / close end of the case portion 11A (the end opposite to the hinge 12), and as shown in FIG. A portion 17 is formed. An extension locking piece 18 is formed integrally with the open / close end portion of the case portion 11 </ b> B so that the leading end portion is a locking fitting convex portion 19 that fits into the fitting hole portion 17. When the case part 11B is rotated 180 degrees from the state in which the case parts 11A and 11B in FIGS. 1 and 5 are opened, the fitting convex part 19 on the case part 11B side is inside the fitting hole part 17 on the case part 11A side. And the case portions 11A and 11B are kept closed.
[0018]
A flange-like convex portion 20A is integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface of the case portion 11A at a position near the front end surface and a position near the rear end surface, and the front end surface position and the rear end surface position are also formed on the outer peripheral surface of the case portion 11B. A flange-shaped convex portion 20B is formed on each. As shown in the bottom view of FIG. 7, the outer peripheral surface positions (the front side of the front flange-like convex part and the rear side of the rear flange-like convex part) along the outer surface of the pair of flange-like convex parts 20A, respectively (two in total) Location) A punched hole 21A is formed. Further, two mounting attachment recesses 22 for mounting the plastic base 40 detachably at positions facing the respective punched holes 21A are formed on the outer surfaces of the pair of flange-shaped convex portions 20A, respectively (four places in total). Has been. In addition, as shown in the top view of FIG. 4, it is in the outer peripheral surface position (the front side of a front flange-shaped convex part, and the back side of a rear flange-shaped convex part) along the outer surface of a pair of flange-shaped convex part 20B of the case part 11B. Two holes (four places in total) are formed in each case. However, since the pedestal 40 is not attached to the upper case portion 11B, the pedestal mounting fitting recess 22 is not formed.
[0019]
A protruding portion 25 is integrally formed on one outer side surface of the case portion 11 </ b> A, and a binding band insertion hole 26 is provided in the protruding portion 25. The binding band insertion hole 26 is used to pass the holding band 10 that stores the ferrites 30A and 30B, that is, the binding band for fixing the noise absorber main body NF to a cable or the like when the pedestal is not used.
[0020]
The ferrites 30A and 30B have a shape in which the ring is divided into two parts, but the portion that comes into contact with the pressing claw 14 on the plastic holding case 10 side is a stepped surface that is one step lower. The ferrites 30A and 30B are accommodated in the case portions 11A and 11B of the holding case 10 by using the elasticity of the holding case 10, and the elastic tongue pieces 13 and the pressing claws 14 are bent slightly inside the case. Thus, the noise absorbing device main body NF is configured.
[0021]
The plastic pedestal 40 includes a substantially rectangular pedestal body 41 having ribs 42 of a certain height on the periphery, two pairs of elastic protrusions 43 extending above the long sides of the ribs 42, and the pedestal body. The elastic pressing tongue piece 45 extends obliquely downward from both side surfaces of the base 41, and the mounting column 46 extends downward from the center of the lower surface of the base body 41. The two pairs of elastic protrusions 43 are in a positional relationship such that the pair of flange-shaped protrusions 20A of the case part 11A can be sandwiched from the outside, and a locking claw 44 is provided at the tip of each elastic protrusion 43. The latching claws 44 of the elastic projecting piece 43 having a pair are opposed to each other. In addition, an elastic protrusion 50 having a shape (arc shape) obtained by dividing the annular ring into a plurality of parts is integrally formed at the center of the upper surface of the pedestal main body 41. These elastic protrusions 50 are for pressing against the bottom of the case part 11A to prevent rattling between the case part 11A and the base 40. The elastic pressing tongue portion 45 and the mounting cylinder 46 are for making it possible to mount the pedestal 40 on a housing or a printed circuit board without using screws or the like. A lower end claw 47 is formed at the lower end, and the attachment cylinder 46 is divided into two at the lower part by a vertical slit groove 48 in order to give elasticity.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 3, the plastic pedestal 40 has the elastic protrusions 43 formed in the punched holes 21A so as to hold the front and rear flange-shaped protrusions 20A formed on the holding case 10 side case 11A. It is attached to the holding case 10 by fitting the latching claw 44 at the tip of each elastic protrusion 43 into a base mounting fitting recess 22 formed at a position corresponding to each insertion hole 21A. On the contrary, it is possible to remove the locking claw 44 from the mounting recess 22 for mounting the base using the elasticity of each elastic protruding piece 43, and the base 40 is detachable from the holding case 10.
[0023]
When the noise absorber main body NF is attached to the housing or printed circuit board of the electronic device using the pedestal 40, the pedestal 40 is attached to the holding case 10 from the exploded state of FIG. 1 or FIG. 2), the cable CA (or bundle of electric wires) indicated by a two-dot chain line is disposed in the semicircular recess of one case portion 11A and the ferrite 30A, and the other case portion 11B is rotated 180 degrees. As shown by the arrow in FIG. 8, the fitting convex portion 19 is fitted inside the fitting hole portion 17 on the case portion 11A side, and both the case portions 11A and 11B are closed as shown in FIG. Then, as shown by phantom lines in FIG. 2, the mounting column 46 at the bottom of the base 40 is fitted into the fitting hole 61 of the housing (or printed circuit board) 60, thereby preventing the lower end of the mounting column 46 from coming off. Since the nail | claw 47 is hooked on the back side periphery of the fitting hole 61, and the elastic pressing tongue piece part 45 presses the housing 60 upper surface, the base 40, ie, a noise absorber, can be attached to the housing 60 without rattling. Conversely, the holding case 10 and the pedestal 40 may be integrated, the pedestal 40 may be attached to the housing 60 first, and then a cable or the like may be disposed between the case portions 11A and 11B.
[0024]
By installing a noise absorbing device around the cable and the like, noise propagating through the cable and the like is absorbed and removed by the ferrites 30A and 30B whose magnetic paths are closed loops when the case portions 11A and 11B are closed. The
[0025]
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
[0026]
(1) The plastic pedestal 40 is placed at a position different from the opening and closing ends of the case portions 11A and 11B of the plastic holding case 10 (a position that does not hinder the opening and closing of the case portions 11A and 11B at the intermediate portion of the case portion 11A). In the mounting structure, the opening / closing surfaces of the case portions 11A and 11B are substantially parallel to the mounting surface to the housing or the like at an intermediate height position of the holding case 10, and the case portion 11A regardless of whether the pedestal 40 is attached to the holding case 10 or not. , 11B can be opened and closed. For this reason, it is possible to pack and deliver to a consumer as a product in which the pedestal 40 is integrated with the holding case 10 in advance. Therefore, what was conventionally managed as two parts on the customer side can be managed as one part, product management becomes easy, and the mounting work for the bundle of cables and wires and the mounting work for the casing and the printed circuit board are efficiently performed. Can be implemented. Furthermore, since the case portions 11A and 11B can be easily opened and closed after the pedestal 40 is attached to the housing, the printed circuit board, etc., it is easy to remove and replace the printed circuit board during maintenance and inspection. Is excellent. Further, since the position of the cable can be fixed to the housing or the like, the weight of the noise absorbing device is not applied to the bundle of cables and electric wires, so that it is possible to avoid stress on the connector at the tip of the cable and the like. In addition, there is also an effect of guiding a plurality of signal cables inside the housing in a bundled position.
[0027]
(2) A pair of pedestal mounting fitting recesses 22 are respectively formed in the front and rear flange-shaped protrusions 20A formed in the case portion 11A, and each of the pedestal mounting fitting recesses 22 is formed in the plastic base 40, respectively. Since the corresponding elastic protrusions 43 are integrally formed, snap fitting can be performed using the elasticity of plastic, so that the base 40 can be easily attached to the case portion 11A. It is desirable that each elastic protrusion 43 has a structure that is as short and thick as possible within a range where elasticity can be maintained, and that it is desirable to increase the joint strength when fitting to the holding case 10 side. Since the locking claw 44 is securely fitted into the mounting recess 22 for mounting the base, the holding case 10 containing the ferrite 30A, 30B is detached from the base 40 due to vibration or the like. There is no risk. Further, the base 40 can be separated from the holding case 10 by forcibly removing the locking claws 44 from the base mounting fitting recess 22 by using the elasticity of the elastic protrusions 43.
[0028]
(3) Since the plurality of elastic protrusions 50 in the shape of dividing the annular ring pressed against the bottom of the case portion 11A are formed on the upper surface of the plastic pedestal 40, between the holding case 10 and the pedestal 40 when the pedestal 40 is mounted. The rattling can be absorbed by the elasticity of the plastic.
[0029]
(4) The pedestal 40 is attached to the case portion 11A side having the engagement hole 17 for engagement, and is engaged with the other case portion 11B connected to be freely opened and closed via the hinge portion 12. When the joint projection 19 is provided and the extension 16 formed with the engagement fitting hole 17 is upward when the base 40 is attached to the housing 60 or the like using the base 40, the engagement projection 19 for engagement is upward. Therefore, the operation of opening and closing the case portion 11B by rotating the case portion 11B (particularly the operation of opening the closed portion) can be performed smoothly.
[0030]
(5) Since the bottom area of the pedestal 40 does not become larger than the holding case 10 when the noise absorbing device is viewed from the lower side (the casing surface side), it interferes with the arrangement of other components on the casing and the printed circuit board. I will not give you.
[0031]
(6) When it is not necessary to fix to the housing 60 or the like, the pedestal 40 can be removed from the noise absorbing device main body NF in which the ferrite 30A and 30B are stored in the holding case 10, and the noise absorbing device main body NF It has a symmetrical shape with no specific direction. When the pedestal 40 is not used, the noise absorber main body can be fixed by being wound around a cable or the like by inserting the binding band through the binding band insertion hole 26.
[0032]
In the embodiment of the invention described above, there are two pairs of elastic protrusions 43 on the pedestal 40 side. However, in principle, the number of elastic protrusions 43 may be one pair (two or more). It is also possible to set the width of 43 large.
[0033]
Further, although the mounting recess 22 for mounting the base is formed on the holding case 10 side to which the elastic protruding piece 43 on the side of the base 40 is fitted, a mounting hole for mounting the base may be formed.
[0034]
A locking fitting hole 17 is formed in the extension portion 16 of one case portion 11A of the holding case 10, and a locking fitting convex portion 19 of the extension locking piece 18 of the other case portion 11B is formed thereon. Although the fitting fitting 19 for locking may be fitted, a fitting fitting recess for locking may be formed in the extension 16.
[0035]
Moreover, although ferrite 30A, 30B was illustrated as a magnetic body accommodated in the holding case 10, the composite ferrite etc. which mixed ferrite powder in resin etc. may be sufficient.
[0036]
Furthermore, although the holding case 10 and the pedestal 40 are made of plastic, other materials can be used as long as they are insulating members having appropriate elasticity.
[0037]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the claims.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the noise absorbing device of the present invention, the magnetic bodies each having a shape obtained by dividing the annular body are accommodated in the case portions connected to each other by the hinge portions, and the case portions are closed. Since the magnetic path of the magnetic material constitutes a closed loop, and the pedestal is attached at a position different from the opening / closing end of the case part (a position where there is no hindrance to opening / closing), the case part Opening and closing operations are possible. As a result, it is possible to pack and deliver the base in advance in a case part containing a magnetic body according to the demand of the customer, and it becomes easy to manage the product on the consumer side and the housing of the electronic device, Fixing to a printed circuit board or the like and fixing work of a cable or the like can be performed efficiently. In addition, after fixing the noise absorber to the housing, printed circuit board, etc., it is also possible to open the case part and release the cable, etc., making it easy to remove or replace the printed circuit board, etc. during maintenance, inspection, etc. Can be executed.
